If only Tina Peters could have the same Christmas grace shown to MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
Let’s face it, if Tina Peters had the criminal history of “The Maryland Dad” (as the MSM calls him, however no mention about Tina being a “Gold Star Mom”), she probably wouldn’t even be in prison now. The facts are that Garcia is a gang banger as noted by DHS, and Tina never even had a parking ticket.
The biggest irony of all, however, is that Tina exposed how America and the world were stolen and plunged into darkness via stolen elections using electronic voting machines as ‘the brains of the operation’. All this has the common denominator of the systemic Deep State hatred for President Trump. Unfortunately for the Deep State, President Trump thwarted their plans for the planned takedown of America.
One doesn’t need to look much past the censorship and penalties being imposed in England and most of the EU to see how the “Brownshirts” are knocking on people’s doors at midnight because they made a ‘hateful’ post online. The “False Flag” murders at Bondi Beach in Australia highlight how that nation conveniently ended gun ownership. Here in America, we were accelerating towards that same outcome while Biden was still in office. Thank God 2024 was “too big to rig”, at least for President Trump, as they still essentially stole the House and Senate instead.
This all gets down to the findings of Tina Peters, and the intentional vilification of her to keep their Global Domination scheme intact. The Colorado “Evil Empire” that forced her into prison is at the epicenter of nationwide electronic election theft. From the Governor on down via the AG, DA, SOS, prosecutors, and sentencing Judge Barrett himself, they all had a hand in imprisoning an innocent woman doing her job and adhering to federal and state laws regarding maintaining election evidence.
Tina’s continued time in prison serves as a dire warning to election clerks everywhere: never question anything regarding the administration of elections. This is what the Deep State wants.
Tina Peters not only did nothing wrong, but the President of the United States has pardoned her. Yet, the crooks running Colorado who benefitted from the stolen elections in that state are the ones keeping innocent and pardoned Tina behind bars.

In light of the publication of the IPC food security analysis report on Gaza, the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Maj. Gen. Ghassan Alian, issued a rebuttal to the biased claims that disregard the volumes of food that entered during the ceasefire, indicating that the report’s conclusions were predetermined and saying it showed “a blatant, biased, and deliberate disregard for the volumes of food that entered during the ceasefire – the distorted conclusions were written in advance.”
At the same time, despite the IPC’s previous false claims regarding the existence of famine in the Gaza Strip, the authors of the report now formally acknowledge that there is no famine in Gaza, while asserting a situation of acute food insecurity – whatever that vague phrase is meant to infer.
COGAT’s response:
COGAT strongly rejects the claims of food insecurity and conclusions presented in the IPC report published last week, which once again portray a distorted, biased, and unfounded picture of the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip. The report relies on severe gaps in data collection and on sources that do not reflect the full scope of humanitarian assistance. As such, it misleads the international community, fuels disinformation, and presents a false depiction of the reality on the ground.
First, we emphasize that, contrary to the claims in the report, between 600-800 aid trucks enter the Gaza Strip every day, approximately 70 percent of which carry food. The remainder carry medical equipment, shelter supplies, tents, clothing, and other essential humanitarian assistance. This is in accordance with Israel’s commitment under the ceasefire agreement to allow and facilitate the entry of 4,200 aid trucks per week. In this context, nearly 30,000 food trucks carrying more than 500,000 tons of food entered the Gaza Strip throughout the ceasefire period.
We also note that throughout the war, approximately 100,000 food trucks entered the Gaza Strip until the start of the ceasefire. These quantities significantly exceed the nutritional requirements of the population in the Gaza Strip according to accepted international methodologies, including those of the UN World Food Programme (WFP).
These data are presented daily as part of joint situational assessments to the mediators, the UN, and international organizations, which are directly aware of Israel’s commitment to upholding the agreements, even in the face of Hamas’s blatant and ongoing violations. Any attempt to present the data otherwise or to claim a shortage of food constitutes a deliberate distortion of the facts.
It should be clarified that humanitarian assistance, including food, enters in full coordination with the UN, international organizations, donor countries, and the private sector. However, it should be noted that only about 20 percent of the humanitarian aid entering the Gaza Strip is delivered via the UN, while the remainder is delivered by countries, additional international organizations, and the private sector. This fact illustrates the severe gap between the actual volume of aid and the partial data on which, among other things, the IPC report relies.
Furthermore, the manner in which the IPC conducted itself during the preparation of the report raises serious questions regarding its credibility and professional integrity. The authors of the report agreed to meet with Israeli professional officials and representatives of the U.S. Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) only after the report had already been written and its conclusions formulated. During the meeting, the authors were presented with complete, daily, and verified data regarding the volume of food trucks entering the Gaza Strip.
Despite this, the IPC chose to present a series of excuses regarding the use of the data and relied only partially on the information provided. This conduct does not reflect a legitimate professional disagreement, but rather biased writing based on partial and skewed data, indicating that the report’s conclusions were determined in advance.
The publication of statements and warnings that are not based on complete and verified data does not advance the humanitarian response. Instead, it harms it and diverts the discussion from the real challenge – improving collection and distribution mechanisms within the Gaza Strip and preventing Hamas from taking control of the aid.
It is important to recall that this is not the first time IPC reports regarding the Gaza Strip have been published with extreme forecasts and warnings that do not materialize in practice. Time and again, IPC assessments have proven to be incorrect and disconnected from the data on the ground, contradicting verified facts, including aid volumes, food availability, and market trends. The international community must act responsibly, avoid falling for false narratives and distorted information, and refrain from legitimizing a biased and unprofessional report.
Responsible humanitarian discourse must be based on facts, data, and realities on the ground, not on biased foregone conclusions that in practice serve the interests of the terrorist organization Hamas.
COGAT will continue to act, together with international actors and regional partners, to ensure the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip and its transfer to the civilian population, while preventing the exploitation of the aid by the terrorist organization Hamas.

The comment comes after the Justice Department released the eighth set of documents related to the late convicted sex offender overnight, which consisted of nearly 30,000 pages that the department claimed includes “untrue and sensationalist claims made against President [Donald] Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election.”
Harvard Law School Professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, who previously represented Jeffrey Epstein, warned the public Tuesday night that the latest files relating to his former client was full of “fake documents” and “false accusations.”
The Justice Department released the eighth set of documents related to the late convicted sex offender overnight, which consisted of nearly 30,000 pages that the department claimed includes “untrue and sensationalist claims made against President [Donald] Trump that were submitted to the FBI right before the 2020 election.”
Dershowitz echoed the warning and lambasted the mainstream media, accusing it of labeling “everybody who ever filed a complaint against Epstein as a victim or as a survivor.”
“What I see is a lot of fake documents, a lot of false accusations,” he said on the “John Solomon Reports” podcast. “The media refers to everybody who ever filed a complaint against Epstein as a victim or as a survivor. Many of them never met Epstein.”
Dershowitz highlighted a couple of instances where accusers had to recant their stories, including a woman who claimed she had video evidence of Trump, former President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton having sex with children.
“There are a lot of fake stories out there, and what’s going on is a repeat of McCarthyism of the 1950s,” Dershowitz said. “These survivors want to put out the accusations, but they want their names to be redacted so that you can’t face your accuser. They want only information that is negative about them.”
The former Epstein attorney also praised Trump for defending Clinton after the Justice Department released images of the former president with women in a hot tub and pool whose identities were concealed by redacting their faces.
“I think President Trump was absolutely correct to point out how bad it was for Bill Clinton,” Dershowitz said. “I think that was the first bipartisan moment I’ve seen in a long time. President Trump, obviously doesn’t love Bill Clinton, saying, ‘unfair’ to show those pictures of Bill Clinton in a hot tub. We’ve all been in hot tubs.”
The documents were part of the Justice Department’s investigation into Epstein, which Congress forced it to release under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. More documents are expected to be released in the coming weeks.

I am reading through the Supreme Court ruling in Trump vs. Illinois, and they ruled that Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act in order to send the troops into Chicago.
Kavanaugh in his dissent even says that this ruling “could cause the President to use the US military more than the National Guard”.
The Supreme Court just admitted that Trump has the authority to invoke the Insurrection Act to bypass Posse Comitatus and send the troops to Chicago, and any other city he wants.
Trump tried to exhaust every legal avenue possible before resorting to the Insurrection Act, but the Dems resisted and refused to cooperate.
Sounds to me like Trump just got the green light. INVOKE THE INSURRECTION ACT!

David Clements shared the reality that it is well within President Trump’s rights to go to the prison that houses Tina Peters and get her out of there. The President has pardoned Tina, but the corrupt politicians in Colorado will not release her. She is being held against her will, and they won’t let her out. Tina’s civil rights are being abused and discarded. Because her rights are ignored and stomped on, all Americans’ rights are being stomped on.
Clements reminds us of other times in history when Presidents stepped up when Americans’ rights were being ignored. Lincoln stood up against the Confederates and for those wrongly enslaved in America.
During the Civil Rights unrest in the 1950s and 1960s, both Eisenhower and Kennedy stood up against rogue states and protected Americans’ civil rights.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower at Little Rock in 1957. Arkansas Governor Orval Faubus called out his state’s National Guard to bar nine Black students—the Little Rock Nine—from entering Central High School, defying the Supreme Court’s Brown v. Board of Education ruling that ended school segregation. Eisenhower federalized the Arkansas Guard, removing it from Faubus’ control, and sent 1,000 paratroopers from the 101st Airborne Division. Federal troops escorted the students past hostile crowds and local police who had failed to maintain order, directly overriding state resistance.
So too at the University of Mississippi in 1962: President John F. Kennedy deployed over 30,000 troops after Mississippi Governor Ross Barnett used state police and highway patrol to block Black student James Meredith from enrolling, defying federal court orders. Federal forces confronted rioters supported by state officials, two dead in the clash, but Meredith registered.
And at the University of Alabama in 1963: Governor George Wallace personally stood in the schoolhouse door, backed by Alabama state troopers, to prevent two Black students, Vivian Malone and James Hood, from registering. Kennedy federalized the Alabama National Guard, which escorted the students past Wallace and his troopers, forcing compliance without major violence.
President Trump has the right to protect Tina Peters from the rogue state of Colorado. Some would argue that he has the duty to do so.
Merry Christmas to Tina Peters. May she be blessed for her courageous actions in doing her job, maintaining election records per the law, and standing up against those who persecuted her for doing so.

The Chicago Bears are looking for a new stadium and that may end up leading them out of Chicago.
In fact, they could leave the state of Illinois all together.
‘Suggesting the Bears would move to Indiana is a startling slap in the face.’
Kevin Warren, Bears president and CEO, says the Bears need a new stadium because the current Soldier Field is now more than 100 years old. For several years, different ideas for nearby new or domed stadiums have been proposed, but the city has not signaled it would fund a project that would cost billions of dollars.
Some estimates, in fact, say a new stadium would cost $2 billion alone — with many more billions required for surrounding infrastructure, roads, and entertainment.
In September, Warren penned a letter saying that Arlington Heights, a suburb of Chicago, “is the only site” that meets the required standards to build a new facility and “elevated gameday experience.”
While the organization said it was willing to contribute $2 billion to the move, Warren also wrote that the Bears would continue to look elsewhere for appropriate building sites, “including Northwest Indiana.”
The governor’s office responded to the letter in a statement to WGN-TV, effectively saying that a private business like the Bears needs to pay for its own infrastructure.
“Suggesting the Bears would move to Indiana is a startling slap in the face to all the beloved and loyal fans who have been rallying around the team during this strong season,” said Matt Hill, spokesperson for Gov. JB Pritzker (D). “The governor’s a Bears fan who has always wanted them to stay in Chicago. He has also said that ultimately they are a private business.”
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) was less harsh in his wording while also dismissing any idea that the Bears could move out of state.
“I’m going to keep a straight face here: The Bears belong in the city of Chicago,” the mayor said. “I’ve said repeatedly the door is open for conversations. … I firmly believe [the Bears’] best position is in the city of Chicago.”
The village of Arlington Heights also issued a statement, saying that after hearing about a possible move to Northwest Indiana, village leaders remained confident that their area is “the best option for their new stadium and entertainment district.”
The leaders added, “However, we understand their need to explore any and all viable locations as part of their due diligence process. Due to restrictive legislation in Illinois, this exploration now includes moving to Indiana.”
While the lack of public funding for the Bears may be heartbreaking for fans, the rejection of tax dollars being injected into sports franchises has been an increasing trend in recent years.
In 2024, voters in Missouri rejected a proposed sales tax measure that would have funded new stadiums for both the Kansas City Chiefs (NFL) and the Kansas City Royals (MLB).
The Chiefs were asking for $500 million from taxpayers while forking over $300 million of its own funds. The Royals needed $2 billion for a sports district and were asking to split the bill 50/50. But voters rejected the calls for funding, according to Sports Illustrated.
In 2023, the Arizona Coyotes (NHL) asked for $200 million of a $2.1 billion plan to be paid by residents. The entertainment centrum would have included a new arena, two hotels, a 3,500-person theater, and up to 1,995 residential units. According to ESPN, the vote failed with 56% saying “no,” and the Coyotes moved their team to Utah.

Contrary to what has been reported, Rob and Michele Reiner’s vicious murder was always about mental illness and prescription psychiatric drugs. [Emphasis added] What isn’t known is whether alleged killer Nick Reiner’s attorney will expose the fraud of psychiatric diagnosing and the dangers associated with psychiatric drugs to save his client from a life of prison hell. It’s a heavy lift but, in the long run, may save some lives besides that of the murderous Nick Reiner.
Prominent high powered attorney Allen Jackson has reportedly been hired by the Reiner family to represent alleged killer, Nick Reiner. In the only press conference about his client, Jackson said, “there are very, very complex and serious issues that are associated with this case,” and “things need to be thoroughly but carefully dealt with and examined and looked at and analyzed.”
With the acknowledgement that Nick Reiner lived a life of mental illness and psychiatric drug use, there certainly are “complex and serious issues.” But the issues aren’t what most people think, including the killer’s own family.
It’s been reported that Nick had been in rehab at least 18 times between the age of 15 and 22. That means that if Nick spent just three months at each of the rehab facilities, he would have spent 216 out of 364 weeks in rehab over that seven-year period. In short, it appears that Nick spent at least 60% of his life in rehab during that seven-year stretch. It could be less or more time, but clearly, Nick’s life revolved around psychiatric intervention. But it didn’t start at 15 years old.
Based on years of dealing with children diagnosed and drugged by the psycho/pharma industry one can imagine what happened to Nick Reiner. In fact, it has been reported that Rob Reiner suffered from depression and even his daughter Romy has taken antidepressants for years. So, we see that the Reiner family embraced psychiatric intervention and certainly utilized it for son and brother Nick.
If one were able to review Nick’s entire mental health file, one might expect to see the first psychiatric intervention at around four or five with an ADHD diagnosis and a Ritalin prescription. From there one might see that Nick’s drug prescription would be tweaked, either increased or changed to a different drug or another drug added for, perhaps, anxiety being observed.
By the time Nick was in middle school, he may have been moved to antianxiety drugs and antidepressants and, maybe, even antipsychotics to treat his erratic explosive behavior. In the end, what one can probably assume in Nick’s case is a history of constantly altered psychiatric drug cocktails to treat his ever-increasing psychiatric diagnoses.
The problem, of course, is that Rob and Michele believed in what the mental health “experts” were selling and like so many unsuspecting parents did not understand the fraud of psychiatric diagnosing and the harm associated with the mind-altering drug “treatments,” especially on a developing brain.
Let’s consider the facts about psychiatric diagnosing. Not one of the mental disorders listed in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) is based in science or medicine. In other words, there is no abnormality in the brain that is ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar or any other mental disorders. These are behaviors, not abnormalities of the brain. In fact, if there were an objective, confirmable abnormality in the brain, one would seek assistance from a neurologist not a psychiatrist.
So, understanding that there is no abnormality that is any psychiatric diagnosis, one must ask what exactly are the psychiatric drugs “treating?” The answer, of course, is the drugs aren’t “treating” anything. The prescription, like illegal, drugs are mind-altering and will change behavior. Whether those changes are helpful depends on many things. In Nick Reiner’s case, one might suggest that the prescription drug “treatments” were definitely not helping.
It is no secret that the prescribing physician/psychiatrist have no idea how a cocktail of psychiatric drugs “work” in the brain, as cocktails of drugs have never been subjected to clinical trials. What the psychiatric elixirs do to the brain is anyone’s guess, including the pharmaceutical companies that openly admit that they have no clue how the drugs “work” in the brain as “treatment” for any alleged mental disorder.
Fully aware that Nick Reiner was being “treated” for schizophrenia let’s consider what is known about the possible “treatment.” Normally, the go-to psychiatric drug is an antipsychotic. The newer antipsychotics, like Risperdal, Seroquel and Zyprexa (olanzapine), reportedly affect the serotonin in the brain. And how do these drugs “work?” According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) “the mechanism of action of olanzapine, as with other drugs having efficacy in schizophrenia, is unknown.” Clueless.
Were Rob and Michele informed by their $70,000 a month psychiatrist that the FDA has no clue about how the drugs used as “treatment” for their son “work?” But it gets worse. Whether it’s antidepressants for depression, antianxiety drugs like benzodiazepines, or stimulants like Ritalin, the pharmaceutical companies cannot explain how the drugs work as “treatment.” The mode/mechanism of action is “unknown.”
Knowing that prescribing extraordinarily expensive “experts” could not explain to the Reiner’s how the drugs being prescribed to their son “work” it gets worse when one considers the possible adverse effects of the “treatments.”
First, let’s consider antipsychotics. The known possible serious adverse events include depression, insomnia, confusion, personality disorder, anxiety, hallucinations and restlessness, abnormal dreams, aggression, agitation, and cognitive impairment to name a few.
Now, given Nick’s mental health history, one must consider that a cocktail of drugs was being prescribed by his pricey mental health “experts.” One might expect that antidepressant and antianxiety drugs were added to the schizophrenia drugs. If that is true, each of those drug classes come with their own serious adverse side effects too.
For example, the adverse events associated with antidepressants include insomnia, emotional lability, aggravated depression, aggressive reaction, aggression, agitation, anxiety, depersonalization, mania, suicidal ideation, hallucination, sleepwalking, psychotic disorder and abnormal thinking.
Given Nick’s apparent rage and deadly behavior, one might expect that any of the above adverse events could be in play and that is why it is imperative that the complete mental health and drug history be made public along with the names of the family’s “treating” physicians so they may be questioned about Nick’s drug cocktails.
But it appears that already the court is doing what too often happens when it comes to psychiatric drugging and violence. The court has sealed the defendant’s medical records. Why? If ever there was evidence that needed to be openly discussed in a court of law, it is Nick Reiner’s prescription drug history. And one could only imagine how helpful it would be for millions of American families experiencing their own mental health “treatment” blowback.
Time will tell, but it appears that an insanity plea is in the works and the Reiner siblings may sidestep prison for a life in a psychiatric facility for their troubled brother. It will be difficult to prove insanity, though, as it is not listed as a mental disorder in psychiatry’s DSM nor is it a known side effect of any psychiatric drug.
The irony can’t be ignored. Both the prosecution and defense will rely on the mental health “experts,” like those who provided “treatment,” to decide the defendant’s fate.

America is not fractured because of partisanship. That explanation is too shallow—and false. The country is in turmoil because it is in the middle of a regime-level conflict over who governs and who obeys.
The real war is authoritarian power versus individual sovereignty. Everything else—left versus right, red versus blue, progressive versus conservative—is camouflage layered over that deeper struggle.
Why Tina Peters Matters
Tina Peters is not a sideshow. She is the point.
Peters served as a county clerk in Colorado with a legal duty to preserve election records. When she was informed that the election system was to be updated through a “Trusted Build”, she created a backup. Her concern was simple: once data is destroyed, accountability becomes impossible.
For this, she was charged, convicted, and sentenced to nine years in prison.
Tina Peters is 70 years old. A widow. A cancer survivor. A Gold Star mother who lost her Navy SEAL son in service to this country. Whatever one believes about the 2020 election, no rational standard of justice can justify a punishment of this severity for what amounts to record preservation.
This was not law enforcement. It was lawfare (the purposeful abuse of law by government officials to selectively violate the rights of a citizen).
The message is unmistakable: challenge our exercise of the system—even at the most local level—and the full weight of the state will be brought down on you.
This Is a Question of Sovereignty
In the American constitutional order, voting is not a ceremonial exercise. It is the means by which the people exercise sovereignty. Consent flows upward from citizens to the government.
Authoritarian systems reverse that flow. Elections remain, but only as theater. Outcomes are managed. Accountability dissolves into bureaucratic complexity, procedural mazes, and selective enforcement of the law. Power migrates away from citizens and into insulated institutions that answer only to themselves.
That is not a hypothetical future. It is the trajectory we are on now.
Authoritarianism Comes in Many Costumes
Authoritarianism is not a single ideology. It can present itself as Marxism, democratic socialism, globalism, progressivism, or just sacrifices demanded for “the greater good.” The labels do not matter. The structure always does.
When unelected bureaucracies rule.
When courts legislate from the bench.
When legislators entrench themselves for decades.
When the media launders narratives.
When law enforcement is selectively weaponized.
When the centers of power are hip-deep in untouchable corruption.
That is authoritarianism, regardless of which slogans are used to justify it.
Why Elites Fear Populism
Populism terrifies elites because it restores the one thing they cannot tolerate: direct accountability.
Authoritarian systems are always run by a small number of insiders—oligarchs, bureaucratic classes, donor networks, or ideological cadres. Corruption is not incidental to these systems; it is foundational. Complexity replaces consent. Obscurity replaces transparency.
For individual liberty to thrive, honesty matters. For authoritarianism to grow, lies, propaganda, censorship, and intimidation become routine.
Tina Peters was not punished for breaking the law. She was punished for violating an unwritten rule: do not look too closely at how power is exercised abusively.
The Coup That Doesn’t Look Like a Coup
This is not a coup with tanks and barricades. It is a slow, methodical institutional takeover.
Election systems are made complex, creating openings for fraud; those who would benefit from the fraud claim it hasn’t happened and won’t; and the system is shielded from scrutiny.
Legislative rules are abused to block reform. Like the filibuster, which is used to frustrate democracy as senators pretend that they have no choice, while allowing a minority to thwart the will of the people.
Administrative agencies claiming independence from constitutional authority are a means by which sovereignty is eroded from the people by unelected bureaucrats.
Judges converting ideology into precedents that favor an authoritarian position, again, frustrate the will of the people.
Career bureaucrats – the deep state – are sabotaging elected leadership—another transfer of sovereignty.
Piece by piece, sovereignty is transferred from citizens to the state. The result is a country that still uses democratic language while hollowing out democratic control.
What Can Still Be Done
There is still time, but time alone will not save us. Margins matter.
Restoring constitutional government requires:
- Overwhelming electoral victories are needed to reduce the chance of procedural sabotage.
- Federal election integrity standards, with real enforcement, must be passed.
- States need constitutional amendments permitting the recall of federal officials who prove to be duds or to have lied.
- Reassertion of executive authority over administrative agencies – they don’t get to be a fourth branch of government – unanswerable to the electorate.
These are not radical ideas. They are commonsense prerequisites for self-government.
Why Trump’s Truth Social Post Struck a Nerve
This is why Donald Trump’s recent Truth Social post announcing a pardon for Tina Peters mattered.
Whether a president can legally pardon a state conviction is secondary. What mattered was that Trump named the abuse. He publicly acknowledged what so many institutions refuse to admit: Peters’ prosecution was political.
The reaction was immediate and revealing. Not outrage at injustice, but outrage at exposure. Not concern for proportionality, but panic that the narrative had slipped.
A system confident in its legitimacy does not fear scrutiny. A system that imprisons whistleblowers and lashes out when attention turns its way does.
The real war is not left versus right.
It is rule by consent versus rule by fraud, lies, intimidation, and bureaucratic decree. And Tina Peters is proof that the line is closer than many are willing to admit.
