Early Tuesday, the Senate passed Schumer’s supplemental aid package and allocated $95 billion to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan. 22 Republicans voted in favor of giving foreign countries money while ignoring the crisis at the US border.
The $95 billion package died in the House. Speaker Johnson immediately shut it down without a vote.
Now the Biden regime says ICE will likely have to release thousands of illegals in custody because they will lack the funding to keep them detained.
ICE is about $700 million in the negative on their budget, which could have been dealt with if the funding had included border provisions.
This has lead ICE leaders in higher positions of authority to consider releasing about 16,000 illegals in their custody for cost-cutting purposes.
This is the threat from the regime. Either fund our outrageous open border policies or we will release thousands of more illegals on top of the millions of illegals already released inside the country since Joe Biden took office.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is at risk of having to release thousands of detainees amid a budget shortfall that will persist after the failure of a Senate border bill.
ICE is currently facing a $700 million budget shortfall that would have been addressed by the Senate border bill that failed to gain traction last week, causing agency leaders to circulate proposals for cost savings such as slashing its detention capacity and releasing roughly 16,000 migrants, according to a report from the Washington Post.
According to the report, the bill would have provided $6 billion in supplemental funding for ICE enforcement operations, a large boost for the agency ahead of spring’s typically busy illegal crossing window.
This would only further the invasion of our nation. Currently, estimates are at about 11 million illegals have stormed the US. That number is rapidly increasing each day.
That number exceeds the population of 41 individual states.
The Department of Homeland Security is responsible for ICE as its overseer.

Last week Republican Senators voted against advancing a compromised ‘border security bill’ that would have allocated more money to foreign countries while largely ignoring the US border.
The Senate’s $118.28 billion national security supplemental package allocated $60 billion in military aid to Ukraine.
Only $20.23 billion was allocated to secure the US border amid an unprecedented invasion of military-age males from Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and China.
After this bill failed to pass the Senate last week, Schumer rolled out another supplemental aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

Last Friday Chairman Mike Turner traveled to Kiev to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“The United States is working diligently in the House of Representatives and the Senate to secure the funding that is necessary in 2024,” Turner told reporters at a presser in Kiev last week.
Two days ago after returning from a trip to Kiev, Rep. Mike Turner aggressively pushed Mike Johnson to step it up and bring the senate aid bill to the floor for a vote ASAP.
“We have to get this done,” Mike Turner said on Monday claiming there was not a moment to spare because Ukraine is running out of munitions. “This is no longer an issue of, ‘When do we support Ukraine?’ If we do not move, this will be abandoning Ukraine.”
“The speaker will need to bring it to the floor,” he said.
Mike Turner didn’t get his Ukraine funding so now he’s putting pressure on Speaker Johnson by urgently announcing there is a national security threat related to Russia.

Feb 14, 2024, 11:10 PM (GMT+2) – One person was killed and at least 14 were injured on Wednesday in a shooting in Kansas City, Missouri, following the parade and rally celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl win, the Kansas City Fire Department said.
Three victims are in critical condition, five are in serious condition and one has non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.
The shooting took place west of Union Station, near the garage, as Chiefs fans were leaving.
“At the conclusion of the rally there were shots fired west of Union Station near the garage and several people were struck,” Capt. Jake Becchina, a spokesperson for the Kansas City Police Department, told the Kansas City Star.
Two armed people have been detained, Kansas City police said.

Feb 14, 2024, 9:11 PM (GMT+2) – House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence chairman Mike Turner (R-Ohio) warned today (Wednesday) that Congress had received information about a “serious national security threat.”
Turner made the information concerning the threat available to all members of Congress to review, the committee stated.
“I am requesting that President Biden declassify all information relating to this threat so that Congress, the Administration, and our allies can openly discuss the actions necessary to respond to this threat,” he said.
During a White House press conference this afternoon, National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan was asked about the nature of the threat and whether Americans should be worried. He declined to answer the first question and said in response to the second, “In a way, that question is impossible to answer with a straight ‘yes.'”
“We can, and will, and are protecting the national security,” Sullivan added.
The National Security Adviser said that he was surprised that Rep. Turner chose to issue a public statement on the matter today after Sullivan had reached out to the heads of the Congressional committees that deal with national security to hold a meeting with them tomorrow.

February 14, 2024 – On Wednesday, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson shut down the $95 billion foreign aid package recently passed by the Senate.
Johnson remained steadfast in his, and most of his party’s, belief that no bill that doesn’t include funding to solve the crisis at the southern border should be considered by the House.
“The Republican-led House will not be jammed or forced into passing a foreign aid bill that was opposed by most Republican senators and does nothing to secure our own border,” he said. “It’s time for Washington to start showing some love for Americans.”
“On Valentine’s Day, it’s a good day to point this out,” he continued. “We need to listen to the American people and their needs and take action, and that’s why House leadership will continue to govern with Americans’ interests at heart.”
Democrats had been trying to gin up support for a discharge petition, which would have allowed them to bypass Johnson and force a vote, however progressives, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, said they would not sign on, citing the bill’s funding for Israel.
The foreign aid package, which dedicates funding to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, passed with a 70-29 vote as 22 Republicans joined their Democratic colleagues to side in favor of the bill.
Johnson made it clear even before the votes had been tallied that he had no intention of letting the bill enter his chamber.
“House Republicans were crystal clear from the very beginning of our discussions that any so-called national security supplemental legislation must recognize that national security begins at our own border,” he said. “The House acted ten months ago to help enact transformative policy change by passing the Secure Our Border Act, and since then, including today, the Senate has failed to meet the moment.”
“The mandate of national security supplemental legislation was to secure America’s own border before sending additional foreign aid around the world,” he added. “It is what the American people demand and deserve. Now, in the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters. America deserves better than the Senate’s status quo.”

This operation’s details were reportedly compiled in a top-secret binder, stored securely in a classified room in Washington, D.C. President Trump ordered the declassification of the entire dossier, aiming to bring transparency to the investigation’s origins and expose the sham investigation designed to undermine his presidency.

The United States House of Representatives voted narrowly on Tuesday to impeach Alejandro N. Mayorkas, the homeland security secretary, in a precedent-shattering vote that charged him with willfully refusing to enforce border laws and breaching the public trust.
In a 214 to 213 vote, Republicans barreled past the solid opposition of Democrats and reservations in their own ranks to make Mr. Mayorkas the first sitting cabinet secretary in U.S. history to be impeached.
House Republicans are expected to vote on a historic resolution to finally impeach Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tonight.
This comes after three RINO lawmakers bailed Mayorkas out last week.
The Gateway Pundit reported last week that Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA), Rep. Ken Buck (R-CO), and Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) joined the Democrats, leading to a tie vote in Tuesday’s attempt to impeach Mayorkas.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) said on X that the three RINOs “received TENS OF THOUSANDS of voicemails from furious Americans within the first 24 hours” after they sided with the Democrats.
The American people are demanding that Congress hold Mayorkas accountable for violating immigration laws and his oath.
The resolution, H. Res. 863, accuses Secretary Mayorkas of high crimes and misdemeanors, setting the stage for a contentious vote in the House of Representatives.
Specifically, the two articles contained in the resolution accuse Mayorkas of “willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law” in enforcing border policy and “breach of public trust.”
As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, Republican Majority Leader Seve Scalise, who was absent last Tuesday, has returned to Capitol Hill and is expected to be a tie-breaking vote.
Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-WI), who was recently accosted by a Sheriff’s deputy in Tucson, Arizona, for inquiring about a secret illegal alien housing facility funded by American tax dollars, told The Gateway Pundit, “Very clearly, Mayorkas has lied to Congress and the American people, and he has failed to uphold his duty to the Constitution, which is to carry out the laws of the United States of America. He’s not doing that, and so I think there’s at least two things that are impeachable offenses.”
The resolution is expected to pass unless more Republicans choose to side with the Democrats.

It appears the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is targeting some J6 defendants by allegedly reducing or removing their benefits, in some cases pre-trial, which is against Department stated policy. Three J6 defendants brought their allegations to investigative journalist Breanna Morello, who then submitted FOIA requests in December 2023 on behalf of all three. They are JD (Jesus) Rivera, Hector Santos, and Kenneth Harrelson. The VA has been non-compliant with Morello’s requests and is now out of compliance with its policies because it has exceeded the time to respond. The policy states the VA has twenty working days to respond to a FOIA. Morello followed up with an email to the VA on February 6; however, she says the VA has yet to answer. As such, the VA is allegedly unlawfully withholding records, prompting Morello to file a lawsuit last Thursday, February 8. Morello contacted UncoverDC on the same day of her filing.

Feb. 13, 2024 9:15 am – Last week, The Gateway Pundit reported on Craig Callaway’s recent indictment in Atlantic City, NJ for “procuring, casting, and tabulating fraudulent ballots.” The former Atlantic City council president was caught allegedly paying New Jersey residents $30 to $50 to “act as authorized messengers and request mail-in ballots for voters whom they’d never met.”
The alleged crime took place during the 2022 mid-term election when Callaway was paid $65,500 by Rep. Jeff Van Drew’s (R-02) campaign for “strategic consulting”. Rep. Van Drew had paid Callaway’s firm $110,000 for services in the 2020 campaign as well.
Callaway faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 if convicted. And it wouldn’t be his first conviction either: in 2006 he admitted to accepting $36,000 in bribes from a contractor whom he helped win city contracts and again, in 2008, when he admitted guilt in a blackmail scheme targeting Atlantic City councilman, as reported by New York Times.

On February 12th, however, Watters sent a reporter to Atlantic City to interview people in the city about Callaway and the sentiment of the community. When asked, “What do you think of [Craig]?” one Atlantic City resident answered, “My honest opinion? Piece of s***.” The reporter followed up with, “He was caught rigging elections!” to which the woman responded, “Again…or is this the same?”
One man interviewed by the Watters’ team said, “This is pretty much norm in our elections. I mean, someone is always going to try to skirt something around.” He was then asked, “Are Atlantic City elections corrupt?”
“Always have been,” he responded.
Then, Watters dropped a bomb. According to Watters, Callaway has been working for the FBI for 25 years.

Now five Afrikaner activists are being charged with “inciting violence” for protesting outside a courthouse in Groblersdal, Limpopo (former Northern Transvaal) Jan. 24. Three of the five appeared in court Monday, the fourth claiming medical grounds for not appearing. The fifth was arraigned Feb. 8.
The accused include prominent YouTuber Willem Petzer and the son of top Afrikaner country music star Steve Hofmeyr, Devon Hofmeyr. Devon is co-director of the Bittereinders civil defense movement, named after the Afrikaners who vowed to fight to the “bitter end” in the Second Boer War 1899-1902. Co-defendants are Tewie Wessels and Dries Olivier, who claimed medical reasons for not appearing in court.
Petzer, Hofmeyr and the Bittereinders had called for protests outside the trial of farmers Piet Groenewald (63) and son Stephan Greef (27), who stand accused of sic’ing a dog on a black farm worker in Grobersdal in a violent altercation Jan. 17. The farmers claimed the farm worker Veneruru Kavari (30) was drunk and destructive, and attacked them with a panga (machete) and a pick axe handle.
Without any reports of altercations or violence, police accused Petzer, Hofmeyr, Wessels and Olivier with “inciting violence” and called for their arrest. The four decided to surrender to police and face trial voluntarily, as Petzer said in video Monday morning.

Feb. 13, 2024 – Early Tuesday morning, the Senate passed the $95 billion foreign aid package to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan with a 70-29 vote count. 22 Republicans voted to pass the package. House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) has indicated that he will block the package.
The bill passes and moves onto the House after an all-nighter slog of conservative Republican senators filibustering the measure. Some of the senators who attempted stop the bill included Sens. Mike Lee (R-UT), J.D. Vance (R-OH), and Rand Paul (R-KY).
At around 4 a.m., J.D. Vance was filibustering the measure, when he stated, “It is shameful to conduct foreign policy through blank check writing to never ending war.” He and other senators focused on the lack of oversight to the funding to Ukraine in an X space Monday evening with Elon Musk, David Sacks, and Vivek Ramaswamy.
In the evening, before the bill passed the Senate, House Speaker Johnson posted a statement to X indicating that he would block the package in the House.

February 13, 2024 – House Speaker Mike Johnson released a statement on Monday night slamming the stand-alone $95 billion foreign aid package to Ukraine, Israel, and other areas in the Indo-Pacific, saying the senate bill “failed to meet the moment.”
“House Republicans were crystal clear from the very beginning of discussions that any so-called national security supplemental legislation must recognize that national security begins at our own border. The House acted ten months ago to help enact transformative policy change by passing the Secure Our Border Act, and since then, including today, the Senate has failed to meet the moment,” the statement read.
“The Senate did the right thing last week by rejecting the Ukraine-Taiwan-Gaza-Israel-Immigration legislation due to its insufficient border provisions, and it should have gone back to the drawing board to amend the current bill to include real border security provisions that would actually help end the ongoing catastrophe,” Johnson wrote.
He added, “Instead, the Senate’s foreign aid bill is silent on the most pressing issue facing our country. The mandate of national security supplemental legislation was to secure America’s own border before sending additional foreign aid around the world. It is what the American people demand and deserve. Now, in the absence of having received any single border policy change from the Senate, the House will have to continue to work its own will on these important matters. America deserves better than the Senate’s status quo.”
The statement from Johnson comes amidst a Senate vote to motion for cloture that, if passed, would essentially bring debate over the bill to a close ahead of a vote to pass it.

A small group of Republicans had held the floor the entire evening as they expressed opposition to the $60 billion included in the bill for Ukraine aid, The Associated Press reported.
The vote came 70-29, with 22 Republicans voting with nearly all Democrats to pass the bill.

Kamala Harris Tells the WSJ: ‘I am Ready to Serve’ as President By Cassandra Macdonald
Feb. 12, 2024 2:20 pm – Vice President Kamala Harris told the Wall Street Journal that she is “ready to serve” as president amid growing concerns about President Joe Biden’s physical and mental state.
The interview was conducted two days after Special Counsel Robert Hur found Biden, 81, had mishandled classified documents but should not be charged, at least partly, because of his failing memory.
The report described him as an “elderly man with a poor memory” and “diminished faculties.”
The WSJ asked Harris, “Do voters’ concerns about President Biden’s age mean she must convince them she is ready to serve?”
“I am ready to serve. There’s no question about that,” Harris responded. She added that everyone who sees her on the job “walks away fully aware of my capacity to lead.”
The report noted that the discussion about Harris having to take over has now become a public conversation.
“There was always going to be a lot of scrutiny and pressure on her in the 2024 campaign, and that moment’s here now,” Jennifer Palmieri, who worked in the Obama and Clinton administrations and for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, told the newspaper. “I think that the special counsel’s report has sort of accelerated that moment.”
Harris has been on the campaign trail in recent weeks pushing a pro-abortion message.
The report noted, “Ahead of the re-election campaign, Democrats privately expressed concerns about Harris’s place on the ticket, portraying her as a liability. Her backers maintain that Harris, the daughter of Indian and Jamaican immigrants, has been held to a different standard from past vice presidents, including Biden. Many now acknowledge Harris is on a firmer footing campaigning on abortion access, but they still aren’t convinced she should be anointed as the party’s future leader.”
Over the weekend, the New York Times published an opinion piece calling for Biden to step aside and allow another Democrat to run in 2024.
“Joe Biden should not be running for re-election,” the article began. “That much was obvious well before the special prosecutor’s comments on the president’s memory lapses inspired a burst of age-related angst. And Democrats who are furious at the prosecutor have to sense that it will become only more obvious as we move deeper into an actual campaign.”
The article suggested that Biden should continue to campaign “until August and the convention, when he would shock the world by announcing his withdrawal from the race, decline to issue any endorsement, and invite the convention delegates to choose his replacement.”
Biden is currently 81 years old. He would be 82 by the time that he took the oath for a second term.

Service Members Were Coerced and Injured, and as a Result, They’ve Lost Nearly All Trust in Leadership Over the COVID-19 Shot By J.M. Phelps
Feb. 12, 2024 1:20 pm – Through part of an anonymous questionnaire distributed by the author, over 200 men and women currently serving in the U.S. Armed Forces shared their experiences concerning the now-rescinded COVID-19 military vaccine mandate.
Major Trey Dawson (a pseudonym), who has served in the U.S. military for over 15 years and is currently assigned to an Army aviation brigade, was one of the survey’s 229 participants. When the COVID-19 shot rolled out, he was pressured to take the jab. According to the survey, almost 73 percent of the participants said they were also coerced into receiving the shot.
“You need to get vaccinated. This is non-negotiable for leaders because we set the example, and you’re a bad leader if you don’t get vaccinated.” These statements embodied the sentiment of Maj. Dawson’s brigade commander and brigade sergeant major.
According to the survey, only two of the 30 individuals who admitted taking the shot wanted to be vaccinated. Maj. Dawson was one of the 30 who felt obligated to get the injection even though he has been opposed to vaccines for years. “Even my kids are not vaccinated,” he shared.
“I expected the anti-vax movement to get crushed, and I felt like my livelihood was at stake, so that led me to get the vaccine,” Maj. Dawson explained. “And while I thought that would be the end of my troubles over the shot, as an executive officer, it becomes my job to hunt people down to tell them to get vaccinated,” he said. “I had to find opportunities to voice my concern to them privately.”
Approximately 95 percent of the survey’s participants faced reprisal for not receiving the COVID-19 injection, including verbal threats of punitive legal action, loss of promotion, and exclusion from career-enhancing schools.
Unwanted Injury
Maj. Dawson received the COVID-19 injection at an off-post pharmacy in May 2021. There was “absolutely no discussion” about the risks associated with the vaccine, and the package insert accompanying the shot was blank, he said. Only seven of the survey’s 229 participants were informed by qualified medical personnel of known risks, like myocarditis and more, associated with the injection.
Maj. Dawson was told “all the usual lies like it’s safe and effective,” and that by taking the jab, he could stop the spread of the virus and protect “vulnerable family members.”
After the injection, “I’ve had unexplained chest pain and other issues,” he said. “I’m still waiting to be officially diagnosed with something, as I’ve been bounced around hematology [for clotting], rheumatology, cardiology, and pulmonology,” without a single mention that the COVID-19 injection could be causing my problems.
Ninety-three percent of the survey’s 229 participants said they know service members who were injured by the COVID-19 injection. Twenty of the 30 participants who admitted being “vaccinated” also revealed they were injured by the shot.
Oath and Law Abandoned
The mandate to get the injection was unlawful because the military failed to provide FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccines, as listed in the Pentagon’s 2021 vaccine mandate. Rather, only shots issued under emergency use authorization (EUA) were offered to service members. And for this reason, thousands objected.

Israeli forces rescued two hostages early Monday, storming a heavily guarded apartment in the southern Gaza Strip and extracting the captives under fire in a dramatic raid that was a small but symbolically significant success for Israel. The operation killed at least 67 Palestinians, including women and children, according to Palestinian health officials in the beleaguered territory.
To assist the rescue forces, heavy airstrikes pounded the area near the apartment in Rafah, a city on the southern edge of the Gaza Strip where 1.4 million Palestinians have fled to escape fighting elsewhere in the Israel-Hamas war.
The raid was celebrated in Israel as a victory in the sluggish battle to free the hostages, with more than 100 captives still held by Hamas and other Gaza militants, and briefly lifted the spirits of a nation still reeling from Hamas’ cross-border raid last year. But in Gaza, where civilians have borne a staggering toll since the war erupted on Oct. 7, the operation unleashed another wartime tragedy, with many Palestinians killed or wounded.

Although nothing is inevitable, we are fast approaching the point where, as a practical matter, he will not be able to stop China and Russia, directly and through proxies, from merging existing conflicts and turning them into the next global war,” charged Gordon Chang, an expert on China, in a column at The Gatestone Institute.
He pointed out that, “Biden’s foreign policy has collapsed. National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan effectively admitted that to CNN’s Dana Bash on February 4.”
Bash said, “You have said now a couple times on this show and you have said this many times before that the administration is trying to prevent this from spreading into a regional conflict.”
Then she listed conflict locations and said, “My colleague Peter Bergen smartly pointed out that this conflict involves 10 countries, at least four major terrorist groups, so isn’t this already a regional conflict?”
Sullivan responded, “Well, Dana, what I would say is that these are distinct but related challenges. … For example, what’s happening in the Red Sea is obviously to a certain extent triggered by what’s happening in Gaza, but it’s not the same thing. The Houthis aren’t just hitting ships related to Israel; they’re hitting a lot of different ships from a lot of different countries. And so we are trying to deal with the challenge to freedom of navigation in the Red Sea. That is a distinct challenge. The militia groups in Iraq and Syria are hitting our forces. We’re responding. And then of course Israel is dealing both with the challenge of Hamas in Gaza and the threat from Hezbollah in the north.”
Chang explained, “Sullivan, although not his intention, confirmed the war in Gaza has already extended beyond that troubled strip. The situation is actually worse than he let on. Hamas leaders have fled Qatar and are now hiding out in Qatari diplomatic missions in Morocco, where they are unwanted by the King, and in Algeria, where they are welcomed by the regime.”
He said that means Iran effectively has operatives at the west end of the Mediterranean, in line with its threats to close down shipping there, as it already has in the Red Sea.
And Hamas operatives now “have also fled Qatar for Turkey, which controls access to the Black Sea, and Lebanon.”
The sequence has been: “Biden’s Afghanistan debacle of August 2021 was quickly followed by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, by China’s and Russia’s fueling insurgencies in North Africa, and by Iran’s attacks on Israel from Gaza and the Golan Heights.”
He noted Jonathan Bass, of InfraGlobal Partners, charged, “Blood now soaks the soil of three continents. More will be spilled. Aggressors are now on killing sprees.”
Chang said Biden’s policies are failing because Biden believes it is possible to integrate “virtually all nations into the rules-based international system.”
But he said China and Russia already do not respect sovereignty of other states.
That means, “Beijing and Moscow do not accept the assumptions that have defined the world since the Peace of Westphalia of 1648, which established the current international system. Chinese and Russian leaders do not agree as to what should replace Westphalia, but they are nonetheless working together to bring it down,” he said.
That leaves Biden “trying to work” with China while Xi Jinping “believes the United States is at most a Chinese colony.”
Biden’s also is trying to “manage” the Russia-Ukraine war. And he’s hunting for “compromise” in the Middle East.
“He should realize that there can be no accommodation with regimes that either seek the destruction of the United States—China and Iran, for instance—or regimes helping such enemies—most notably Russia. ”

It seems like every day the story almost sounds the same. Thousands illegally cross the border, and the mainstream media hardly cares. The reality is that this is an everyday occurrence.
On Saturday, there was a total of almost 7,000 encounters with illegal aliens at the southern border. Of that number, over 2,500 of those were in the Tucson sector in Arizona.
A significant portion of the “gotaways” in this sector are on Indian reservation land. This area has no wall and zero media access.
TGP reported on Saturday that there were almost 6,700 illegal alien encounters in one day this past week. Over a thousand of those were in the San Diego sector.
The top four countries that these illegals are from are Colombia, China, Brazil, and Mexico.
Since Texas Governor Greg Abbott locked down the border in Eagle Pass, illegal aliens and smugglers have just shifted their locations. Arizona and California are wide open for illegals to cross into the US. TGP had reported earlier this month.
The Tucson sector has been a hotspot for illegals since Biden was installed in January of 2021. TGP had reported back in December that there were about 18,900 apprehensions of illegals in the Tucson sector in just one week’s time.
The week before, approximately 17,500 illegals crossed the border in the same sector. In one week, there was an increase of about 1,400 illegals that were captured.
It is evident that the invasion is intentional as the Biden regime willfully allows the border to stay open. They had three years to close the border and chose not to.

Mail-In Ballot Fraud Study Finds Trump ‘Almost Certainly’ Won in 2020 By Tom Ozimek
A new study of mail-in ballot fraud challenges the official results of the 2020 presidential election.
2/9/2024 – A new study examining the likely impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots had in the 2020 election concludes that the outcome would “almost certainly” have been different without the massive expansion of voting by mail.
The Heartland Institute study tried to gauge the probable impact that fraudulent mail-in ballots cast for both then-candidate Joe Biden and his opponent, President Donald Trump, would have had on the overall 2020 election results.
The study was based on data obtained from a Heartland/Rasmussen survey in December that revealed that roughly one in five mail-in voters admitted to potentially fraudulent actions in the presidential election.
After the researchers carried out additional analyses of the data, they concluded that mail-in ballot fraud “significantly” impacted the 2020 presidential election.
They also found that, absent the huge expansion of mail-in ballots during the pandemic, which was often done without legislative approval, President Trump would most likely have won.
“Had the 2020 election been conducted like every national election has been over the past two centuries, wherein the vast majority of voters cast ballots in-person rather than by mail, Donald Trump would have almost certainly been re-elected,” the report’s authors wrote.
Over 43 percent of 2020 votes were cast by mail, the highest percentage in U.S. history.
‘Biggest Story of the Year’
The new study examined raw data from the December survey carried out jointly between Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports, which tried to assess the level of fraudulent voting that took place in 2020.
The December survey, which President Trump called “the biggest story of the year,” suggested that roughly 20 percent of mail-in voters engaged in at least one potentially fraudulent action in the 2020 election, such as voting in a state where they’re no longer permanent residents.

Feb. 10, 2024 2:20 pm – Earlier this week, journalist James O’Keefe of O’Keefe Media Group visited a Ramada Inn by Wyndham converted to a migrant housing facility that is reportedly being run by the Casa Alitas program in Tucson, Arizona.
According to O’Keefe, buses were coming in with new migrants every 15 minutes, including during his “interrogation” by a Pima County Sheriff Deputy. Feb. 10, 2024 9:45 am – Former Trump Chief Advisor Stephen Miller joined Jesse Watters Thursday night and absolutely destroyed the DOJ’s handling of Biden’s document scandal.
On Thursday, Special Counsel Robert Hur released a 345-page report on Biden’s stolen classified documents investigation showing that Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center, his Delaware garage, his Virginia home, and his lawyer’s Boston office.
Hur found that Biden “willfully retained” classified information; however, he decided not to charge him.
According to Hur, in 2017, Biden even read aloud classified passages about meetings in the Situation Room to his ghostwriter.
But, in a two-tiered system of justice in the United States, Biden will not face charges.
Jesse Watters: This is the President of the United States garage, Stephen Miller. This is where he was keeping information about U. S. Weapons capabilities, foreign intelligence, military secrets. There it is next to a lamp with duct tape wrapped around it and a shoebox. The FBI said that box was so dilapidated and crumbled that they couldn’t even pick it up. They had to take the classified documents and put it in another box. Now this is a garage that Hunter’s in and out of with Jackie Bao, who’s tied to Chinese intelligence. This is where the garage doors open. They’re going on a joyride in the corvette.
Now, you take this and look at Donald Trump, where his documents were. They were locked up in a secure facility.
Boxes had tops on them, guarded by Secret Service on an estate on an island. Now, the media went crazy when those images came out. How can you continue to go forward with this document prosecution on the Trump side after what we’ve witnessed here with this off-ramp that the special counsel has given Joe Biden, who had a garage that looked like my great-grandfather’s, after a rummage sale?
Stephen Miller: Well, yes, let’s be very clear that the Department of Justice, the report they wrote was a attempt to get Joe Biden completely scot-free off of the documents case while they are persecuting Donald Trump.
Those pictures you showed are the least secure handling and storing of classified information I’ve ever seen in my life.
Donald Trump stored the records based on consultation with the Department of Justice and the National Archives, records that he, as President, has the absolute right to maintain, to control, to declassify. That is an unmitigated right of the President of the United States. Joe Biden had no such right. Joe Biden was Vice-President, not President.
He was Senator, not President, when he stole these records, when he purloined these records. And yet he is not being prosecuted. And we know why he’s not being prosecuted. Because this system is rigged, Jesse. It’s rigged in the same way that black lives matter can torch buildings and kill people and ruin lives. But pro-life protesters, they get thrown in the slammer. It’s rigged because if you are on the right team, if you’re on the Democrat team, you can commit any crime and you will be shielded. And if you’re on the wrong team, you’re the Republican team, and certainly for Donald Trump, no matter how innocent you are, you will be railroaded.
Joe Biden belongs in prison. He willfully retained and disclosed classified information, and he has absolutely no right to retain those records because he was not the President of the United States.

Feb. 10, 2024 9:30 am – Thursday’s news crescendo ending in a calamitous presidential press conference carried hidden lessons for both parties: Be careful what you wish on your political enemies. It could monumentally backfire.
The Democrats’ continuous calls during his four years in office to use the 25th Amendment to remove President Trump from office on the presumed grounds of mental instability took a disastrous turn this week, as the effort self-combusted in a Hindenburg-sized blowback.
In October 2020, before Joe Biden was elected president and three months before Trump supporters stormed the U.S. Capitol, then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi held a press conference. She was touting a bill to create a bipartisan commission that could determine a sitting president’s ability to carry out the duties of the office.
The original bill’s author was Rep. Jamie Raskin, a Maryland Democrat and former constitutional lawyer who would go on to lead the second Senate impeachment trial of Donald Trump. In Pelosi’s eerily portentous remarks, she said the measure wasn’t explicitly aimed at Trump, but his mental health “reminded” Democrats of why such a commission was needed.
“This is not about President Trump. He will face the judgment of the voters, but he knows the need for us to create a process for future presidents,” she said. “This legislation applies to future presidents, but we are reminded of the necessity of action by the health of the current president.”

Feb. 9, 2024 9:40 pm – Newt Gingrich joined Sean Hannity on Friday following the release of Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on Thursday.
Robert Hur inserted into the report many unflattering references to Biden personally – calling him a “well-meaning, elderly man” with trouble remembering things. That included an event that has wounded the president deeply – the 2015 death of his son Beau.
Hur pardoned Joe Biden for taking classified documents and storing them in numerous locations – a criminal act for anyone who is not US President. Former President Donald Trump was indicted for much less.
Newt Gingrich: Well, look, I think the very clear language and the very clear examples that are in the Special Report put on the table a very straightforward challenge. This is not about politics. This is about the survival of the United States. You have to worry about North Korea, Taiwan, Iran, all of the Middle East, Ukraine. And we’re now told we have a president based on the Department of Justice report who really doesn’t get it anymore. So at a minimum, I think the Congress should demand a cognitive test by outside sources. And if he is, in fact, as bad as the Special Counsel Hur said he is, I think they have to invoke the 25th amendment.
And as much as I disagree deeply with Kamala Harris, she is at least rational, I think, and she’s probably less of a danger to the country than a Joe Biden who doesn’t know what’s going on. Remember, he is literally the person who can start a nuclear war or he’s the person who can avoid a nuclear war by doing the right things. And everything we’re seeing, he’s just not there. So you don’t know which staff person is making which decision, but it’s clear Joe Biden isn’t.
And I think after yesterday, my whole opinion changed because that report, and I urge every American to read the key parts of that report, it is so bad and so clear that you can’t allow this guy to be commander in chief, not as a political decision, but as a matter of national.
The report points out that Biden has significant limitations with his memory when he was dealing with his ghostwriter in 2017 and with the interviews that they had with her’s office in October of last year. And they said that Biden didn’t remember the years he was vice president.

Governor Holcomb orders Indiana National Guard to Texas to help secure border Kayla Dwyer
February 9, 2024 (Indianapolis Star) – Gov. Eric Holcomb is deploying the Indiana National Guard to the southern border to assist Texas Gov. Greg Abbott in his fight with the federal government over border security.
Fifty Indiana soldiers will spend 10 months supporting the Texas National Guard’s mission, beginning in mid-March, Holcomb announced Friday.
“Federal negligence enforcing immigration law and the failure to secure our country’s border jeopardizes national and economic security, affecting every state, including Indiana,” he said. “We’ve worked too hard in Indiana attacking the drug epidemic for more Hoosier lives to be put at risk by a constant supply of killer drugs spilled over an open U.S. border. The only way to resolve this is to stop the historically high flow of illegal immigrants crossing the border.”
This past Sunday, Holcomb visited the border town at the epicenter of the controversy, Eagle Pass, to stand with Abbott and 13 other governors coming to Texas’ defense.
Texas sued the federal government for cutting down the razor wire state officials installed along the Rio Grande to deter illegal immigration. In late January, in response to an emergency petition, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of the federal government, without explaining why.
Despite the Supreme Court decision, Abbott has been ordering his troops to block federal agents from accessing Shelby Park, a park in the city that’s adjacent to the border.
Holcomb’s decision to deploy the Indiana National Guard to help is in response to a direct request from Abbott, according to a news release.
Gubernatorial candidate and former Attorney General Curtis Hill had publicly called on Holcomb to deploy the troops.
Indiana National Guard troops have gone on missions to the southern border before. Between October 2020 and October 2023, 300 soldiers have served in various federal missions on the border, according to the governor’s office.
“Whatever the mission ― whether it’s supporting a Hoosier community in the face of natural disaster, standing with our allies or against our adversaries overseas, or protecting the border ― the soldiers and airmen of the Indiana National Guard are uniquely trained, equipped and capable of mobilizing whenever and wherever we’re called,” said Major General Dale Lyles, the adjutant general of the Indiana National Guard. “We stand ready to support the Texas National Guard in securing the southern border.”

Feb. 10, 2024 7:30 am – Isaac Thomas, a 21-year-old January 6 political hostage will released from the Washington Correctional Treatment on Monday following a ruling issued Thursday by US District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly.
Thomas has been incarcerated for seven months after he was detained in pretrial custody during a hearing last August when Judge Kotelly sided with prosecutors to revoke his bond. As TGP has reported, he is also a victim of foster care child abuse.
After filing two motions, his new attorney Steven Metcalf was finally successful in restoring his freedom.
“Bail factors have not weighed in proportion to how they usually are. A guy with an assault on a police officer should not be in jail on pretrial detention,” Metcalf told The Gateway Pundit in an exclusive interview immediately after the judge issued the order allowing Thomas to return home.
If a guy has 18 cases prior who is an international heavy drug dealer who was caught with 15 bricks. those are the guys are no bond.
“I was able to introduce new information on every single issue that got Isaac into jail — so Isaac will be allowed out.”
“When he first got arrested the government kept accusing him of violating his conditions, then the judge basically said ‘Enough is enough, had a revocation hearing and threw him in jail. That’s when Isaac was represented by prior counsel. Then he hired me.
“I reviewed the decision and I thoroughly dissected that decision and addressed every single negative thing that she wrote in her ruling to incarcerate him before trial.”
Thomas is currently detained in the hole of the DC gulag, a windowless, vermin-infested cell in the basement of the correctional facility, with two other J6 hostages, Ryan Samsel and Zachary Alam. As TGP has reported, Metcalf’s other client, Jake Lang, was housed in the hole with Thomas, Samsel and Alam until he was moved around 3 am on Thursday.
