Death of shot Clinton aide with Epstein ties found tied to tree ruled suicide — despite no gun at scene By Olivia Land
February 22, 2023 4:50pm Updated – The mysterious death of an aide to President Bill Clinton with ties to Jeffrey Epstein has been officially ruled a suicide – despite there being no sign of a weapon near the body.
Mark Middleton, 59, who served in the Clinton White House in the 1990s, was found dead on Heifer Ranch in Perryville, Arkansas on May 2, 2022, the Daily Mail reported.
Almost one year after Middleton’s death, a police report obtained by the outlet this week revealed that the Little Rock businessman was discovered with a gunshot wound to the chest and an extension cord tying his neck to a tree.
“I could see the male was obviously deceased,” Deputy Jeremy Lawson of the Perry County Sheriff’s Department wrote of his arrival at the grisly scene.
Notably, Lawson’s account includes that while officers located a gun case and three boxes of buckshot in Middleton’s BMW SUV, there was no weapon in sight.
Though the father of two worked for his family’s HVAC business in the years before his death, he previously enjoyed a high-flying lifestyle as special advisor to Clinton and assistant to the Chief of Staff, Thomas F. “Mack” McLarty.
Middleton notably signed late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein into the White House seven of the 17 times he visited the residence, the Daily Mail said. He was also reported to have flown on Epstein’s infamous “Lolita Express” jet.
Middleton left the White House in 1995. The following year, the Los Angeles Times reported, his executive access was curtailed after an investigation determined he abused his connections in an effort to become “an international dealmaker.”

Grosskreutz is demanding “financial compensation for emotional distress, humiliation, loss of enjoyment of life, and other pain and suffering on all claims,” along with punitive damages.
The lawsuit also claims that Grosskreutz acted as a peacemaker when he “approached with his hands in the air to try to ease the situation and stop the killing.”

Feb. 22, 2023 9:00 am – A 22-year-old Canadian man has been charged with second-degree murder for shooting a man who had broken into his home to rob him.
The homeowner, Ali Mian, was legally permitted to own the firearm, despite Canada’s strict laws.
On Saturday morning, at roughly 5 a.m., a group of burglars broke into Mian’s Milton home with the intent of committing a robbery.
Mian fatally shot one of the individuals, whose name has not been publicly released at this time.

One of the burglars who got away, Romario Clarke, 20, is facing charges of breaking and entering as well as unauthorized possession of a firearm, according to a report from the Toronto Star.

At approximately 10:51 a.m., a fire broke out in a one-story lumber storage building at 335 Hewes Street and quickly spread to a neighboring three-story commercial building, according to authorities.
“There is a lot of stock within these buildings and that’s what’s taken so long to extinguish these fires. It’s a heavy load of combustibles,” Chief John Hodgens said.

Feb. 22, 2023 7:15 am – Two individuals were killed and three more injured Tuesday morning when an explosion and fire devastated an industrial complex in Miami’s suburbs.
According to footage obtained from nearby businesses and TV news helicopters, the explosion that occurred in Medley, Florida sent a large fireball into the sky and left multiple trucks and other vehicles in flames, AP reported.
A Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokesperson said that when crews arrived, they found multiple people who were on fire.
According to the Miami-Dade Police Department, two people were pronounced dead at the scene and three others were injured in the fire. According to the police, two of the injured were sent to the Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital in life-threatening conditions.

Feb. 21, 2023 4:20 pm – A Union Pacific coal train derailed early Tuesday morning east of Gothenburg, Nebraska, prompting the deployment of law enforcement and a Hazmat team to the scene.
About 31 Union Pacific Railroad coal cars derailed at about 1:45 a.m., about 3 miles southeast of Gothenburg.
No injuries were reported with the derailment.
Since May 2022, there have been a total of four incidents in the vicinity.
A Union Pacific train carrying coal derailed south of Gothenburg in May 2022, according to News 2. In June, another derailment was recorded near Gothenburg, and in November, a third occurred in the Lexington area.
Jesse Ambler, a local resident, told Daily Mail that multiple railway derailments in recent months had severely disrupted the local town of 3,500 people.
“It seems to happen all the time,” he said. “I don’t know what the deal is.”
