Furious Project Veritas Donors Threaten Board Of Directors Over Reported O’Keefe Ouster BY TYLER DURDEN
FRIDAY, FEB 10, 2023 – 12:40 PM – Major donors to Project Veritas have sent the board of directors a Cease and Desist Demand Letter over founder James O’Keefe’s reported ouster.
A letter from the Troutman Pepper law firm reads: “Our firm represents a large group of significant donors to Project Veritas who have grave concerns about the Board of Directors’ reported action to remove Founder and CEO James O’Keefe from this leadership position, change the structure of Project Veritas entities and their Boards (raising risks for the entities’ charitable status), and operate Project Veritas for purposes other than those for which the organization was established.”
The group is asking that the board “immediately cease using Project Veritas funds, which were solicited using Mr. O’Keefe and his reputation for purposes of carrying out the organization’s mission, in any manner contrary to that mission.”

THURSDAY, FEB 09, 2023 – 06:12 AM – Famed journalist and Pulitzer prize winner Seymour Hersh, who for decades was a star reporter writing for The New York Times and New Yorker, on Wednesday published a new bombshell as his first Substack post, prompting a quick White House response
After conducting his own investigation into who sabotaged the Nord Stream pipelines via a series of underwater blasts on Sept. 26, Hersh has concluded the United States blew up the Russia-to-Germany natural gas pipeline as part of a covert operation under the guise of the BALTOPS 22 NATO exercise.
Hersh, relying on unnamed national security sources, describes months of discussions and back-and-forth involving the Biden White House, CIA, and Pentagon. The report says planning was in the works all the way back to December 2021, with a special task force formed under the aegis of US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
“The Navy proposed using a newly commissioned submarine to assault the pipeline directly. The Air Force discussed dropping bombs with delayed fuses that could be set off remotely. The CIA argued that whatever was done, it would have to be covert. Everyone involved understood the stakes,” the report, entitled How America Took Out The Nord Stream Pipeline reads.
“The Biden Administration was doing everything possible to avoid leaks as the planning took place late in 2021 and into the first months of 2022,” it continues.
As momentum gained to proceed with a covert sabotage attack, “Over the next few weeks, members of the CIA’s working group began to craft a plan for a covert operation that would use deep-sea divers to trigger an explosion along the pipeline,” Hersh writes.
But there was significant push back within the intelligence community, but any reservations were overcome in the lead-up and aftermath of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. According to the investigative report:

Widespread reports of a hostile takeover point to a more insidious long game at play, with the move coming after two bombshell undercover video reports from Project Veritas that showed a Pfizer research scientist discussing the company’s gain-of-function work to maximize vaccine profits.

There is an effort underway at Project Veritas to oust the company’s founder and frontman James O’Keefe. Reportedly the board of directors voted to put O’Keefe on paid administrative leave ahead of the February 10th board meeting where they plan to fire him for cause—if they do Project Veritas will be dead.
There is little doubt that the brash young executive may be in over his head running a $25M nonprofit news organization but the answer isn’t to oust him—the answer is to surround him with executives and directors who can help him pursue the company’s mission. Any director, executive, or employee who is unwilling to support O’Keefe should simply resign—killing the company is NOT the answer.

Thursday, February 09, 2023 – (Natural News) A bombshell report from independent journalist Seymour Hersh — published on Substack — reveals and confirms exactly what we reported last year: That the US Dept. of Defense covertly blew up the Nordstream pipelines, carrying out an act of terrorism against its own western allies in an insanely dangerous effort to harm Russia’s energy exports.The destruction of the Nordstream pipelines (also printed as Nord Stream) was reportedly carried out with the help of the government of Norway, and the planting of explosives used the cover of the BALTOPS 22 US Navy exercise in June of 2022, during which US Navy divers planted explosives that were, three months later, remotely detonated by a sonar buoy dropped into the Baltic Sea with a Norwegian Air Force P8 Poseidon patrol plane.
As Hersh writes:
The C4 attached to the pipelines would be triggered by a sonar buoy dropped by a plane on short notice, but the procedure involved the most advanced signal processing technology. Once in place, the delayed timing devices attached to any of the four pipelines could be accidentally triggered by the complex mix of ocean background noises throughout the heavily trafficked Baltic Sea—from near and distant ships, underwater drilling, seismic events, waves and even sea creatures. To avoid this, the sonar buoy, once in place, would emit a sequence of unique low frequency tonal sounds—much like those emitted by a flute or a piano—that would be recognized by the timing device and, after a pre-set hours of delay, trigger the explosives.

Last Friday, “moments before the end of the workday, the Biden administration notified Congress that nonproliferation sanctions on the terrorist regime of Iran were being waived to allow Rosatom, Russia’s state-owned energy company, to profit without sanctions,” the Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) noted in a press release this week.
Washington Free Beacon was the only news site to report the event, apparently based on the deliberate timing of the notification.
“The Biden administration renewed a series of sanctions waivers that permit Iran and Russia to cooperate on nuclear work at Iranian enrichment sites, according to a non-public notification sent to Congress and obtained by the Washington Free Beacon, the report said.
Furthermore, “Secretary of State Antony Blinken authorized the waivers on Jan. 31, but Congress was not notified of the decision until late on Feb. 3, after the Free Beacon began making inquiries about the exemptions. Senior congressional sources said the Biden administration is trying to sweep the sanctions waivers under the rug amid renewed concerns about Iran and Russia’s military alliance.”
