Boasberg’s Judicial Coup Update: Judge Gives President Trump Deadline of Tuesday for Compliance Sundance
March 21, 2025 The Conservative Treehouse – Judge James Boasberg issues a three-page order [SEE HERE] demanding the Trump administration deliver cabinet level details about their criminal alien deportation operation.
Boasberg claims the information provided to him so far is “woefully inadequate,” and lacks the citations of what cabinet-level officials were involved in deporting criminal illegal aliens and Tren de Aragua gang members protected by a leftist immigration organization employing Judge Boasberg’s daughter.
Judge Boasberg appears to be focused on generating a contempt order against the Trump administration. Presumably, this would give Boasberg’s allied Democrats in congress a foothold for their needed 2018 election effort and another impeachment attempt.
“To begin, the Government cannot proffer a regional ICE official to attest to Cabinet-level discussions of the state-secrets privilege; indeed, his declaration on that point, not surprisingly, is based solely on his unsubstantiated ‘understand[ing],’” he said.
Boasberg then ordered the Trump administration to submit a brief by March 25 explaining why it did not violate his order by failing to return the individuals in question on the two earliest planes that arrived from El Salvador to the U.S. on March 15.
“By March 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., Defendants shall submit a sworn declaration by a person with direct involvement in the Cabinet-level discussions regarding invocation of the state-secrets privilege,” he added.

Boasberg had previously warned the Trump administration of consequences if it were to violate his order.
President Trump via Truth Social:
“Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country! These people are Lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings.
Lawyers endlessly search the United States for these Judges, and file lawsuits as quickly as they find them. It is then the obligation of Law abiding Agencies of Government to have these “Orders” overturned. The danger is unparalleled! These Judges want to assume the Powers of the Presidency, without having to attain 80 Million Votes. They want all of the advantages with none of the risks.
Again, a President has to be allowed to act quickly and decisively about such matters as returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE. It is our goal to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and such a high aspiration can never be done if Radical and Highly Partisan Judges are allowed to stand in the way of JUSTICE. STOP NATIONWIDE INJUNCTIONS NOW, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!”

Tom Homan Has Defiant Response to Judge Who Ordered Deportation Flight Halt: ‘Not Gonna Stop Us’ By Ole Braatelien
March 20, 2025 The Western Journal – Border czar Tom Homan sent a blunt message Thursday to the district judge who ordered a deportation flight packed with terrorists to return to the United States.
Homan was attending a “Socratic stage” event at the New College of Florida in Sarasota, along with Gov. Ron DeSantis and former acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf.
The discussion covered many topics, including President Donald Trump’s recent invocation of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act, aimed against the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.
WATCH https://twitter.com/i/broadcasts/1BRJjmarqwgGw
At one point, the host asked Homan about the recent controversy involving U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, who on Saturday ordered a departing flight full of terrorists to return to the United States.
More than 250 terrorists were aboard the flights, including gang members of MS-13 and Tren de Aragua, according to the U.K.’s Guardian.
Their rap sheets included kidnapping, sexual abuse of a child, aggravated assault, prostitution, robbery, and aggravated assault of a police officer, Fox News reported.
Boasberg wanted time to determine the legality of Trump’s mass deportation via the Alien Enemies Act.
WATCH https:// www.youtube.com/watch?v=Njn3kLH8tt0&t=108s
“What basically he wanted us to do was turn planes around in mid-air — full of terrorists — and bring them back into the United States, which is ridiculous. And, we didn’t do it. Now it’s under litigation,” Homan said.
“But I’ve been clear, I’ll let DOJ fight it out. I’m not a lawyer, I’m a cop, so we’ll let the lawyers fight it out. But bottom line is, we’re not gonna stop doing what we’re doing. We’re gonna arrest illegal aliens today, we’re going to arrest TdA today, we’re going to deport TdA today, we’re going to deport criminals every single day,” he said.
“They’re not going to stop us,” Homan added. “The district court judge isn’t going to stop us from making this country safe again. We’re going to keep moving forward.”
In a filing Wednesday, the Department of Justice accused Boasberg of “digressive micromanagement,” after he tried stopping the flights. The judge demanded the DOJ answer five questions by Wednesday at noon, according to Fox News:
1) What time did the plane take off from U.S. soil and from where?
2) What time did it leave U.S. airspace?
3) What time did it land in which foreign country (including if it made more than one stop)?
4) What time were individuals subject solely to the Proclamation transferred out of U.S. custody?
5) How many people were aboard solely on the basis of the Proclamation?
“The Court has now spent more time trying to ferret out information about the Government’s flight schedules and relations with foreign countries than it did in investigating the facts before certifying the class action in this case,” the filing read, which was co-signed by Attorney General Pamela Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche and others.
“That observation reflects how upside-down this case has become, as digressive micromanagement has outweighed consideration of the case’s legal issues,” the filing read.
Greenpeace Trial Shows How to Make NGOs Pay ADAM LEHRER
Trump to dismantle DOE.; Bibi signals to MAGA; India raids Open Society
MAR 20, 2025 The Daily Scroll – The Big Story
In a landmark ruling, the climate nonprofit Greenpeace was ordered by a North Dakota jury Wednesday to pay $660 million in damages to the pipeline company Energy Transfer over Greenpeace’s role in the Dakota Access Pipeline protests of 2016 and 2017, The New York Times reports. Both the ruling and the broader case are useful in terms of understanding the role that large left-leaning networks like Greenpeace occupy in organizing the activities of protest movements, and in demonstrating a strategy for how those who oppose them might legally challenge these groups going forward.
Three components of Greenpeace’s operation were at the crux of Energy Transfer’s civil lawsuit. First, the company alleged, Greenpeace (and Stichting BankTrack, Greenpeace’s Dutch parent NGO) “disseminated false statements” and “misinformation” about the company and the project via social media posts and mass emails to Greenpeace’s members, including false claims that the pipeline crossed “sacred” tribal lands and would destroy local water resources. These claims, Energy Transfer argued, were made for the purpose of “raising funds,” “inciting thousands of protestors,” and “damaging Energy Transfer’s reputation.” Second, Greenpeace put out similar statements to Energy Transfer’s lenders and investors, which ET alleged was an attempt to damage the company’s business relations. Third and most important, however, the company argued—and the jury found—that Greenpeace had knowingly coordinated with, supported, and fundraised for more radical groups that engaged in unlawful acts of trespassing, property destruction, and violence to halt construction of the pipeline.
While Greenpeace has said they only played a minor role in those protests, documents from the case seemed to prove otherwise. Evidence provided by Energy Transfer showed that Greenpeace had sent “direct action trainers” to the Standing Rock encampment to train protesters in illegal tactics such as the use of U-locks and chains to attach themselves to construction equipment. The nonprofit also knowingly coordinated with “direct action” groups such as the Red Warrior Society, a militant, black-bloc style group that operated a “Red Warrior Camp” autonomous zone at the protest and engaged in vandalism and violent confrontations with security guards and law enforcement. Greenpeace excused its employees from work—but continued to pay them—while they joined the Red Warrior Camp, and it raised funds for Red Warrior Camp via the official Greenpeace website.
We reached out to Kyle Shideler, the Center for Security Policy’s director and senior analyst for homeland security and counterterrorism, to explain the broader implications of the case, the ruling, and the opportunity that the ruling presents for meaningfully challenging groups like Greenpeace in the future.
Like many of the progressive nonprofits that have provided support to protest movements Black Lives Matter or the Gaza protests, which include violent or radical elements, Greenpeace is a well-established and mainstream organization. But it operates within a broader protest movement in which the mainstream groups provide cover (and money) for radical elements while working with these elements toward shared goals. Shideler says that the Dakota Access protests taught activists the importance of “diversity in tactics,” from the hardcore anarchists, who engage in the more illicit forms of protest, to the more established left-wing organizations (like Greenpeace), who help to both legitimize and organize the protests and handle their media messaging. Shideler explained:
Hardcore anarchists do the disruptions, the vandalism, the fighting with police. Broad-based mass movement organizations coordinate the movement of people, the large-scale protests, the media side of things, and bring in a wide variety of seemingly disparate causes into the fold.
That last item is crucial, because as we’ve seen in the years since the Dakota Access pipeline protests, protest groups never seem to narrow on a single issue, but take a broader and more “intersectional” approach to organizing. An issue like Standing Rock, Shideler explains, becomes an “autonomous zone” that can attract a wide range of activists from seemingly unrelated causes and unite them. By broadening the scope beyond a single issue (environmentalism in Standing Rock’s case) to include issues like police abolition and land-back initiatives, the pool of activists grows to exceedingly large numbers.
“Diversity of tactics” also proves useful in providing media coverage to the activists who engage in violent and illegal protest. The illegal and legal aspects of the protests become a part of the same media story, distorting what should be a narrative about domestic terrorism into a story that becomes one about free speech. The free speech issues distract people from the central issue of domestic terrorism. This is something we’re currently seeing play out with the wave of Tesla bombings as well as last year’s anti-Israel protests across college campuses.
We’ve seen this from like MSNBC and other media outlets, where they’ll start talking about the broad legal protest movement, which is part of this debate. Right? So there are people firebombing Tesla dealerships, but there are also people legally protesting Tesla or writing articles complaining about Elon Musk, and the media carefully conflates the violence with the legal protesting as one thing.
Protest events like Standing Rock, as well as others like Occupy Wall Street, create what Shideler calls a “funnel,” or a radicalization pipeline that can lead activists down a rabbit hole that starts with them being ordinary, harmless protesters but offers them a path to becoming full-blown agitators and possible terrorists. As he explained:
Radical politics seeks to move people through a funnel from willingness to hold a sign all the way to the willingness to be a genuine professional organizer, professional activist, or one might even say a professional terrorist. Greenpeace helps move people through that process. They provide training on techniques. They might, for example, provide training for how to break into an oil rig. Usually the direct action their members take is comparatively benign, but the training is there if they want to go further. The real focus is getting people through this pipeline into genuine activism and becoming professional organizers.
In addition, Greenpeace provides the infrastructural backbone of the mass protests. They offer activists transportation, training, and, most importantly, legal support. In the case of Mahmoud Khalil, for instance, people have been left wondering how a campus activist could have immediate access to 19 lawyers, leading others to wonder if Khalil had been the recipient of deep state funding through the U.S. Agency for International Development. The reality, Shideler suggests, is that professional activists already have a massive network behind them with preexisting legal structures to protect them in the case of arrest. Though Greenpeace never explicitly tells activists to engage in illegal activity, it ensures that if they do, they will be “lawyered up” in case of an arrest. “If an activist does get caught doing something illegal, he will find that the legal support system that supports that protest is behind him,” says Shideler.
The ruling in the case between Energy Transfer and Greenpeace provides a legal strategy for those fighting such groups. Local civil cases like this one can be used, the case proves, to hammer these organizations, especially when filed as civil cases beneath the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. RICO cases can be filed in civil courts against these organizations as long as lawyers can prove a conspiracy between multiple entities. Shideler explains:
I honestly think it needs to be the future of how both state officials and nongovernmental organizations look at dealing with these issues. To build civil RICO cases, you’re looking for cases where a group receives benefit from a criminal action which they facilitated or helped to organize, even if they did not themselves commit the crimes. The crime may have been committed by someone else, but the person who benefited from that crime and played a role in facilitating it is the target, right? So it’s all about making sure that you have predicate crimes that can actually be applied in the case, so that you can draw the connection. What were the relationships between the parties of the conspiracy? As the public becomes more and more frustrated with these kinds of organizations engaging in this behavior, I think prosecutors are going to be more increasingly comfortable saying, “I can make this a civil RICO case.”
Shideler pointed back to the Tesla firebombings and said that someone with pockets as deep as Elon Musk could be immeasurably important in providing the support to investigate these groups and make civil RICO cases similar to the one between Energy Transfer and Greenpeace more common.

CNN’S DISTURBING INTERVIEW WITH SYRIA’S “MODERATE” LEADER (GRAPHIC) [10:19] by Phil Schneider
March 16, 2025 Israel Unwired – CNN has been doing this kind of supposed “news reporting” for decades. They play the part of the reporters who go into the lion’s den in order to reveal the human side or the real thoughts and emotions of terrorists. Occasionally, it does make for pretty good entertainment. But it is wrong. It is wrong to consistently paint every conflict as a story of two sides with each side having a legitimate claim against the other side.

The attempt to interview ISIS is wrong. ISIS is an anti-humanity, hate-filled terrorist organization that should be eradicated. Nothing else. They should not be humanized and turned into freedom fighters. They should become powerless.
But CNN refuses to use any form of terminology such as right vs. wrong. They refuse to ask the straight questions such as, “Do you want to destroy the State of Israel?” Instead, they try to come up with any question that will give the terrorists an appearance of moderation. Radicals that want to destroy the West don’t need to be coddled. They need to be detained, arrested, or worse.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘Morally Wrong’ VA – Veterans Denied Disability Pay at Discharge
March 17, 2025 @ 6:05 pm ET Yeshiva World News – The Middle East stands on a knife’s edge as a cascade of developments suggests the United States may be poised to imminently join Israel in a dramatic military strike against Iran’s nuclear program. From fiery rhetoric out of Washington to Houthi aggression in the Red Sea and an unprecedented American military buildup in the region, the pieces of a volatile puzzle are falling into place with breathtaking speed. The question reverberating through diplomatic corridors and military command centers alike: Is this the moment the long-simmering standoff with Tehran erupts into all-out war?
The spark came early Monday morning when President Trump, in a characteristically blunt statement, declared that “further attacks or retaliation by the Houthis would be considered an attack by Iran” and promised “dire consequences” for Tehran. Delivered via his Truth Social platform, Trump’s words were a clear escalation, tying the Iran-backed Houthi militia in Yemen directly to the Islamic Republic’s leadership. His administration has long viewed Iran’s nuclear ambitions as an existential threat, and this latest pronouncement appeared to set a tripwire: any move by Iran’s proxies could unleash a disproportionate American response.
Hours later, that tripwire seemed to snap. The Houthis, undeterred by Trump’s warning, launched a brazen assault on the USS Harry S. Truman, a U.S. aircraft carrier stationed in the Red Sea. According to Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree, [Emphasis added, SORRY!] the attack involved 11 drones and a ballistic missile—an audacious bid to challenge American naval supremacy. U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) reported that none of the projectiles struck their targets, with U.S. fighter jets and ship defenses neutralizing the threat. Yet the symbolism was unmistakable: a direct strike on a U.S. vessel, mere hours after Trump’s ultimatum, has thrust the region into uncharted territory.
The Pentagon’s response was swift and ominous. By midday, the U.S. Department of Defense announced that three American aircraft carriers—the USS Harry S. Truman, USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, and USS Abraham Lincoln—are now en route to the Middle East. This represents an extraordinary concentration of naval power, unmatched in recent years, and a clear signal of intent. Carriers don’t reposition on a whim; their deployment suggests the U.S. is preparing for a major operation, one that could extend far beyond Yemen’s shores to Iran itself.
Adding fuel to the fire, reports emerged today of an American MQ-4C Triton surveillance drone circling for hours near Bushehr, Iran—a coastal city home to one of Iran’s key nuclear installations. The Bushehr facility, a cornerstone of Tehran’s nuclear energy program, has long been suspected by Western intelligence of serving as a cover for weapons development. The Triton, a high-altitude UAV designed for long-endurance reconnaissance, was tracked by aviation monitors hovering perilously close to Iranian airspace—a provocative move that Tehran is unlikely to ignore. Is this a final intelligence sweep before a strike?
These developments come against a backdrop of growing U.S.-Israel coordination. Israeli officials have repeatedly vowed to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear bomb, and recent intelligence suggests Jerusalem is gearing up for action. U.S. military support has been pivotal in defending Israel against Iranian attacks during the Gaza war, and whispers in Washington indicate that Israel has sought American backing for a potential strike on Iran’s nuclear sites. With Trump’s administration re-designating the Houthis as a terrorist organization and imposing fresh sanctions on Iran, the groundwork for a joint operation may already be laid.
But the Houthi attack could be the match that lights the fuse. By framing it as an Iranian-orchestrated provocation, Trump has a casus belli to pivot from Yemen to Tehran. His Monday statement explicitly blamed Iran for “dictating every move” and “supplying [the Houthis] with money and highly sophisticated military equipment.” If the White House deems this latest assault a direct challenge to U.S. resolve, the response could extend beyond retaliatory strikes in Yemen to a broader campaign targeting Iran’s nuclear infrastructure.
Critics, however, warn of a dangerous miscalculation. Iran has denied direct involvement in the Houthi attack, and its Foreign Ministry condemned U.S. airstrikes on Yemen as “brutal aggression.” Tehran’s air defenses, though battered by past Israeli strikes, remain formidable, and its proxies across the region—Hezbollah in Lebanon, militias in Iraq—could unleash chaos in retaliation. A strike on Bushehr or other nuclear sites risks igniting a full-scale regional war, with consequences that could dwarf the Gaza conflict.
Yet the Trump administration shows no signs of blinking. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, speaking to reporters on Monday, called the Houthi attack “a powerful and clear message” that demands a response, hinting at sustained military action. The deployment of three carriers, coupled with the MQ-4C’s presence near Bushehr, suggests the U.S. is not just posturing—it’s preparing. And with Israel reportedly itching to act, the stars may be aligning for a historic confrontation.

March 17, 2025 Jewish Breaking News – Exactly 33 years ago on March 17, 1992, at precisely 14:45, a powerful explosion shattered the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires, Argentina, leaving a scene of devastation that would haunt the nation forever. The bombing, orchestrated by Hezbollah, Iran’s terror proxy, claimed the lives of 29 innocent people, including diplomats, embassy workers, and Argentinian civilians. More than 200 others were injured in what remains one of the deadliest terrorist attacks in South America’s history.
A Heinous Act of Terror
The attack was a coordinated suicide bombing, in which a truck packed with explosives was driven into the embassy and detonated with deadly precision. The blast reduced the building to rubble, collapsing nearby structures and causing widespread destruction. Eyewitnesses recalled scenes of horror—bodies trapped under debris, shattered glass covering the streets, and desperate rescue efforts to save survivors from the ruins.
From the very beginning, evidence pointed to Iran. Investigators determined that Hezbollah, acting on orders from Tehran, carried out the bombing in retaliation for Israeli military actions against Hezbollah operatives in Lebanon. This attack was not an isolated incident, but part of Iran’s long history of state-sponsored terrorism targeting Israeli and Jewish communities worldwide.
Argentina Confirms Iran and Hezbollah’s Role
For decades, the attack remained shrouded in diplomatic and political maneuvering, with Iranian officials evading accountability. However, in April 2024, an Argentinian federal court formally declared that Iran and Hezbollah were responsible, concluding that they had “organized, planned, financed, and executed” the attack.
The ruling directly implicated high-ranking Iranian political and military figures, several of whom were protected under diplomatic immunity at the time. The court also pointed the finger at Argentinian officials who deliberately tampered with evidence and attempted to cover up the crime, raising serious concerns about corruption and foreign interference in Argentina’s justice system.
Mastermind Identified
Six months later, in October 2024, Argentina’s Defense Minister Patricia Bullrich publicly identified the mastermind behind the attack: Hussein Ahmad Karaki. Karaki, a senior Hezbollah commander, was named as the head of Hezbollah operations in Latin America, with direct involvement in multiple terrorist attacks historically and in recent years.
His designation underscores the long-standing presence of Iranian-backed terror cells in South America, a threat that continues to evolve decades after the embassy bombing.
Justice Delayed, But Never Denied
To this day, no one has been brought to justice for the bombing, as Iran and Hezbollah continue to operate with impunity. The attack was followed by another deadly assault in 1994, when Hezbollah bombed the AMIA Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, killing 85 people and injuring over 300. Despite international condemnation and arrest warrants issued for Iranian officials involved, Argentina’s efforts to hold the masterminds accountable have been consistently obstructed by political and diplomatic challenges.
A Promise to Never Forget
Each year, Israel and Argentina honor the victims of this brutal attack, ensuring that their memories are never erased. The bombing was more than just an attack on one embassy—it was an assault on democracy, peace, and the Jewish people. It serves as a grim reminder of the ongoing threat posed by Iran and its terror networks, which continue to destabilize regions across the globe.
With Iran and Hezbollah’s complicity now formally recognized and the mastermind finally identified, Argentina stands at a crucial crossroads: will it pursue justice to its fullest extent, or will the forces of diplomatic immunity and political obstruction continue to shield those responsible?
One thing remains certain:
We must never forget the innocent lives lost that day. And we must never allow terror to prevail.
May the memory of the victims be a blessing.
March 17, 2025 Jewish Breaking News – Columbia University is under federal investigation following allegations from two janitors who claim they were unlawfully compelled to remove swastikas spray-painted on campus and subsequently attacked by an anti-Israel mob during the takeover of Hamilton Hall last spring. The janitors have filed complaints under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, alleging retaliatory harassment for reporting antisemitic and racist conduct.
The incident in question occurred in April 2024, when anti-Israel protesters occupied Hamilton Hall, an academic building at Columbia University. During this occupation, the janitors were reportedly assaulted and briefly trapped by the demonstrators. The janitors also allege that prior to this event, they were forced to clean swastikas and other offensive graffiti from campus facilities, actions they believe led to further harassment when reported.
In response to these events, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has launched a probe into Columbia University’s handling of the situation. The investigation aims to determine whether the university failed to protect its employees from a hostile work environment and retaliatory actions.
This investigation is part of a broader scrutiny of Columbia University’s response to antisemitic incidents on campus. The university has faced criticism for its handling of such events, leading to federal investigations and financial repercussions. Notably, the Trump administration recently revoked over $400 million in federal grants to Columbia, citing the university’s inadequate response to antisemitism and failure to protect Jewish students.
In light of these developments, Columbia University announced disciplinary actions against students involved in the Hamilton Hall occupation. The university stated that some students have been expelled, while others face multi-year suspensions or temporary degree revocations. These measures are part of Columbia’s efforts to enforce university policies and address the concerns raised by the recent incidents.

Hamas Deliberated Targeted Pro-Gaza Peace Activists For Slaughter on October 7th By Pamela Geller
March 16, 2025 – Hamas stole a list of women peace activists from Kibbutz Be’eri and targeted them for slaughter.
The same lefties on college campuses and pro-terror Democrat activists will all meet the same end if the jihadis prevail. And the left in Israel is even worse.
On 4.10 Shaked’s mother and aunt went to a peace conference with other women from Beeri. On 7.10, Hamas invaded the kibbutz with a list of the conference participants. They went house to house murdering or kidnapping each one. Hamas wanted to murder anyone who supports peace.
You will never understand this conflict without understanding that on October 4, 2023, women from Kibbutz Be’eri attended a peace conference for Israeli and Palestinian women. And on October 7, Hamas reportedly used an attendee list to hunt down these women and murder them.
Shaked Haran explained this in an interview how Hamas deliberately targeted peace activists on Kibbutz Be’eri during their attack.
https://twitter.com/ICK_GalG/status/1793334851535290784
Vivian Silver was a Canadian-Israeli peace activist and women’s rights activist.[1] She was murdered in the Be’eri mass
Silver immigrated to Israel in 1974 and became a member of kibbutz Gezer as part of the Habonim Dror movement.[1][3][6] At Gezer, she became the kibbutz’s secretary, one of the few women to do so;[6] later, she became chairperson of the community.[7] At times, she received pushback from within the kibbutz for her refusal to adhere to gender norms and her choice to take on traditionally male work, such as overseeing construction,.[5] Silver’s early activism focused on women’s rights and gender disparities in Israeli society.[6] To this end, she founded the United Kibbutz Movement’s Department to Advance Gender Equality in 1981.[4][6][7] She also worked within the Knesset on the sub-committee for the Advancement of Women in Work and the Economy,[6] for the New Israel Fund, and on the Steering Committee of Shatil.[4]
She moved to Be’eri, a kibbutz near the Gaza border, in 1990, along with her husband and two sons.[1][3] During this time, she became better acquainted with the local Bedouin community and Gazans. She served as executive director for the Negev Institute for Strategies of Peace and Development (NISPED) beginning in 1998.[3][8] Silver worked within the kibbutz to organize programs to help Gazans, such as job trainings, and ensured that Gazan construction workers at the kibbutz were paid fairly.[3]
In 1999, Silver and Amal Elsana Alh’jooj co-founded the Arab-Jewish Center for Equality, Empowerment and Cooperation, an off-shoot of NISPED.[1] Silver served as the center’s director prior to the second intifada.[9][10][8] The center organized projects in Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank.[9][10] In 2010, Silver and Alh’jooj received the Victor J. Goldberg Prize for Peace in the Middle East, an annual prize given by the Institute of International Education to pairs of Arab and Israeli activists working towards peace.[6]
Before the closure of the Gaza border in 2007, Silver worked with Gazan residents in cross-cultural projects.[1][11] One group she founded, Creating Peace, focused on fostering business connections between Palestinian and Israeli artisans.[1]
Silver was a former board member of B’Tselem, a Jerusalem-based human rights organization.[8] She was also involved with Alliance for Middle East Peace, as well as a number of their member organizations.[12] As part of this work, she helped organize and lead tours of the Israeli side of the Israeli–Gaza border, as a way to raise awareness about the struggles of Gaza residents.[12]
Silver officially retired in 2014.[1] Following her retirement, and the 2014 Gaza War, Silver co-founded Women Wage Peace, an interfaith grassroots organization.[9][10] Silver also began volunteering with Road to Recovery and Project Rozana to transport Gazan patients who were traveling to Jerusalem for treatment.[1][3][11]
On October 4, 2023, Silver helped to organize a peace rally in Jerusalem, which attracted 1,500 Israeli and Palestinian women.[13][14]

The Democrats Are The Gravest Threat To Our nation By Amil Imani
March 16, 2025 – The Democrat Party isn’t just irrelevant; it’s America’s greatest adversary, driven by globalist priorities and divisive policies—a decaying shell scheming to undermine the nation that Donald Trump revived. From the Rio Grande to the Rust Belt, patriots see the truth: this isn’t the party of the past—it’s a radical mob set on tearing apart our borders, our jobs, and our freedoms. As of March 14, 2025, the stakes are crystal clear with Trump back in charge. Republicans, especially in Texas where the battle feels personal, must defeat this threat before it drags the whole country down. This is war—for America, not just Austin.
Once a cornerstone of American political life, the Democrat Party has transformed into something unrecognizable—a force that now threatens the very fabric of the nation. Historically a party of working-class advocacy and progressive reform, it has strayed from its roots in recent years to adopt a radical, anti-American agenda. This transformation warrants scrutiny, as the stakes for the United States could not be higher.
The Democrats once waved the blue-collar flag—FDR, JFK, all that jazz. Now? They’ve betrayed the working man. Newsweek nailed it post-2024: they lost the heartland—Pennsylvania, Michigan, and even Texas saw ranchers and oilmen switch to red. Why? Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) pushed her “Jobs for All” bill in January 2025, promising jobs but delivering billions to green-energy fat cats while rig workers in Odessa barely get by. Trump’s tariffs rebuilt steel towns; Democrats promote solar panels that nobody requested. America First means jobs, not handouts.
The Democrats’ border policy hits hard, especially in Texas, where illegal crossings overwhelm towns like Del Rio. Since 2021, Biden’s administration has admitted over 10 million people, according to Politico, flooding the streets with drugs and crime. Kamala Harris, the ridiculous “border czar,” smirked on CNN in 2024, cooing, “We’re a nation of immigrants”—try telling that to the ranchers dodging cartel bullets. Now, in 2025, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is pushing his “Pathway to Citizenship Act,” a February amnesty bill aimed at securing blue votes nationwide. Trump’s wall helps stop the bleeding; Democrats rip it wide open.
Foreign policy is in disarray under the Democrats. They’ve aligned themselves with the Islamic Republic of Iran since the 2015 nuclear deal—Trump terminated it because it funded terrorism. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) tweeted in 2023, “Sanctions are economic warfare,” advocating for leniency toward Tehran while it attacks Israel. In contrast, Trump’s Abraham Accords advanced peace through strength. In 2025, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT, essentially a Democrat) criticized Trump’s China tariffs in a March speech, calling them “regressive” while Beijing continues dismantling American factories. From Houston to Harrisburg, Democrats betray us to tyrants.
Democrats oppose law and order—end of story. San Francisco’s Chesa Boudin, regarded as a puppet of Soros, released felons until voters pushed back in 2022. That’s their playbook: defund the police and embrace criminals. ABC News revealed GOP ads in 2024 criticizing blue cities for it—think Chicago, not just Dallas. Now, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) promotes her 2025 “Community Safety Act,” which cuts police budgets for “restorative justice” rhetoric—because feelings can prevent carjackings. Trump’s firm approach succeeds; Democrats encourage chaos.
The Democrats cater to globalists, not to Americans. According to The Guardian, Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act funneled $369 billion into climate initiatives, while Texas drillers and Ohio miners received nothing. In February 2025, House Speaker Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) promoted the “Global Climate Partnership,” linking U.S. energy to UN authorities—forget that, we’ve got oil in Midland. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) criticized Trump’s China tariffs in a March op-ed, lamenting that they “hurt consumers,” oblivious to the fact that they preserved jobs from Laredo to Lansing. It’s always elites over workers, every single time.
Democracy? They Rig It!
Don’t fall for their “save democracy” tears. The Journal of Democracy reported that 20% of Democrats supported violence in 2021—less than the GOP’s 30%, but still despicable. They cheered the riots of 2020; Harris tweeted support for bail funds—then cried when Trump defeated them in 2024. Now, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) proposes his Electoral College “reform” bill in 2025, a blatant power grab aimed at eliminating red states like Texas. Trump won big; they can’t stand it.
According to Newsweek, the 2024 election revealed one thing: Trump flipped Nevada as voters across the nation turned away from Harris’s woke rhetoric. Pew Research reported that Democrats stood at 31% approval in 2023—lower than a snake’s belly. From Schumer’s amnesty to AOC’s disdain for law enforcement, their actions show contempt for America. Texas feels the strain at the border, but this is a fight for every patriot—our kids, our flag, our future. Trump is draining the swamp again; Republicans must leave these traitors behind. No mercy, no retreat.
She’s About to Find Out – Canadian Ambassador Kirsten Hillman Discusses U.S-Canada Relations Sundance
March 16, 2025 The Conservative Treehouse – The issue of Canada becoming the 51st state arose from a conversation in Mar-a-Lago between Prime Minister Trudeau and U.S President Donald Trump.
As Secretary of State Marco Rubio outlined, Trudeau said if President Trump was to make the Canadian government pay reciprocal tariffs, open the USMCA trade agreements to force reciprocity, and/or balance economic relations on non-tariff issues, then Canada would collapse and cease to exist.
In essence, Canada cannot survive as a free and independent north American nation, without receiving all the one-way benefits from the U.S. economy. To wit, President Trump then said, if Canada cannot survive in a balanced rules environment, including putting together their own military and defenses (which it cannot), then Canada should become the 51st U.S state.
This is the first point of contention for the gender-correct qualifications of Canadian Ambassador to the U.S, Kirsten Hillman. Ambassador Hillman appears on Fox News Sunday’ to comment on U.S.-Canada relations, trade negotiations and how a federal election could impact the relationship between the two nations.
WATCH [8:12]
Ms. Hillman says Canadians will never give up their sovereignty. Let me repeat the non-pretending reality. If Canada loses all of the one-way benefits it receives from its relationship with the United States, the Canadian system of government and economics collapses.
Closed and non-competitive banking and finance sectors; a small military budget that does not even reach NATO expectations; an assembly or ‘pass through’ economy that doesn’t have heavy industry but instead assembles goods from foreign nations for transport into the United States; one-way excessive tariffs on American products. If these are ended, the lifestyle of the Canadian people immediately changes. Hence Trudeau saying, Canada cannot exist.
At the current rate of economic conflict, the Canadian dollar will lose 50% of its value by mid-summer 2025. This is the unavoidable reality Ms Hillman and the Canadian left-wing government will not openly discuss.
The only way for Canada to be a sovereign nation unattached to the United States, is if they drop all of their climate-change initiatives, drop their liberal economic rules and regulations, begin a system of heavy industry production again and get back to using cheap energy production as the fuel to drive it.
Canada would then need to discontinue most social welfare programs and instead divert that money to their military budget.
The leftist economic policies are why the Canadian banking system has to be closed, and all competition removed from the internal banking and finance equation. If reciprocity is demanded and enforced, Canada collapses; it’s that simple.

US Unleashes Devastating Strike Against Houthi Terror Bases in Yemen
March 16, 2025 Jewish Breaking News – With Houthi terrorists having their fun decimating US and Israeli shipping routes in the Red Sea for the past 17 months, President Donald Trump ordered a striking bombing raid on Saturday targeting terrorist cells in Yemen’s capital of Sanaa and northern province of Saada.
“Our brave Warfighters are right now carrying out aerial attacks on the terrorists’ bases, leaders, and missile defenses to protect American shipping, air, and naval assets, and to restore Navigational Freedom,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “No terrorist force will stop American commercial and naval vessels from freely sailing the Waterways of the World.”
“Funded by Iran, the Houthi thugs have fired missiles at US aircraft, and targeted our Troops and Allies,” he claimed, adding that their “piracy, violence, and terrorism” had cost “billions of dollars” and put innocent lives at risk.
Trump also criticized his predecessor, calling the Biden administration “pathetically weak” for allowing the terror group to continue its maritime campaign unchecked for so long. He warned Iran that Washington would hold Tehran “fully accountable and, we won’t be nice about it” if support for the Houthis continued.
The Houthis immediately blamed the US and UK for what they called “wicked” aggression targeting residential areas while claiming 31 were killed and 101 injured. While the UK didn’t participate directly in the strikes, British forces provided routine refueling support for American aircraft, according to the BBC.
In support of Hamas post October 7, 2023, the Houthis have systematically attacked shipping vessels linked to Israel in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden. Nearly 15% of global seaborne trade typically passes through these waters, including vital oil and liquefied natural gas shipments. Major shipping companies have since abandoned the Red Sea route entirely, choosing instead to take the much longer journey around southern Africa.
Despite multiple rounds of US and British air strikes on Houthi targets, the Iranian-backed group has shown no sign of abandoning its campaign. Israel has also conducted separate operations against Houthi positions since July, retaliating for approximately 400 missiles and drones reportedly launched at Israeli territory.

The tide has turned against elite universities — and it’s about time By Victor Davis Hanson
March 14, 2025 New York Post – Over the last three decades, elite American universities have engaged in economic, political, social and cultural practices that were often unethical, illegal — and suicidal.
They did so with impunity.
Apparently, confident administrators assumed that the brand of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford and other elite universities was so precious to the nation’s elite movers and shakers that they could always do almost anything they wished.
By the 1970s, nonprofit universities had dropped pretenses that they were apolitical and nonpartisan.
Instead, they customarily violated iconic civil rights legislation by weighing race, gender and sexual orientation in biased admissions, hiring and promotions.
Graduation ceremonies became overtly racially and ethnically segregated.
The same was true for dorms and “theme houses.”
So-called “safe spaces,” in the spirit of the Jim Crow South, reserved areas of campus solely for particular races.
Affluent foreign students often openly protested on behalf of designated terrorist groups like Hamas.
First-Amendment-protected free speech all but vanished on elite campuses.
Any guest speaker who dared to critique abortion on demand, Middle East orthodoxy, biological males dominating women’s sports or diversity/equity/inclusion (DEI) dogmas was likely to be shouted down, or on occasion roughed up.
University administrators either ignored the violence done to the Bill of Rights or quietly approved when their rowdy students were turned loose on supposed conservatives.
But in their hubris, the universities began a series of blunders that may now end them as they once were.
They began gouging government agencies such as the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation by grabbing anywhere from 30% to 60% of individual campus grants as “overhead.”
Yet they usually charged most private foundation grants a far more modest 15% surcharge — as if a lax government did not object to overcharging.
They pushed for a vast expansion of the student-loan program, whose portfolio of federally guaranteed loans reached $1.7 trillion.
But once the federal government guaranteed student loans against default, universities began jacking up their fees and tuition well above the annual rate of inflation.
Elite universities did not grasp that the more they began warping their curricula with DEI gut courses, radical green agendas and postmodern race and gender theories, the less time they had to offer students their once gold-standard general education curricula of Western Civ, history, literature, philosophy, math and science.
Soon employers started to notice that the new therapeutic courses were also married to race and sex-based admissions.
The SAT and ACT were, for a time, dropped.
So were comparative rankings of high-school grade-point averages.
Soon, once-iconic degrees were no longer any guarantee of the ability to write and speak well, think analytically or compute competently.
Employers often began to prefer graduates from those state schools where DEI was muted, admissions were competitive and teaching remained rigorous and non-ideological.
Finally, after Oct. 7, 2023, growing antisemitism on campuses became unapologetic, overt and violent.
Thousands of Middle Eastern guest students brazenly cheered on Hamas terrorists.
The campus Marxist orthodoxy that Jews and Israel were “victimizing white people” and Palestinians were noble “non-white victims” ensured that Jewish students were chased and physically attacked on campuses.
A disgusted public watched invertebrate administrators either greenlight the antisemitic violence or ludicrously deny it.
So, there was bound to be a public reckoning.
And now it has arrived.
Congress may soon pass legislation that will tax the annual multimillion-dollar income from multibillion-dollar endowments at somewhere between 15% and 20%.
There will be no more “overhead” or “surcharges” on government campus grants allowed larger than 15%.
Those two reforms alone could cost some of the richest campuses nearly a half billion dollars a year in lost income.
Racially offensive DEI programs will disqualify schools from federal support.
Foreign student guests who break US laws or violate university rules will have their visas yanked.
Campuses will have to abide by the First, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendments of the Bill of Rights or forgo federal funds.
All these remedies enjoy broad public support.
For the first time in memory, a majority of Americans disapprove of current higher education.
Only 10% of Americans believe an Ivy League degree translates into becoming a better American worker.
In a nation of declining fertility, smaller numbers of youths choosing college and a federal government $36 trillion in debt, universities have very little leverage.
They can return to the original mission of offering rigorous, meritocratic and disinterested education, guarantee constitutional protections for all on campus and slash their vast administrative bloat.
Or continue as they are, ensuring only further mediocrity, public dislike — and eventual irrelevancy.
Detained Columbia anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil worked at UNRWA, got ‘rigorous security clearance’ as British gov staffer years before protests By Emily Crane
March 14, 2025 New York Post – Detained anti-Israel protester Mahmoud Khalil worked for the controversial United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees while pursuing his graduate degree at Columbia University.
The campus rabble-rouser’s stint at the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees came after he held a senior position at the UK office for Syria in Lebanon for four years, according to multiple reports.
The role would have required a thorough background check and “rigorous security clearance,” Andrew Waller, one of Khalil’s former co-workers there, told The Guardian.
He was involved, too, with a British government program, known as the Syria Chevening Program, which dishes out fully funded scholarships to foreign students who “show potential to inspire” so they can study in the UK.
Khalil — a Syrian-born Palestinian who is also a citizen of Algeria — stopped working there roughly two years ago — right before he relocated to the US in 2022 to enroll at Columbia.
Just about three years later, he would become the poster boy for President Trump’s crackdown on anti-Israel college protesters.
Khalil, 30, was grabbed by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents Saturday at his Columbia-owned apartment building and later transferred to a detention facility in Louisiana, where he faces deportation.
The new details about his trajectory before he became a student leader of last spring’s riotous campus protests emerged as Khalil, now a permanent legal resident, continues to fight the Trump administration’s push to revoke his green card and boot him from the US.
Born in 1995, Khalil was raised in a Palestinian refugee camp in Syria after his grandparents were displaced from Tiberias, his lawyer has said in court papers.
After civil war broke out in Syria, he fled for Lebanon at 18, the Guardian reported, pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science at the Lebanese American University in Beirut.
He then got the gig at the UK office for Syria, a diplomatic mission within the UK embassy in Beirut.
There, he worked in a support role that helped inform British foreign policy on Syria given his knowledge of the region, as well as his Arabic skills, the newspaper reported.
After rising up the ranks, he decided to pursue a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and moved to the US on a student visa in December 2022.
From June through November 2023, he was a political affairs officer with the UNRWA.
The infamous relief agency was stripped of tens of millions in federal funding after an explosive report that some of its members took part in Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023, attack on Israel.
Following the bloodshed and the start of the Israel-Hamas war, Khalil became a driving force behind many of the anti-Israel protests, building takeovers and encampments that plagued Columbia for more than a year.
He had a leading role in Columbia United Apartheid Divest (CUAD) — an umbrella of radical student organizations that sympathizes with terror groups like Hamas and Hezbollah and has previously called for the “end of Western civilization.”
Khalil acted as the main negotiator between CUAD and Columbia administrators during the encampment protests that saw scores of tents set up for weeks on the Morningside Heights campus.
The group also spearheaded the violent takeover of Columbia’s Hamilton Hall last April.
He has been pictured at various campus protests over the past year — speaking into bullhorns, taking part in dance circles and marching draped in a keffiyeh head scarf.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, while defending the Trump administration’s move to deport Khalil this week, said “pro-Hamas propaganda fliers with the logo of Hamas” were handed out at some of the protests.
Khalil has also been a regular fixture on news programs discussing the group’s disruptive efforts — including an interview on Quds News Network where he spoke in Arabic.
At one point, Khalil was filmed telling CUAD members during a forum that “we’ve tried armed resistance, which is legitimate under international law, but Israel calls it terrorism.”
He became a permanent US resident after marrying his wife, Noor Abdalla, in the Big Apple in 2023.
The pair had originally met in Lebanon in 2016 when Abdalla, a US citizen, was part of the scholarship program Khalil was overseeing at the time.
They had a seven-year long-distance relationship before tying the knot, she revealed in a Reuters interview this week.
The couple, who are expecting their first child in late April, live in an off-campus apartment owned by Columbia, where ICE agents detained him last week.
His lawyers are currently battling it out in court to prevent his deportation — arguing that ICE detained him illegally.
The attorneys argue Khalil — who completed his graduate degree in December — is being detained in violation of his First Amendment right to free speech, as “retaliation” by the Trump admin over views it disagrees with.
The Trump administration has argued it can legally boot Khalil given his role in the anti-Israel campus protests.
Officials have said that while Khalil isn’t accused of or charged with a crime, his actions are “contrary to national and foreign policy interests.”
Khalil’s wife, a 28-year-old dentist in New York, said her husband tried to prep her on what to do if an ICE agent showed up at their door, but she dismissed him — just days before he was nabbed.
“I didn’t take him seriously,” Abdalla told Reuters. “Clearly I was naïve.”
