March 25, 2025 The Western Journal – Rep. Andrew Clyde, a Republican from Georgia, will formally introduce articles of impeachment against federal district court Judge John James McConnell Jr.
Last month the Rhode Island-based judge ordered the administration of President Donald Trump to unfreeze federal funding grants on which the president had placed a temporary hold so that spending could be reviewed for fraud and waste.
Democrat attorneys general from 22 states and the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit challenging the move from Trump, Fox News reported.
The Obama-appointed McConnell directed the administration to “immediately restore frozen funding.”
He later ruled that the administration was not fully in compliance with his temporary restraining order and threatened criminal contempt judgments to officials who did not comply, Politico reported.
“The broad categorical and sweeping freeze of federal funds is, as the Court found, likely unconstitutional and has caused and continues to cause irreparable harm to a vast portion of this country,” McConnell decided. “These pauses in funding violate the plain text of the TRO.”
In his articles of impeachment, which Clyde shared with Fox News, the lawmaker said that McConnell “knowingly politicized and weaponized his judicial position to advance his own political views and beliefs.”
The lawmaker told the news outlet, “The American people overwhelmingly voted for President Trump in November, providing a clear mandate to make our federal government more efficient.”
“Yet Judge McConnell, who stands to benefit from his own injunction, is attempting to unilaterally obstruct the president’s agenda and defy the will of the American people. Judge McConnell’s actions are corrupt, dangerous, and worthy of impeachment,” he added.
Clyde is not the only Republican calling for judges blocking the Trump agenda to be impeached.
Rep. Eli Crane of Arizona, Rep. Andy Ogles of Tennessee, and Rep. Brandon Gill of Texas have all announced they are introducing articles of impeachment against federal district court judges, including Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee who sought to block the Trump administration from deporting alleged Tren de Aragua gang members from the U.S.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, a Republican from Ohio, told Fox News on Monday regarding these judges’ actions, “We going to have hearings on all of that.”
“Particularly when you look at Judge Boasberg, it starts to look like this is getting totally political from this guy,” Jordan said.
“He’s also the judge that was part of the whole Trump, Russia, FISA court, granting those warrants that allowed the Comey FBI to spy on President Trump’s campaign.”
“You got this judge making this crazy decision: ‘Turn the plane around, bring the bad guys back to America.’ That makes no sense,” Jordan contended.
The representative also recounted that Boasberg gave a light sentence in the form of 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service to former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who pleaded guilty to altering an email presented to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in order to renew a search warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.
Jordan said when all the judge’s decisions are taken together, “It really starts to look like Judge Boasberg is operating purely political against the president.”

March 25, 2025 The Postmillennial – Following a Monday report from The Atlantic in which Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Goldberg said that he had been added to a Signal group chat by National Security Advisor Mike Waltz alongside other high-level Trump administration officials, in which they discussed forthcoming strikes on Yemen’s Houthis, President Donald Trump has said that he stands by Waltz.
Speaking with NBC News over the phone Tuesday, Trump said, “Michael Waltz has learned a lesson, and he’s a good man.” He said that Goldberg’s presence in the chat had “no impact at all” on the operation against the Houthis, and said when asked how Goldberg ended up in the chat alongside other top-level officials, “It was one of Michael’s people on the phone. A staffer had his number on there.” Trump called the events “the only glitch in two months, and it turned out not to be a serious one.”
Speaking with reporters on Monday afternoon, Trump said at the time that he didn’t “know anything about” the report from Goldberg.
In response to a reporter’s question on the matter, Trump replied, “I don’t know anything about it. I’m not a big fan of The Atlantic, to me it’s a magazine that’s going out of business. I think it’s not much of a magazine, but I know nothing about it. You’re saying that they had what?” The reporter recounted the article, to which Trump replied, “well, it couldn’t have been very effective because the attack was very effective, I can tell you that. I don’t know anything about it. You’re telling me about it for the first time.”
On Tuesday morning, Leavitt said that Goldberg was “well-known for his sensationalist spin.”
“Here are the facts about his latest story: 1. No ‘war plans’ were discussed. 2. No classified material was sent to the thread. 3. The White House Counsel’s Office has provided guidance on a number of different platforms for President Trump’s top officials to communicate as safely and efficiently as possible,” Leavitt continued.
“As the National Security Council stated, the White House is looking into how Goldberg’s number was inadvertently added to the thread,” she added. “Thanks to the strong and decisive leadership of President Trump, and everyone in the group, the Houthi strikes were successful and effective. Terrorists were killed and that’s what matters most to President Trump.”
When asked about the report in The Atlantic on Monday, Hegseth told reporters in Hawaii, “Nobody was texting war plans and that’s all I have to say about that.”
Hegseth criticized Goldberg, saying, “You’re talking about a deceitful and highly discredited so-called journalist who’s made a profession of peddling hoaxes time and time again,” and denied that “war plans” were being discussed in the chat.
Goldberg wrote in the article that he was accidentally included in a group text on the encrypted Signal app with Hegseth, Vice President JD Vance, national security adviser Mike Waltz, and other Trump administration officials in which details about airstrikes against Houthi terrorists were discussed.
Goldberg claims he was invited to join a Signal chain called the “Houthi PC small group” two days after receiving a connection request from a user identified as Michael Waltz on the app.
Brian Hughes, the spokesman for the National Security Council, said in response to the report, “This appears to be an authentic message chain, and we are reviewing how an inadvertent number was added to the chain. The thread is a demonstration of the deep and thoughtful policy coordination between senior officials. The ongoing success of the Houthi operation demonstrates that there were no threats to troops or national security.”
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Monday, “President Trump continues to have the utmost confidence in his national security team, including National Security Advisor Mike Waltz.” Trump confirmed that is his Tuesday remarks.

March 25, 2025 Yeshiva World News – National Security Adviser Mike Waltz may be on the verge of losing his position after reportedly adding a journalist to a top-secret group chat discussing U.S. military strikes on the Houthis, Politico reports.
According to White House officials, President Donald Trump is expected to make a decision on Waltz’s fate within the next day or two.
“Half of them are saying he’s never going to survive or shouldn’t survive,” a senior administration official told Politico, referring to multiple staff discussions on Waltz’s standing. Two senior aides have suggested that Waltz step down to avoid putting Trump in a “bad position.”
“Everyone in the White House can agree on one thing: Mike Waltz is a [expletive removed] idiot,” a person close to the administration stated.
The controversy became public after journalist Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic revealed on Monday that he had been mistakenly added to the private chat. The National Security Council later confirmed the authenticity of the messages and announced an internal investigation into how the breach occurred.
The Signal chat group included Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard, Mideast Envoy Steve Witkoff, and 12 other officials.

March 24, 2025 Yeshiva World News – Candace Owens, a media personality with a long history of antisemitic rhetoric, weaponized an article from Ami Magazine to promote anti-Israel conspiracy theories.
In a recent livestream, Owens expressed astonishment at an Ami Magazine article she claimed to have read, using it to push the narrative that Israel has long controlled American policy through blackmail and manipulation. She alleged, without evidence, that Israel and its intelligence agency, the Mossad, have systematically blackmailed powerful American families—including the Bushes, Rockefellers, and the Dulles family—to exert influence over U.S. politics, business, and media.
Her “evidence” came from an article and book written by John Loftus, an Ami Magazine contributor who, sources tell YWN, makes things up on the fly.
“Literally mind-blown,” Owens told her audience, before directing them to the article. “America clearly got occupied at some point… and it seems like we’re just constantly doing Israel’s bidding.”
She continued, making the baseless claim that Israel has engaged in “sophisticated blackmail operations” that have extended to figures such as former Congressman Matt Gaetz, as well as a supposed historical effort to control the CIA.
“This is not anti-Semitism, my friends,” she insisted. “This is Ami Magazine. It’s very Jewish, okay? I probably wasn’t even allowed to read it.”
Despite her insistence that her claims were based on fact, Owens veered into outright conspiracy, stating, “Israel has been corrupt since its founding,” and falsely asserting that Israeli efforts to edit Wikipedia pages constituted a long-term propaganda campaign. She described Israel as a state engaged in systematic efforts to “warp” American minds, specifically targeting Jewish Americans with indoctrination.

Obama created United States Digital Service (USDS) in 2014. It was meant as a bureaucratic patch job to fix the Obamacare website meltdown.
Fast forward to 2025. Trump rebrands it DOGE (United States DOGE Service). Keeps the acronym, keeps the funding, but gives it a whole new mission: Find the Receipts
Legally untouchable because it was already fully funded and operational. Trump invokes 5 USC 3161, which allows him to create temporary hiring authorities. DOGE teams get embedded inside every single federal agency. Each team consists of a lawyer, HR rep, a zoomer nerd, and an investigator. They report to DOGE, not the agency they’re embedded in.
But wait, there’s more! Trump invokes 44 USC Chapter 35, which governs federal IT and cybersecurity oversight. Since USDS was originally an IT oversight body, DOGE now has full access to all federal data systems. Yes, that’s right. All of them.
His executive order is written to block legal challenges. Includes language that overrides conflicting executive orders. Orders every agency to comply. Refusal means they violate presidential authority.
Congress can’t defund it because it’s not a new program, just a repurposed one. DOJ can’t sue for overreach because Trump used existing laws exactly as written. Democrats trying to file legal challenges run into standing issues because DOGE operates within existing frameworks.
Obama literally built the perfect Administrative (read: Deep State) IT backdoor.
Trump and Musk just hacked the system and took the admin controls. Musk now has legal oversight of every major agency’s internal systems. The Administrative State can’t stop it without rewriting multiple federal laws.
They legally outplayed the system and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.

The Trump administration has railed against federal judges after a series of injunctions stalling his agenda
March 20, 2025 Fox News – President Donald Trump on Thursday called on the Supreme Court to reverse injunctions placed on his administration’s efforts to carry out mass deportations and other moves to downsize the scope of government.
In a lengthy post on his Truth Social platform, Trump took aim at “Radical Left Judges” for imposing injunctions on some of his most controversial moves, such as deporting Venezuelan gang members.
“Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country!” he wrote. “These people are Lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings.”
WHO IS JAMES BOASBERG, THE US JUDGE AT THE CENTER OF TRUMP’S DEPORTATION EFFORTS?
A president has to be allowed to act “quickly and decisively,” such as “returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE.”
He urged the high court and Chief Justice John Roberts to address the matter.
“If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!” he wrote.
The Trump administration has railed against federal judges for blocking parts of his agenda. On Thursday, a federal judge said that Columbia University doesn’t have to give the House Education and Workforce Committee the information it had requested about student disciplinary actions until after a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg drew the ire of the Trump administration after he blocked it from using a 1798 law to deport Venezuelan nationals, including alleged members of the gang Tren de Aragua, for a period of 14 days. He also ordered any flights in the air to return to U.S. soil immediately.
On Thursday, Trump said Boasberg was “doing everything in his power” to usurp the presidency.
“He is a local, unknown Judge, a Grandstander, looking for publicity, and it cannot be for any other reason, because his “Rulings” are so ridiculous, and inept,” Trump wrote. “SAVE AMERICA!”

Today, Attorney General Pamela Bondi announced charges against three individuals responsible for the violent destruction of Tesla properties. All three defendants will face the full force of the law for using Molotov cocktails to set fire to Tesla cars and charging stations.
“The days of committing crimes without consequence have ended,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “Let this be a warning: if you join this wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, the Department of Justice will put you behind bars.”

- In Charleston, South Carolina, a third defendant wrote profane messages against President Trump around Tesla charging stations before lighting the charging stations on fire with Molotov cocktails.
- Each defendant faces serious charges carrying a minimum penalty of five years and up to 20 years in prison.
The Department of Justice is committed to ending all acts of violence and arson directed at Tesla properties and otherwise.
