Federal Judge Threatens to Punish Imprisoned J6ers by Adding Enhancements to Remaining Convictions if SCOTUS Reverses ‘Obstruction’ Statute By Cristina Laila
Mar. 28, 2024 9:05 pm – A federal judge is also threatening to punish imprisoned January 6 defendants by adding enhancements to remaining convictions if the US Supreme Court reverses the ‘obstruction’ statute.
The US Supreme Court recently announced it will hear oral arguments in Fischer v. United States and at issue is statute 18 USC §1512(c)(2):
Whoever corruptly—
(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or
(2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.
The Supreme Court is expected to issue a decision on Fischer v United States this summer which means hundreds of J6 cases could be upended.
Biden’s corrupt DOJ has charged more than 300 J6ers with 18 USC §1512(c)(2). Additionally, two of the four charges against Trump in Jack Smith’s DC case are conspiracy to obstruct so the Supreme Court’s ruling could torpedo the special counsel’s case against Trump as well.
Last week US Attorney from DC Matthew Graves fired a warning shot to the US Supreme Court – and J6ers serving time for 18 USC §1512(c)(2), the ‘obstruction’ statute pending before SCOTUS.
US District Judge for the District of Columbia Tim Kelly, a Trump appointee, is also threatening to add enhancements to remaining convictions if 1512c2 is reversed by the Supreme Court. [Emphasis added]
Judge Kelly threatened J6 defendant Gilbert Fonticoba, who was recommended a 62-month jail sentence for entering the Capitol building for 3 minutes.
The judge said he will add time to Fonticoba’s sentence if the Supreme Court reverses the ‘obstruction’ statute.
Judge Kelly ultimately sentenced Fonticoba to 48 months for the 1512c2 conviction.
Fonticoba asked Judge Kelly to delay his reporting to federal prison on April 12 pending SCOTUS decision on 1512c2.

Mar. 28, 2024 8:00 am – The Uniparty is quietly scheming (again) to rig the system and prevent President Trump from ever becoming President. This scheme involves a two-part strategy: using a combination of strategically planned retirements of Republican House members, coupled with the passage of carefully tailored legislation to remove President Trump from the ballot on bogus Insurrection grounds that would likely pass muster with moderate justices on the Supreme Court, like John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, who prefer to avoid deciding on “controversial” legal questions and risk being seen in a bad light by their liberal peers.
The fact that over a dozen House Republicans have recently announced their early retirement, or their intention to not seek re-election, should raise alarm bells for everyone, because these decisions are not by happenstance. They are coordinated and serve the specific purpose to keep President Trump off the ballot. As their attempts at lawfare appear to be falling apart one-by-one, from the debacle in Georgia involving Fani Willis’s rendezvous with the special prosecutor Nathan Wade, to the kangaroo show trials in NYC, with petty judges and prosecutors such as Letitia James, Arthur Engoron, and Juan Merchan, being exposed for the radical, far-left operators they are – President Trump’s political enemies are getting increasingly desperate, and as a result of that desperation, are strategizing to now switch control of the House of Representatives before election day. If they manage to pull off that feat, which is becoming increasingly likely with a diminishing House Republican majority, the product of intra-party squabbling and general incompetence of Republican leadership, and Democrats retake control, President Trump’s enemies will be able to more easily pass legislation that would disqualify him from the ballot. This is because if the House flips to Democrat hands and Speaker Hakeem Jeffries takes the reins, he will be able to coordinate with Chuck Schumer in the Senate more easily, who already controls a majority in the upper chamber. At least up until the November election, there will be no divided government: Democrats will have majorities in both congressional chambers, plus the White House. Thus, the House, Senate, and White House can collude to pass legislation that would exclude President Trump from the ballot because, according to their absurd construction, Section 3 and Section 5 of the Fourteenth Amendment allows them to do so.
This is why the early-announced retirements of House members like Mike Gallagher (WI) and Ken Buck (CO), and the forced ouster of former Congressman George Santos (NY), have received (rightful) criticism from the MAGA movement, including some of the most stridently pro-Trump congresspersons, like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauren Boebert. The Mike Gallagher case is particularly illustrative of RINO subversion – and MTG was no-holds-barred in her criticism of the move. Gallagher, rather than step down immediately, announced that he would delay his retirement until April 19th. Under Wisconsin law, special elections to fill seat vacancies can only occur up until the second Tuesday in April – after which point, the law requires the seat remain vacant through the November election. Thus, if Gallagher postpones his retirement until the 19th, after the second Tuesday in April, there will be no special election: Republicans will simply have to accept losing another House seat. Democrats will be one seat closer to reclaiming majority control. Gallagher’s refusal to step down before the second Tuesday in April makes no sense whatsoever: it can only be explained as an act of deliberate sabotage. MTG took notice. On March 23rd, she posted that Gallagher “should be expelled if he refuses to leave immediately,” recognizing how his delay could ultimately cost Republicans the House majority.
It is no coincidence that the same forces so deeply critical of George Santos’ ouster late last year are the ones most vocal about the news of these early retirements. They observe the writing on the wall: the desire is to keep President Trump off the ballot – and out of office. Providing further support for this theory is the fact that of the 14 or so members that have announced early retirements, at least six of them have received significant funds from notorious anti-Trump megadonor, Paul Singer: Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Patrick McHenry, Drew Ferguson, Kay Granger, Blaine Luetkemeyer, and Greg Pence. Singer, as smartly reported by investigative journalist Troy Smith, and veteran political operative, Roger Stone, also donated a whopping $5,000,000 to Nikki Haley’s failed presidential bid – which marked another attempt by the deep state to derail President Trump in his tracks.

US unemployment rate increased to two-year high in February
March 28, 2024 – The White House is touting work from Vice President Kamala Harris to combat “economic insecurity” by creating hundreds of thousands of “high quality jobs”—in northern Central America.
In a fact sheet released Monday, the White House provided an “update” on Harris’s efforts to address the “root causes” of illegal immigration. One section, titled “Creating Opportunities,” notes that “U.S. government support for as many as 23,000 private sector firms in northern Central America has helped create and sustain up to an estimated 250,000 jobs.” The fact sheet goes on to tout U.S. taxpayer-funded vocational training and jobs summits for residents of El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras.
“Vice President Harris continues to lead the implementation of the Root Causes Strategy, which tackles the drivers of irregular migration,” the sheet says. “These efforts provide hope and opportunity to the people of Central America, affirming that a secure and prosperous future lies in their home communities.”
Harris’s focus on Central American jobs comes amid rising unemployment in the United States. The unemployment rate spiked to a two-year high in February, and in Washington, unemployment is at its highest level since the COVID-19 pandemic. President Joe Biden responded to those rates by calling the American economy “the envy of the world.”
The White House did not respond to a request for comment.

March 27, 2024 – The United States’ top intelligence agency wants to ban its spies from using “biased language,” including the terms “radical Islamists” and “jihadist,” saying these words “are hurtful to Muslim-Americans and detrimentally impact our efforts as they bolster extremist rhetoric,” according to a language guide published internally.
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), which is responsible for handling the country’s spy apparatus, seeks to ban a range of common terms because it says they offend Muslims and foment racism against employees. In addition to terms describing Islamic terrorists, ODNI instructs employees to avoid phrases such as “blacklisted,” “cakewalk,” “brown bag,” “grandfathered,” and “sanity check.”
“Blacklisted,” for instance, “implies black is bad and white is good,” while “cakewalk” is said to refer “to a dance performed by slaves for slave owners on plantation grounds.” “Brown bag,” a term most often used to describe a paper bag that holds one’s lunch, actually “refers to the ‘brown bag’ test practices in the 20th century within the African American community,” according to ODNI, which outlined these terms in an internal magazine produced by the agency’s Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
The document, which was first reported by the Daily Wire, is the latest example of how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives inside the American government are reshaping how employees speak to one another and perform their national security jobs. Critics describe these programs as part of a “woke” cultural shift promoted by far-left activists and their allies in the Biden administration. Republicans in Congress are looking to strip millions in federal funding for DEI programs across the military and other agencies, arguing they fundamentally harm the country’s national security operations across the globe.

Louisiana’s senate just unanimously voted to pass a bill that will ban any rules and mandates from the World Health Organization, the World Economic Forum and the UN from being enforced in the state.
Really weird that nobody in the mainstream media is talking about this…perhaps they do not want anybody knowing about it since they are part of the same agenda?
Let’s take a look at the text in the bill that was just passed.
“The World Health Organization, United Nations and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the state of Louisiana. No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, United Nations and the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by the state of Lousiana or any agency, department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other political entity”.
So there we have it.
This should mean that they are rejecting the UN Agenda 2030 for example. The WHO pandemic treaty that is being worked on right now also won’t have any power in the state.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams plans to pilot prepaid debit cards to 500 illegal migrant families who have already received a voucher to stay in select hotels for 28 days — credit cards which can be used at illegal migrants’ leisure for up to $10,000 each in taxpayer money with no ID check and no fraud control.

Then there is the American service member — who not only obeys the rule of law but puts his or her life on the line to protect it and our way of life. How is it that in New York, illegal migrants receive better compensation than American service members do while deployed overseas?
While on the Korean Response Force, Captain Christopher Wilson wrote a letter to Congress on behalf of his soldiers. He noted that several soldiers in his company were making less while deployed than while serving stateside. He rightly called this discrepancy “unacceptable.”
The Military Times reported that in Wilson’s company, enlisted soldiers always receive $452.56 a month in basic allowance for sustenance. While deployed, however, those soldiers suffered $399.90 in monthly meal deductions, even if they don’t use base dining halls. The only entitlement for the deployment itself which off-set this deduction was $195 a month of assignment incentive pay.
The current system results in more than $200 lost each month for each deployed soldier and their family. While soldiers with dependents receive an additional $250 per month in family separation allowance, this does not begin to compensate for the actual additional childcare costs of one-parent households.
This means that these soldiers each received about $1,860 less cumulatively during a nine-month deployment than they would have had they not deployed over the same nine months. To add insult to injury, if inflation continues on its current trajectory, the problem will only get worse.

Footage shared across the X platform showed the flag of Pakistan flying above Westminster Abbey, an Anglican church in central London that is host to royal weddings, funerals, and other national occasions.
According to the Pakistan High Commission, the flag was hoisted to celebrate Pakistan Day, a national holiday commemorating the adoption of the first Constitution of Pakistan.
“Special prayers were offered for the progress and prosperity of Pakistan, its leadership & people as well as for the continued friendship between the two countries,” the commission noted.
“A large number of British citizens, Churchgoers and officials from Pakistan High Commission attended the event.”
Such an act of deference is particularly offensive to Christians given Pakistan’s brutal persecution of its Christian minority, who are regularly the target of the country’s blasphemy laws.
According to Global Christian Relief, Christian persecution in Pakistan “includes large-scale kidnappings of young believers who are thrust into forced marriages, dreadful violence directed at churches on feast days, and societal discrimination.”

Mar. 26, 2024 7:00 pm – The video footage of the Singaporean-flagged cargo vessel, the Dali, crashing into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore is truly horrifying.
Video footage shows the ship’s lights flickering on and off, indicating it lost power shortly before crashing into the bridge’s stanchion. The video also shows black smoke coming from the ship’s exhaust vents, indicating that the crew was trying to restart diesel engines.
Unfortunately, eight workers were performing construction on the bridge at the time of collapse, only two of whom were rescued. Given the temperatures of the Patapsco River, they must be presumed deceased. In addition, a number of cars were on the bridge when it collapsed.
The ship issued a mayday prior to hitting the bridge, which allowed Maryland Transportation authorities to stop traffic on the bridge, saving countless lives.
However, this begs the question, why did the ship not drop anchor upon losing power, as is standard protocol when a ship is in what is called restricted maneuvering conditions. Upon losing power, the ship’s personnel should have dropped anchor.
Regardless of the ship failing to follow protocol, the disaster should serve as a warning about the security of our ports.
The port of Baltimore is now closed. The port handled 52.3 million tons of international cargo, worth approximately $80.8 billion in 2023. The port supports more than “15,000 direct jobs and more than 139,000 indirect jobs, generating more than $3 billion in total personal income.”
The port handled a record amount of foreign cargo last year, and it was the 17th biggest port in the nation overall in 2021, ranked by total tons, according to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics.
The port was the largest importer of trucks and light vehicles in 2023, with approximately 750,000 cars and light trucks entering the port in 2023.
Beyond that, an estimated 12.4 million vehicles cross the Francis Scott Key Bridge every year, nearly 34,000 per day.
The economic impact of this bridge collapse is beyond measure.
As of Tuesday morning, more than 40 ships are stuck inside of the harbor.
Imagine a similar accident in New York, collapsing the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, blocking the entrance to the ports of New York and New Jersey, which moved nearly 9.5 million containers in 2022.
In addition, Synergy Marine Group, the company that operates the vessel, is a huge fan of DEI, claiming that they “realize that the benefits of diversity are best achieved by fostering greater inclusion and belonging.
Perhaps they should be focusing on navigation, and not Diversity. To paraphrase Elon Musk’s interview with Don Lemon, DEI can lead to DIE.
So what is to be done?
First, the nation’s Secretary of Transportation, who has been missing in action, needs to ensure that all ships entering American ports are properly manned and that they follow standard protocols when entering our waters.
Second, protocols need to be formalized into law, not just standard practice.
Last, the U.S. Coast Guard must ensure the safety of our ports, even at the risk of impacting commerce. This disaster has become a blueprint for terrorists looking to destroy our nation’s economy.

MAR 26, 2024 – Investigative journalist Lara Logan is reporting that the destruction of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore Harbor on Tuesday, March 26, by a Singapore-flagged commercial ship was a “Black Swan event.”
Logan cites “multiple intel sources,” for her reporting and said the U.S. intelligence community is aware that the crashing of the bridge was an attack, not an accident. [Emphasis added]
The FBI almost immediately issued a statement that the attack was not in any way tied to terrorism, but this was nothing more than a deliberate attempt to deceive the American people, Logan reports.
Logan stated on her X account:
“The Baltimore bridge collapse was an ‘absolutely brilliant strategic attack’ on US critical infrastructure – most likely cyber – & our intel agencies know it. In information warfare terms, they just divided the US along the Mason Dixon line exactly like the Civil War. Second busiest strategic roadway in the nation for hazardous material now down for 4-5 years – which is how long they say it will take to recover.”
Logan explained that the bridge was built specifically for the purpose of moving hazardous material – fuel, diesel, propane gas, nitrogen, highly flammable materials, chemicals and oversized cargo that cannot fit through tunnels. And that critical supply-chain infrastructure has now been “crippled” by whoever engineered this attack.
“Make no mistake,” Logan wrote, “this was an extraordinary attack in terms of planning, timing & execution. The two critical components on that bridge are the two load-bearing pylons on each end, closest to the shore. They are bigger, thicker and deeper than anything else.
“These are the anchor points and they knew that hitting either one of them would be a fatal wound to the integrity of the bridge. Half a mile of bridge went in the river – likely you will have to build a new one. Also caused so much damage to the structural integrity of the bottom concrete part that you cannot see & won’t know until they take the wreckage apart. Structural destruction likely absolute. Attack perfectly targeted.”
The timing of the attack is also noteworthy, following several U.S./NATO-led attacks on Russian critical infrastructure, including the Nordstream 2 gas pipeline in September 2022, and a missile attack on the Russian bridge to Crimea last year. Now, just last Friday, Russia was attacked by four Muslim terrorists that Russian authorities believe were working under the guise of Islam to kill 143 Russian civilians at a concert hall outside of Moscow. While the U.S. says the terror attack was strictly an act of Islamic terrorism conducted by ISIS-K out of Afghanistan, the public comments of Russian President Vladimir Putin and other Russian political leaders strongly suggest that they are convinced the attack was orchestrated by the Ukrainian national intelligence services, or GUR, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency and British MI6.
So Tuesday’s bridge collapsing event may have been Russia’s first punch back for what they believe was a bloody below-the-belt terrorist attack by U.S.-controlled forces.

26 March 2024 – At least eight states are planning to ban the sale of new gas-powered cars in the next decade – and others are considering joining them.
Only zero-emission vehicles can be sold in participating states beginning from the 2035 model year, according to the Advanced Clean Cars II legislation.
The rule, which was first adopted by California, means that automakers and dealerships would be banned from selling new gas cars in these states from that point onwards.
Americans will not be forced to take their gas-powered cars off the road, however, and will still be able to buy used and secondhand gas vehicles.
These states have gone further than the latest federal legislation announced last week, where the Biden administration released new rules to gradually phase out gas cars by 2032.
According to personal finance site Money, California was the first state to adopt the Advanced Clean Cars II rule, which will put a complete ban to new sales of gas-powered cars by 2035.
The state, which is run by governor Gavin Newsom, specify that 35 percent of all new car sales will need to be zero-emission by 2026, rising to 68 percent by 2030.
Rhode Island was the most recent state to join the list of states pledging to ban the sale of gas-powered cars, joining Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon and Washington.
According to the site, the District of Columbia has also made the commitment.
Other states have adopted versions of the legislation, but not yet pledged to ban gas-powered cars entirely by that date.
For example, Delaware and Colorado last year finalized rules that would require 82 percent of new cars to be zero-emissions vehicles in 2032, but officials have not adopted 2035 bans.
New Mexico, meanwhile, announced in July that it will set annual targets for the sale of zero-emission vehicles and may adopt parts of the Advanced Clean Cars II legislation. But it has not yet endorsed the 2035 ban.

“We’ve asked for the same studies, and we’ve been treated the same way,” said Mikes Fugua who also lives near the solar farms. “We got nothing out of them.”
“My concern is the hail damage that came through and busted these panels we now have some highly toxic chemicals that could be potentially leaking into our water tables,” said Kaminski
“I have a family two children and a wife,” he said. “My neighbors have kids and a lot of other residents in the area who are on well water are concerned that the chemicals are now leaking into our water tables.”

The lawsuit was filed by record producer Rodney Jones, who named Prince Harry an affiliate of Combs.
Jones claims Diddy used his affiliation with Prince Harry, along with other big-time stars, to give himself and his associates legitimacy when throwing sex-trafficking parties.
The court documents, however, do not name Harry as a defendant.

A Moscow court convened late on Sunday to hear prosecutors’ demands on pre-trial detention for a group of men detained in the aftermath of Friday’s Crocus City Hall attack, which claimed lives of over 130 people.
The suspects, all of whom are nationals of Tajikistan, appeared individually. Thus far, terrorism charges have been levelled against 32-year-old Dalerdzhon Mirzoyev, who faces a life sentence if found guilty. Prosecutors told Judge Timur Vakhrameev that the suspect had admitted his guilt.

Russian state media has underscored that “partners and geopolitical rivals alike have joined the chorus expressing horror in the wake of the Crocus City Hall attack.”
This has somewhat surprisingly included a statement of solidarity from Washington, as the death toll has has risen to 137 killed. “The United States strongly condemns yesterday’s deadly terrorist attack in Moscow,” Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a Saturday statement. “We condemn terrorism in all its forms and stand in solidarity with the people of Russia in grieving the loss of life from this horrific event.”

JUST IN: Wikileaks Founder Julian Assange Will Not Be Extradited to US for Now By Jim Hoft
Mar. 26, 2024 8:45 am – A UK court ruled on Tuesday that Wikileaks founder Julian Assange will not be extradited to the United States for now.
The UK court is requesting assurances from the US around Assange’s First Amendment rights, and that he would not receive the death penalty by the US government for leaking classified documents.
This is strange, since the Biden family can hold and release classified material to business associates but not Julian Assange?
If the US fails to give assurances, Assange, an Australian citizen, will be able to appeal his extradition in May.

A U.K. court has ruled that Julian Assange will not be immediately extradited to face charges in the United States, giving the U.S. government three weeks to “offer assurances” that the American justice system will abide by several specific tenets in its handling of the WikiLeaks founder’s case.
The British court said Assange “has a real prospect of success on 3 of the 9 grounds of appeal” he has argued. Specifically, the court demanded that U.S. justice officials confirm he will be “permitted to rely on the First Amendment to the United States Constitution (which protects free speech), that he is not prejudiced at trial (including sentence) by reason of his nationality, that he is afforded the same First Amendment protections as a United States citizen and that the death penalty is not imposed.”
The court said that if those U.S. government assurances are not given within the three week timeframe, Assange will be granted leave to file a new appeal in the U.K. with further hearings for representations to be made by both parties.
“Mr. Assange will not, therefore, be extradited immediately,” the court said in its judgment on Tuesday.

Newsome had reported on busloads of immigrants being redirected to Chicago suburbs as a political ploy to attempt to slow down the migratory influx. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson sought to politicize migrant women and children by pointing the finger at Texas Governor Gregg Abbot as the villain of the Biden administration’s illegal invasion. Mayor Johnson had directed law enforcement to both ticket and impound buses bringing illegal immigrants into the city. The bus companies reacted by redirecting their routes to suburban train stations where the illegals were forced to prolong their journey waiting in the freezing temperatures of the Chicago winter.
Newsome recorded some of these interactions for his podcast and start-up news site, Behind Enemy Lines. In February of 2024 The Gateway Pundit reported on an interaction Newsome had in the Downers Grove, Illinois train station. Newsome encountered a number of Venezuelan immigrants appearing to flash gang signs and tattoos associated with the transnational criminal gang, Tren de Aragua. Predictably, many of these immigrants voiced their fealty to Biden.
In March 2024, Newsome and Bergquam traveled to a well known repurposed factory on the southside of Chicago to speak with Pastor David Lowery and many southside African Americans frustrated by the crisis. The men expressed their concern regarding the influx of immigrants who will likely replace cheaper labor by taking even lower wages under the table for cash. They spoke of the increased burden of the taxpayer to cover the myriad social services necessary to care for the illegals.
There was clear frustration with the Democrat party that is supporting these policies. The proof of the Democrat’s apathy to American suffering was on display recently when all 51 Democrat senators voted against Marsha Blackburn’s bill, the CLEAR Act. The bill would help deport illegals who commit violent crimes, among other protections.
The illegal immigration crisis is obvious to most Americans regardless of party affiliation. Apparently, that truth is no bulwark against the gas-lighting propaganda of NPR, whose March 8th headline read: “Immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than U.S.-born Americans, studies find.” The piece is a typical butchering of generalized statistics such as, “They found that undocumented immigrants are 37.1% less likely to be convicted of a crime.” Of course, less likely to be convicted is certainly less concerning than whether someone is more likely to COMMIT a crime or not. Surely, this is a distinction NPR mistakenly omitted from the piece. They also cited a study between 2007 and 2016 that showed there was no link between undocumented immigrants and an increase in crime. This is hardly relevant without the context of the recent years of attacks on law enforcement and the underwriting of criminal leniency in blue cities like Chicago since 2020.
There is no better evidence of the Democrat-fueled chaos in Chicago than the unintended encounter Newsome and Bergquam experienced on March 21st.
The duo, along with Pastor Lowery, stumbled upon a group of illegals allegedly engaged in a drug deal. The incident went viral with over 1 million views of Bergquam’s X post. In the video the illegals appear aggressive and indignant about their activities confronting Newsome and Bergquam face to face. The incident ends with one of the illegals showing his contempt via the middle finger. A more fitting expression representing a Biden America could not have been captured.

Netanyahu Abruptly Cancels Key White House Meeting, Citing ‘Change in the American Stance’ By Mike Landry
Mar. 26, 2024 7:15 am – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has canceled a planned meeting between an Israeli delegation and the Biden administration, saying the U.S. has changed its policy toward Israel.
The move stems from a United Nations action on Monday.
The UN Security Council demanded “an immediate ceasefire” in Gaza “for the month of Ramadan respected by all parties leading to a lasting sustainable ceasefire,” Jewish Insider reported.
The resolution also called for “the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages.”
But — and this is the sticking point — the hostage release was not a condition of the cease-fire. The U.S. could have vetoed the resolution, but instead abstained from the vote.
As a result, Netanyahu canceled the White House meeting scheduled for this week, citing “the change in the American stance.”
The meeting would have included several Israeli officials, including Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer and national security adviser Tzachi Hanegbi.
Netanyahu’s office stated that by failing to veto the cease-fire resolution, “the U.S. retreated from its consistent stance in the Security Council that only a few days ago tied a ceasefire to the release of hostages.”
But the Biden administration denied that claim.
“Our vote does not — and I repeat that, does not — represent a shift in our policy,” U.S. national security spokesman John Kirby said Monday. “We’ve been clear and we’ve been consistent in our support for a cease-fire as part of a hostage deal.”
Last week, Russia and China vetoed a U.S. resolution “tying a cease-fire to the release of the 134 hostages, including four Americans, held by Hamas,” Jewish Insider reported.
Over the weekend, the U.S. reportedly sought to change the wording of the resolution eventually enacted Monday. The words “permanent ceasefire” were replaced with “lasting ceasefire.”
And after Monday’s vote, U.S. Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield said she unsuccessfully tried to include a condemnation of Hamas in the resolution.
“We did not agree with everything in the resolution,” she said. “For that reason we were unfortunately not able to vote yes.
“However, as I’ve said before, we fully support some of the critical objectives in this non-binding agreement,” Thomas-Greenfield continued. “And we believe it was important for the council to speak out and make clear that … any cease-fire must come with the release of all hostages.”
A hostage release is “the only durable end to this conflict,” she said.
Last week, President Joe Biden asked that the Israeli delegation come to the White House to discuss a planned military operation in Rafah, a city on Gaza’s southern border with Egypt.
Biden thinks such an operation would be a “mistake,” according to Jewish Insider, while Netanyahu says it would “finally eliminate the remaining Hamas battalions while granting humanitarian solutions to the civilian population.”
The cancelation of the White House meeting reflects the escalating tension between the U.S. and Israel.
Biden has said Israel entering Rafah would be his “red line,” a warning that Netanyahu has ignored.
Another point of contention between Biden and Netanyahu is Biden’s support for a “two-state solution” in the region, which is opposed by Netanyahu, Jewish Insider reported.
The president recently backed Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer after he called for new elections in Israel, drawing accusations of engaging in foreign election interference.
Biden’s increasingly lukewarm attitude toward Israel may reflect his desire to appease large populations of Muslims in Michigan and anti-Israel Democrats nationwide ahead of the 2024 election.

China and Russia vetoed the previous resolution partly because they supported a ceasefire without the release of the abductees.
Russia and China supported the current decision, along with Algeria and other countries.
The US did not veto today the new text that calls for a ceasefire without the condition of releasing the abductees.
This is a clear retreat from the consistent position of the US in the Security Council since the beginning of the war.
This withdrawal hurts both the war effort and the effort to release the hostages, because it gives Hamas hope that international pressure will allow them to accept a cease-fire without the release of our hostages.

The migrant also details the “good service” he is given at the hotel, including free “breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything.”
“Do you also receive insurance for medications?” Shirley asks.
“Yes, they are in charge of doing all that. In fact, they process Medicaid,” the migrant says.
The migrant continued to explain that he was provided with free lawyers and that beginning the process of applying for asylum was also free.
The migrant and his family have luggage with them, so Shirley asks where they are heading.
“Well now we’re heading towards … in fact, we asked for the tickets, and they also give it free, and now we are going to Arizona. To Phoenix, Arizona,” the man states.
“And they gave you that for free?” Shirley asks.
“Yes, it’s free. Free. The flight is completely free. We are leaving because here in New York, as we know, it has collapsed,” the man says.
“There inside the hotel, did they coordinate all this?” Shirley asks.
“Yes, they coordinated all this,” the migrant says.

SATURDAY, MAR 23, 2024 – 09:20 AM – The Biden administration’s Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revealed its ambition: to phase out gas-powered cars in favor of electric vehicles (EVs). Incredibly, this announcement comes as we are flooded with overwhelming evidence that EVs are a market loser.

Indeed, the artificial boom and then meltdown of the EV market is a modern industrial calamity. It was created by government, social media, wild disease frenzy, far-flung thinking, and the irrational chasing of utopia, followed by a rude awakening by facts and reality.
CEO of Hertz Stephen Scherr has been booted out due to a vast purchase of an EV fleet that consumers didn’t even want to rent. The company has now been forced to sell them at a deep discount and in a market where consumers are not particularly interested.
Looking back, however, Scherr’s decision to bet everything on an EV boom was a disaster that was highly praised at the time. Only last year, the company bragged: “This morning, [Hertz] was recognized by The White House for our efforts to expand access to electric vehicles across the country. Demand for EV rentals is growing and we’re here to help our customers electrify their travels.”
Pleasing the Biden administration is not the same as pleasing consumers.
The demand turned south fast in a real-world test of drivers. But that’s not all. Hertz could not make their investment pay no matter what they did.
The key issues with EVs are as follows.
The cost upfront is much higher.
Financing charges are higher.
They depreciate at a higher rate than internal combustion cars.
The insurance is more expensive, by at least 25 percent.
Repairs are much more expensive, if you can get them done at all, and take longer.
Tires are more expensive and don’t last as long because the car is so heavy.
Refueling is not easy and missteps here can have nightmarish consequences.
They are more likely to catch fire.
Any motor vehicle accident that impacts the battery can lead to repairs higher than the value of the car, that is totaled with so much as a scratch.
To top it all over, there is no longer any financial advantage to the driver. It now costs slightly more to charge under many conditions than to refuel with gasoline.
The novelty of driving one for a day wears off after the first day. At first they seem like the greatest thing that ever happened, like an iPhone with wheels. That’s great but then the problems crop up and people start to realize that they are fine for urban commutes with home chargers and not much else.
They make truly terrible rentals. Obviously, under rental conditions, people have to use charging stations rather than a charger in the garage. That means spending part of your vacation figuring out where to find one.
Not all are superchargers, and if it is a regular charger, you are looking at an overnight wait. If you do find a station with fast chargers, you might have to wait in line. They might not work. You waste hours doing this. And you likely have to reroute your trip even to find a station without any certainty that you will get a spot with a functioning charger.
No one wants to do this. When you rent a car, all you want is a car that goes the distance. And typically car rentals are for going some distance else you would just take a taxi or a Lyft from the airport. You might need to drive several hours. And god forbid that this takes place in cold weather because that can reduce your mileage by half. Your whole trip will be ruined.
Why in the world would anyone want to rent one of these things rather than a gas-powered car? You might be better off with a horse and carriage.
Did Hertz think of any of this before they spent $250M on a fleet? Nope. They were just doing the fashionable thing.

Significantly the country’s largest hydroelectric plant at Dnieper has been shut down after what appears a major missile strike impacting its vital operations. Various regions impacted have been left without power, and there are widespread reports of new internet outages in Ukraine.
Russia’s military touted that “all the goals of the massive strike have been achieved” – which reportedly included hits on “foreign military equipment and ordnance delivered by NATO countries” which were destroyed, according to state-run TASS.

Putin Vows Revenge For “Bloodbath” Moscow Attack, Points Finger At Help From Ukraine, As 11 ‘Terrorists’ Captured BY TYLER DURDEN
SATURDAY, MAR 23, 2024 – 11:05 AM – The official death toll from Russian authorities in the wake of Friday’s terror attack on a Moscow concert hall has reached 133 killed, with some unofficial reports saying there could be as many as 140 or more. As the scene continues to be processed and investigated, and given some of the hospitalized are in critical condition, the death toll is likely to rise. Over 150 were wounded in the attack, which involved a group of well-equipped attackers sporadically shooting into crowds as they walked through the mall and into the concert hall. Three children are still in the hospital, with one in critical condition.
The mall and complex at the Crocus City Hall music venue appears to have burned for many hours through the night. Russia’s Investigative Committee later said more bodies were recovered from be smoldering building. Importantly, authorities on Saturday announced the capture of four suspected gunmen, also amid unconfirmed social media videos purporting to show some of the detained alleged gunmen.
Eleven people total have been detained connected with the terror attack which the Federal Security Service (FSB) has said includes “four terrorists who were directly involved in the terrorist attack on Crocus.” They are not Russian nationals, security services said.
After the Friday night rampage at the venue just outside Moscow, “the perpetrators tried to escape by car, fleeing towards the Russian-Ukrainian border,” the FSB said Saturday “The criminals intended to cross the Russia-Ukraine border and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side,” the FSB statement alleged.
The four alleged gunmen were detained “not far from the border with Ukraine”. This has raised suspicion in the Kremlin over Ukraine’s involvement, despite the widespread media reports in the West that it was ISIS-K. As we noted earlier, Russian media has not echoed the Western reports highlighting an ISIS-K statement of responsibility.
Instead, in addressing the crisis President Vladimir Putin has vowed to punish the perpetrators of the barbaric terrorist act while also charging that Ukraine prepared a “window” to help the terrorists escape.
At one point during the five-and-a-half minute video address, Putin said: “All perpetrators, organizers and customers of this crime will suffer fair and inevitable punishment. Whoever they are, whoever guides them. I repeat, we will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists, who prepared this atrocity, this attack on Russia, on our people.”
US Intelligence Says It Knew ISIS-K Was Planning Terror Attack On Moscow BY TYLER DURDEN
SATURDAY, MAR 23, 2024 – 05:44 AM – The initial reports that ISIS has claimed responsibility for the terror attack in Moscow appeared rumor at first, and has still been subject of widespread scrutiny and debate, however, US media and government officials are saying that the Islamic State (or ISIS-K) statement is authentic. “A branch of the Islamic State claimed responsibility on Friday for the attack in Moscow that killed at least 40 people and injured about 100 others, and U.S. officials confirmed the claim shortly afterward,” The New York Times writes late in the day.
What’s more is that US intelligence knew there was to be an imminent attack on Moscow: “The United States collected intelligence in March that Islamic State-Khorasan, known as ISIS-K, the branch of the group based in Afghanistan, had been planning an attack on Moscow, according to officials. ISIS members have been active in Russia, one U.S. official said,” according to more from NYT.
The Kremlin had earlier in the day demanded answers of Washington explaining why the US Embassy in Moscow issued an alert earlier this month for all US nationals to avoid public venues and be extra vigilant. We previously reported on that early March embassy notification here. NY Times continues, citing US officials: “After a period of relative quiet, the Islamic State has been trying to increase its external attacks, according to U.S. counterterrorism officials. Most of those plots in Europe have been thwarted, prompting assessments that the group had diminished capabilities.”
Importantly, Russian state media and sources have been slow to report the ISIS-K claims, nor have state officials identified any culprits or group at this late hour. Russian media in general has not reflected Western press reports concerning the claims that ISIS-K was behind it, likely pending a deeper and ongoing investigation. It is possible that some of the gunmen may still be at large.

This mantra is playing out in real time in the state of Oregon, and other states, in various forms which we will get into in this article.
Small farmers are under attack in the Beaver State, which has begun shutting down family farms throughout the state under the guise of water conservation and groundwater protection.
The owner of Yanasa Ama Ranch shared a 20-minute video explaining what is going on in Oregon as bureaucrats erroneously classify small family farms and homesteads as “concentrated animal feeding operations,” or CAFOs, in order to shut them down. Any feeding area that has a concrete, rock or gravel floor falls into this category, which would include most small dairy or egg farms.
If you have two or three milking cows, the rancher explains, you are now targeted by the state for closure.
The rancher further explains in the video:
“The state of Oregon has effectively shut down small farms and market gardens on a large scale, and they’re actually sending out cease-and-desist letters to farms and they’re using satellite technology to find their victims and send them these letters that say you can’t operate.”
The below video is 20 minutes but the most critical information is contained in the first 5 or 6 minutes. Note that he says most of these anti-farming, anti-private property laws start in places like Washington and Oregon but end up spreading to other states over time. That is so true!
Wake up folks. The tyranny is gaining ground. The war on food is heating up and will inevitably cause a major worldwide famine at some point. Remember what I’ve said in previous articles, that depopulation is the ultimate goal of the globalists. Mar. 24, 2024 7:30 am – The hands that grab former President Donald Trump’s New York properties could hand him the White House, a pollster says.
Pollster Frank Luntz appeared on CNN Thursday amid talk that New York State Attorney General Letitia James could begin seizing Trump’s properties Monday.
James sued Trump in a civil fraud case that ended up with Trump being ordered to pay out millions, with $464 million due Monday. Trump has indicated that making that payment — which state rules say must be made for Trump to appeal — could be difficult, leading to speculation that James is ready to seize Trump properties in New York state’s swanky Westchester County.
Luntz said if James does that, she is helping Trump.
“I want you to remember this moment. And don’t forget it,” Luntz said in a video of the segment posted by Mediaite. [Emphasis added]
“If the New York Attorney General starts to take his homes away, starts to seize his assets, it’s all going to be on camera. Pundits are going to sit there and scream about this, ‘This man cannot be elected.’ You’re going to create the greatest victimhood of 2024. And you’re going to elect Donald Trump,” Luntz said.
“If they take his stuff, he’s going to say that this is proof that the federal government and the establishment in the swamp in Washington, and all the politicians across the country and the attorneys generals and all of this, that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency,” he said.
Luntz noted that this has happened before.
“He’s going to go up in the polls, just like he went up every single time they indicted him. The indictment — and let’s not talk about whether it’s justified or not — but it will prove the things that he’s saying on the campaign trail, and he will go up, and it may just elect him president. Do not forget that,” Luntz said.
Luntz gave James a piece of advice.
“And I say this to the attorney general right now, if you play politics on this, this is what the secretaries of state did in Colorado, and what they did in, I believe is Maine, his numbers went up in both states,” he said.
Luntz then noted that failed attempts to squash Trump have made him stronger.
“I don’t understand. I’m almost speechless in how pathetic the opposition to Trump has been and how completely misguided. And this is a perfect example of it,” he said.
Luntz noted that despite everything thrown against him, “Trump is leading. And in the seven swing states, Trump is up by the margin of error in five out of seven.
“Why is that happening? Because his critics are stupid and they’re running a horrible campaign,” he said.

March 21, 2024: Seventy-one percent of Palestinians in both the Gaza Strip and the West Bank believe Hamas made the right decision in attacking Israel on October 7, according to a new poll conducted by the Palestinian Center for Policy and Survey Research, an organization primarily funded by the European Union and the United States-based Ford Foundation.
The percentage of West Bank residents who support the Hamas attack has decreased slightly since December, when 82 percent of West Bank respondents said they agreed with the decision, though support for the terror attack has increased in Gaza, rising from 57 percent in December to 71 percent in March.

Of course, anyone who remembers Trump’s inauguration in 2017 has good reason to be worried. Antifa and other leftist agitators engaged in multiple acts of destruction and violence in Washington, DC.
If Trump wins again in 2024, it could potentially be worse.

An alarming new poll has found that a vast majority of Americans are bracing themselves for election-related violence and fear the prospect of a civil war.
In the latest Battleground Civility Poll, conducted by The Tarrance Group, Research Lake Partners, and Georgetown University, 78 percent said they are “worried that the 2024 election will result in violent activity.” Just 23 percent said they were not at all worried.
Participants were also asked the following:
Thinking about the issue of political divisions as a whole… On a scale of 0 to 100, where ‘0’ is there is no political division in the country and where ‘100’ is political division on the edge of a civil war where would you rank the level of political division in the country?
The average response to this question was 70.85, meaning the majority were fearful about the prospect of a civil war. However, this is still a considerable decrease compared with 2021, when the January 6th protests took place and Joe Biden took office in contentious circumstances. At that time, the average score was 76.01.
On a brighter note, 88 percent of respondents said they believed that political divisions could be eased if leaders from both parties managed to find consensus on key issues, although any major compromises on issues from immigration to abortion currently seem highly unlikely.
Democrats and the media pushed the false ‘bloodbath’ narrative for over a week, trying to make it sound as if Trump supporters are violent, but the opposite is true.
If Trump wins, Washington is going to need much greater security and it won’t be Trump supporters causing violence.

NO THANKS: Michigan Offering Locals Measly $500 a Month to House Illegal Aliens By Ben Kew
Mar. 23, 2024 1:40 pm – The state of Michigan is offering locals a measly sum to house illegal aliens as it struggles with the pressure of the ongoing migrant invasion.
According to The Office of Global Michigan’s website, the government will offer homeowners a risible $500 a month if they agree to take in so-called refugees.
“The Newcomer Rental Subsidy program provides Refugees and other Newcomer population-eligible households with rental assistance up to $500 per month for up to 12 months, with eligibility based on immigration status and household income,” the website states.
“Many refugees and other newcomers face critical housing challenges, and this program will increase access to better and more affordable housing opportunities while supporting a more rapid social integration to refugees and other newcomer populations to Michigan,” it continues.
Last month, the Democratic-controlled state similarly asked residents to “sponsor” migrants through acts such as picking them up at the airport and helping them find work.
“Sponsors are expected to provide support to newly arrived refugees for 90 days through acts such as greeting refugee newcomers at the airport, securing and preparing initial housing, enrolling children in school and helping adults find employment,” the statement said.
Michigan is far from the only blue state asking for help from Americans to deal with the migrant invasion. Last August, the Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts, Kim Driscoll, pleaded with citizens to “step up if you’re willing to have an additional family be part of your family.”
“If you have an extra room or suite in your home, please consider hosting a family,” Driscoll told citizens. “Safe housing and shelter is our most pressing need.”
Meanwhile, deep blue cities across the country such as New York, Chicago and Denver are also at breaking point, as millions of people continue to illegally cross the border every year.
While many of them seek asylum under the guise of being a refugee, the majority are economic migrants simply looking to work in the United States. Many also have links to organized crime, with various gangs and drug cartels using the open border as an opportunity to expand their operations north of Mexico.

If you still wish to see political content, you must go into your settings and manually change it by clicking on “content preferences” and then “political content” and selecting “don’t limit.”
On February 9, Meta announced that Instagram and Threads would soon begin limiting political content. The announcement did not say it would change all users’ settings to a limited politics default.
In a statement to Fox News, Instagram said that the change will only impact accounts that you do not follow — and that you can still see political content from accounts that you do.
“This announcement expands on years of work on how we approach and treat political content based on what people have told us they wanted,” the spokesperson said. “It does not impact posts from accounts people choose to follow; it impacts what the system recommends. And now, people are going to be able to control whether they would like to have these types of posts recommended to them.”
According to the Fox report, “some Instagram users said that when they tried to change their settings, the app crashed.”
“The entire app crashes when I go to political settings. That’s wild,” a user wrote in a post on Friday.
“Interesting I went to my settings and privacy and content & went to limit, and it takes me back out of Instagram. It won’t let me change it!!” another comment flagged by Fox News said.

Former President Barack Obama privately met with President Biden on at least two occasions and expressed concern that he could lose the 2024 election, according to a report.
A new report from TIME Magazine claimed that Obama met with Biden last June to deliver a warning about his re-election chances. Obama allegedly advised Biden to become more aggressive and make the upcoming presidential race a referendum on Trump.
During a private lunch, Obama told Biden his campaign was unstable, persuading unhappy voters would be a challenge and defeating Trump would be more difficult than 2020, according to a Democrat briefed on the discussion.
While he believed at the time that Biden had taken his advice to heart, Obama allegedly saw little improvement over the next six months.
“This time, Obama’s message was more urgent. He expressed concern the re-election campaign was behind schedule in building out its field operations and bottlenecked by Biden’s insistence on relying upon an insular group of advisers clustered in the West Wing, according to the same Democratic insider,” TIME noted.
That must have been an interesting meeting.
Illegal Immigration Is Illegal: Mexico Disagrees By Antonio Graceffo
Mar. 23, 2024 7:00 am – The second-largest source of income for Mexican drug cartels is human trafficking into the U.S. Laws discouraging illegal immigration challenge that income. The cartels have so much sway over the Mexican government that even the country’s president is speaking out against Texas laws countering illegal immigration.
Earlier this week, a confrontation broke out between Texas Army National Guard troops and a group of migrants who charged a border wall in El Paso. Texas Governor Abbott has called the immigration crisis an invasion.
Attempting to stem the flow of illegals, he came under fire, allegedly for passing a law making illegal entry from Mexico into the U.S. a crime. The irony of this statement is that it is already “illegal” to enter the U.S. illegally.
To be more accurate, Abbott has not made illegal entry into the United States a crime; he has instructed his police officers to enforce existing laws, arrest lawbreakers, and restore legality by deporting the illegals.
Under Title 8 federal authority, it is illegal to enter the US at non-ports of entry, and the punishment is deportation and a five-year ban on future immigration.
Social media accounts in Mexico provide instructions on how to enter the US illegally, including encouraging people to enter at illegal points of entry. Human traffickers, transitional criminal organizations, however, are selling illegal access to the US.
The criminals, generally linked to drug cartels, accept money from the migrants, promising safe passage, but they are being led to illegal entry ports. The money that cartels are earning from illegal human trafficking to the US is used to buy more guns, politicians, and judges, further destabilizing Mexico.
Title 8 states, “The Secretary of Homeland Security shall take such actions as may be necessary to install additional physical barriers and roads (including the removal of obstacles to detection of illegal entrants) in the vicinity of the United States border to deter illegal crossings in areas of high illegal entry into the United States.”
This is one of the many points of contention between Governor Abbott and the federal government. The governor, along with many American Conservatives, is questioning why the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is not doing more to prevent illegal immigration and why the Federal government would challenge the Texas governor’s assertion that he has the authority to protect the border of his state to keep his citizens safe.
Additionally, Title 8 mandates the erection of physical barriers to prevent illegal entrance to the US. However, when Governor Abbott implemented barriers, he faced vilification from the media, and the federal government ordered him to remove them.
Governor Abbott’s efforts to enforce immigration law have been challenged at both the state and federal levels. Twenty-five GOP state governors have signed the “Stand with Texas” declaration, expressing support for Governor Abbott and defending the border.
Despite being effectively barred from preventing illegal immigrants from entering his state, Abbott implemented Operation Lone Star Bus, transporting immigrants to sanctuary cities that claim to welcome them.
However, cities like Chicago and others, receiving immigrants from Texas, began taking measures to limit the number of illegals they would accept.
Some of the bus companies transporting immigrants actually sued Chicago. The federal court filing of Wynne Transportation reads, “Rather than welcoming migrants and giving them sanctuary, Chicago is turning its back on those wishing to travel here.”
For Abbott and most conservatives, the fact that even sanctuary cities have finally had enough of illegal immigration should serve as proof that the border needs to be secured. Yet, the border chaos persists at crisis levels.
Told that he cannot prevent individuals from entering illegally and that he cannot transport them across the United States, Governor Abbott decided to address the problem from another angle by arresting those who enter the state illegally, which is consistent with US federal immigration law. And once again, he is facing challenges from immigration rights organizations, mainstream media, and Democrats at the federal level.
Critics argue that the law “creates a climate of fear in Texas where anyone potentially suspected of being an undocumented migrant can be subject to questioning by local police.”
They are concerned that enforcement of the law makes criminals nervous. However, if individuals are worried about being questioned by police when suspected of breaking this law, it is no different from any other law.
If suspected of theft or driving without a license, individuals can be questioned by police. If innocent, they can provide proof, and the matter is resolved.
Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador criticized the Texas law as “draconian,” “dehumanizing,” and “anti-Christian.” His opposition to the law of the state of Texas, citing its alleged infringement on federal authority, is preposterous given Mexico’s steady descent into becoming a narco-state, where drug cartels control its legislature, judiciary, police, and military.
Obrador’s rebuttal to the Texas law was a nonsensical false equivalent, “It’s as if the governor of Tamaulipas applied a law against Texans who were visiting Mexico or passing through Tamaulipas.”
President Obrador’s point is preposterous. Texas is not making laws about Mexicans legally passing through Texas. The law is about Mexicans, or people from other nations, illegally entering Texas.
Ironically, under Mexican law, it is also illegal for Americans to enter Mexico illegally. It is unclear why Mexico’s president believes the US should not similarly protect its border.
Senate Approves $1.2 Trillion Spending Package, Averting Government Shutdown Risk Until Fall — 25 Republicans Vote with Democrats By Jim Hᴏft
Mar. 23, 2024 8:00 am – The Senate passed a sweeping $1.2 trillion package of spending bills early Saturday morning, effectively delaying any shutdown threats until the fall season.
The bill, which encompasses funding for a multitude of government agencies in favor of the Democrats, is now awaiting Joe Biden’s signature to be enacted into law.
The bill will fund DEI, abortion, and trans ideology without securing the border.
The final tally for the vote was 74-24. This action followed the funding lapsing for government agencies at midnight.
However, the White House was quick to reassure the public, issuing a notice shortly after the deadline that the Office of Management and Budget had ceased shutdown preparations.
“Because obligations of federal funds are incurred and tracked on a daily basis, agencies will not shut down and may continue their normal operations,” the White House statement said per AP.
“It’s been a very long and difficult day, but we have just reached an agreement to complete the job of funding the government,” Schumer said. “It is good for the country that we have reached this bipartisan deal. It wasn’t easy, but tonight our persistence has been worth it.”

The announcement comes as a Monday deadline fast approaches for him to come up with roughly $454 million to stay judgement in his civil fraud case while he appeals.

House Passes Pork-Filled Bill To Fully Fund Government BY TYLER DURDEN
FRIDAY, MAR 22, 2024 – With just hours to go before a shutdown, the House has passed the $1.2 trillion minibus bill, which will now head to the Senate.
The vote was 286-134, with 112 Republicans and 22 Dems against.
All 100 Senators will need to agree to a vote to pass the bill before midnight. If this fails to happen, the government would be forced into a partial shutdown on Saturday morning.
President Biden has urged Congress to pass it quickly so he can sign.
“This hasn’t been a perfect process. But we should never let the perfect be the enemy of the good,” said House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) in response to the House passage. “This is a good result for the American people.”
The bill funds the departments of Homeland Security, State, Labor, Defense, Health and Human Services, among other things. Combined with the $459 billion bill passed earlier this month, the latest funding packages fully fund the federal government to the tune of $1.659 trillion through September, NBC reports.
House Freedom Caucus member Chip Roy (R-TX) railed against the fact that members only had around 24 hours to review the bill – and attacked his fellow Republicans for failing to secure immigration wins.
