House Democrats Immediately Announce They are Working to “Revive Legislation” to Ban Trump From Ballot in Light of SCOTUS Decision (VIDEO) By Cristina Laila
Mar. 4, 2024 2:20 pm – House Democrats are now reviving legislation to bar Trump from the ballot in light of the US Supreme Court’s unanimous decision to put Trump back on the Colorado ballot.
The US Supreme Court on Monday unanimously ruled Trump can stay on the Colorado primary 2024 ballot.
The Supreme Court said the states lack the power to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution against Presidential candidates.
“This case raises the question whether the States, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency,” The Supreme Court said according to the ruling reviewed by The Gateway Pundit
“For the reasons given, responsibility for enforcing Section against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States. The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court therefore cannot stand,” the high court’s ruling said.
The Supreme Court said in its ruling that only Congress has the power to block a candidate from a presidential ballot.
“The text of Section 3 reinforces these conclusions. Its final sentence empowers Congress to “remove” any Section 3 “disability” by a two-thirds vote of each house. The text imposes no limits on that power, and Congress may exercise it any time, as the respondents concede,” the ruling read.
“Instead, it is Congress that has long given effect to Section 3 with respect to would-be or existing federal officeholders. Shortly after ratification of the Amendment, Congress enacted the Enforcement Act of 1870. That Act authorized federal district attorneys to bring civil actions in federal court to remove anyone holding nonlegislative office—federal or state—in violation of Section 3, and made holding or attempting to hold office in violation of Section 3 a federal crime,” the high court’s ruling read.
Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin immediately ran to CNN to announce he is ‘working with a number of his colleagues’ including Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell to “revive legislation” to force Trump off the presidential ballot.
The legal theories are based on Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.
Trump has not been charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals granted a temporary stay of a federal judge’s decision to put a Texas law allowing police to arrest illegals on hold for a week.
The appeals court ruling will stay in place unless the Supreme Court intervenes by March 9.
US District Judge David Ezra, a Reagan appointee last Thursday issued a temporary injunction that blocked a Texas law that gave local police power to arrest illegal aliens.
“The preliminary injunction granted by U.S. District Judge David Ezra pauses a law that was set to take effect March 5 and came as President Joe Biden and his likely Republican challenger in November, Donald Trump, were visiting Texas’ southern border to discuss immigration. Texas officials are expected to appeal.” – ABC News reported.
In December Governor Greg Abbott (R) signed a bill that gives Texas police power to arrest illegal aliens amid Biden’s border invasion.
“Biden’s deliberate inaction has left Texas to fend for itself,” Abbott said, adding the new bill is designed to “stop the tidal wave of illegal entry into Texas.”

The exercise will last roughly two weeks, and take place in the northern regions of Finland, Norway and Sweden.

March 4, 2024 10:33am – The Supreme Court on Monday unanimously ruled that former President Donald Trump can remain on the 2024 presidential ballot in a decision that comes one day before the Colorado Republican primary after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that the top Republican contender is ineligible.
The Supreme Court ruled that the “responsibility for enforcing” the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection” clause “against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States.”
If states were allowed to determine which candidates were eligible for the ballot, it could result in a candidate being “declared ineligible in some States, but not others, based on the same conduct,” the justices wrote.
“The disruption would be all the more acute” if a candidate were found ineligible after people had voted in the election, they also said. “Nothing in the Constitution requires that we endure such chaos.”

The bill’s namesake, Matthew Perna, followed thousands of other law-abiding Americans in peacefully demonstrating at the Capitol on January 6th, 2021. Matthew was arrested and charged with multiple felonies for appearing at the Capitol on that fateful day. After a long and arduous 13-month sentencing, in which Perna pled guilty and received a threat from the federal judge presiding over his case of an “enhanced sentencing,” Perna tragically took his own life. The justice system waged all-out psychological and spiritual warfare against him, breaking him down into a shell of his former self. It was simply too much for anyone, let alone a man browbeaten into submission by his own government that he loved enough to take civic action, to bear.

As TGP has reported, J6ers have been brutalized and tortured for exposing the corruption within the Bureau of Prisons System and the Department of Justice to the media. In February, two political prisoners were ripped from their cells, abducted and transferred to the country’s most hostile anti-Trump correctional facilities and barred from communication for regularly speaking out.
J6 political prisoner Matthew Krol has been living on a pacemaker for nearly two years in the DC jail and has described dying from a heart attack while incarcerated and “coming back” while waiting years for heart surgery. Krol is one of several J6 defendants in the correctional facility in a legal battle with DC jail for medical deprivation.
After enduring more than two weeks of unbearable loud noise, Krol is calling on everyone on the outside for help.
“We have another situation here in C3A. For weeks, now throughout the day and many nights, there [are] sounds of construction going on,” the political prisoner, who is living on a pacemaker, told TGP after 14 days of the madness. “The supervisors say there is no construction at night, yet the noise continues.
“And there have been C/Os that have said there [is] no construction going on in the pod above us. It is 10:23 PM and our current C/O has been in my cell listening twice tonight to the noise. Inmates in the USA are supposed to get 8 1/2 hours of interrupted sleep a day, that does not happen here.”

“She wants to bring an additional 1 million migrants to Europe, on top of the many millions we already have.
“In doing so, she wants to combat the aging of Europe’s shrinking population. So she literally wants non-European peoples to replace shrinking European peoples.
“That is, by definition, replacement migration, a synonym for repopulation,” the Belgian MEP added.
Having noted the decline in Europe’s indigenous population, and the need to replace it by at least “one million immigrants” a year, Johansson says nothing about alternatives. For example, she failed to consider how the peoples of Europe could adopt pro-natalist policies to increase the indigenous populations in their countries. For example, European governments could provide much longer paid maternity and even paternity leaves, free creches for infants and toddlers, for infants, and provide great increases in family allowances for every child after the first two. These benefits would only be made available to families whose members have been citizens of the country for at least two generations. This would prevent recent immigrants — i.e. Muslims — from taking advantage of this government program meant only to raise the birth rate of the native population.

Sweden has ordered Salwan Momika, an Iraqi freedom fighter who has burned the Qur’an in protest against the violence does in its name and in accord with its teachings, and to stand for the freedom of expression. Morocco World News reported back on February 8 that “Sweden is set to deport Salwan Momika, the controversial man behind last year’s Quran-burning protests, as local reports indicate that a Swedish court has upheld the deportation order against the controversial man.” On Friday, Momika wrote: “My extradition to Iraq means that Sweden will participate in my execution, and that it will be the turn of the rest of those who stand against the Islamization of the West.” Exactly so. But does anyone Sweden or elsewhere in the West care?
Momika added: “The persecution I am subjected to in Sweden is tantamount to defending Islam and supporting the project of Islamizing Sweden and the West, granting asylum and protecting Islamists, and while those who criticize Islam are expelled and persecuted, this means that the law on freedom of expression is in real danger and Islamic values may be imposed on Western societies and the application of Sharia law. Islamism will inevitably come to them unless we take action.” Well, it’s quite clear that the laws on freedom of expression are indeed in danger. If they weren’t, Momika wouldn’t be facing deportation; he would be being feted and lionized as a hero in Sweden.
If Momika is forced to return to Iraq, he will almost certainly be killed, as he himself explained: “I am in a humanitarian and moral struggle against the @Migrationsverk and Muslims, and I need your solidarity with me. If Sweden does not want me to stay here, then give me guarantees that your authorities will not demand me if I seek asylum in another country, and provide me with protection to reach another country because I cannot travel because Iraq has previously issued an international arrest warrant against me and distributed it to the international police.” He concluded: “How can the Swedes be so calm when Sweden is being Islamized before their eyes? March 3, 2024 – During his weekly interview with Radio Kossuth in Budapest, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán called out leftist forces in Brussels who are frantically trying to implement their left-wing globalist agenda ahead of this summer’s European parliamentary elections.
“There’s a phrase in the Hungarian language that accurately describes the situation in Brussels. It’s what Hungarians call ‘panic before the gates close.’ So their song is over, their mandate has expired – or at least it will expire in June – and the fine burghers of Brussels will be making one last dash, thinking that they can now complete what they failed to do when they were younger,” Orbán explained.
“It’s a well-known fact, and it’s happening over there. So suddenly the LGBTQ issue’s being wheeled out, migration’s being wheeled out, they’re pushing for war, and they have to get these over the line. The timing was exquisite. With all the concern over the fact that he’s in steep cognitive decline, Biden needed to remind voters that he’s a “sympathetic” and “well-meaning” man, not just an “elderly” one with “a poor memory.”
Then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in 2021 that “the president can’t do” what Biden eventually did anyway. “The president can only postpone, delay, but not forgive,” she explained, saying anything of that sort would require “an act of Congress.”
Frankly, that, too, would be unconstitutional. The Constitution does not grant the federal government the authority to abrogate private contracts between lenders and borrowers, forcing taxpayers to pay back loans they did not take for college degrees they did not earn.

On Saturday, The Times of Israel reported U.S. forces made the first airdrop of supplies over the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip — roughly 38,000 meals for the people in the place that elected the terrorist organization that launched the Oct. 7 terrorist attacks.
U.S. Central Command said it and the Jordanian Air Force “conducted a combined humanitarian assistance airdrop into Gaza … to provide essential relief to civilians affected by the ongoing conflict.”
Nor was this going to be the last airdrop, with CENTCOM saying it was “part of a sustained effort to get more aid into Gaza, including by expanding the flow of aid through land corridors and routes.”
U.S. officials, speaking to the Times of Israel on condition of anonymity, stressed that they wanted Israel to open up land borders to Gaza in order to start a more sustained flow of aid.
“None of these — maritime corridors, airdrops — are an alternative to the fundamental need to move assistance through as many land crossings as possible. That’s the most efficient way to get aid in at scale,” the official said.
This came after an announcement by President Joe Biden on Friday that the United States would begin the airdrops after at least 115 Palestinians were killed in fighting, The Associated Press reported.
“I think I would just say that the fact that today’s airdrop was successful is an important test case to show that we can do this again in the coming days and weeks successfully,” a senior administration official said on a call with reporters, according to a White House transcript.

Killing Non-Combatants/Disbelievers
It is important to note that the distinction between non-combatants and combatants is not found in the doctrines of Islam. Instead, the fundamental distinction is between Muslims (believers) and non-Muslims (disbelievers).
This distinction has been in place since the early days of Islam. According to the commands of Allah in the Koran and teachings of Muhammad, as long as a Muslim remained a Believer and did not violate any of the doctrines of Islam, he was not to be harmed by another Muslim. However, there were three conditions that allowed a Muslim to intentionally kill another Muslim: adultery, apostasy from Islam, and killing another Muslim without legal authority.
With regard to non-Muslims, Muhammad taught that their “blood and property” were not protected from the Muslims unless they converted to Islam:
It has been narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullah b. ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, they establish the prayer, and pay the Zakat. If they do it, their blood and property are guaranteed protection on my behalf except when justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah.[1]
That non-Muslims were to be fought against and were not protected unless they converted to Islam is openly proclaimed by Allah in Chapter 9, Verse 5 of the Koran; this is the verse referred to by some Muslim scholars as the Verse of the Sword:
Then when the Sacred Months have passed, then kill the Mushrikun [non-Muslims] wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in every ambush. But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism] and perform As-Salat (the prayers), and give Zakat (obligatory charity), then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
This command of Allah to kill the Mushrikun was followed during the time of Muhammad as Muslim warriors attacked unsuspecting, non-Muslim communities late at night or early in the morning to the undiscriminating battle cries of Kill! Kill![2] and O victorious one, slay, slay!.[3]
Muhammad even stated that there was to be no penalty for a Muslim who killed a non-Muslim (disbeliever), with no distinction being made between a combatant and a non-combatant:

What does it really mean?
MAR 2, 2024 – The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is a huge executive division within the US government. It is subdivided into 15 agencies with oversight by 15 administrative offices. The USDA employs nearly 100,000 people, working at more than 4,500 locations nationwide and abroad. For 2024, the USDA was given an operating budget of $24.46 billion, an increase of 11.5% over the previous year. The bureaucratic behemoth has oversight regarding food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and issues related to public policy.
One agency is the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS). The AMS creates and administers domestic and international marketing opportunities for producers of “food, fiber, and specialty crops.” This includes commodity procurement and contract management for cotton, tobacco, livestock, poultry, specialty crops, and all types of food labeled organic.
As it turns out, the National Organic Program (NOP) is the federal regulatory program within the AMS that develops then enforces national standards for organically produced agricultural products sold within the United States. Run by only 34 employees and the Office of the Deputy Administrator, the NOP was allocated $24 million within the 2024 operating budget to oversee and regulate all elements of the organic food industry. For comparison, the budget for the Packers and Stockyards program, which regulates and monitors the activities of livestock, meat, and poultry, was allocated $35 million.
NOP oversees the work of 84 certifiers who perform audits, write audit report reviews, send out notices of noncompliance, issue corrective action reviews, and respond to consumers and producers seeking information and assistance regarding all food categories of organic food and labeling, including meat. The expanded availability of organic products in retail stores, supermarkets, and online platforms has made it easier for consumers to access organic meat and has contributed to its market’s growth. In 2021, just over 16,000 certified organic farms were in operation in the US, with California having the most certified farms by far (3,061) while nearly 7,000 farms were certified as organic pastureland and rangeland.

However, New York Judge Marva Brown granted Amira “supervised” release, even though the charges are bail eligible under current law.

Democrat assembly member Joaquin Arambula (Fresno) recently introduced Assembly Bill 1840 to extend a first-time homebuyer loan program to illegal aliens.
If the bill becomes law, illegal aliens will be eligible for a new program that offers a loan worth 20% of the purchase price of the residential property. There are no monthly payments and no interest accrues on the loan. Rather, the loan is paid back when the borrower refinances or sells the property. The borrower will have to pay back the original loan plus a 20% increase in the value of the property.
“It’s that ambiguity for undocumented individuals, despite the fact that they’ve qualified under existing criteria, such as having a qualified mortgage,” California Democrat Joaquin Arambula said in an interview. “Underscores the pressing need for us to introduce legislation.”

March 1, 2024 – For some reason quietly, X has started enforcing revised rules, detailed in its platform guidelines for users – among other things, adding a section to the “Abuse and Harassment” that concerns the use of pronouns, and speech referring to persons “transitioning” (in terms of transgenderism).
The “amended” rules came into force at some point between January 24 and 27 this year, and should an X user be found to “purposefully” address another using a pronoun different than what that user has chosen for themselves, they can expect to be (and they ostensibly already are) punished by having their posts’ visibility on the platform “reduced.”

The magnitude of the problem Sweden is facing is beginning to sink in.
MAR 1, 2024 – This is astoundingly shocking. A new report from the Swedish police has recently been published and it shows that something has gone terribly wrong in Sweden.
According to the new report, some 62.000 people in Sweden are connected to criminal gangs. To put this into perspective, consider that Sweden is a small country with only 10.4 million people.
“We are talking about system threatening crime with a large capacity for violence that silence witnesses, threaten social workers, infiltrate authorities and political parties…in the long run, the criminal networks threaten our free and open society” Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer said at a press conference.
What makes things even more bleak is that a whopping 5.400 people under 18 years old are connected to criminal gangs.
In other words, we have thousands of children that are doing the work of the gangs. How could the situation get this bad?
And police chief Petra Lundh estimates that the real number of people connected to the gangs in Sweden is in fact likely to be higher.
“This is not only a police issue. This is significantly bigger than that. It is a common societal problem” she says.
The new right-wing government in Sweden has already begun to take measures against the criminal gangs, even going so far as to deploy the military to assist police in fighting the gangs.
