JUST IN: Biden Unilaterally Cancels Another $7.4 Billion in Student Loan Debt in Latest Vote-Buying Gimmick  By Cristina Laila

Apr. 12, 2024 12:00 pm – Joe Biden on Friday unilaterally canceled another $7.4 billion in student loan debt in his latest vote-buying gimmick ahead of the 2024 election.

“Today, President Biden announced that 277,000 more Americans will get their student debt canceled, bringing the total debt relief approved by the Biden-Harris Administration to $153 billion for 4.3 million Americans through various actions,” the White House announced on Friday.

“The 277,000 Americans receiving this latest round of debt relief are borrowers enrolled in the SAVE Plan, other borrowers enrolled in Income-Driven Repayment plans, and borrowers receiving Public Service Loan Forgiveness. The Biden-Harris Administration fixed Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) and launched the SAVE Plan last year – the most affordable repayment plan ever. Already 8 million borrowers are enrolled in SAVE, 4.5 million of those borrowers have a monthly payment of $0, and over 1 million additional borrowers have a monthly payment of less than $100. And if borrowers took out low balances of loans, the SAVE Plan puts them on a faster path to debt relief after at least ten years of payments,” the White House said.

Biden has used a series of workarounds to circumvent the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his student loan bailout program.

Last year the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against Joe Biden’s student loan relief program so the Department of Education rolled out a workaround forbearance program to cancel $39 billion in student loans by counting non-payments as payments for a period of time.

Only it isn’t your typical forbearance program. Borrowers won’t have to pay back ‘missed’ payments or make up the difference of ‘reduced’ payments. No interest will accrue on any of the missed payments.

In January Biden unilaterally canceled another $5 billion in student loan debt for 74,000 borrowers in his latest vote-buying gimmick.

Joe Biden also announced he would cancel student loans for borrowers who took out less than $12,000 and have been in repayment for 10 years.

After a lackluster presidential run, Mike Pence has landed a new job at Grove City College.

Grove City College is a conservative Christian college in Grove City, Pennsylvania.

In a press release, Grove City president Paul J. McNulty stated Pence will serve as a “distinguished visiting fellow for the new Center for Faith and Public Life.”

Pelosi and Mayor Muriel Bowser turned down thousands of National Guard troops at the Capitol on January 6 for political reasons.

Chris Wray’s FBI also refused to notify the Trump administration and his cabinet secretaries that they believed there could be violence like the mass protests at the Capitol that took place that day.

Nancy Pelosi also refused the National Guard at the US Capitol due to politics.

Capitol Police Chief Steve Sund said he asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup. But they both turned him down.

John Solomon from Just The News released an explosive report in 2022 that revealed Capitol Police were first warned about possible violence at the January 6th protests TWO WEEKS before the planned rallies.

Pelosi, Mayor Bowser, and other government officials turned down the National Guard anyway. They hoped for an “insurrection.”

Solomon says the DHS and District of Columbia were made aware of online threats of violence two weeks before the protests and rally.

On Friday, The Daily Mail released an explosive report that destroys the Jan. 6 Committee’s narratives on January 6!

At least THREE NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERS will testify this coming week that they were ready to be deployed on January 6 but THE PENTAGON held them back!

Apr. 12, 2024 5:45 pm – Representative Anna Paulina Luna has called for a rare procedural move to delay the Senate’s consideration of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) Section 702 extension, pushing for a new vote in the House of Representatives.

This move comes in the wake of the House’s approval of a bill that further empowers the ‘Deep State’ by allowing it to surveil Americans without a warrant.

On Friday, the House cast a vote of 273 to 147 in favor of extending Section 702 of FISA, a provision originally enacted in the aftermath of September 11, 2001.

This legislation permits U.S. agencies to monitor foreign targets abroad but has come under scrutiny for its implications and past misuse in surveilling American citizens. The vote displayed a uniparty alliance, with 147 Democrats and 126 Republicans supporting the bill, while 88 Republicans and 59 Democrats opposed it.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene expressed her frustration, criticizing the pressure tactics used to sway opinion: “Mike Johnson set up a private classified briefing room, telling members that people will die if we don’t pass FISA! Now, some Republicans propose that a two-year reauthorization, instead of five, will address our concerns. This is merely postponing the issue. We must end FISA now!”

Bentley has been covering Russia’s special military operation zone as a war correspondent.

64 year-old ‘Texas’ joined the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) militia as a fighter in 2014, fighting foe the region’s freedom against Ukrainian forces, having later become a war correspondent.

He is feared to have been the latest journalist targeted for retaliation by Kiev’s services, like Daria Dugina, killed in a car bomb, Vladlem Tatarsky, killed with a ‘gift bomb’, or the American Gonzalo Lira, who dies in an Ukrainian cell after reportedly being denied medical attention.

Do conservative Americans even care? On the one hand, he is a communist – so it’s not like we’d be asking him for geopolitical tips or anything.

But on the other, at this point he was a non-combatant and a guy who really cares about that people and that land that he made his home.

Apr. 11, 2024 8:00 pm – You will hear a common theme from U.S. Government officials involved in counter-terrorism about “following the money.” The sad truth, however, is most have no clue about how to do that. When I, along with five other partners, formed BERG Associates LLC in 1998, we carved out a niche as a unique group of specialists in money laundering investigations. The star of our team, John Moynihan, is a forensic accountant who did four years with DEA running its undercover money laundering operations in New York City. I learned a lot from John. He is a certified genius in this area.

We worked on the Bank of New York Russian Money Laundering case as one of our first jobs. We investigated all the major tobacco and liquor companies for money laundering on behalf of the European Union and the Governors of Colombia. We were fortunate to have informants that worked inside major Colombian and Mexican cartels as well as a member of a Russian Clan. The photo heading this article is from one of the cases we worked in Panama. A Colombian cartel sent members to Panama with these “bricks” of dollars to purchase gold. The money was the proceeds of drug trafficking.

We briefed a group of intel analysts at the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) in 2006 on how to track Mokhtar Belmokhtar by focusing on his cigarette trade. He moved a lot of Philip Morris product — Marlboro to be precise. Unfortunately, JSOC did not act on our recommendations. Belmokhtar was not stealing Philip Morris Marlboros. He was acquiring the product through a Philip Morris distributor. If you have a terrorist organization that is trafficking in cigarettes, or liquor or Toyota trucks, all you have to do is get your hands on the product and trace backwards.

Remember when ISIS was at its strongest in Syria in 2013? They were driving around in brand new Toyota pick up trucks. All that needed to be done was get the serial number off of one vehicle and work backwards. Moynihan and I briefed this to a Special Operations Command (SOCOM) officer who was given the task of “following the money.” To my knowledge he never followed up on our recommendation of how to figure out who was supplying ISIS with those trucks. They did not steal them off of a car lot.

Here is an 11 minute look at Russia’s allegation that Burisma was involved in terrorist finance. The big unanswered question is what was Cofer Black, a former senior CIA official who headed up the Counter Terrorism Center (CTC) in 2001, doing while serving on the board of Burisma and a Latvian Bank that was later implicated in possible terrorist financing? Was that just a crazy coincidence?

But the stark conclusions of a February 2023 top-secret intelligence briefing have leaked: “China ‘clandestinely and deceptively’ interfered in Canada’s 2019 and 2021 federal elections, seeking to support candidates favorable to Beijing’s strategic interests.

The activity was aimed at discouraging Canadians, particularly Chinese Canadians, from voting for the Conservative Party, which it viewed as having an anti-Beijing platform, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service reported in the February 2023 briefing.”

Quebec judge Marie-Josee Hogue leads the inquiry, which has interviewed more than 40 community members, politicians, and federal election officials.

APRIL 10, 2024 – Welcome to the club, Tucker. It won’t end well for you.

What do Tucker Carlson, the isolationist conservative pundit, and Elizabeth Warren, the woke progressive senator of Massachusetts, share in common? Not much, other than their sickening slander of Israel, America’s only democratic ally in the Middle East.

Last week, at an event at the Islamic Center of Boston, Warren told her audience, “What Israel is doing is wrong… It is wrong to starve children within a civilian population in order to try to bend it to your will… I believe that they’ll find that it is genocide, and they [the International Court of Justice] have ample evidence to do so.”

Yesterday, in an interview on X (formerly Twitter) that already has over 7 million views, Tucker Carlson gave a platform to Pastor Munther Isaac, the conference director of Christ and the Checkpoint, a well-known anti-Israel propagandist forum in Bethlehem that seeks to undermine Evangelical Christian support for Israel. Christ and the Checkpoint advocates for the BDS movement targeting Israel, denies the Jewish people’s historical connection to Israel by manipulating Christian theology and history, and vilifies Israel as being solely responsible for all conflict in the region.

Christ at the Checkpoint promotes a particularly twisted form of antisemitic replacement theology. At one of its conferences, Naim Ateek explained the name of the group by claiming that “Jesus was a Palestinian who lived in Palestine… born under occupation. Jesus lived under occupation. Everything he taught, everything he said was done under occupation, exactly the way we live today.”

Munther Isaac himself celebrated the October 7 Hamas massacre, declaring in his sermon the next day that he was “shocked by the strength of the Palestinian man who defied his siege.”

Tucker Carlson’s team carefully vets the people featured on his show. Munther Isaac’s antisemitic views and support for Hamas terrorists are well known; a simple Google search makes that abundantly clear. Nevertheless, Tucker invited Isaac onto his show to spread wildly false claims about Israel and the current war to his millions of followers. When Isaac said that Israel is committing “genocide” in Gaza and “starving” the Gazan civilian population, Tucker made clear that he agreed with his lies: “Father, thank you for your thoroughly decent and sensible analysis. I hope it’s heard by Christians throughout the West.”

Warren’s hatred for Israel isn’t news. Like millions of other mindless woke progressives, she reflexively supports Islamic terrorists and condemns Israel. But Tucker Carlson, one of the heroes of the right? Can he really be an antisemite? The answer, unequivocally, is yes.

For a long time, many tried to give him the benefit of the doubt. “Tucker Carlson isn’t antisemitic, he’s just an isolationist.” But at this point, it’s undeniable. Tucker possesses a special hatred for Jews and the Jewish state.

Back in December, Tucker said that Ben Shapiro of the Daily Wire “doesn’t care about the country at all,” accusing him and other pro-Israel pundits of being “focused on a conflict in a foreign country as their own country becomes dangerously unstable.” In questioning Shapiro’s loyalty to the United States, Tucker relied on the classic antisemitic trope of dual loyalty, implying Jews are a traitorous fifth column. Instead of arguing with Shapiro on the merits, he questioned his motivations and loyalty, adopting the tactics of Nazi and Soviet antisemites of earlier generations.

In June, 2023, Carlson described Jewish Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy with antisemitic tropes. “Now if you see him on television, it’s true you might form a different impression. Sweaty and rat-like. A comedian turned oligarch. A persecutor of Christians. A friend of BlackRock… shifty and dead-eyed.” Personally, I’m no fan of Zelenskyy. But attacking him with a description that screams “dirty Jew”? That’s clearly no coincidence.

The interview with Munther Isaac leaves no doubt as to where Tucker stands.

The U.S. Capitol Police confirmed to Fox News that those arrested inside the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, D.C., were charged with Crowding, Obstructing, or Incommoding.

“It is illegal to demonstrate inside any of the Congressional Buildings,” Capitol Police said in a statement.

A video obtained by Fox News shows demonstrators walking through the hallways of the building, raising their hands and saying, “Children are starving in Gaza” and “People are dying in Gaza.”

Up until now, Tucker’s anti-Jewish bigotry has been nuanced and implied. The mask is off and it’s ugly.

If I could not see this Christian Palestinian pastor wearing a dog-collar I would have thought I was listening to a member of the PLO or the editor of The Forward.

Why are the Christian Palestinians who live in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem not moving to Bethlehem? I suspect it’s because the Muslims are now in control there and are actively hostile to them and the whole idea of pilgrims coming to visit Christ’s birthplace is anathema to them particularly at Christmas. Also, mentioning Rashida Tlaib as a supporter of his “cause” does not endear me to him.

We all know that Palestinian Christians are one step behind Jews in Gaza when it comes to persecution. Actually, they might be one step in front because until October 7th. Jews were not permitted in Gaza.

If anyone was in doubt about Tucker’s hostility towards Israel this video will obliterate that doubt. He demonstrates incredible bias against Israel and American Evangelical Christians while failing to place any of the blame for the alleged plight of Palestinian Christians on the Islamic fascists who control so many Christian sites in the Holy Land. In Scandinavia it is tradition in the spring where homeowners tend their garden and start bonfires to burn up garden waste, which will now be banned.

The group sang and chanted, “Senate can’t eat until Gaza eats!”

Demands from the protesters include the Senate endorsing a ceasefire, the restoration of UNRWA funding, and an end to military aid to Israel.

According to Fox News, at least 50 people were arrested and removed.

The U.S. Capitol Police confirmed to Fox News that those arrested inside the Dirksen Senate Office Building in Washington, D.C., were charged with Crowding, Obstructing, or Incommoding.

“It is illegal to demonstrate inside any of the Congressional Buildings,” Capitol Police said in a statement.

A video obtained by Fox News shows demonstrators walking through the hallways of the building, raising their hands and saying, “Children are starving in Gaza” and “People are dying in Gaza.”

At one point, according to a Fox News source, Capitol Police shouted, “Everybody out or be placed under arrest,” to which a protester replied, “This is the house of the people!”

Activists from an organization called Christians for a Free Palestine claim at least 30 of those arrested are “members of the clergy.”

Code Pink’s perennial tantrum queen and Hamas terrorist apologist, Susie Benjamin, was also front and center.

The Covenant of Hamas clearly states Hamas’s goal of killing all of the Jews and eliminating Israel. “HAMAS” is an Arabic acronym for the Islamic Resistance Movement. The movement issued the Covenant of HAMAS on August 18, 1988. Hamas, an extremist fundamentalist Islamic organization, has been designated a terrorist organization by the US and many Western powers. The group was elected as the official authority in Gaza in 2006.

Article 7 of the Hamas Covenant is interpreted as a call for genocide against Jews: “The Day of Judgment will not come about until Muslims fight Jews and kill them. Then, the Jews will hide behind rocks and trees, and the rocks and trees will cry out: ‘O Muslim, there is a Jew hiding behind me, come and kill him.’”

There is no way to negotiate with a group whose aim is genocide. Liberals calling for compromise are actually just calling for Israel’s capitulation. What compromise would be possible? Hamas wants to kill 100% of the Jews. Should the two parties haggle and agree for Hamas to kill 40% instead? UK honor-based crimes up 62% in 2 years   DAVID ISAAC

Such crime is not only on the rise but has also become more “severe,” said a U.K. family lawyer. Since 2016, honor crimes in the U.K. have reportedly risen by nearly 200%.

April 9, 2024 / JNS – Honor-based abuse cases in England rose by more than 60% in two years, with 2,594 cases in 2022 vs. 1,599 in 2020. The data derive from 26 of 39 constabularies, The Guardian reported on Sunday.

Honor-based crimes can include murder, forced marriage, rape (gang rape is used as punishment against women suspected of engaging in illicit relations), forced genital mutilation and other coercive acts.

Such crimes are common in many Muslim countries, including Pakistan and Bangladesh. (1.6 million people, or 2.7%, of the United Kingdom’s population identify as Pakistani, and 94,434, or 1.1%, as Bangladeshi, according to the 2022 U.K. census.)

A 2013 global survey of the world’s Muslims by the Pew Research Center found that in only 14 out of 23 countries did Muslims reject the practice of honor killing. Support for it was highest in Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt and Jordan.

The problem of honor-based crimes, or honor violence, has become a serious issue in Europe amid increased migration from regions where the practice is accepted.

Already in 2009, the European Parliamentary Assembly passed a resolution calling for a strategy “to eliminate social acceptance of ‘honor crimes.’”

The Metropolitan police (Greater London), West Midlands and Greater Manchester forces recorded the highest rates of honor-based abuse in 2021 and 2022.

The Metropolitan police documented 1,213 cases, including “two attempted murders, 32 rapes, 310 cases of forced marriage and 49 cases of female genital mutilation,” The Guardian reported.

In Greater Manchester, there were a total of 729 cases, including 42 rapes, 56 forced marriages and 104 instances of assault and battery.

West Midlands, an area including the city of Birmingham, recorded 729 cases of honor abuse, including 27 rapes, 19 forced marriages and 90 death threats.

The rise in honor-based violence since 2016 is even more dramatic, the paper noted, (up 193%).

Biden’s DOJ Sentence Aimee Harris to Prison for Allegedly Stealing Ashley Biden’s Diary that Revealed Old Joe’s Perverted Acts   By Jim Hᴏft

Apr. 9, 2024 9:00 pm – Aimee Harris, 41, was sentenced by Biden’s Department of Justice (DOJ) to prison, followed by a period of home confinement for her role in the alleged theft and distribution of a diary belonging to Ashley Biden.

As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s youngest daughter, left her diary under a mattress at the Palm Beach rehab home following a stay at a treatment facility. Two individuals who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house later sold the diary to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.

In a January 2019 entry, Ashley Biden recalled how she used to shower with her father, Joe Biden, and suggested it may have contributed to a sex addiction.

The diary describes Ashley and her father, Joe Biden, taking showers together at an inappropriate age.

“I have always been boy crazy,’ Ashley wrote. ‘Hyper-sexualized @ a young age … I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a family member]; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate),’ she wrote in a January 2019 entry, according to the Daily Mail.

James O’Keefe was later the victim of a late-night FBI raid and was arrested by the Biden regime.

In 2022, Aimee Harris and co-defendant Robert Kurlanderwho, who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property.

In an emotional court appearance, a remorseful Harris expressed regret over her actions, emphasizing her difficult personal circumstances, including surviving domestic abuse and sexual trauma, the New York Post reported.

Despite Harris’s personal plea and her defense attorney’s appeal for leniency based on her traumatic past and responsibilities as a mother, the prosecution highlighted Harris’s pattern of disrespect for the law.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Sobelman claimed that Harris’s actions were not only unlawful but were intended to harm the Biden family and influence the political landscape.

Chief US District Judge Laura Taylor Swain described the act of selling the diary as “despicable,” highlighting the privacy invasion and the potential political motivations behind the sale.

Harris was ordered to serve a one-month prison sentence, pay a $20,000 fine, and undergo three years of probation.

Harris is set to begin serving her prison term in July, while Kurlander’s sentencing is pending.

Apr. 9, 2024 8:20 pm – Media personality Alex Jones declared his intention to file lawsuits against the FBI and CIA during an appearance on the Benny Johnson show.

This announcement followed the release of an undercover video by Sound Investigations, which featured a CIA officer purportedly admitting to federal agencies targeting conservatives, including Jones.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the footage in which Gavin O’Blennis, a Contracting Officer for the CIA, was caught on hidden camera by an undercover journalist claiming that the FBI could imprison anyone by setting them up, a method he referred to as a “nudge.”

O’Blennis singled out right-wing journalists, specifically Tucker Carlson and Alex Jones, as being problematic and suggested that the FBI “took [Jones’] money away” and “chopped his legs off” as a means of crippling his operations.

O’Blennis also disclosed the presence of undercover FBI agents during the events at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, suggesting a widespread federal involvement in key national events. He mentioned the use of “embellished news” and “fake social media” as tools to incite public anger and manipulate public perception.

Why pay rent when you can live for free off someone else?  APR 09, 2024 – Imagine this for a moment… You inherit a family member’s house after they pass, and instead of moving in, you decide to sell it. Of course, that takes some time, as you must first get all of the legal requirements dealt with – the will must be probated, the paperwork must be properly executed and in good order, then you need to find a realtor you like, maybe repair a thing or two before placing the house on the market, and so on. After several weeks (or possibly months) of working to get all of this accomplished, you go by the house to start removing unwanted furniture, clothing, etc., but when you walk up to the front door and try to put the key into the lock, your key doesn’t work. You say to yourself, I must have tried the wrong key. Let me try another. But it wasn’t the wrong key. No. Instead, you realize that someone changed the lock on the door! You cannot get into your house! So you knock on the door, and to your shock, the door opens and you are standing face to face with a complete stranger. You demand they leave, of course, but astonishingly, they refuse. They say it’s their house and has been for weeks now, even though they never asked your permission, or signed a lease, or paid a penny to live there.

The nightmare continues, when you call the police to report a trespassing, only to have the police tell you that they are powerless to do anything, since the “trespassers” have been there for more than 30 days. Thanks to New York State law, those occupants of your house are not trespassers, nor are they breaking the law. Nope. Just the opposite. They are now your tenants, and they possess all of the amazing “rights” that the lawmakers in Albany have bestowed upon tenants, to the severe detriment of landlords. So now you are a landlord, even though you never met the people who are living in your property, you never got to run a credit check on them to see if they can afford to pay the rent, you never got to do a criminal background check to see if they have an undesirable history which could open you up to liability, etc. As a landlord, in order to get these squatters out of your house, you must now hire an attorney and go through the very lengthy and quite costly expense to sue them. Evictions take months upon months, not days or weeks. As a landlord, you are obligated to maintain the property until the eviction is complete. So you must continue to pay the property taxes, the mortgage, the insurance, upkeep on the grounds, heat working, water flowing, etc. In other words, you must pay for these total strangers to live for free. Indefinitely!

This nightmare situation is known as squatting, and not only is it real, it’s becoming extremely common place. I was recently on NTD News to discuss this criminal phenomenon. You can watch that interview here.

On a personal note, I have a family member who was the victim of squatters just last month in NYC. He has a property that was slotted for demolition, and whilst the paperwork and arrangements for the demolition were being worked on and finalized, the property was sitting vacant. In preparation for the imminent demolition, the power to the house was turned off, obviously, which meant the alarm was disconnected too. When his business partner went by the house on one of his bi-monthly property checks, he found squatters had moved into the house, gotten the power restored, and were living there openly and unabashedly, as if the house was their own! They refused to leave, so he immediately called the police, and with his i-phone camera rolling, he video taped the entire episode. Thankfully, since the squatters had only been there the 2 weeks since his last inspection, the police were able to remove them from the house immediately. No lawyers needed. No severley backlogged, tenant-friendly courts to deal with. They got lucky. (How absurd we even have to think this way? “Lucky” someone didn’t steal your house… Unreal).

“The flagrant conduct of obstruction of Brazilian justice, incitement of crime, the public threat of disobedience of court orders and future lack of cooperation from the platform are facts that disrespect the sovereignty of Brazil,” wrote de Moraes – who Musk called “Brazil’s Darth Vader” over the weekend.

While X initially said in a Saturday post that they would comply, blocking certain popular accounts in Brazil – Musk said an hour later, after the release of the “TWITTER FILES BRAZIL,” that they would not, noting that “As a result, we will probably lose all revenue in Brazil and have to shut down our office there.”

in a Sunday post, Musk said that Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes had “brazenly and repeatedly betrayed the constitution and people of Brazil,” and should “resign or be impeached.”

De Moraes said that as part of his decision to open an inquiry, that “X shall refrain from disobeying any court order already issued, including performing any profile reactivation that has been blocked by this Supreme Court,” Reuters reports.

The justice said that Musk would face a fine that equates to approximately $20,000 each time an account is reactivated on X.

In late May of this year, it is planned for 194 Member States of the World Health Organization (WHO) to vote on acceptance of two documents that, taken together, are intended to transform international public health and the way States interact when the Director General of WHO declares an emergency. These drafts, a Pandemic Agreement and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), are intended to be legally binding and govern the relationship between States and WHO.

Although they contain significant health, economic and human rights implications, they are still being negotiated by various committees less than two months prior to the intended vote. They have been developed with unusual haste, on the premise that there is a rapidly increasing urgency to mitigate pandemic risk.

While this urgency has now been shown to be contradicted by the data and citations on which WHO and other agencies have relied, the urgency persists. As a result, norms requiring specific review times have been put aside, inevitably undermining equity within the agreements by preventing States with less resources from having time to fully assess the implications for their own populations prior to voting.

This is an extremely poor and dangerous way to develop a legally binding international agreement or treaty. Now is the time to decelerate for the purpose of designing a coherent legal pandemic package instead of rapidly institutionalizing a confusing set of different legal regimes, overriding authorities and proliferation of competing global actors, as ill-advised in a recent public letter.

The Open Letter below calls upon WHO and Member States to extend the deadline for the adoption of the amendments to the International Health Regulations and a new Pandemic Agreement at the 77th WHA to safeguard the rule of law and equity.

Both the Working Group on Amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005) (WGIHR) and the International Negotiating Body (INB) negotiating the Pandemic Agreement were mandated to deliver the definite legal wording of the targeted amendments of the International Health Regulations (IHR) as well as of the Pandemic Agreement to the 77th World Health Assembly (WHA), taking place at the end of May 2024. These processes have been ushered through in haste to “capture a post-COVID-19 moment”, despite evidence that there is limited risk of another pandemic occurring in the short-to-medium term. In other words, there is time to get these measures right.

Yet, due to the speed in which these processes have occurred both negotiation processes are threatening to deliver illegitimate policies by violating the very objectives and principles of equity and deliberation which are proclaimed to be safeguarded through the pandemic law-making process under the auspices of WHO. Consequently, the politically set deadline for adoption at the 77th WHA must be lifted and extended to safeguard the lawfulness and transparency of the processes, clarifying the relationship between the amended IHR and the new Pandemic Agreement, and ensuring an equitable and democratic outcome.

DOJ Refuses to Hand Over Audio Recordings of Biden’s Special Counsel Interview After Transcript Proves Biden Lied   By Cristina Laila

Apr. 8, 2024 7:20 pm – The Justice Department is refusing to hand over audio recordings of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur.

“The Committees have responded with escalation and threats of criminal contempt,” the DOJ wrote in a letter to House GOP Chairmen James Comer and Jim Jordan. “We urge the Committees to avoid conflict rather than seek it.”

House Oversight Chairman James Comer on Monday released a statement after the DOJ rebuffed his committee’s request for the audio recordings.

“The Biden Administration does not get to determine what Congress needs and does not need for its oversight of the executive branch,” Comer said. “The American people deserve to hear the actual audio of President Biden’s answers to Special Counsel Hur.”

Comer said it is “curious” that the Biden Regime is refusing to release audio of Biden’s interview with Hur after releasing the transcript.

What we do know is that Joe Biden lied about Robert Hur raising the issue about his dead son Beau.

The Justice Department previously defended not bringing charges against Biden because he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

According to the transcript, Joe Biden forgot when he was Vice President and couldn’t remember when his son Beau died.

Joe Biden attacked Robert Hur during an impromptu presser in February.

“There is even reference that I don’t remember when my son died. How in the hell dare he raise that?” Biden previously told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference. “Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn’t any of their damn business.”

What else is Biden lying about? How bad was his memory during the 2-day interview with Robert Hur?

“We will respond to the Justice Department soon,” Comer said.

Facebook removed the post and disabled his account because “the post violated its ‘community standards’ and posed a threat to ‘the security of people on Facebook.’”

Why, exactly, is Facebook trying to cover up the barbarities Hamas inflicted on Israelis on Oct 7 – and the barbarities that it promises to inflict on innocents around the world in the future? And why is Facebook disabling the accounts of individuals who are telling the truth about it?

Meanwhile, Facebook’s Oversight Board has decided that calling terrorists “martyrs” is an acceptable form of free speech. This, of course, opens the door for Hamas supporters to celebrate the murder of Jews. Facebook did this in response to pressure from Sen. Elizabeth Warren and other Democrats.

Thus, while you can now celebrate Hamas murderers, rapists and kidnappers as “martyrs” on Facebook, Jamie Glazov isn’t allowed to tell the truth about what Islamic terror means not only for Israel, but for America.

Joe Biden’s Military Can’t Reach Recruiting Quota – Then This Video Emerges   By Jim Hoft

During fiscal year 2023, the US military services collectively missed recruiting goals by about 41,000 recruits.

The video shows the military’s treatment of USAF Senior Airman Lance Castle, a service member who refused the mandatory CV-19 vaccine.

Lance Castle was dubbed an “insider threat,” given 60 days pre-trial confinement (missed the birth of 1st born), and sent to a court martial to stand trial on 5 UCMJ Charges.

Via Mark Charles Bashaw, a medical professional, who was the first man convicted by a special court-martial in May 2022 for violating orders to comply with COVID-19 mitigation measures. Bashaw, a father of three, was also found guilty of failing to wear a mask indoors.

Bashaw continues to expose the truth about the military COVID mandates that ruined thousands of lives and injured hundreds of soldiers, sailors and Marines.

APR 7, 2024 2:00 PM – The journalist Richard Littlejohn is furious with those who are now urging Israel to agree at once to a permanent ceasefire with Hamas in Gaza, thereby leaving Hamas standing, with four intact battalions in Rafah, which Arabs and Muslims will interpret as a “victory” over the evil Zionist entity. And then Hamas, seeing itself has having “won” the Gaza war, will seek to repeat, as it has threatened to do, the atrocities committed on October 7 “again and again and again.” He notes that when the Americans or British kill civilians, it’s called “friendly fire.” When Israel does it, it’s a “war crime.”

To those demanding that Israel stands down and lets Hamas continue to occupy its tunnels, I say this: Imagine that the Islamist terrorist who attacked Manchester Arena, killing 22 and injuring 1017 more, hadn’t strapped on a suicide vest but instead had planted his bombs before making a swift getaway.

Then after he had escaped, he decamped to Manchester Royal Infirmary, where he was holed up in the basement with a few dozen other jihadists and a deadly arsenal. Should the anti-terror squad just shrug and leave them to it, so that some time later they were free to emerge under the cover of darkness and blow up Old Trafford or go on a gun rampage in the Arndale Centre?

Look, I don’t want to sound flippant but Israel is fighting for its very existence against a fanatical Islamist death cult.

It can do without posturing, point-scoring Western politicians, lawyers and activists inserting themselves into the narrative. This isn’t about them; it’s about the very survival of a people and a democratic nation.

Hamas are our enemies, too, the kissing cousins of the nutjobs who blew up Manchester Arena, the London Transport network, and have committed countless other terrorist atrocities in Europe. Israel has no intention of committing “genocide.” That is why it makes colossal efforts to warn civilians away from areas and buildings about to be targeted. In just the first month of war, the IDF dropped 14 million leaflets, sent six million messages on the Internet, and made four million telephone calls, to Gazans living in northern Gaza, advising them to head south, to beyond the Wadi Gaza, because the north was about to become a battlefield. And 900,000 of them did as directed, and were safe.  [Emphasis added]

“The world mourns the tragic loss of World Central Kitchen workers in Gaza this week.

The investigation into the event is ongoing, but we do know Israel took immediate responsibility, initiated a national-level investigation and admitted the grave error very quickly.

Israel not only took immediate responsibility for the killing of the aid workers, but discharged two senior officers involved in the incident.

This is what law-abiding, moral, ethical military forces do even when they make mistakes in the fog and friction of urban combat.

But despite this tragic event, the overwhelming narrative of Israel’s conduct in the war against Hamas in Gaza has been negative, when in fact it has taken extraordinary measures to follow international humanitarian law and prevent civilian casualties and civilian harm.

As John Kirby, White House national-security communications adviser, emphasized in a press conference this week, the State Department has “not found any incidents where the Israelis have violated international humanitarian law.”

The Israel Defense Forces recently concluded an operation at al-Shifa hospital in the Gaza Strip to root out Hamas terrorists, once again taking unique precautions as they entered the facility to protect the innocent; Israeli media reported doctors accompanied the forces to help Palestinian patients if needed.

They were also reported to be carrying food, water and medical supplies for the civilians inside.

As soon as the operation began, Israel’s critics, of course, immediately pounced.

The critics, as usual, didn’t call out Hamas for using protected facilities like hospitals for its military activity. Nor did they mention the IDF’s effort to minimize civilian casualties.

When the operation concluded, the overwhelming story was of the damage the battle caused the hospital and not the fact that, according to Israel, 200 Hamas terrorists were killed and more than 500 detained from inside the hospital, nor how the IDF was able to defeat the enemy with minimum if any harm to civilians.

In fact, as IDF Spokesman Daniel Hagari announced at the end of the battle against Hamas operative at Al-Shifa, not a single patient, member of the medical personnel, or any other civilian was killed during the operation.

As for the damage to the hospital, much of it was caused by Hamas combatants who shot up every place they were hiding, including MRI rooms, and even through the hospital’s exterior walls, to hit IDF troops inside.

In their criticism, Israel’s opponents are erasing a remarkable, historic new standard Israel has set.

In my long career studying and advising on urban warfare for the US military, I’ve never known an army to take such measures to attend to the enemy’s civilian population, especially while simultaneously combating the enemy in the very same buildings.

In fact, by my analysis, Israel has implemented more precautions to prevent civilian harm than any military in history — above and beyond what international law requires and more than the United States did in its wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The international community, and increasingly the United States, barely acknowledges these measures while repeatedly excoriating the IDF for not doing enough to protect civilians — even as it confronts a ruthless terror organization holding its citizens hostage.

Instead, America and its allies should be studying how they can apply the IDF’s tactics for protecting civilians, though these militaries would almost certainly be extremely reluctant to employ these techniques because it would disadvantage them in any fight with an urban terrorist army like Hamas…. “

 

New York City agrees to pay $17,500,000 to two Muslimas for having them take off their hijabs for mugshots   BY ROBERT SPENCER

APR 7, 2024 3:00 PM – As far as the New York Times is concerned, this was all about a Muslim woman being robbed of her dignity and having that dignity restored by means of a cool $17.5 million. So all’s well that ends well, but there is more to this case than just dignity lost and restored: the victimhood ploy has once again been successfully used for a top-dollar shakedown. Having people remove head coverings for mugshots is simply a security measure. The goal here is to establish and reinforce the idea that Muslims have special privileges that others do not enjoy, just as Sharia accords them privileged status.

New York City reached a settlement in a lawsuit brought by two women who were arrested and made to remove their head coverings by the police before being photographed.

New York City has agreed to pay $17.5 million to settle a lawsuit filed by two women who said their rights were violated when they were forced to remove their hijabs before the police took their arrest photographs.

The financial settlement filed on Friday, which still requires approval by Judge Analisa Torres of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, is the latest development in the class-action lawsuit filed in 2018 by Jamilla Clark and Arwa Aziz, two Muslim women who said they felt shamed and exposed by the police officers’ actions.

“When they forced me to take off my hijab, I felt as if I were naked; I’m not sure if words can capture how exposed and violated I felt,” Ms. Clark said in a statement. “I’m so proud today to have played a part in getting justice for thousands of New Yorkers.”

 

Hamas DELIBERATELY Drew Fire to the WCK Aid Truck   By Pamela Geller

April 7, 2024 – Hamas is playing the West like a violin.

The international incident that has brought a world of condemnation against Israel,  was instigated by Hamas terrorists climbing onto top of a WCK aid truck, firing indiscriminately into the air in order to attract IDF attention. Ultimately aid workers were killed.

Israel has to stop apologizing for fighting for their lives.  Israel is not morally required to sacrifice its people in order to ensure the people firing upon them have the notoriously antisemitic international approval of motive.

No war has ever been won on the defense.

Recent polls show overwhelming support by Gazans not only for Hamas but also for its barbarities of Oct. 7.

When the Allies killed hundreds of thousands of German and Japanese civilians during World War II, this did not drive the surviving civilians into the arms of the enemy.

To the contrary, the show of strength and the total victory of the Allies, drove most of them into the arms of the victors who promised them a better life— and delivered through the Marshall Plan in Germany and the rebuilding of Japan.

Not even the bombings of Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Tokyo and Dresden drove the civilians into the arms of the military evil-doers who provoked the allied response.

The lesson of the total war and unconditional surrender that ended World War II is far more relevant to Gaza than the experiences in Iraq.

Moreover, Iraq was not a success for the United States.

Many civilians were killed, and much of Iraq is currently in the arms of Iran.

Sweden: ‘Refugee’ Mohamedamin Abdirisek Ibrahim Restores His Family’s Honor   By Robert Spencer 

April 7, 2024 – This story is as horrific as many others like it, but generally they take place in Muslim-majority countries and receive little, of any, notice in the West. In this case, Mohamedamin Abdirisek Ibrahim cleansed his family’s honor not back home in Somalia, but in ostensibly civilized Sweden, and the news has traveled far and wide. But will anything be done to protect women in Sweden or anywhere else against this sort of thing? Come on, man!

The New York Post reported Thursday that Ibrahim, who enjoys the status of “refugee” in Sweden, “has been charged with murder for allegedly killing his seven-months-pregnant Swedish girlfriend rather than face the shame of introducing her to his strict Muslim family.” According to prosecutor Elizabeth Anderson, he killed his Swedish non-Muslim girlfriend, Saga Forsgren Elneborg, at her home in Örebro “by suffocating and strangling her by means of pressure on her neck with an impact on the trachea and the blood supply to the head.”

Pressure on her neck, as in “When you meet the unbelievers, strike the necks” (Quran 47:4). But why did Ibrahim treat his girlfriend and the mother of his child this way? Anderson explained: “I mean that the murder took place in an honor context because the man wanted to preserve or restore his and his family’s honor by killing the woman who was carrying his child.”

How could cold-bloodedly murdering anyone restore anyone’s honor? In order to understand that, we must first try to grasp why Ibrahim didn’t want to “face the shame” of having Elneborg meet his “strict Muslim family.” Why would his relationship with her bring him any shame at all? The answer can be found in the Islamic holy book, the Qur’an. Ibrahim’s family would likely not have objected if he had married her, for the Qur’an allows Muslim men to marry women from the “people of the book,” that is, primarily Jews and Christians (although it does not all Muslim women to do so): “This day, good things are made lawful for you. The food of those who have received the book is lawful for you, and your food is lawful for them. And so are the virtuous women of the believers and the virtuous women of those who received the book before you when you give them their marriage portions and live with them in honor, not in fornication, nor taking them as secret lovers. Whoever denies the faith, his work is vain, and he will be among the losers in the hereafter.” (Qur’an 5:5)

The problem for Mohamedamin Abdirisek Ibrahim is contained within that verse. “Not in fornication, nor taking them as secret lovers.” That’s exactly the situation Saga Forsgren Elneborg was in, and so Ibrahim couldn’t possibly introduce her to his family. The Post adds that “text messages between the couple revealed that Ibrahim told Elneborg shortly before her death that he would tell his family about her pregnancy — but he indicated he was nervous.” It’s no wonder that he was nervous: Elneborg’s pregnancy would leave no doubt as to their fornication and status as secret lovers. So what was he to do with the evidence of his transgression? In his mind, she had to be killed.

 

Massive Cargo Ship Loses Power in New York City Near Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge   By Anthony Scott

Apr. 7, 2024 7:00 pm – A massive cargo ship lost power in New York City waters just two weeks after the Dali ship lost power and crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland.

The United States Coast Guard reported that it received a report that the 89,000-ton Qingdao containership lost power around 8:30 pm on Saturday while navigating the waters between Bayonne, New Jersey, and Staten Island, New York.

A New York tugboat captain told John Konrad, the CEO of maritime-centered news site gCaptain, that the “Container ship APL QINGDAO lost power while transiting New York harbor. They had three escort tugs, but three more were needed to bring her under control.”

“They regained power & were brought to anchor near the Verrazano bridge.” added the tugboat captain.

President Trump To Judge: Jail Me, I Dare You!

April 7, 2024 – One of the most core American principles is the Right To Free Speech.

We think so much of it we enshrined it in the FIRST Amendment (and then we backed it up with the 2nd Amendment as an enforcer of those rights).

And within Free Speech, “political” speech is some of the most protected and valued types of Free Speech.

So to see an American President and current Presidential Candidate being muzzled by all of these Far-Left Judges you would be hard pressed to find many other things less American than this.

The good news is President Trump knows his rights, he knows the Constitution, and he knows how to speak up and fight back for what is RIGHT!

So much so that he’s willing to go to jail over it.

That’s called integrity.

It’s called conviction.

It’s called doing the right thing in spite of enormous pressures to the contrary.

It’s what a true leader does.

A true leader doesn’t stick his finger in the wind and try to find out which way it’s blowing so he can see what he should do next.

Someone like a Nikki Haley does that.

A true leader paves his own path based solely on his convictions and integrity, and if that path is against the wind he forges on and paves it anyway.

And that’s exactly what he just did today.

Former President Donald Trump has challenged Judge Juan Merchan over an expanded gag order that now includes his daughter, Loren. Trump has expressed his willingness to go to jail for violating the gag order, comparing his situation to that of Nelson Mandela and stating it would be a ‘great honor’ and a sacrifice for a worthy cause. This challenge has sparked a wide range of reactions, including comparisons to historical figures and concerns about the First Amendment.

Tarek Bazzi: We’ve been asked in the past, why are our protests on the international Day of Quds, why are they so anti-American? Why don’t we just focus more on Israel and not talk so much about America?

Southwest Airlines Boeing Flight to Houston Returns to Denver After Engine Cover Tears Away During Takeoff   (VIDEO)   By Cristina Laila

A Southwest Airlines flight to Houston returned to Denver on Sunday morning after an engine cover tore away during takeoff.

Passengers were terrified after the engine cover blew off.

“People in the exit row across from me started yelling at the flight attendants and showing them the damage. We turned around and made a full-speed landing. The pilots did a great job on the landing,” a passenger said to KTRK.

The Boeing 737-800 plane was towed back to the gate. The FAA is investigating the incident.

A Southwest Airlines flight headed to Houston had to make an emergency landing at the Denver International Airport after the engine cover seemingly tore away during takeoff on Sunday, according to officials.

In a video sent to ABC News by a passenger on flight 3695, the engine’s cowling could be seen peeling back, flying off and striking the aircraft’s wing flap as the plane began to come off the ground.

One passenger described the ordeal as “frightening.”

According to the Federal Aviation Association, the Boeing 737-800 aircraft was towed back to the gate after landing around 8:15 a.m. Sunday.

Rocky Granata of Edison, a beloved father and grandfather, was well-known in the region and across the nation for his Trump RV.

Granata attended Trump rallies, traveled across the country in his Trump RV and sold merchandise.

On Friday Rocky Granata was beaten with a sledgehammer and left with “significant injuries to his head.”

The suspect, Michael Gonzales, 36, was charged with attempted murder.

The Asbury Park Press reported:

A 64-year-old man from Edison was hospitalized after he was struck with a sledgehammer during an attack at Crown Tire on Route 36 in the Port Monmouth section on Friday, according to police.

Michael Gonzales, 36, of Philadelphia, was charged with attempted murder. He was detained by witnesses at the scene and taken into police custody upon their arrival, said Middletown Deputy Police Chief Paul J. Bailey.

The victim suffered “significant injuries to his head” and was taken by helicopter to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, Bailey said.

An investigation has determined that Gonzales struck the victim in the head multiple times with a hand-held sledgehammer, Bailey said.

The referendums would sever ties with Tel Aviv University and divest from anything connected to Israel.

The event was disrupted by a group of “out of control” pro-Palestinian protesters shrieking anti-Israel slogans like “one solution, intifada revolution.”

The meeting ended early, and Jewish students were ushered out by police.

A student spoke with Fox News Digital telling the outlet that “Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway and administrators ‘ran away,’ ‘leaving behind the Jewish/pro-Israel students to deal with an unruly and obviously antisemitic crowd, whose attention turned to the Jews after the administration left.’”

“They said police then ushered students out the back door because it was too dangerous to exit the front door.”

Jewish students, who had come to the town hall to discuss their safety on campus with officials, were abandoned by the university president in a room full of radicals calling for the annihilation of the Jewish state.

Rutgers alumnus Bethany S. Mandel shared videos from the event.

“Tonight at @RutgersU the President held a town hall with students. It devolved into anarchy, and he fled with half the police present. Jewish students who came to ask about how the admin would keep them safe on campus were left to beg the remaining police to escort them out.”

“As you can hear, students are chanting genocidal slogans calling for intifada and the destruction of the Jewish state. Jewish students were left among this crowd unprotected.”

Some of these students decided to invade a campus building where they didn’t belong and the school president made it clear that she wasn’t playing around. She warned the students to leave and ultimately suspended them and had them arrested.

After a pro-Palestinian protest erupted at a California college on Friday, the president cracked down, saying that the students would be “subject to immediate suspension.”

President Gabrielle Starr of Pomona College in Claremont, California, addressed the campus community after she said a group of protesters refused to identify themselves to Campus Safety and Student Affairs staff and verbally harassed staff, including using an anti-black racial slur when speaking to an administrator.

“Any participants in today’s events on the SCC lawn or in Alexander Hall, who turn out to be Pomona students, are subject to immediate suspension,” Starr wrote in a letter to students on Friday evening.

“Students from the other Claremont Colleges will be banned from Pomona’s campus and subject to discipline on their own campuses. All individual participants not part of The Claremont Colleges community are hereby banned from campus immediately,” Starr said.

The rally was led by LWS founder Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull, who said her purpose was to “test the law” to see how the police would handle gender-critical chants in light of Scotland’s new hate crime legislation.

Speaking to the crowd, Keen-Minshull described transitioning children as “profound abuse” and called Scotland’s hate crime laws “preposterous.”

The fascist “hate crime” law went into effect on April 1.

The Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act came into force on Monday 1 April and aims to provide greater protection for victims and communities. It consolidates existing legislation and introduces new offences for threatening or abusive behaviour which is intended to stir up hatred based on prejudice towards characteristics such as age, disability, religion, sexual orientation and transgender identity.

The new provisions add to the laws on the statute book for race, which have been in place UK-wide since 1986. Sex has been omitted from the act as a standalone bill designed to tackle misogyny is expected to be laid before the Scottish parliament at a later date.

During the rally, LWS faced vocal opposition from various pro-transgender groups.

Apr. 7, 2024 10:20 am – Israel’s acknowledgement that a drone attack mistakenly killed seven aid workers in Gaza has led to renewed criticism of the Jewish State. The tragic incident came less than three weeks after a report issued by the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) claimed that 1.1 million people – nearly half the population of Gaza – face “catastrophic food insecurity” conditions and that Northern Gaza will face famine by May if hostilities continue.

The European Union’s high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, Josep Borrell, blamed Israel, saying, “Starvation is used as a weapon of war. Israel is provoking famine.” And U.S. officials unveiled a United Nations ceasefire resolution that cited “famine” conditions after the IPC report came out.

But Hamas, which has been hoarding food and stealing from Gazans, is the root cause of Gazans’ suffering. As Congressman Jim Himes, a Connecticut Democrat and ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, stated in a CNN interview: “Hamas has a long history of stealing aid, and needs to stop that in the interest of the people that they purport to represent.”

Israel has tried for years to balance its interests with those of innocent Palestinians. Its maritime blockade did not stop Gaza from being self-sufficient in fruits and vegetables, with enough left over to potentially export.. Despite the war, three-quarters of greenhouse acres were still available as of Feb. 15, according to a United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) report, which has the latest available data. Israel’s Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) indicates that bakeries can still provide “over 2 million breads, rolls, and pita breads a day.”

Since the war began, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have engaged in what West Point Urban Warfare Studies Chairman John Spencer described as “a remarkable, historic new standard” for wartime treatment of civilians, resulting in a civilian-to-combatant mortality ratio that is “historically low for modern urban warfare.” For example, Israel regularly provides warnings of impending attacks,assists with evacuations, and even stops its attacks on a daily basis to allow humanitarian aid to arrive.

Despite the recent tragedy, the IDF tries to ensure that Gazans don’t starve throughout the war.COGAT data show that 290,000 tons of food and beverages have been delivered to Gaza since October — recently as many as 200 truckloads a day. Full distribution of these supplies would deliver about 1.82 pounds of food daily for each of the 2 million people in Gaza (145 kg per person, during 175 days of war). Based on FAO estimates of the average daily consumption in Asia and Africa (where Gaza is situated), this alone would be enough to supply 50% of Gazans’ daily consumption needs – on top of the food they continue to produce themselves.

Case in point, on April 3, 2024, the DOJ asked a Southern district of New York, Judge, to sentence a single mother of two, Aimee Harris, to 10 months in prison for having found first daughter, Ashley Biden’s diary, in a Florida halfway house.

Immediately after this announcement, I noticed something strange. The news media, dutifully parroted the DOJ’s exact language from their press release, describing the situation and labeling the woman who found the diary as the Diary Thief, describing it as a “diary thief”, referring to it as “a stolen diary.”

To be clear, this is not a story about some perverted diary of another drug addict Biden family member. This is a much bigger and more disturbing trend.

The DOJ and the Southern District of New York have this habit of it, of going after the people who expose the crimes, not the people who commit them. When this story first broke in 2020, Aimee Harris found the diary in what was described as a halfway house. Ashley Biden was in rehab in Palm Beach, Florida, and stayed at this house before moving to Philadelphia in 2020.

Aimee Harris, also out of rehab, moved in a few weeks later and found Ashley Biden’s diary stashed between a mattress. The diary included Ashley Biden’s explains explosive claims of taking showers with her dad, Joe. Ashley Biden would, like her half brother Hunter, suffer with drug and sex addictions from her early and inappropriate familial relations. The diary was so disgusting, we hoped it was fake. We wouldn’t be so lucky. Aimee Harris sold this diary to the investigative team at Project Veritas. Ashley herself confirmed it was her diary.

Reporter: “There’s a diary here. It starts in January. It says, January at the end of a New York month, I’m sitting on a bed at the I building.”

Ashley Biden: “Yeah. So if you could just give everything that you have to Eric, that would be really great.

Reporter: “I don’t want to give this to the wrong person. I mean, I want to make sure…”

Ashley Biden: “At this point, and I don’t mean to… I don’t want to have to get Secret Service involved in this, right? Because it’s a whole process. But I am Ashley Biden. It is my stuff.”

Project Veritas never published the full diary. And while even The New York Times had to admit the diary was real, but they failed to mention its deeply disturbing contents. They did, however, confirm the FBI was on the case. The Daily Mail next reported that the FBI wasn’t investigating Aimee Harris for theft at all. There was nothing illegal about finding the diary in a halfway house where Ashley left it. Nor did the the FBI say, Amy stole the diary. Rather, the FBI was investigating Aimee Harris for selling the diary to the media.

We find out later, Ashley Biden’s lawyer called for the Southern District of New York to get involved. That same day, the Southern district of New York opened an investigation into the journalists at Project Veritas.

Pre-dawn FBI raids on journalists followed. No Project Veritas journalist was charged with a crime. But all their devices were seized.

The SDNY is the Biden’s personal Gestapo. They’re not even hiding it anymore.

So now the DOJ wants you to think that Amy burgled a diary out of Ashley Biden’s night stand. The reality is, Amy found Ashley Biden’s diary in a halfway house, abandoned, like Hunter’s laptop. That’s not theft.

So the DOJ had a PR problem. Either they needed to admit that Joe Biden was a pedophile or the diary wasn’t Ashley’s. The DOJ did neither. No one at the DOJ or in the media, for that matter, are curious about the claims made in the journal. But the woman who exposed all of this, she goes to jail, and you pay for it.

The diary confirms three things:

** Joe Biden is a pedophile who produces drug addicts for children.
** The DOJ will stretch the truth like taffy to protect the Biden name, and
** The DOJ is willing to throw anyone under the bus who exposes crimes against their dirty China doll politicians.

This Ashley Biden diary story is yet another fine example of how the Southern District of New York and the DOJ are operating as the private legal defense firm of the Biden family. Why is the DOJ protecting the Bidens at our expense?

He highlighted claims from Ex-Diddy producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit that accuses Diddy of orchestrating a surveillance network within his homes to gather compromising material on various individuals, including aspiring artists and prominent figures, for potential blackmail. According to Jones, the situation with Diddy is “not just like Epstein. It could be worse than Jeffrey Epstein.”

Watters said, “Every room in Diddy’s mansions were wired with cameras. And he [Jones] had some of the footage, he had some of the pictures, and he displayed those in the lawsuit that came out. And this was used for blackmail material.”

“They’d bring in these people,” Watters continued. “A lot of these people were also aspiring young artists in the music industry. And then, these parties were sponsored by Motown Records CEO, Universal Records CEO. This goes all the way to the top. And so, you get these people in compromising situations.

“The drinks were laced; their videotapes were hot. And then, at the end of the day, you wake up the next morning, ‘What did I do?’ And then they have compromising material on you. And then they can guide your career. They could kill your career—but they got you.

“And it wasn’t just people in the music business, as you [Patrick Bet-David] said. There were athletes, there were celebrities, there were politicians, people from the royal family.

“And we were also told by the former bodyguard that Diddy was an FBI informant. So, he was a snitch and was feeding information to the feds. And we don’t know what that means. And so, as the battle for key Donetsk oblast stronghold of Chasov Yar commences, the usual scenario is at play.

So Reuters will report that fighting raged on Friday between Ukrainian and Russian forces ‘near the town of Chasiv Yar’, when in fact the fight has moved inside the city.

“A rapid Russian advance on Chasiv Yar, a heavily fortified town with a pre-war population of 12,200 situated west of the ruined, Russian-occupied city of Bakhmut, would be a grim setback for Kiev.

Russia controls around 18% of Ukrainian territory and has stepped up its long-range strikes on energy infrastructure in recent weeks, causing large-scale outages.”

 

Chicago Mayor Johnson Calls for Work Permits for Half a Million Illegals in Illinois   By Margaret Flavin

Why worry about out-of-work and suffering American citizens when you can make illegals the priority.

Johnson further boasted that his city, in constant chaos from rampant crime and urban decay, could continue to absorb even more illegals and  “conservatively” welcome another 400,000 to 700,000.

During a roundtable with urban business leaders, Johnson said, “We need the president to extend the same economic opportunities long term for our undocumented brothers and sisters, so they can build a better life here in the city of Chicago or wherever else they decide to live.”

“I want to make this emphatically clear: Chicago will never turn its back on people who wish to call the city of Chicago their home,” he added.

Fox News reports:

Johnson, whose one-year anniversary as mayor was also Thursday, said he penned a letter to the Biden administration, pushing harder for additional work permits, with the support of dozens of other city mayors, including Denver, New York, Seattle and San Francisco.

“I remain standing in my belief that a more inclusive and equitable future for all residents is truly possible, whether they arrived here yesterday or have been here for an extended period of time,” he said.

The mayor added that even though the “humanitarian crisis” continues to overwhelm and “test the city,” officials will not “waver in their commitment to the immigrant communities.”

In February, mayors from more than 40 cities sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas urging the administration to grant more permits for additional arrivals and also extend existing ones.
