Train Derails Into Mississippi River   OAN Geraldyn Berry
Thursday, April 27, 2023

According to Representative Derrick Van Orden (R-Wis.), a freight train has derailed on Thursday near Ferryville, Wisconsin, south of the Lansing Bridge.

NEW: (1/3) My staff was just made aware of a train derailment in our District south of the Lansing Bridge in Ferryville. — Rep. Derrick Van Orden Press Office (@RepVanOrden) April 27, 2023

Lena Kent, Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) general director of public affairs, stated that the toppled locomotives that went into the Mississippi River were non-hazardous and do not pose a risk to the river.

“Two of the three locomotives and an unknown number of cars carrying freight of all kinds were involved. Two containers went into the Mississippi River; neither contained hazardous materials. Some of the containers derailed on shore contained paint and lithium-ion batteries. Boom is being placed in the impacted area. The volumes involved don’t pose a risk to the river or the communities,” Kent said.

According to the company, all crew members were accounted for and one individual received a medical evaluation.

Local emergency personnel were reportedly at the site, while BNSF cooperated with regional and national organizations. Additionally, the FRA has dispatched safety officials to the area to gather data and assist local operations as required.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin had said that Wisconsin State Highway 35 from State Highway 171 to State Highway 82 in De Soto was closed. No evacuation was needed.

North Dakota governor signs biological sex bathroom bill, still allows ‘reasonable accommodation’   ANDREW CHAPADOS

April 27, 2023 – North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum signed legislation that requires people to use bathrooms and shower rooms in accordance with their biological sex at state-run facilities.

While the bill does not cover all state-run facilities, the list contained prisons, youth correctional centers, dormitories, or any housing controlled by the state board or higher education.

House Bill 1473 posited that restrooms and shower rooms are “exclusively for males or exclusively for females.”

“In a correctional facility, a restroom or shower room accessible by multiple inmates at the same time must be designated for use exclusively for males or exclusively for females,” the legislation read.

“In a correctional facility, a restroom or shower room designated for one sex may be used only by members of that sex,” it continued.

It also stated that an “administrator or correctional facility staff member shall provide a reasonable accommodation for an inmate, including a transgender or gender-nonconforming inmate, as deemed appropriate by the administrator.”

Whistleblower Who Was Reportedly About to Reveal “Explosive” Information On the Biden Crime Family’s Corruption Has Disappeared   By Cullen Linebarger

Apr. 27, 2023 2:15 pm -The Gateway Pundit reported back in February that Dr. Gal Luft, the co-director of the Washington-based Institute for the Analysis of Global Security, reportedly was going reveal explosive information on the Biden Crime Family. Now he has gone missing under mysterious circumstances.

Luft was an adviser to CEFC China Energy (CEFC), a business conglomerate with extremely close ties to the Chinese Communist Party. He served alongside Hunter Biden.

CEFC Energy paid Hunter approximately $5 million in 2017 alone to secure energy deals in the United States according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Once Joe Biden assumed power, there was every reason to keep details on his and his family’s corruption hidden from the public. According to Luft, the Regime had him arrested on bogus weapon trafficking charges in January to try to silence him.

I’ve been arrested in Cyprus on a politically motivated extradition request by the US.

The US, claiming I’m an arms dealer. It would be funny if it weren’t tragic.

I’ve never been an arms dealer.

DOJ is trying to bury me to protect Joe, Jim & Hunter Biden.

Shall I name names?

[Ed.:  Another Israeli who got in over his head… But our ‘Justice’ officials certainly know how to deal with people like that in a just fashion!]

J6 Political Prisoner Ethan Nordean’s Crusading Attorney SHREDS DOJs ‘Seditious Conpsiracy’ Narrative: ‘The Government’s Case Is Held Together By Paper Clips And Rubber Bands’   [TRANSCRIPT]   By Alicia Powe

Apr. 27, 2023 – Defense attorney Nicholas Smith, representing political prisoner Ethan Nordean, eviscerated the Justice Department’s narrative surrounding the Proud Boys and the group’s alleged plans to commit sedition and violently overthrow the United States government on January 6, during closing arguments.

The government devoted infiltrated the Proud Boys with Confidential Human Sources, undercover federal agents, and devoted at least two years to scouring through more than 500,000 messages obtained from the defendants’ devices, social media pages and exchanges in online chat rooms to prove its members violent, racist, insurrectionist who considered a terrorist attack on January 6. The Proud Boys Trial spanned 61 days, the longest of any J6 trial.

Week after week, prosecutors miserably failed to prove there was a pre-conspired plan to storm the Capitol, Smith admonished in his final remarks to jurors on Monday.

“In opening statements, the government promised you the moon on a stick and to show you some of the most serious offenses,” he said. “The government promised to show you that a confused, unarmed man with cans of beer, or sometimes wheel chairing around the mall, committed seditious against the United States.

Sedition. After they stopped for tacos at the food trucks.”

MUST READ: The ERIC False Narrative   by Jay Valentine

Apr. 27, 2023 – After 7 states dumped the Leftist-controlled ERIC, its supporters started selling a false narrative that there are no alternatives to ERIC.

What does ERIC do?   It claims to find people who move from one state to another.  It claims to find dead voters.

So what?  That’s not where the fraud is.  Election fraud, 85% or more – is baked into mail-in ballot voting.

Conservatives Are Looking For Ways To Boycott and Move Spending Away From Woke Corporations — Here Is One Way To Do It

What does ERIC do to fight mail-in ballot fraud?

Election fraud from people living in two locations is less than 1% of all election fraud.  Election fraud is overwhelmingly – think 85% – from mail-in ballots tied to people who do not regularly vote.

The big stuff – at-scale election ballot fraud is sovereign – election commissions at the county or state or both levels are in on it.  Election commissions commit election fraud or submissively acquiesce while someone else does it for them.

ERIC doesn’t check for that!

Anyone recall ERIC reporting that in Arizona thousands of zip codes changed days before the 2022 election – when mail-in ballots were going out?  Or that people older than Julius Caesar still vote in several ERIC states?

Indiana Bar Reveals It Is Losing Customers After Sending Nasty Message to Guests Regarding Dylan Mulvaney’s Partnership with Bud Light – Then Beg Customers to Come Back!   By Cullen Linebarger

Apr. 27, 2023 11:45 am – Get woke, go broke strikes again.

A bar in Bloomington, Indiana revealed it is losing customers after sending a nasty message to guests regarding Bud Light’s partnership with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The Fairfax Bar and Grill sent this missive on Facebook to guests, implying not only that they are possibly bigoted but that dissent on Bud Light’s disastrous partnership with Mulvaney will not be tolerated.

We are tired of all of the hate. We are very open to debate and discussion and it’s truly a shame that we can’t have open conversations about this important political and cultural topic. Bars, in our opinion, exist as public spaces where ideas should be exchanged.

Unfortunately due to all of the bigotry and hatred that has surfaced around the Bud Light controversy any patron wanting to voice their concerns about the issue will be immediately asked to pay their bill and leave our establishment

None of this should come as a surprise because Bud Light sales have collapsed all over America as the Gateway Pundit reported. Rival beer brands have gained at their expense.

Conservatives Are Looking For Ways To Boycott and Move Spending Away From Woke Corporations — Here Is One Way To Do It

Fox News reported:

The Fairfax Bar and Grill in Indiana alienated some of its patrons after it condemned them for criticizing Bud Light’s association with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney,

Bud Light and its parent company Anheuser-Busch received backlash for partnering with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney. The beer maker ignited a firestorm earlier this month when it celebrated Mulvaney’s “365 Days of Girlhood,” by sending Mulvaney custom-made cans featuring the influencer’s face. Millions of Americans have responded by boycotting brands associated with Bud Light and Anheuser-Busch. As of Monday, Bud Light’s market share for the latest week lost almost the same amount as rivals like Miller Lite and Coors Light gained, according to a report from Beer Business Daily.

However, one venue in Bloomington, Indiana has made headlines with a contradictory message calling for “open conversations” about the subject, yet demanding those who disagree to “leave” their establishment.

“We are tired of all of the hate. We are very open to debate and discussion and it’s truly a shame that we can’t have open conversations about this important political and cultural topic. Bars, in our opinion, exist as public spaces where ideas should be exchanged,” The Fairfax Bar and Grill wrote in a Facebook post. “Unfortunately due to all of the bigotry and hatred that has surfaced around the Bud Light controversy any patron wanting to voice their concerns about the issue will be immediately asked to pay their bill and leave our establishment.”

WISHTV writer Adam Pinsker spoke to the bar’s owner McKinley Minniefield.

Kansas GOP lawmakers enact sweeping transgender bathroom law, override Democrat governor’s veto   By Joseph Weber

The measure is considered among the most the sweeping transgender bathroom law in the U.S.

April 27, 2023 – Republican legislators in Kansas on Thursday enacted a bill to prevent transgender people from using the restrooms associated with their gender identities – over-riding a veto on the measure by the state’s Democrat governor.

The measure is among the most the sweeping transgender bathroom law in the U.S., according to the Associated Press.

The over-ride vote was in the House and was preceded by one Wednesday in the Senate.

The House vote was, 84-40, exactly the two-thirds majority they needed to override Gov. Laura Kelly’s action.

The Senate vote was 28-12, and the new law will take effect July 1, the wire service also reports.

At least eight other states have enacted laws preventing transgender people from using restrooms associated with their gender identities but most of them apply to schools, compared to the Kansas law that applies also to locker rooms, prisons, domestic violence shelters and rape crisis centers.

The Chinese Communist Party’s Secret Projects in the US: What Is Going On?   by Pete Hoekstra
April 27, 2023 at 5:00 am

  • Two Chinese companies, Gotion and CATL, are on the verge of building two new battery manufacturing facilities in Michigan. These companies were lured by billions in state and local tax incentives and infrastructure investments, and the environmental requirements buried in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
  • [T]he state of Michigan is making a big bet on electric vehicle (EV) technology in concert with the Chinese Communist Party. What could go wrong?
  • The answer to that is simple: Plenty. At a time when bipartisan members of Congress on the Select Committee on the CCP are conducting war games simulating a U.S. response to a Chinese invasion of Taiwan, one has to ask is this the right moment to seek more Chinese investment in the state. Especially when one of those projects is just 100 miles from where the U.S. is training Taiwanese troops to defend against a Chinese Communist invasion.
  • Already, Virginia, home to numerous military and intelligence facilities, has rejected one of the two projects out of national security concerns.
  • As… outlined in the unprecedented joint news conference by the FBI and MI-5, the threat from the Chinese Communist Party is real, dangerous and pervasive.
  • Another red flag is the secrecy shrouding the projects. Although the state is in the process of providing substantial sums in taxpayer money to private entities, many of the details have been covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Members of Congress, state legislators, local elected officials, and state and congressional staff have been forced to sign NDAs so they can access information taxpayers and the media have been prevented from seeing. What is so secret that it requires taxpayers to be shielded from information about the projects that their dollars will fund? Local newspapers have requested information through Freedom of Information Act requests, but they have been denied.
  • Not only are the projects shrouded in a veil of secrecy, there are legitimate concerns about various organizations actually adhering to the Foreign Agents Reporting Act (FARA). This act requires individuals working on behalf of a foreign entity to register their activities with the Justice…. Former Ambassador Joe Cella and I have… have jointly submitted a request to the Justice Department to review specific individuals and their compliance with federal disclosure laws.
  • [N]ow is the time for both battery projects to be paused. It is time for legislators to engage in their fiduciary responsibility, recognize the changed environment, and reevaluate plans to spend taxpayer dollars to fund two Chinese companies, the CCP, and potentially even the Taliban and the re-emerging Islamic State. It is a new day and US taxpayer money should not be backing potential adversaries.

Iranian ayatollah shot dead in northern Iran

The footage shows as the shot rings out, Soleimani’s white turban falls to the floor as he goes limp.

04-27-2023 11:29 – An armed guard at a bank in northern Iran calmly walked up behind a senior Shiite cleric and shot and killed the ayatollah on Wednesday, according to surveillance footage from the site, the most-senior clergyman slain during months of unrest that has shaken the Islamic Republic.

The killing of Ayatollah Abbas Ali Soleimani stunned both bystanders who witnessed the shooting and the wider public. The cleric had served on the country’s Assembly of Experts that selects and oversees the Islamic Republic’s supreme leader.  Authorities offered no immediate motive for the attack in Babolsar in Iran’s Mazandaran province, just north of the capital, Tehran. Initially, state television described a man overpowering a guard and shooting the cleric.

But later surveillance footage shared widely by Iranian media showed the shooter inside the bank, openly carrying a firearm and milling around briefly before he walked up to Soleimani and shot him. The Interior Ministry announced it would launch a special investigation into the slaying. Soleimani believed to be 77, served on the Assembly of Experts, an 88-seat panel overseeing the post of Iran’s supreme leader. He also once served as the personal representative of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to Iran’s restive southeastern provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan.
