EMBARRASSING: Soros-backed DA Bragg Can’t Answer the What the Crime Is in His Case Against President Trump By Joe Hoft
Apr. 5, 2023 8:15 am – Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg was on full display yesterday and he showed the entire world how dumb he is and how dumb his case is. His press conference was icing on the cake.
Yesterday the first President in US history was arrested on “34 felony” counts placed against him by DA Bragg in New York. We learned that if you are going to indict the President, it’s probably best that you have crimes committed.
After the arrest, the corrupt and dumb DA Bragg held a press conference where he attempted to describe what the President did wrong. Bragg blew it.
Bragg makes statements that the President committed crimes that he never fully describes. He grabs accounting entries and somehow argues that these were crimes. Then he mumbled through how these were election-related crimes without describing the connection. We know this because
When describing the accounting entries he says that the entries started in “April, May, June and so on through the rest of the year”.
However, the indictment starts with accounting entries in February. Bragg charges President Trump on the first seven counts for accounting entries in February and March. Bragg must have forgotten about these.
Bragg claims that President Trump “held documents in his hand containing this key lie” – What lie? How does he know President Trump held these in his hand?
It isn’t a crime to ask someone to sign a non-disclosure agreement. This happens all the time, every day in US business. Where is the crime?
Bragg says that it was against New York election law to pay an individual as part of a non-disclosure agreement. This is BS.

Apr. 5, 2023 7:45 am – Leftist judge Juan Manuel Merchan, who oversees President Trump’s sham case on junk felony charges, made political contributions to a nonprofit fundraising platform for Democratic candidates and progressive groups.
According to FEC data, Judge Juan Merchan from New York donated to Act Blue earmarked “Stop The Republicans” and “Biden For President.”
Democratic fundraiser Act Blue is the payment processor for the majority of Democrats’ political contributions in the 2020 campaign cycle, DC Patriot reported.
“Although the dollar amounts were what some would be considered small, this proves impartiality towards Donald Trump. Donating to both the former and future expected counterpart on the presidential ballot is a huge deal, and something that cannot go unnoticed,” the outlet reported.

Apr. 5, 2023 8:00 am – The dumbest case ever just got dumber. The charges brought against President Trump by New York City DA Alvin Bragg make no sense. You would think that if you were going to indict a President of the United States that you would have a case. But this case offers nothing.
DA Bragg should resign. His case against Trump is shockingly weak.
On Tuesday, immediately after receiving the indictment against President Trump, TGP analyzed the document. What stuck out was that Soros-backed Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg claims in his charges that President Trump made the accounting entries himself related to this case.
The Gateway Pundit pointed out previously that this is nonsense. No CEO in the world presiding over a billion-dollar company is making entries in General Ledger or cutting checks. This is total nonsense.

Toronto’s request is even more lenient than the decriminalization order granted to the entire province of British Columbia by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau earlier this year.
The City is asking that the federal government grant a Health Canada exemption for all drugs extending even to children.
In British Columbia’s case, the granted exemption only applies to adults. The report claims that decriminalization should be offered for ‘all people in Toronto, including youth’.”

April 4th, 2023 – Washington, DC – As America faces the twin threats of inflation and bank failures, three U.S. congressmen introduced a pivotal sound money bill that would enable the Federal Reserve note “dollar” to regain stable footing for the first time in more than half a century.
Rep. Alex Mooney (R-WV) – joined by Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) and Paul Gosar (R-AZ) – introduced H.R. 2435, the “Gold Standard Restoration Act,” to facilitate the repegging of the volatile Federal Reserve note to a fixed weight of gold bullion.
Upon passage of H.R. 2435, the U.S. Treasury and the Federal Reserve are given 24 months to publicly disclose all gold holdings and gold transactions, after which time the Federal Reserve note “dollar” would be formally repegged to a fixed weight of gold at its then-market price.
Federal Reserve notes would become fully redeemable for and exchangeable with gold at the new price, with the U.S. Treasury and its gold reserves backstopping Federal Reserve Banks as guarantor.
