Democrat Lawmakers Reintroduce Bill to Pack the U.S. Supreme Court, Add Four More Liberal Judges (VIDEO) By Jim Hoft
May. 17, 2023 7:45 am – On Tuesday, a group of Democrats in the U.S. Senate and House reintroduced legislation that would pack the U.S. Supreme Court from nine to thirteen justices.
The court is currently made up of six conservative justices that include justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett (appointed by President Donald Trump), and three liberals, after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg — and the liberals are not very happy about it.
Democratic lawmakers held a press conference outside the Supreme Court on Tuesday to reintroduce the Judiciary Act of 2023, which would add four more seats to create a 13-Justice bench. This bill will delegitimize the Supreme Court.
The bill was introduced by Sens. Ed Markey (D-Mass.), Tina Smith (D-Minn.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Reps. Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.), Hank Johnson (D-Ga.), Cori Bush (D-Mo.), and Adam Schiff (D-Calif.).
“Republicans have hijacked the confirmation process and stolen the Supreme Court majority—all to appeal to far-right judicial activists who for years have wanted to wield the gavel to roll back fundamental rights,” said Senator Markey in a press release.

Russia Says It Took Out US-Supplied Patriot Missile In Hypersonic Strike On Kiev BY TYLER DURDEN
TUESDAY, MAY 16, 2023 – 09:45 PM – Russia’s military may have taken out a US-supplied Patriot anti-air battery in Ukraine, which if true would be a very significant first since the advanced Raytheon-made defense weapon was deployed there.
This came as Ukrainian officials have cited an exceptionally dense attack on Kyiv overnight, which included cruise missiles and drones, and even allegedly Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. Ukraine was hit by at least 18 missiles and nine drones were sent, with media reports saying some six ballistic missiles (including Kinzhal) were launched. But the Ukrainians are claiming that most or all of them were intercepted.
Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv city military administration, described the barrage as “exceptional in its density, with the maximum number of missiles in the shortest time possible,” but that “the vast majority of enemy targets in Kyiv’s airspace were detected and destroyed.” Ukraine is now saying it successfully intercepted multiple hypersonic missiles. A previous claim to have intercepted a hypersonic from days ago was met with widespread skepticism among independent pundits.
The Russian Defense Ministry (MoD) has previously dismissed the Ukrainian claims of hypersonic intercepts as “wishful thinking.”
But the Russian side is celebrating a big victory of its own on Tuesday, saying it landed a precision strike a Patriot air defense system in the Ukrainian capital. The US-supplied systems only arrived last month, and just recently entered operation.

John Kerry Would Love For Farmers To Stop Farming
WEDNESDAY, MAY 17, 2023 – 05:00 AM – Special presidential envoy for climate John Kerry recently warned that the world can’t tackle climate change without first addressing emissions from agriculture.
Kerry noted that agricultural production is responsible for roughly one third of the world’s total greenhouse gas emissions and argued that reducing those emissions must be “front and center” in the quest to defeat global warming. Kerry made the remarks at the Department of Agriculture’s AIM (Agriculture Innovation Mission) for Climate Summit in Washington, D.C.
The attack on farming by Western leaders is beyond shocking. It is criminal, treasonous. For his part, Kerry neglected to mention that, though agriculture is purportedly responsible for roughly 33% of the world’s total greenhouse gas emissions, it is undeniably responsible for the sustenance — and continued existence — of 100% of the world’s roughly 8 billion people.
In places like Minnesota, the Democrat party is — and has long been — known as the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party, or DFL. It is time to take the “F” out of “DFL.” Given its job-killing policies, the “L” should be removed as well. I propose that these letters be replaced by “TG,” for transgender. It would be more accurate to refer to today’s Democrats as members of the DTG Party.
It may sound like a bit of a niche brand, but, to be fair, it is also the party of idiots, globalists, entitled whiners, freedom-deniers, and wealthy wannabe tyrants. In this day and age, that is a pretty big tent.

May. 17, 2023 7:15 am – Former congressman and Chief Executive Officer of the Trump Media & Technology Group, Devin Nunes, joined Real America with Dan Ball on OAN to discuss the damning report by Special Counsel John Durham.
Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016.
“Neither U.S. law enforcement nor the Intelligence Community appears to have possessed any actual evidence of collusion in their holdings at the commencement of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation,” Durham wrote in a 300-plus page report sent to Congress, adding their investigation of Trump’s campaign was based on “raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence.”
The FBI immediately issued a weak response in which it admits fault in the Durham report and claims that “dozens of corrective actions” have already been implemented as a result of the investigation.
“The conduct in 2016 and 2017 that Special Counsel Durham examined was the reason that current FBI leadership already implemented dozens of corrective actions, which have now been in place for some time,” the agency said in a statement.

Durham’s report lays out in startling detail that the FBI, the Department of Justice and the CIA all played a role in manufacturing a heinous allegation that was nothing more than politically lethal propaganda. Only one little problem — none of the decision makers at the FBI or the DOJ are facing any penalties, neither criminal nor civil. One more thing — I have been warning about this since 2017. That is six years ago for those of you not gifted with math skills.
More troubling is Durham’s apparent refusal to look at the illicit activities of the FBI, the DOJ and the CIA prior to the kickoff of Operation Crossfire Hurricane. George Papadopoulos, for example, was identified as a potential target that could be used against Trump thanks to intelligence collected by the NSA and Britain’s GCHQ. His calls and text messages to Trump’s campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, in August of 2015 put Papadopoulos on the radar as an unwitting actor who could be used to help create the legend of Russian interference.

May 16, 2023 – The head of Russia’s Wagner mercenary group, Yevgeny Prigozhin, had exhibited what he claimed to be the body and identifying documents of a deceased former United States Army Green Beret who had been slain in Bakhmut while fighting for Ukraine, in a video posted on the Wagner Telegram group on Tuesday.
Yevgeny Prigozhin led pro-Russia war blogger Alexander Simonov to a shelter on the western side of Bakhmut in a graphic nighttime video that was shared on the Wagner Group’s Telegram channel on Tuesday. He proceeded to show Simonov the body of a man lying motionless on his back with a visible injury to the right side of his partially-exposed torso.
The name “Nicholas” is read out by Prigozhin as he displayed what looked to be the deceased soldier’s photo-adorned ID card from the United States.
The Wagner Group identified the deceased American as Nicholas Dwain Maimer, a resident of Boise, Idaho, and posted pictures of his driver’s license, a U.S. Army identity card with his staff sergeant level, and a VA card in a second Telegram post.
The identity was confirmed by an article published on Tuesday by The Idaho Statesman, who added that the 45-year-old Army Special Forces veteran had just returned after a year of training volunteers in Ukraine.

In 2017 the the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage who was a business partner with Hunter and Jimmy Biden. Patrick Ho was later put on trial and found guilty of bribing government officials around the world to advance the interests of the Chinese Communist Party.
The crooked Department of Justice hid Hunter Biden’s connections with Patrick Ho during his trial and even redacted Hunter Biden’s name from the evidence documents.

At the same time that Department of Justice officials were using spying and corruption statutes to aggressively pursue Donald Trump’s allies based on what turned out to be rumor and innuendo, they declined to use those same laws to investigate evidence of wrongdoing involving Biden family members and one of their corrupt Chinese business partners, DOJ documents and federal court records reveal.
In 2016-2017, the evidence shows, the FBI raided the offices and intercepted the communications of Chi Ping “Patrick” Ho, a Chinese national suspected of espionage even as he was negotiating business deals with former Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter and brother James.
DOJ later used information obtained from the searches and wiretaps – which included conversations with the current President’s son and brother – to convict Ho of bribery and money laundering, as part of a separate corruption case involving United Nations officials. But it declined to tap into its trove of evidence – including “over 100,000 emails” – to explore the connections between Ho and the Bidens, who received millions of dollars from Ho and a Chinese intelligence front and discussed sharing office space.
At Ho’s 2018 trial, prosecutors hid Hunter’s connection to Ho, redacting his name from court exhibits while describing Ho as “the person who flies around the world paying bribes to advance the interest of the oil company [CEFC China Energy],” according to hearing transcripts.
The FBI and DOJ knew that Hunter Biden was business partners with Patrick Ho.

As TGP’s Kristinn Taylor reported: A letter sent Monday to Republican and Democrat members of House and Senate committees by attorneys representing the IRS whistleblower in the Hunter Biden investigation states that the whistleblower and his team of investigators have been removed from the investigation at the request of the Justice Department.
The Feds are mishandling the criminal investigation into Hunter Biden, according to an IRS supervisor who sought whistleblower protection last month.

Antony Blinken is refusing to hand over an Afghanistan withdrawal memo that warned Americans of the deteriorating situation in the country. The Biden regime did not heed the warning and thousands of Americans and green card holders were eventually abandoned in the country.
Rep. McCaul last week warned that Congress would take legal action against Blinken.
Blinken will be the first Secretary of State in US history to face a contempt charge.

Biden Regime Announces $11 Billion Investment to Tackle Climate Change By Jim Hoft
May. 16, 2023 11:50 am – On Tuesday, the Biden regime announced another spending of $11 billion investment to combat climate change, with funding coming from the $430 billion Inflation Reduction Act that Biden signed into law in August.
Nearly $11 billion in grants and loan opportunities were announced by the Biden regime to assist rural energy and utility providers in bringing affordable, reliable clean energy to communities around the country, according to the new release.
“The Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to cleaner energy provides rural communities with an affordable and reliable power grid, while supporting thousands of new jobs and helping lower energy costs in the future,” Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack said.
Adding, “These investments will also combat climate change and significantly reduce air and water pollution that put children’s health at risk. The U.S. Department of Agriculture stands ready to partner with municipalities, tribal entities, entrepreneurs, rural electric cooperatives and other utilities to see this transformative investment come to life and create new economic growth and healthier communities.”
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced that beginning on June 30th, renewable energy developers and electric service providers including municipal and Tribal utilities will be able to apply for $1 billion in partially forgivable loans to finance wind, solar, geothermal, biomass, and other renewable energy projects.
