June 10, 2024 11:40 am – Special Operation Forces Week in Tampa is the premier gathering event for all things related to Special Operations. On May 9, 2024, at the most recent event in Tampa, there was a session on “Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Symposium”. This title is simply another name for Psychological Operations (PSYOP).
Having been to the PSYOP Course at Ft. Bragg (now Ft. Liberty) in 1984, this panel caught my attention. The name, functional areas, doctrine and tactics have evolved a bit since PSYOP was first introduced in the 1950s to fight Soviet Communism that was on a post-World War II rampage to topple the Western System. The Doolittle Report, the founding strategy and document for the CIA roles and missions, emphasized the need for methodologies and capabilities to tell the American story and defeat the aggressive Soviet propaganda efforts. PSYOP was key to the early CIA and the nascent American military special operations community. It was quite effective in those early and heady days of a battle for survival against Communism.
At the 2024 OIE Symposium, the speakers bemoaned the poor state of American OIE (i.e. PSYOP). The discussion emphasized the vague term “Dis-information”, seemed more concerned with Russia than China, and blamed “right-wing threats” for the Biden Administration having to cancel the Department of Homeland Security’s attempt to establish a Dis-information Board. The themes and issues raised by the speakers answered their own questions and concerns. Dis-information is now a Deep State code word for U.S. citizens exercising First Amendment rights. The Dis-Information Board was being led by a self-confessed Mary Poppins of Dis-Information, Nina Jankowicz, who immediately after being fired disappeared to the international hotspot of Deep State “Dis-Information” experts, London.

At the National Pulse, we have an analysis up this morning about some of the most critical numbers in the YouGOve and CBS poll, a 2,000-person poll, with a 3.2% margin of error. In that, 84% of Americans, likely voters, have said that they expect to be worse off under a second Biden term. That is to say that they expect it financially, things to either get worse or stay on the same downward trajectory as they are currently. 84% of Americans! These are unprecedented, depressive numbers that are going towards the… And they are totally, totally an indictment of Joe Biden and his economic campaign.
Steve Bannon: Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, give me that number. What is that number you just said? It’s not 84%?
Raheem Kassam: Yeah, that is 84 %. Eighty-four. Nearly 90%.

“For us it was a particularly difficult evening, we lost. From tomorrow, I will be a resigning Prime Minister,” told supporters at a rally, according to Politico.
De Croo will stay on as caretaker prime minister until a new government is in place.
“I am convinced that we need a new government quickly, with full powers,” he added. “The voter’s signal is clear.”
De Croo has been critical of Israel and its war against Hamas in Gaza. The Belgian Prime Minister caused an uproar in November, when he, along with Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez held a press conference at the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt, in which they criticized Israel’s conduct in the war in Gaza.
In response, then-Foreign Minister Eli Cohen ordered that the Belgian and Spanish ambassadors to Israel be summoned for reprimands.
In December, De Croo announced that “extremist settlers” will be banned from entering Belgium.
Last month, he called for coordinated action within the European Union to impose trade sanctions on Israel, particularly targeting products originating from “Israeli settlements”.
De Croo’s resignation came shortly after French President Emmanuel Macron dissolved France’s National Assembly and called a snap election in the wake of the results of the election for the European Parliament.
The elections in France will be held in two rounds on June 30 and July 7.

OK Diario explained that reason for this potential obligation was thanks to Spain’s 2009 Asylum Law, as well as a 2020 Spanish Supreme Court case that ruled that anyone fleeing an “extermination” must be granted asylum.
Under those bylaws, if the Spanish government officially condemned Israel for “genocide,” then they would be forced to accept any and all Palestinian refugees that showed up on their doorstep.

June 10, 2024 7:00 am – Members of Congress have requested that Tren de Aragua, a violent Venezuelan gang now operating across the United States and throughout Latin America, be designated as a transnational criminal organization.
According to retired general Óscar Naranjo, a former vice president of Colombia and chief of the Colombian National Police, Tren de Aragua is “the most disruptive criminal organization operating nowadays in Latin America, a true challenge for the region.”
Tren de Aragua originated from construction labor unions in Venezuela and was later headquartered in the country’s Tocorón prison, which they controlled. Inside the prison, Tren de Aragua leaders lived in luxury.
When federal police raided the prison last year, they discovered the gang had amenities like a swimming pool, cable TV, air-conditioning, a center for horse racing bets (hipódromo), and a discotheque that sold alcohol and drugs. Astonishingly, they were also operating a bank that could accept deposits from outside the prison and paid 20% interest.
The gang, heavily armed with automatic weapons, managed operations from their cells, including extortion, drug trafficking, human trafficking, bribery, and murder. Although the police raid dismantled the prison headquarters, Tren de Aragua has only faced a temporary setback and continues to expand its operations into North and South America.
The gang is considered the strongest in Venezuela, with at least 4,000 foot soldiers. In 2015, they formed an alliance with Primeiro Comando da Capital (First Capital Command – PCC), a Brazilian criminal organization, allowing them to expand their operations throughout South America. Now, they operate not only in Venezuela but also in Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
In Colombia, they run sex trafficking networks and have clashed with the National Liberation Army, using heavy weapons like assault rifles and fragmentation grenades. They exploit internally displaced Colombians, migrants, and the desperately poor, subjecting them to debt bondage, forcing them to work off their debts in brothels.
Recently, there has been a significant rise in the activity of the Tren de Aragua in the United States. This gang’s expansion into the U.S. is partly attributed to increased migration from Venezuela, with many gang members entering through the southern border.

Anthony Salvanto: “We tested that in a general way in principle. Would you support a new government program that would deport all people living in the U.S. illegally? And that finds majority favor. That finds six in 10. It’s strongest among folks who are MAGA. It’s strongest among Trump supporters, but also from some Democrats as well.”

Margaret Brennan: So, unpack that a bit, because this 62 percent of Americans favor deporting all undocumented immigrants.
So, Homeland Security says that President Biden has already deported or repatriated more people in the past year than any year since 2010. Anthony Salvanto: Well, when you measure public sentiment on this or really just about any policy, you’re getting a sense of direction. You’re getting broad brushstrokes.
But those kinds of details, well, that’s often up to the legislatures and the courts later on. We tested even the idea of, should local law enforcement be involved in this? And a lot of folks do say yes. Again, the details of that, the specifics, you’re not going to pick that up in an aggregate public opinion.

June 9, 2024 1:00 pm – The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have confirmed that Abdallah Aljamal, an Al Jazeera reporter and photojournalist, was actively holding three Israeli hostages within his residence in central Gaza’s Nuseirat.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that four hostages, identified as Noa Argamani (25), Almog Meir Jan (21), Andrey Kozlov (27), and Shlomi Ziv (40), were rescued on Saturday in a daring IDF operation.
Noa Argamani was abducted while attending the Nova music festival on October 7. The young woman was reunited with her father and her terminally ill mother after being held captive for nearly eight months.
The IDF released a statement following the successful operation, “It has been 245 days since Noa hugged her father and her mother who is terminally ill. It has been 245 days since she was dancing with her friends at the Nova festival. For 245 days, Noa was held captive by Hamas terrorists who only seek to cause pain and suffering. Today, Hamas’ torment of Noa came to an end as she was reunited with her loved ones.”

We brought him home today back to his wife and family. We will continue operating to bring all our hostages home.”
On Sunday, the Israeli military confirmed that Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv were held in the home of Abdallah Aljamal, a reporter for Al Jazeera and a confirmed Hamas terrorist, in central Gaza’s Nuseirat.
According to the IDF, Aljamal held the hostages alongside his own family members.
The Times of Israel reported that Al Jazeera denied claims that the three hostages were held at an employee’s home.

Qatari news network Al Jazeera is stridently denying any link to Gaza-based journalist Abdallah Aljamal, amid unverified rumors that hostage Noa Argamani had been held at his home in central Gaza’s Nuseirat.
According to various rumors, some of which have been picked up by Hebrew-language media with varying levels of credulity, Argamani was held at the home of Dr. Ahmed Aljamal and his son Abdallah. They also claim that Abdallah is an employee of Al-Jazeera.
The reports base the claim on Rami Abdu, head of the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, who tweeted that soldiers climbed into the Aljamals’ home during the raid and killed several members of the family, including Ahmed and Abdallah. He notes that Abdallah is spokesman for the Hamas-run labor ministry in Gaza and has contributed to several news outlets in the past.
“This man is not from Al-Jazeera, and he did not work for Al-Jazeera at all, and he is not listed as working for Al-Jazeera neither now nor in the past,” al-Jazeera Jerusalem bureau chief Omar al-Walid says. “We do not know him, and all the rumors that have been spread are empty of content and not true at all.”
However, the IDF asserted that the suspect works for Al Jazeera, providing evidence by posting the reporter’s own biography from the Al Jazeera website.

“Cuba’s foreign ministry said in a news release that the ships will be in Havana between June 12 and June 17, noting that none of them will carry any nuclear weapons and assuring their presence “does not represent a threat to the region.”
The announcement came a day after U.S. officials said that Washington had been tracking Russian warships and aircraft that were expected to arrive in the Caribbean for a military exercise. They said the exercise would be part of a broader Russian response to the U.S. support for Ukraine.
The officials said that the Russian military presence was notable but not concerning. However, it’s taking place as Russian President Vladimir Putin has suggested that Moscow could take ‘asymmetrical steps’ elsewhere in the world in response to President Joe Biden’s decision to allow Ukraine to use U.S.-provided weapons to strike inside Russia to protect Kharkov, Ukraine’s second-largest city.”
The four Russian ships are the frigate Gorshkov, the nuclear-powered submarine Kazan, the fleet oil tanker Pashin and the salvage tug Nikolai Chiker.

Rep. Thomas Massie Offers Solution to Stop Steve Bannon’s Imprisonement: ‘It’s Up to Speaker Mike Johnson’ By Jim Hᴏft
Jun. 8, 2024 6:00 pm – Representative Thomas Massie has stepped forward with a proposition that could potentially halt Steve Bannon’s impending imprisonment.
His plan involves urging Speaker Mike Johnson to rescind the congressional subpoena issued against Bannon and to formally disavow what he refers to as the “J6 witch hunt.”
This development follows a recent decision by a Washington, D.C. judge to deny Bannon’s appeal, mandating him to surrender to prison by July 1.
The decision, handed down by United States District Court Judge Carl Nichols, rejected Bannon’s plea to stay his sentence while he prepares to take his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Bannon’s conviction was based on his noncompliance with a subpoena from the sham House committee investigating the events of January 6, an act he defended by citing President Trump’s assertion of executive privilege.
Bannon’s staunch refusal to provide documents was supported by arguments that such executive privileges have been upheld for over 250 years, tracing back to the presidency of George Washington.
Mike Davis, a former clerk for Justice Gorsuch and a regular on Bannon’s show “War Room,” emphasized last month, “Presidents must receive candid advice from their advisors without the fear of congressional repercussions or imprisonment.”
In response to this situation, Rep. Massie suggested that Speaker Mike Johnson could play a pivotal role in preventing Bannon’s imprisonment.
He wrote on social media, “Mike Johnson, Why don’t we rescind the Congressional subpoena for Steve Bannon and officially repudiate the J6 committee by a vote of Congress?”
In another post, Massie urged Americans to voice their concerns to Johnson directly. He commented, “#1. He’s not going to do it just because it’s a good idea. He has to hear from Americans. You can stay on the couch, just pick up your phone and dial.”
He also criticized Johnson for cancelling a workday in DC at Pelosi’s request due to the D-Day anniversary, saying, “#2. We only worked in DC for 3 days this week. Johnson canceled today because Pelosi asked him to due to D-day anniversary.”
St. Louis Couple Who Displayed Guns at BLM Protesters To Protect Themselves Have Their Records Expunged By Sharika Soal
June 8, 2024 11:40 am – A judge has cleared the misdemeanor convictions of a St. Louis couple who displayed firearms to protect their home against Black Lives Matter protesters outside their residence in 2020.
Mark and Patricia McCloskey are now seeking the return of their firearms.
In January, the attorneys petitioned for their convictions to be erased. Judge Joseph P. Whyte granted the expungement on Wednesday, noting that the process aims to provide rehabilitated individuals with a fresh start, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Attorneys Mark and Patricia McCloskey filed a request in January to have the convictions wiped away. Judge Joseph P. Whyte wrote in an order Wednesday that the purpose of an expungement is to give people who have rehabilitated themselves a second chance, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported.
City prosecutors and police opposed the expungements.
Immediately after the judge’s ruling, Mark McCloskey demanded that the city return the two guns seized as part of his 2021 guilty plea to misdemeanor assault.
Republican Gov. Mike Parson pardoned the couple weeks after the plea. [Emphasis added]
“It’s time for the city to cough up my guns,” he told the Post-Dispatch.
If it doesn’t, he said, he’ll file a lawsuit.
The McCloskeys maintain that they felt threatened by the protesters who were walking by their home in June of 2020 on their way to the mayor’s house nearby.
The protest stemmed from George Floyd’s controversial passing, which sparked riots and protests all across America.
It was one of hundreds of demonstrations around the country after the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.
The couple also said the group was trespassing on a private street.
McCloskey came out of his home with an AR-15-style rifle, and Patricia displayed a semiautomatic pistol.

Jun. 8, 2024 1:00 pm – Elon Musk has launched another fierce attack on Dr. Anthony Fauci, this time accusing him of committing “crimes against humanity” in a tweet posted on X Saturday.
Musk shared a tweet on Saturday featuring an image of Fauci likened to a mugshot with the caption, “You’re All Beagles to Me Anyway… Crimes Against Humanity.”
The reference to ‘beagles’ traces back to an exclusive report from The Gateway Pundit in 2021. The report was based on findings by The White Coat Waste Project, a taxpayer watchdog group that advocates for reducing wasteful government spending on animal testing.
According to documents uncovered by the organization, the NIAID, under Dr. Fauci’s leadership, had allocated part of a $375,800 grant to a lab in Tunisia for experimentation on beagles. The grant money was used to infest beagles with parasites as part of a study published last month.
The details of the experiment are disturbing. The beagles were subjected to torturous conditions, including having their heads locked in mesh cages filled with infected sandflies. These parasite-carrying insects were allowed to feast on the dogs alive.
There was a photo of the test, which is sure to haunt anyone with a conscience.
According to their paper, the scientists starved the sand flies in order to make sure they were hungry enough to attack the dogs.
“The sand flies were then allowed to feed on the sedated dogs….” the report explains.
The nightmare for dogs did not stop there. The experimenters locked beagles alone in cages in the middle of the desert, isolated, for nine consecutive nights, to use as bait to attract more infectious sand flies. There is also a photo of this horror.
“Fauci’s dog testing debacle is now an international disgrace. Not only is Fauci paying for beagle abuse here at home, but he also shipped our tax dollars overseas to have beagles eaten alive by insects in an African lab with no oversight from U.S. authorities. Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to foot the bill for this government waste and abuse. Congress must take action to investigate the full extent of Fauci’s dog testing debacle,” Mackie Burr, Director of Digital & Grassroots Development at the White Coat Waste Project said.
The article’s “Funding Statement” confirmed that it was given money by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and that NIH funding was given to the lab in Tunisia.

Evans also requests a comprehensive review of the trial record, arguing that Trump may be entitled to a writ of habeas corpus — a fundamental safeguard against unlawful and indefinite imprisonment.
The petition invokes the Supreme Court’s ruling in Norma Jean Anderson v. Trump, which held that state courts lack subject matter jurisdiction to enforce a non-uniform version of federal law. According to Evans, the New York trial misinterprets and inconsistently applies federal campaign finance law, violating the principle of judicial estoppel established in Anderson v. Trump.

The State of New York’s attempt to prosecute Trump using federal campaign finance law is preempted by federal jurisdiction, according to Evans. He argues that since both the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) declined to pursue the matter, it falls outside the state’s jurisdiction.
Evans claims that New York is prosecuting misdemeanor crimes beyond the statute of limitations, further alleging inconsistent application of federal campaign finance law.
