Biden Regime Sends $325 Million More in Security Aid to Ukraine, Following $2.1 Billion Arm Aid Sent 4 Days Earlier By Jim Hoft
Jun. 13, 2023 3:00 pm – In another move symptomatic of its overly aggressive foreign policy stance, the Biden regime has once again invested a substantial amount of US taxpayer money into Ukraine’s ceaseless conflict with Russia.
This Tuesday, Biden approved his 40th military aid package for Ukraine, $325 million, bringing the total US aid to the country a staggering $40 billion since the start of the invasion in February 2022.
“[Package] includes key capabilities to aid Ukraine’s efforts to retake its sovereign territory and support Ukraine’s air defenders as they bravely protect Ukraine’s soldiers, civilians, and critical infrastructure, as well as artillery, anti-armor systems, and ammunition valued at up to $325 million,” according to the news release.
The capabilities in this package include:
- Additional munitions for National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile Systems (NASAMS);
- Stinger anti-aircraft systems;
- Additional ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS);
- 155mm and 105mm artillery rounds;
- 15 Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles;
- 10 Stryker Armored Personnel Carriers;
- Javelin anti-armor systems;
- Tube-Launched, Optically-Tracked, Wire-Guided (TOW) missiles;
- AT-4 anti-armor systems;
- Over 22 million rounds of small arms ammunition and grenades;
- Demolition munitions for obstacle clearing;
- Tactical secure communications support equipment;
- Spare parts and other field equipment.
This latest chunk of money comes only four days after a whopping $2.1 billion package of military support was sent to Ukraine.

There are no conditions imposed on the President until his next court appearance. He will be allowed to travel anywhere in the world, and he will not have to pay to stay out of jail. This is a joke. The only people threatened by President Trump are Joe Biden and the Deep State.

President Trump also encouraged supporters to protest outside the Miami courthouse.

Jun. 13, 2023 9:00 am – Legal experts warn that even one slip in former President Donald Trump’s defense against charges of mishandling classified material could send him to jail for the rest of his life.
When Breitbart did the math of the 37 counts against Trump, assuming the maximum for each count, Trump could face a sentence of up to 400 years in prison.
The site noted that two of the allegations against Trump carry a maximum of five years each; four carry maximum sentences of 20 years each, and 31 counts carry a maximum sentence of 10 years each.
Republican Rep. Nancy Mace of South Carolina said locking up Trump forever was the plan all along, according to Fox News.
“Joe Biden wants to give Donald Trump a death sentence for documents,” Mace said.
“He’s facing hundreds of years for mishandling documents, and they want him to die in jail. And yet Hillary Clinton’s standing free today,” she said.

President Trump Thursday evening announced he was indicted by a federal grand jury in Miami in special counsel Jack Smith’s classified documents case.
Trump was hit with a 37-count indictment – 31 counts for willful retention of national defense information and 6 other counts including conspiracy, false statements, etc.
President Trump arrived in South Florida on Monday ahead of his arraignment.
Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman will preside over Trump’s arraignment and bond matters on Tuesday.
Judge Goodman was appointed to the position in 2010.
Judge Aileen Cannon will still remain on the case as lead judge.

Pentagon readies new $2 billion Ukraine air defense package By: American Military News
June 10 2023 – The Pentagon is set to announce as early as Friday a long-term arms package for Ukraine heavy on air defense munitions valued at more than $2 billion, according to administration officials.
The money, to be awarded under the Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative, will bankroll the purchase of Hawk missile launchers and missiles and two types of advanced Patriot air defense missiles.
One is the Patriot Advanced Capability Missile-3, or Pac-3, manufactured by Lockheed Martin Corp. The other is called the Guidance Enhanced Missile, or GEM-T, made by Raytheon Technologies Corp that it says “provides improved ability to defeat tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles or enemy aircraft in complement to the PAC-3 missile.”
The impending announcement will be made as military analysts say that Ukraine’s long-anticipated counteroffensive is getting underway.
The USAI initiative will build on previous efforts to aid Ukrainian air defenses against the Russian invasion. The program pays for contracts with delivery dates months or even years away to bolster the nation’s long-term security needs, not for immediate battlefield use.

Jun. 12, 2023 8:00 pm – As we all now know, former President Donald Trump has been indicted on 37 counts of willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice and false statements after a special counsel investigation. However, was the president set up by the federal government?
That is a possible defense that floated into a letter to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence in April by Trump’s attorneys, in which they allege the National Archives and Records Administration “has become overtly political and declined to provide archival assistance to President Trump’s transition team” — the first such incidence of this to happen in 40 years.
And there’s a reason why NARA usually aids presidents in the transition. As The Associated Press noted in a January piece about the Presidential Records Act, the Classified Information Procedures Act and other statutes in question here, Trump is “hardly the first president to mishandle classified information.”
For instance, while the Presidential Records Act was signed by President Jimmy Carter, it didn’t apply to his administration. The AP reported Carter “found classified materials at his home in Plains, Georgia, on at least one occasion and returned them to the National Archives, according to the same person who spoke of regular occurrences of mishandled documents. The person did not provide details on the timing of the discovery.
“An aide to the Carter Center provided no details when asked about that account of Carter discovering documents at his home after leaving office in 1981. It’s notable that Carter signed the Presidential Records Act in 1978 but it did not apply to records of his administration, taking effect years later when Ronald Reagan was inaugurated,” the AP’s account continued.

Bream did not press Barr on why he failed to inform the American people in the months leading up to the presidential election that Joe Biden had been credibly accused of taking a $5 million bribe from the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma when he was vice president to influence U.S. foreign policy in Ukraine and get a prosecutor who was investigating Burisma fired at the time Biden’s son Hunter was serving on the board of Burisma.
The apparent purpose of Bream’s interview was to have Barr attack President Trump over the classified documents prosecution. The questions about the FD-1023 were an afterthought at the tail end of the interview with Bream not mentioning that Joe Biden himself was accused of taking a $5 million bribe or that it involved Burisma.

The massive amount of dead fish has many experts believing their cause of death is related to the recent heat wave in Southern Texas.

California Bill Would Punish Parents For Misgendering Children BY TYLER DURDEN
MONDAY, JUN 12, 2023 – 05:44 AM – A proposed amendment to a California bill would brand parents who refuse to affirm their own child’s gender as ‘abusive,’ and could result in loss of custody.
Proposed by Democratic Assemblymember Lori Wilson and state Senator Scott Weiner (who last year suggested “offering Drag Queen 101 as part of the K-12 curriculum, introduced a bill that grants judicial leniency to certain pedophiles, and who was accused of a hate-crime hoax), AB957 amends the state Family Code addressing the “health, safety and welfare of the child” in every household.
As the Daily Mail notes, if passed, the law could result in children being removed from their parents’ home if family members are deemed ‘anti-LGBTQ+.’
The bill was originally passed on May 3, but was Amended June 3. by Weiner where it will need to pass again with revisions.
Under the code, courts would be given complete authority to remove children from their homes if their parents refuse to affirm their gender. It would also require schools, churches and other organizations to follow suit or face repercussions for ‘impacting the health, safety and welfare of [a] child.’

California Advances Bill To Help Shoplifters Steal BY TYLER DURDEN
SUNDAY, JUN 11, 2023 – 10:22 AM – Shoplifting in California may get a lot easier, after the state Senate passed a controversial bill on May 31 that would make it illegal for store employees to confront thieves.
SB 553, authored by Democrat Senator David Cortese (San Jose), requires employers to maintain violent incident logs, provide active shooter and shoplifter training, and to discard policies requiring workers to confront suspected active shoplifters, the Epoch Times reports.
According to Cortese, the bill is intended to “help employers keep employees safe at work.”
The bill, which passed the Senate by a vote of 29 to 8, is pending further review by state Assembly committees.
According to the California Realtors Association (CRA), the bill will apply to all industries – not just retail, if passed. CRA president and CEO Rachel Michelin told Fox2/KTVU that the bill “goes way too far.”
“I think it will open the doors even wider for people to come in and steal from our stores,” she said.

The report included the investigation on contract driver Jesse Morgan and his claims that he hauled ballots from New York to Pennsylvania in late October 2020 before the presidential election.
As The Gateway Pundit reported in 2020, election fraud whistleblowers came forward in December following the controversial election, including one who witnessed the shipping of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21.
The information was made public at a press conference by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization.
The Amistad Project said that they have sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania.
They claimed that their evidence revealed multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states.
The whistleblower statements included potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania.
Attorney Phil Kline said, “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared.”
Truck driver Jesse Morgan was present at the press conference and spoke for 9 minutes about his unbelievable ordeal. Morgan was tasked with delivering completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York State.

Rudy, who warned the American public about the Biden Family’s international pay for play scandals years ago, told Rita Cosby that he has a witness who is the former chief accountant at Burisma who is willing to testify on the Biden crimes. She even has the Biden bank account transactions. She has the receipts!
Rudy Giuliani: It’s extraordinary. I gave them one witness that any investigator would jump through hoops to go to. Gave them a witness who is a woman who was the chief accountant at this crooked company, Burisma. She was the wife of the former owner who died under suspicious circumstances. And, she was willing to give up all of the offshore bank accounts, including the Bidens’ accounts. She supervised the transfer of a lot more cash to the Bidens and other crooked politicians for Burisma.
Rita Cosby: Are you confident that now the House Committee is going to get to the bottom of that? Because that is stunning.
Rudy Giuliani: The reality is that we gave it to them in January of 2020, and the Pittsburgh US attorney was very interested. And then in a very strange move, Barr took it away from him, gave it to the US attorney in Delaware. He didn’t do a damn thing about it. And the woman was under threat of death. So we tried to put pressure on them to do something. Look, suppose she was lying. You would find out in a minute she wouldn’t have the accounts. She either has the goods or she doesn’t. And it’s absurd not to interview her. She claims she had bank accounts and that the Biden’s got a lot more money under the table than already. We had $8 million on the table that we could prove, which they could prove tomorrow if they wanted to they could have proved it three years ago, Rita. They could have indicted him before he ran for president and obviated this problem. We could have found out if he was innocent or guilty in January of 2020. All the witnesses were there, and I have him on tape like Schokin. Schokin was willing to come and testify.
