During Wednesday’s testimony, Christopher Wray refused to say whether Joe Biden took money from Burisma or any foreign countries.
Joe Biden refuses to answer questions about a bribery scheme alleging he received a $5 million bribe from Mykola Zlochevsky, the Ukrainian oligarch who runs Burisma Holdings.
Hunter Biden was paid up to $80,000 per month to sit on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas company.
Last month Grassley revealed Mykola Zlochevsky said he kept 17 audio recordings of conversations with Joe Biden (2) and Hunter Biden (15) as an insurance policy.
“According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses fifteen audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden. According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then Vice President Joe Biden. These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case that he got into a tight spot,” Grassley said on the Senate floor last month.
“The 1023 also indicates that then Vice President Joe Biden may have been involved in Burisma hiring Hunter Biden,” Grassley added.
Wray hid behind an ‘ongoing investigation’ and refused to say whether Joe Biden took money from Burisma of foreign countries.
“Did Joe Biden take payments from Burisma or any other foreign companies as Vice President, President, or private citizen Biden?” Rep. Tiffany (R-WI) asked Wray.
Wray said he cannot confirm or deny the existence of an ongoing investigation – but he also can’t answer because of an ongoing investigation.

Three Key Questions FBI Director Wray Refused to Answer Under Oath by WENDELL HUSEBØ
12 Jul 2023 – FBI Director Christopher Wray refused to answer three questions under oath during Wednesday’s testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.
Wray, who appeared voluntarily before the committee, appeared at times annoyed by the questions asked by Republicans, who were charged with conducting oversight of the “politicization of the nation’s preeminent law enforcement agency,” according to the scheduled hearing.
In his opening statement, Wray promised to discuss “what the FBI is doing to address … threats and what the FBI is doing to ensure that our people adhere to the highest of standards while it conducts its mission.” Despite his claims of transparency, Wray refused to answer three key questions from House members:
1) Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY): How Was the Second Bomb Found at the Democrat National Committee Headquarters?
“Regarding an interview with the Assistant Director Stephen D’Antuono, Chairman Jordan and I sent you a letter a month ago. Some of the information that we found in that interview was that phone data that could have helped to identify the pipe bomber was corrupted, was unusable. He also wasn’t sure who found or how the second bomb was found at the DNC,” Rep. Thomas Massie prefaced the question to Wray.
“Do you know how the second bomb was found at the DNC?” he asked. “And when do you plan on answering our letter?”
“Well, as to the letter, I will work with the department to make sure we can figure out what information we can provide. As you know, this is a very active ongoing investigation. And there are some restrictions on that,” Wray said.
“Can you can you tell us how the second pipe bomb was found at the DNC?” Massie asked again.
“I’m not going to get into that here,” Wray responded.

Wray’s statement came during a tense exchange with Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ), who specifically asked about the number of undercover agents in the Capitol vicinity on the infamous day.
Wray stated that he could not provide such a figure and even expressed doubt about the presence of undercover agents at all.

The United States is sending controversial cluster munitions, which are also known as cluster bombs, to Ukraine as part of the latest aid package in the fight against Russia.

According to the United Nations, 123 countries have agreed to an international treaty banning the use of cluster bombs. The United States, Russia and Ukraine are not among those countries.
Governments throughout the world negotiated and adopted the Convention on Cluster Munitions treaty in 2008, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) says. In August 2010, the treaty became binding for countries that agreed to it.
The treaty “prohibits the use, production, acquisition, stockpiling, retention and transfer of cluster munitions,” the ICRC says. Since the start of the Ukrainian counter-offensive on Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia June 4, Ukraine’s losses “have reached over 26,000 servicemen and 3,000 items of various pieces of armament,” Shoigu said, according to TASS.
According to the Russian Defense Minister, Russian troops destroyed 21 planes, five helicopters, 1,244 tanks and other armored vehicles, 17 German-made Leopard tanks, five AMX tanks produced by France and 12 US-made Bradley infantry fighting vehicles in the counter-offensive.

In reality, Al Qaeda is operating training camps in six provinces, including Helmand, which hundreds of Marines had been killed and wounded trying to secure during Obama’s surge. The 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment lost 25 marines, including the son of former Chief of Staff John Kelly, and suffered 34 amputations. 378 Marines were killed and 5,000 were wounded.
Al Qaeda also has safe houses across Afghanistan including in Kabul.
The Taliban have appointed Al Qaeda leaders to key positions including as governors of entire provinces. Nuristan, where 53 American soldiers held off hundreds of Jihadis during the assault on Combat Outpost Keating, resulting in the awarding of two Medals of Honor and nine Silver Stars for the second deadliest battle of the war, is now under Al Qaeda governance.
Biden’s denial of Al Qaeda’s extensive presence came just after a UN Security Council report documented the fact that “Al-Qaeda members have received appointments and advisory roles in the Taliban security and administrative structures” and that the Islamic terror group “is rebuilding operational capability.”
The Taliban, which had denied the report, immediately jumped on Biden’s denial as an endorsement. The Taliban’s Foreign Affairs Ministry claimed that Biden’s denial “refutes the recent report by UN Sanctions Monitoring Team alleging the presence and operation of over twenty armed groups in Afghanistan.”

July 10, 2023 – A report from the San Francisco Chronicle found that sanctuary city policies aided drug dealers from Honduras so much that the money sent home is fueling a real estate boom.
The report cited interviews with Honduran migrants who sold drugs in San Francisco.
Migrants said that the sanctuary city policies meant a lower risk of deportation and shorter stints in prison after criminal convictions for drug sales and other crimes.
Under the central tenet of the sanctuary law, the city jail does not allow ICE to place holds on local prisoners so they can be picked up upon release and deported. The only way most dealers face deportation is if they are arrested on federal charges or in another city.
One drug dealer told the Chronicle that at least 50% of the drug dealers in his home town were selling in San Francisco because of the lax enforcement policies.
“The reason is because, in San Francisco, it’s like you’re here in Honduras,” he explained.

According to an inclusivity statement on Camp Solomon Schechter’s website, “For years we have welcomed LGBTQ+ identifying, gender-diverse, and non-binary individuals into camp. Our newly updated inclusion statement explicitly states our long-standing commitment to supporting every single person in our community, regardless of who they are.”
The camp in Olympia, Washington, which draws many campers from the Greater Seattle area, “…welcomes all members of the community, supporting and embracing people who identify as LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, or Questioning, Intersex or, Asexual), gender-diverse, and non-binary.”
According to the statement, “We recognize that gender exists on a spectrum and may change at any point during a person’s life. We firmly believe in supporting every person at all points during their time in the CSS community, recognizing that their needs and identities may change during their years at camp.”

Fox News dropped a bombshell report Friday evening revealing that the entire Biden Crime Family was in town ahead of the cocaine discovery. The White House has consistently asserted that Joe, Jill, Hunter and the entire Biden family were away from the White House starting Friday and did not return until Tuesday. The cocaine was discovered at the White House on Sunday.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also snapped when a reporter’s question regarding whether the coke belonged to a member of the family. She reiterated the claim that the Bidens were gone Friday and did not return until Tuesday.
They were not here Friday. They were not here Saturday. They were not here Sunday. They were not even here Monday. They came back on Tuesday. So to ask that question is actually incredibly irresponsible. And I’ll just leave it there.
According to last Friday’s pool report from Fox News, however, Biden delivered remarks in the Roosevelt Room that afternoon. He and his family did not leave the White House for Camp David until 6:34 p.m.
There were all at the White House for almost all Friday, two days before the cocaine discovery.

Jul. 07, 2023, 9:01 a.m. – COLUMBUS, Ohio – Gov. Mike DeWine formally requested this week that the federal government declare the East Palestine train derailment and subsequent escape of tens of thousands of gallons of hazardous chemicals as a “major disaster.”
Other recent declarations from FEMA have generally been limited to natural disasters like wildfires, floods and typhoons, as opposed to manmade disasters with a potentially liable party. State and federal governments have both filed lawsuits against Norfolk Southern, which operates the train that derailed. The railroad has sued the owner of the cars the derailed, saying they were improperly maintained.
Within two days of the incident, officials observed a drastic change in temperature in a car, interpreting this as a potential indicator of a looming explosion. That prompted them to burn off some of the chemicals inside, which has sparked fierce concerns over public health and environmental justice.
“The long-term health impacts are unknown,” DeWine wrote in his letter to Biden. “In addition to the physical and mental health impacts, there have been economic impacts. Homeowners and business have seen property value decline and loss of business as people are hesitant to come into the community.”
Should the Federal Emergency Management Agency heed the application, it could release funds and manpower to assist individuals affected by the Feb. 3 derailment and state governments or nonprofits assisting in the response.
Immediate health impacts have already been detected in the area among locals, first responders, and CDC personnel sent to investigate. Residents in recent interviews wondered what effects the spilt chemicals – vinyl chloride, ethylene glycol, ethylhexyl acrylate and others – might have on their health.
