$2.9 Billion Arms Sale Approved For Germany By State Department OAN’s Roy Francis

The $2.9 billion foreign military sale will include 969 AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAMs) along with supporting equipment according to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The agency notified Congress of the approval of the deal on Wednesday.
The deal will also include training missiles, telemetry kits, spare parts for the missiles, and transportation support along with “other related elements of logistical and program support,” according to Defense News. The deal is aimed at “bolstering the security of the NATO ally and promote political and economic stability in Europe.”
This deal is one among a number of major arms sales that the Biden administration has approved with European nations recently. Those sales include the $605 million deal with Sweden that was announced in early July. Sweden, a country also attempting to join NATO, will receive 250 AMRAAMs.
The Pentagon also announced a $203 million deal with France to sell the nation Hellfire missiles, and a potential $105 million deal with Romania to modernize its 32 F-16 jets.
According to Breitbart News, ever since the Russia invasion of Ukraine, European nations have been approaching the United States, along with other arms dealers, with a “shopping list of arms” seeking to enhance their militaries.
All the deals are now pending approval from Congress. If approved, they will enter the final stage of price and quantity negotiations with the different nations.

World ID is a digital identity system that collects biometric data for individuals and holds it in a database that links to WLD transactions.
WLD and World ID are connected and accessed via the company’s World App.

Rand Paul told Breitbart News Daily there is further evidence Fauci lied to Congress about gain-of-function in light of a newly-surfaced 2020 email summarizing Fauci’s phone call.
“This is when they’re just beginning to look into the pandemic. And in that email, he basically says, ‘Yes, we’re suspicious that this could be a manipulated virus because it came from a lab in Wuhan, where they do gain of function research,’ and he describes the research,” Paul said.
“Well, this directly contradicts everything he said in committee hearing to me, denying absolutely that they funded any gain of function, and it’s absolutely a lie,” he said.
“These virologists from around the world are saying, they’re looking at the genetic sequence of COVID-19, and they find that there are some striking, strikingly unusual characteristics of it that make it look like it’s been manipulated in the lab. And this band of close virologists that are his close buddies–and these are all people who have been proponents previously of gain of function research, creating viruses that don’t occur in nature to experimentation — they all tell him it looks manipulative,” he said, explaining that they then had a phone call discussing it on February 1, 2020.

The Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government held a hearing on Thursday, July 20, 2023. The hearing will examine the federal government’s role in censoring Americans, the Missouri v. Biden case, and Big Tech’s collusion with out-of-control government agencies to silence speech.
During the hearing, Deborah Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) put forward a motion to censor Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to censor him to speak about censorship.
“I move that we remove into executive session because Mr. Kennedy has repeatedly made despicable, antisemitic, and anti-Asian comments as recently as last week.”
“So-called egate” Stacey Plaskett, a Democrat serving on the House Committee on Weaponization of Government, made a defamatory statement about Kennedy. She lied about Mr. Kennedy and completely misrepresented him. Ms. Plaskett uses this investigation into censorship to try to censor Mr. Kennedy.
However, the vote to censor Mr. Kennedy Jr. failed miserably after 10 House GOP voted yes, while 8 Democrats voted no.

The House Ways and Means Committee recently reported:
In October 2019, the FBI became aware that a repair shop had a laptop allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden and that the laptop might contain evidence of a crime. The FBI verified its authenticity in November of 2019 by matching the device number against Hunter Biden’s Apple iCloud ID.
According to testimony from Laura Dehmlow, the Section Chief of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force (FITF), the FBI deliberately lied to social media companies about the authenticity of Hunter’s laptop to protect Joe Biden.
In the 9 months leading up to the 2020 election, the FBI met over 30 times with social media platforms — all while in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop.
In one of the meetings, somebody from Twitter essentially asked whether the laptop was real.
“One of the FBI folks who was on the call did confirm that, “yes, it was,” before another participant jumped in and said, “no further comment,” Dehmlow said.

Now comes news that the Biden administration plans to outlaw 95% of gasoline generators sold at retail, ensuring that Americans have no access to backup generators when the power grid is brought down by the FBI.

A proposed Consumer Product Safety Commission rule limits the amount of carbon monoxide a product can emit, with the commission admitting that 95 percent of portable gas generators on the market cannot comply with its new standard. As a result, industry leaders say, the rule will prompt widespread generator shortages, as manufacturers only have six months to design generators that meet the proposed regulation. That process normally takes years…
So the Biden regime, which has already carried out an illegal coup against the United States of America, is revving up an engineered power grid blackout event while banning 95% of gas generators just to make sure nobody can generate their own electricity.
… You can also, of course, just go out and buy a residential gasoline-powered generator before the Biden thugs ban them. They are only banning their retail sales, not the possession of generators you’ve already bought.

“This USAI package reiterates the unwavering U.S. commitment to meeting Ukraine’s pressing requirements by providing critical near-term capabilities while simultaneously building the enduring capacity of Ukraine’s Armed Forces,” a DoD said in a statement.
The package represents the start of a contracting process to deliver additional priority capabilities to Ukraine, distinct from the Presidential Drawdown authority which the DoD continues to utilize for immediate equipment delivery.
The expansive package encompasses a wide range of battlefield necessities, with a focus on air defense capabilities and munitions.

Attorney General Merrick Garland and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) are being sued by America First Legal (AFL) for failing to require Hunter Biden to register as a foreign agent under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) during the Obama Administration, and for failing to publicly address the situation afterward.

Although Garland is named as a defendant in the case, the AFL claims date back to the Obama White House era when Hunter Biden actively represented the Ukrainian energy business Burisma in negotiations. According to the lawsuit, it is a violation of FARA under 22 U.S.C. 611(b).
When dealing with the Obama White House and, specifically, the office of then-Vice President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden represented Burisma and its interests “as a foreign principal,” according to email evidence cited by the AFL in another lawsuit against the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
An “agent of a foreign principal” is described as “any person who acts as an agent, representative, employee, or servant, or any person who acts in any other capacity at the order, request, or under the direction or control, of a foreign principal or of a person any of whose activities are directly or indirectly supervised, directed, controlled, financed, or subsidized in whole or in major part by a foreign principal,” Under FARA.
According to an email from August 2, 2017, that was recovered from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, Ye Jianming, the chairman of the CEFC China Energy, a Chinese government-linked corporation, had offered a three-year consultancy deal between the company and Hunter Biden, under which Hunter would receive $10 million per year “for introductions alone.”
James Biden, the first brother, was also a party to the arrangement.
Justice Department last week charged U.S. citizen Gal Luft with violating FARA by allegedly accepting at least $700,000 from CEFC China Energy to his Maryland-based Institute for the Analysis of Global Security think tank in exchange for cohosting conferences and attempting to sway a 2016 Donald Trump campaign advisor. This sum is significantly less than the Biden family received.

‘At Least 25-30’ IRS Agents in Tactical Gear Raid Business in Stuart, Florida By Jim Hᴏft
Jul. 19, 2023 11:45 am – On Wednesday, at least 25 to 30 IRS agents in tactical gear raided a business along Southeast Slater Street in Stuart, Florida, Fox 29 reported.
The raid, which began around 9:30 a.m. on July 12th, saw agents entering and leaving the premises of Tee Off Temps and Elite Payroll Solutions, each time laden with boxes and large backpacks.
The agents with their clothing branded with “Police, IRS, Criminal Investigation,” shocked local witnesses.
“There’s at least 25, 30 cops out here,” said one witness.
“It was like a scene from a movie, it was like what! Then they all started coming out. They had the big gear, tactical gear because they probably didn’t know what they were walking into,” said one witness, who chose to remain anonymous.
“They were taking boxes in, filling them up and bringing them out, all kinds of big backpacks,” the witness added.
These actions suggested a large-scale investigation or operation, with extensive documentation possibly being seized from the offices.

The Secret Service last Thursday concluded its investigation into the cocaine scandal that rocked the White House earlier this month.
No suspect was identified and the Secret Service didn’t interview any of the more than 500 potential culprits.
It was a sham investigation.
Former Secret Service Agent Dan Bongino said he spoke to some of his former colleagues in the Secret Service and they are absolutely furious about the agency’s cocaine ‘investigation.’
“This is embarrassing, they know exactly who it was,” Bongino said.

“Because apparently when they went in and got the bag, they treated it as a biological entity and for some reason destroyed it, because…to me, it just seems like they would go in there with the hazmat suits on, put it in a protective bag, take it to a lab for analysis, but instead, apparently they blew the thing up. Shapley previously told lawmakers that an Assistant US Attorney in Delaware working on Hunter’s case REJECTED a search warrant for Joe Biden’s Delaware home in 2020.

On Wednesday Shapley said Assistant US Attorney Lesley Wolf blocked the search warrant at Joe Biden’s Delaware residence due to ‘optics’ – even though she agreed there was probable cause!

CBS released a segment of its exclusive interview with Ziegler, who has worked for the Internal Revenue Service for the past 13 years, on the same day that Ziegler testified in front of the House Committee at the request of lawmakers.
When Herridge asked Ziegler if he had found evidence that President Biden had financially benefited from his son, Hunter Biden’s deals, Ziegler did not feel comfortable answering the question. He alluded to an environment within the IRS that curtailed the scope of their inquiries related to the President.
“Anytime we potentially wanted to go down the road of asking questions related to the President, it was, ‘that’s going to take too much approvals? We can’t ask those questions.’ And I mean, it created an environment that was very hard to deal with,” Ziegler said.
Herridge acknowledged the politically sensitive nature of the case and the logical requirement of additional approvals that it might entail. To this, Ziegler agreed but also pointed out an apparent reluctance to pursue such lines of inquiry within the IRS.
“Yes, I do understand that aspect, but it would be like, ‘well, let’s think about it. Let’s put that on the back burner’,” Ziegler added.
“When you’re prevented from going down certain roads, I guess I don’t know what could have been found if we were not hamstrung or not handcuffed,” Ziegler told CBS News.

Byrne called the fighting he witnessed “horrific.”
“On ‘Zero Line’ it’s horror. It’s horror. There is just a genocide. It’s slaughter”, says Rhys Byrne, codename ‘Rambo’, a 28-year-old from Dublin. Byrne fought for the 59th brigade in the Ukrainian territorial army, where he operated a heavy machine gun, Sparks reports.
“There are dead people everywhere. Russians dead. Ukrainian people dead…. the biggest problem we get when we’re going into trenches is stepping over all the dead bodies that are already there from the last people [who] went in – that kind of stuff really haunts you.”
Byrne and a fellow volunteer had decided to leave Ukraine after experiencing “the final straw” that nearly got him killed: an encounter with a Russian tank.
“We were told there was a Russian trench line and our job is to go into the trenches and clear them out and hold them until the auxiliary units come and then we go back.” Byrne said his unit, consisting of 40 Ukrainians, Americans and Britons, were taken to an area near the front or ‘Zero Line’ with no air cover or drones. A pair of Ukrainian tanks withdrew, leaving them with no support.
When they saw another tank approaching, they assumed it was friendly – but it was a Russian tank, which opened fire on their position. “Those who survived took cover in the woods,” Sparks reports. The dramatic footage recorded of the Irishman’s body camera documents the incident.

July 10, 2023 – The US has announced it is complying with a Ukrainian request to supply it with controversial cluster munitions.
The move has been criticised by human rights groups as the weapon is banned by more than 100 countries.
What are cluster munitions?
Cluster munitions are a method of dispersing large numbers of tiny bomblets from a rocket, missile or artillery shell that scatters them in mid-flight over a wide area.
They are intended to explode on impact but a significant proportion are “duds”, meaning they don’t explode initially – this happens especially if they land on wet or soft ground.
They can then explode at a later date on being picked up or trodden on, killing or maiming the victim.
From a military perspective, they can be horribly effective when used against dug-in ground troops in trenches and fortified positions, rendering large areas too dangerous to move around in until carefully cleared.

Cluster munitions provided by the United States have now arrived in Ukraine, the Pentagon confirmed on Thursday.
The munitions – bombs that open in the air and release scores of smaller bomblets – are seen by the US as a way to get Kyiv critically needed ammunition to help bolster its offensive and push through Russian frontlines. US leaders debated the thorny issue for months, before President Joe Biden made the final decision last week.
US leaders have said the US will send a version of the munition that has a reduced “dud rate”, meaning fewer of the smaller bomblets fail to explode. These unexploded rounds, which often litter battlefields and populated civilian areas, cause unintended deaths. US officials said Washington will provide thousands of the rounds, but provided no specific numbers.
Lt Gen Douglas Sims, the director of operations for the joint staff, told reporters on Thursday that “cluster munitions have indeed been delivered to Ukraine at this point”. But it was not clear if Ukrainian troops had used them yet.

Young Ukrainians Scared To Leave Their Homes As More And More Videos Emerge Of Forced Conscription by Thomas Brooke
SATURDAY, JUL 15, 2023 – 07:00 AM – As Ukraine’s manpower on its frontlines starts to dwindle, military leaders are becoming increasingly desperate to locate new recruits to propel its counteroffensive against Russia forward; however, the number of young people volunteering for such a challenge has plummeted.
Recent videos of young Ukrainian men being conscripted across the country have circulated in popular encrypted messaging apps in Ukraine, and those fearful of being sent to the front are actively engaging in evasive and, in some instances, illegal tactics to avoid such a fate.
The brutal mobilization by Ukrainian military recruitment officers of young men has been occurring for a year and a half now, Hungarian newspaper Magyar Nemzet reports.
“Many conscripted men are taken straight off the street by uniformed men,” it states. “Most recently in Subcarpathia, a surveillance camera recorded the overreach of the authorities as a man trying to go to a store was kidnapped from his bicycle in broad daylight.”
The man was abducted right on a street during the day by police and conscription officers in a small village in the Municipal District of Munkács, with his bicycle left in the road.
UKRAINE BIOWEAPON LAB CHRONOLOGY
We can get a rough idea of the US political elites’ involvement in the military biological activity in Ukraine if we rely on open sources as well as leaked documents. Below is an attempt to reconstruct the chronology of this involvement, though not a comprehensive one. There are many gaps in this truly diabolical plan that are still to be filled.
1991 – the US launches the Nunn-Lugar programme for the former Soviet countries to control/eliminate Soviet weapons of mass destruction including bioweapons. The Pentagon’s Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) was named as the programme’s main executor.
1993 – the Ukraine-US Agreement on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD is signed.
2005 – an additional protocol is signed to the agreement between the Ukrainian Health Ministry and the DTRA on the prevention of the proliferation of technologies, pathogens and know-how that can be used to develop bioweapons. This is the start of the transfer of the Ukrainian military biological potential into US specialists’ hands.
2000s – large US military-industrial companies are engaged in military biological activity in Ukraine.
2005-2014 – Black & Veatch Special Projects, a DTRA contractor, builds and upgrades 8 biolabs in Ukraine instead of eliminating military biological infrastructure, as was originally claimed. One of the facilities, a biolab in Odessa, has been financed since 2011 for the study of “pathogens that can be used in bioterrorism attacks.”
2007 – US DoD employee Nathan Wolfe founded Global Viral Forecasting Institute (subsequently – Global Viral), a biomedical company. The mission stated in the charter is non-commercial study of transborder infections, including in China.
2009 – Rosemont Seneca Partners is established by former US Secretary of State John Kerry’ stepson Christopher Heinz and incumbent US President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden.
2014 – anti-constitutional coup d’etat in Ukraine.
2014 – Hunter Biden joins the Board of Directors of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company.
2014 – Metabiota, a private commercial organisation specialising in the study of pandemic risks is detached from Global Viral. Neil Callahan and John DeLoche, employees of Hunter Biden’s company Rosemont Seneca Partners are appointed to the board of Metabiota. Global Viral and Metabiota begin to get funding from the US Department of Defence.
2014 – Metabiota shows interest in Ukraine and invites Hunter Biden to “assert Ukraine’s cultural & economic independence from Russia”.
2014 – Metabiota and Burisma Holdings begin cooperation on an unnamed “science project in Ukraine”.
2014 – Metabiota, Global Viral and Black & Veatch Special Projects begin full-fledged cooperation within the US DoD programmes.
2014-2016 – Implementation of Metabiota and US DoD contracts, including a $300,000 project in Ukraine.
2016 – US citizen Ulana Nadia Suprun, a descendant of Ukrainian Nazis, is appointed Acting Health Minister of Ukraine. The US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry cooperation programme is greatly expanded.
2016 – an outbreak of swine flu among Ukrainian Defence Ministry personnel guarding a biolab in Kharkov, Ukraine; 20 dead.
2016 – former US Assistant Secretary for Defence Andrew Weber is appointed head of Metabiota’s global partnerships department.
