Trump Announces He Will Hold a Second Rally in Butler, Pennsylvania By Cassandra Macdonald

Jul. 26, 2024 5:20 pm – Former President Donald Trump has announced that he will be holding a second rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, to honor those who were shot during the assassination attempt two weeks ago.

The attempted Trump assassin fatally shot former fire chief Corey Comperatore, who was shielding his family from the bullets when he was struck.

Two other rally goers were critically injured but survived. They have been identified as David Dutch, 57, of New Kensington, PA, and James Copenhaver, 74, of Moon Township, PA.

Trump announced the new rally in a post on Truth Social on Friday afternoon.

Trump wrote:

I WILL BE GOING BACK TO BUTLER, PENNSYLVANIA, FOR A BIG AND BEAUTIFUL RALLY, HONORING THE SOUL OF OUR BELOVED FIREFIGHTING HERO, COREY, AND THOSE BRAVE PATRIOTS INJURED TWO WEEKS AGO. WHAT A DAY IT WILL BE — FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! STAY TUNED FOR DETAILS.

The Republican presidential nominee did not announce where or when the rally would take place.

If Trump had not turned his head less than a second before the bullet struck his ear, it would have gone through his skull and almost certainly would have been fatal.

The failed assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was fatally shot by a counter sniper moments after shooting Trump in the ear.

Kei Sugimoto, a Japanese-American who was 24 years old at the time, has released a nearly 1-hour, never-before-seen video on his YouTube channel.

Sugimoto was a Mainframe Operator at the time at Nissho Iwai Shoji when the terrorist attacks occurred and filmed the footage from the roof of 64 St. Marks Place in New York City.

He used a Sony VX2000 with a teleconverter to capture the harrowing moments, according to his Youtube description.

On July 22, Sugimoto first released a six-minute video on his YouTube channel, revealing the footage for the first time.

When asked why he decided to release the footage after 23 years, Sugimoto explained, “I was cleaning my closet and found boxes full of Hi-8, Digital-8, and DV tapes.”

“When trying to play them back, I noticed that maybe about a third of them had demagnetized over time and were either blank or suffering from major data corruption. After researching online, I learned that video tapes are not immune from age even when stored in ideal conditions, so I frantically started to digitize them. Thus, I’m just uploading the video now,” he added.

The video was captured after two planes crashed into the World Trade Center.

“I saw the second plane crash but did not film it on camera. If I remember correctly, I think I ran to get my video camera after seeing the second plane crash, sensing that this was no ordinary accident,” Sugimoto said.

NEW REPORT: Pentagon’s Ukraine Aid Accounting Errors Reach $8.2 Billion Miriam Judith

Jul. 26, 2024 2:40 pm – On July 25, the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a damning report revealing an additional $2 billion in accounting errors related to the Pentagon’s aid to Ukraine.

This discovery compounds the $6.2 billion overestimation previously disclosed, bringing the total to an alarming $8.2 billion in misallocated funds.

The discrepancies arose from the Pentagon’s use of “replacement value” instead of “depreciated value” in calculating the aid provided under the Presidential Drawdown Authority (PDA). The PDA, authorized by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, allows the President to direct the transfer of defense articles and services from U.S. stocks to address foreign crises. Since August 2021, this authority has enabled nearly $24 billion in drawdowns for Ukraine.

In 2023, the Department of Defense (DOD) acknowledged that it had misvalued certain defense articles by approximately $6.2 billion. This amount, still available for use under PDA, was a major issue highlighted by the GAO. The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 mandated the GAO to audit and investigate the valuation of defense articles provided to Ukraine.

The recent GAO report scrutinized the methods used by the DOD to value these articles and found that the existing guidance was inconsistent and insufficient.

The GAO’s investigation uncovered that approximately 12 percent of defense articles provided under PDA were valued using methods not in compliance with DOD guidance. Additionally, about 61 percent of the reported values lacked appropriate supporting documentation, making it difficult to verify their accuracy.

The report indicates that the Foreign Assistance Act does not clearly define key terms such as “value,” which complicates the DOD’s ability to establish precise valuation methods.

Appeals Court Deals Blow to Jack Smith in Classified Documents Case By Cristina Laila

Jul. 26, 2024 5:00 pm – The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals responded to Jack Smith’s bid to appeal Judge Cannon’s decision to dismiss the classified documents case against President Trump.

The appeals court provided a schedule that requires Trump and Jack Smith to file briefs through October, Politico reported.

Jack Smith’s chances of reviving the case will not happen before the election after all the legal briefs are filed and the court hears oral arguments.

US Government Agrees to Pay Peter Strzok $1.2 Million in Lawsuit Settlement Over Release of Anti-Trump Text Messages By Cristina Laila

Jul. 26, 2024 6:00 pm – The Justice Department agreed to pay former FBI special agent Peter Strzok a $1.2 settlement over the release of his anti-Trump text messages.

Peter Strzok sued the DOJ for ‘unlawfully disclosing’ his text messages to his paramour Lisa Page.

Strzok and Lisa Page discussed an “insurance policy” to keep Trump out of office.

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office…that there’s no way [Trump] gets elected…but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” Strzok text messaged to Page in an Aug. 15, 2016 exchange, referring to Andrew McCabe.

“It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40,” Strzok added.

Other profanity-laced text messages between Strzok and Page showed their contempt for Donald Trump.

Peter Strzok also said in a text message to Lisa Page “we’ll stop” Trump from becoming President.

Strzok was fired from the FBI in 2018 for violating bureau policies after he launched the ‘Crossfire Hurricane‘ Trump-Russia probe in July 2016.

Former FBI agent Pete Strzok, who was fired from the bureau in 2018 after his disparaging text messages about Donald Trump were made public, has reached a settlement with the Justice Department over his claims that his privacy rights were violated, according to his lawyers.

According to Strzok’s lawyers, the U.S. government has agreed to pay Strzok $1.2 million.

In his 2019 lawsuit, Strzok and his lawyers argued that the FBI and DOJ unlawfully disclosed his private text messages disparaging Trump before and after the 2016 presidential election — including the time frame during which Strzok helped lead the agency’s investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server and Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election.

Katherine Donlevy | NY Post | 7-20-24 – Secret Service officials repeatedly rejected Donald Trump’s request for additional security in the two years before last weekend’s assassination attempt, The Post has learned.

The ex-president, 78, asked for more agents and magnetometers at large public events he attended, as well as extra snipers for outdoor venues, four insiders told The Washington Post, which first reported the damning revelation.

Each request was shot down by senior officials who claimed the agency lacked the resources Trump was asking for, the outlet reported.

Secret Service agents, along with local law enforcement, were responsible for securing the rally when 20-year-old gunman Matthew Thomas Crooks opened fire at the Republican presidential nominee’s campaign outdoor rally in Pennsylvania last Saturday.

Crooks was lying on a rooftop just 130 yards away from Trump when he squeezed off as many as seven rounds, grazing the politician in the ear and killing an audience member who sat behind the stage. Two others were seriously injured.

Outrage at the security lapse led the federal security agency to up Trump’s detail to the same level as President Biden, The Post exclusively reported earlier this week.

The Secret Service initially denied claims that someone from Trump’s camp asked for more help ahead of the deadly shooting as “absolutely false.”

After massive holes in the ex-president’s security team were revealed, however, the agency has changed its tune.

Anthony Guglielmi, a spokesman for the Secret Service, admitted to The Washington Post that the agency had denied Trump’s request for additional security, but claimed it had only learned about the new information in the wake of the tragedy.

Guglielmi told The Post that there were “some instances where specific Secret Service specialized units or resources were not provided,” but that the agency instead utilized state or local partners to add protections.

“The Secret Service has a vast, challenging, and intricate mission,” Guglielmi said in a statement. “Every day we work in a dynamic threat environment to ensure our protectees are safe and secure across multiple events, travel, and other difficult environments. We execute a comprehensive and layered strategy to balance personnel, technology, and specialized operational needs.”

Insiders told The Post that local law enforcement was recruited for the Butler, Pennsylvania rally because Secret Service headquarters denied the ex-president’s request for extra resources.

Trump’s personal detail asks Secret Service headquarters for resources –manpower, equipment, tech — headquarters approves or denies at their discretion.

Only when denied would the detail inquire with the field office, which would backfill with any available resources, including local law enforcement.

The extent to what security Trump is provided varies from event to event depending on what the local field office can provide, sources told The Post.

Ultimately, the Secret Service headquarters is the authority on what resources are permitted to be doled out.

The Secret Service has been strongly criticized for failing to stop Crooks before he fired on the ex-president.

Trump has continued on the campaign trail despite the terrifying experience, this time with beefed-up security at his disposal.

He was given a “pretty unprecedented level of police officers” Saturday for his indoor event in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where the presidential hopeful and his new running mate, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, were welcomed by roughly 14,000 adoring supporters.

JULY 17, 2024 – The two snipers stationed on top of the outbuildings directly behind the former president most likely did not fire the rounds that took out the shooter, experts told Blaze News.

One of the shots that helped take out would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks came from a law enforcement sniper nearly 450 yards away, special operations experts told Blaze News.

Evidence of the 448-yard shot was submitted to the U.S. Secret Service shortly after Crooks was killed, according to two elite experts who have frequently served in security missions globally. They are often called on to train snipers for the Secret Service, SWAT, and sniper teams at many federal agencies and tactical teams at state and local law enforcement agencies.

The sources expressed a firm belief that the much closer snipers stationed about 150 yards away just behind the speaker’s platform did not kill Crooks. When Crooks fired his first shot at Trump, one of those snipers visibly flinched, took his eye from the scope, and raised his head. When he returned to the rifle, the barrel was aimed too low for the trajectory needed to hit the gunman.

Those actions, the experts said, are indicative of what they consider a “B-team” or even “C-team” sniper. Top-tier “A-team” operators don’t flinch at the sound of a rifle’s report, they said.

The two snipers on the barn behind Trump appeared to be using .308 caliber Remington model 700 bolt-action variants, according to a special operations source who spoke exclusively with Blaze News.

Those are not the types of rifles used by the Secret Service A-team snipers. For normal operations, Secret Service snipers use semi-automatic .308 rifles such as the Knights Armament Co. SR-25 or a high-quality AR-10 variant that has interchangeability with the SR-25. For long-range operations, they use bolt-action .338 Lapua Magnum rifles, the source said.

The sources, speaking anonymously because they are not part of the official shooting investigation, showed Blaze News visual evidence, including telemetry data from the sniper’s rifle, indicating the distance and the 10 mph wind blowing at the time of the shot.

It is not known whether the three bullet wounds observed on Crooks’ body after death came from the same sniper or multiple shooters, the sources said. One of the rounds struck Crooks in the left side of the face.

A local SWAT team found the building that Crooks fired from completely empty.

Erik D. Prince, a former U.S. Navy SEAL and founder of the private military firm Blackwater, expressed a similar view on X (formerly Twitter): The would-be assassin was struck from 448 yards.

“The fact that USSS [Secret Service] allowed a rifle-armed shooter within 150 yards to a preplanned event is either malice or massive incompetence,” Prince wrote. “Clearly there was adequate uncontrolled dead space for a shooter to move into position and take multiple aimed shots.”

JUL 25, 2024 – Klaus Scwhab’s World Economic Forum has been pushing for people to eat insects instead of meat to stop climate change. Because apparently cows are now bad for the planet and fart too much.

So a Swedish company called Tebrito has been working hard to produce mealworms for insect proteins to put in human food like granola and protein bars.

They got a whopping $4.2 million in investments to push this stuff.

And now they have gone bankrupt because it seems like nobody wants to eat their insects. In 2023 they only had a revenue of a meager $49.000 and losing almost $12.6 million!

In other words, nobody is buying their insects. Looks like people are REJECTING the WEF agenda.

And this isn’t the only thing that happened.

Last week another Swedish company called Mycorena went bankrupt. They got a whopping $27.8 million in investment to produce 3D printed fake meat made out of mycelium.

It is clear that even in liberal Sweden, people do not want to eat fake food.

I could have told you this and saved these investors their money. They invested large sums in insects and fake meat likely because it is being promoted by organizations like the WEF.

The accusation comes as the platform says it had its best day of 2024, and possibly of all time, in the wake of President Biden abandoning his reelection campaign on Sunday.

ActBlue has been previously been fined for facilitating nearly $44,000 in illegal contributions.

Meanwhile, journalist James O’Keefe approached alleged donors with hundreds of thousands of contributions listed in their name, who knew nothing about them.

According to the complaint, Harris is “seeking to perpetrate a $91.5 million dollar heist of Joe Biden’s leftover campaign cash.”

Trump campaign general counsel David Warrington called the act a “brazen money grab that would constitute the single largest excessive contribution and biggest violation in the history of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended,” adding “Kamala Harris is in the process of committing the largest campaign finance violation in American history and she is using the Commission’s own forms to do it.”

“The Commission must not and cannot sit idly by while one candidate takes nearly one hundred million dollars from the authorized committee of another, in violation of the Act and the will of the donors who gave the money in the first place.”

The complaint names Biden, Harris, “Biden for President (aka Harris for President) and Keana Spencer, as treasurer, for flagrantly violating the Act by making and receiving an excessive contribution of nearly one hundred million dollars, and for filing fraudulent forms with the Commission purporting to repurpose one candidate’s principal campaign committee for the use of another candidate.”

The complaint argues that if “Kamala Harris were a candidate for something in 2024, federal law requires her to have filed a Statement of Candidacy and for her name to have appeared in the name of her authorized committee. But Kamala Harris’s name does not appear in the name of her purported authorized committee, ‘Biden for President,’ and, until Sunday, no Statement of Candidacy existed for her. Then Sunday, rather than filing her own Statement of Candidacy, she merely altered Joe Biden’s to replace his name with hers. There is no mechanism under the Act for one individual to end another’s federal candidacy by simply amending the other’s Form 2. Moreover, in that purported amended Form 2 Harris designated ‘Biden for President’ as her principal campaign committee and then renamed it. Altering a document submitted to a federal agency is a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1519.3.” -Fox News

Jul 25, 2024, 5:19 AM (GMT+3) – Former US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday criticized Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress as the “worst” in history.

“Benjamin Netanyahu’s presentation in the House Chamber today was by far the worst presentation of any foreign dignitary invited and honored with the privilege of addressing the Congress of the United States,” Pelosi wrote on social media site X after Netanyahu’s speech.

“Many of us who love Israel spent time today listening to Israeli citizens whose families have suffered in the wake of the October 7th Hamas terror attack and kidnappings,” she added.

“These families are asking for a ceasefire deal that will bring the hostages home – and we hope the Prime Minister would spend his time achieving that goal,” concluded Pelosi.

Pelosi was among the nearly half of House and Senate Democrats who chose to skip Netanyahu’s speech and also one of the leaders of the attempt to impeach former President Trump.

She had previously spoken out against the invitation for Netanyahu to address Congress, describing it as “wrong” and adding that she would not have invited him had she still been serving as House Speaker.

Senator Bernie Sanders from Vermont, who is an independent but caucuses with the Democrats and is known for his criticism of Netanyahu, also chose not to attend and said that the Prime Minister “should not be welcomed into the United States Congress. On the contrary, his policies in Gaza and the West Bank and his refusal to support a two-state solution should be roundly condemned.”

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) announced already in mid-June that she will not be attending Netanyahu’s speech, claiming he “has created a humanitarian catastrophe. He has also made clear that he does not support US policy for a two-state solution that will let the people of Israel and the Palestinians develop their own nation, self-determination, live with dignity.”

Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY), the most senior Jewish Member of the House of Representatives, said on Tuesday that Netanyahu “is the worst leader in Jewish history since the Maccabean king who invited the Romans into Jerusalem over 2100 years ago”, but still attended Wednesday’s speech “out of respect for the State of Israel and the office of the Prime Minister.”

Also not attending Netanyahu’s speech was Vice President Kamala Harris, who also serves as president of the Senate. Her aide said on Monday that Harris will be unable to preside over Netanyahu’s speech, as she is traveling to Indianapolis for a previously-scheduled event.

On Tuesday, House Speaker Mike Johnson blasted Harris for choosing not to attend Netanyahu’s speech.

“It’s outrageous to me and inexcusable that Kamala Harris is boycotting this joint session. This is a historic moment, it’s an important moment for the country, the gravity of this situation can not be overstated. And yet, Kamala Harris will abandon her seat. As you all know, as the Vice President and as the President of the Senate, she is supposed to be seated next to me at the rostrum. She will not be there because she refuses to attend. She needs to be held accountable for that, she needs to be asked very serious questions about why,” said Johnson.

“NORAD detected, tracked, and intercepted two Russian TU-95 and two PRC H-6 military aircraft operating in the Alaska Air Defense Identification Zone,” NORAD said.

“Fighter jets from the United States and Canada conducted the intercept,” NORAD said, adding that the foreign bombers “remained in international airspace and did not enter American or Canadian sovereign airspace,” and that their activity “is not seen as a threat.”

Ahead of President Biden’s first address in the Oval Office since announcing he was dropping out of the presidential race, the North American Aerospace Defense Command Public Affairs (NORAD) says it sent out fighter jets to intercept two Russian Tu-95 “Bear” bombers and two Chinese H-6 bombers off the coast of Alaska.

In a press release from NORAD, the agency confirmed that they detected, tracked, and intercepted two Russian TU-95 and two PRC H-6 military aircraft operating in the Alaska Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ) on July 24.

NORAD fighter jets from the United States and Canada conducted the interception.

JULY 24, 2024 BLAZETV STAFF – The Heritage Foundation, the same group behind Project 2025, has begun investigating some suspicious activity related to Thomas Matthew Crooks, Trump’s would-be assassin, using readily available cell-phone tracking technology. The initiative falls within the Oversight Project division.

“This is not just law enforcement or government agencies that do this. … When you walk into a boot store in Nashville, they’re going to track you, and then you start getting these ads,” explains investigative journalist and Blaze Media correspondent Steve Baker, noting that this kind of technology is referred to as “ad-ID.”

“Every single one of our cell phones have essentially what is the … equivalency to your social security number, and so once they identify that phone, then they can pretty much track that phone wherever it goes,” Baker explains.

While being tracked rubs a lot of people the wrong way, the technology may prove helpful in discovering more information about Crooks, who had no detectable motivation for his actions, according to reports from federal investigators.

Unfortunately, we can’t trust those reports to reflect truth, which is likely why the Heritage Foundation has picked up the magnifying glass.

“Here is the gist of what [the Oversight Project] has discovered through their own tracking,” says Baker.

“They were able to ping and identify about nine different phones at the home of the shooter.” Next, “They were able to identify which of those phones were then going to … where he works at the nursing home.”

Once “the right ID” had been identified, the team was able to track wherever Crooks went.

“What they discovered was that this kid was basically doing recon at [the Butler, Pennsylvania, rally] site on July 4th and July 8th” and then “turned his phone off after the 12th, or at least shut down all of the apps on his phone, so he couldn’t be tracked on the day itself,” Baker says.

But it gets even better.

“In the process of looking at all of these phones that visited [Crooks’] home and visited the nursing home where he worked, they found a phone that actually pinged seven-eight times in D.C. at a building called a Gallery Place, which has a very large footprint of FBI offices and where source meetings and interviews regularly take place.”

“Obviously, there are many, many non-nefarious reasons why somebody would be at that building in D.C.,” Baker admits, “but it is very curious.”

“Do they feel as if they’ve mined everything when it comes to looking at the comings and goings with cell phone data?” asks Blaze Media Editor in Chief Matthew Peterson.

Evaded law enforcement officers from several different state, local and federal agencies.
Somehow ‘climbed’ up on a roof with his rifle 450 away from Trump, bear crawled to the perfect vantage point as bystanders alerted police and was still able to take 8 shots at Trump.
Parked a vehicle full of explosives near the Trump rally – even though there is no online search history of Crooks researching how to make at-home explosives.
Crooks was able to walk around the premises after Snipers took a photo of him looking suspicious.
A sniper located in the second story window was only 40 feet away from Crooks and didn’t neutralize him.
Trump was still able to take the stage after Crooks was pegged as suspicious by Secret Service.

GOP Congressman Chip Roy (TX) asked Wray if any FBI agents expressed disappointment that Trump survived the assassination attempt.

“In 2015 and 2016 top FBI officials infamously texted about “their insurance policy to make sure Trump was never elected or inaugurated as president,” Chip Roy said referring to Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.

“Have any FBI agents texted, emailed or expressed disappointment that Trump survived the assassination attempt or otherwise editorialized about the assassination attempt?” Chip Roy asked Wray.

Wray said at least one FBI official has expressed disappointment that Trump wasn’t killed by the gunman.

“That individual has been referred to our inspection division,” Wray said.

Today is an important date in the 2024 election cycle.

Republicans have exactly two weeks to clean the bloated voted rolls that Democrats depend on to steal elections.

The 1993 NVRA law (National Voter Registration Act) bars election officials from removing any voters from the rolls within 90 days of an election (see page 8 below). This is often referred to as the “90 Day Freeze”.

The Democrat-run DOJ Civil Rights Division (CRD) has used this part of the law relentlessly over the years to defend dirty voter rolls and thwart any cleanup prior to elections.

Democrats support this law, knowing it allows fraudulent registrations to stay on the voter rolls.

According to the NVRA, conservatives and Republicans have until Wednesday, August 7, 2024 for election departments to clean their voter rolls using bulk processes or methods.

It’s hard to believe jurisdictions can’t remove illegal voters using bulk methods inside this 90-day freeze and up until the November 6 election. They can’t match their voter roll database against Driver’s License records, the USPS NCOA (National Change Of Address), the Social Security Death Index, and more.

This has been challenged in court but never by the Supreme Court. It’s time to change this law and fight it.

The Heritage Foundation explained back in 2014 the law is meant to freeze “regular maintenance activities” inside 90 days. This means no “general maintenance” or similar “programs” can be conducted to “systematically” remove ineligible voters. But officials can strike registrants from individualized information. For instance, a notice that someone has died, a voter requesting cancellation, or correcting a mistake, etc.

When this 1993 NVRA law was passed, voter registration was done entirely with paper forms completed by the applicant, often mailed to the jurisdiction. If info was missing or inaccurate, a letter was sent to the applicant. If no response, the registration was sidelined. This paper registration process was critical to the integrity of our elections. The Democrats knew this, and changed how we register voters in the country.

Arizona was first in 2002 to allow online VoteReg. Most States adopted it after 2010, which exactly coincides with efforts by leftist David Becker and the Pew Charitable Trust to adopt changes in the system. Their two-part “Voter Modernization Project” was pitched to all States in 2010-2012. It required they join the non-profit ERIC and most importantly, implement online VoteReg. This online access allows activist groups from anywhere to bulk submit registrations.

Some states and counties care less about the 90-day freeze and remove no one. They know the DOJ CRD will have their back if sued.

In 2022 the Texas Election Network, founded by Melissa Conway, filed affidavits challenging 6,000 registrations in Harris County, TX (Houston). Another 49 challenges came after Aug. 10t 2022 deadline for the freeze. Harris County didn’t remove a single one from their rolls.

Mike Hassinger, a spokesman for Brad Raffensperger, said federal law bars purges of voter registrations within 90 days. Those not eligible can only be removed on a case-by-case basis. This thinking allows corrupt election activists to flood our voter rolls up to election day, with no repercussions.

Government snipers watched nearby as the young murderer carried a long rifle up a ladder onto a roof 100 yards from where Trump was going to speak.

The government snipers then did not warn officials to keep Trump off the stage while this was happening.

The US snipers were only 40 feet from the killer when he started shooting at President Trump, hitting him in the ear.

After the young would-be assassin fired off several shots, the snipers then took him out.

For some odd reason they did not think it was important to take out this young man with a gun crawling on a roof until he fired off several shots at Trump and killed a Trump supporter in the stands.

According to Jewish Voice for Peace, around 400 American Jews participated in the sit-in.

A source from the office of Rep. Dan Kildee, a Democrat from Michigan, told Fox News that staff and interns barricaded themselves in their offices, which were close to the demonstration.

Phone associated with would-be assassin pinged near FBI DC offices in 2023, report says JOSEPH M. HANNEMAN STEVE BAKER

JULY 22, 2024 – Geo-location investigation shows a phone associated with Thomas Crooks visited Butler, Pennsylvania, twice just days before the shooting.

Acell phone associated with the home and work addresses of would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks visited the Gallery Place building in Washington, D.C., that houses a mall and offices of the FBI, the Heritage Oversight Project reported July 22.

The Oversight Project, part of the Heritage Foundation, began a geo-location investigation hours after the July 13 attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump at a fairground in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Crooks, 20, was killed by a Secret Service counter-sniper after opening fire on Trump and the crowd just after 6:11 p.m. ET. Only a perfectly timed turn of his head kept Trump from being killed instantly by a rifle round fired from about 130 yards away, experts said.

The shooting took the life of retired fire chief Corey Comperatore of Sarver, Pennsylvania, and seriously wounded David Dutch of New Kensington, Pennsylvania, and James Copenhaver of Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

“We began this investigation on the night of the shooting,” an Oversight Project spokesman told Blaze News. “We’ve been working 24/7 since then.”

Oversight Project leaders said they hope other experts in the fields of geo-location searches and criminal investigations will step forward to assist with their probe. The investigation was begun out of concern that the work of the FBI, Secret Service, and other federal law enforcement won’t be transparent or thorough.

Investigators used Crooks’ home and work addresses to find cell phones that were common to both addresses, then triangulated each phone’s paths of travel. They used commercially available phone-identification numbers that are normally used to tailor advertising to the phone’s user.

According to Oversight investigators, a phone associated with Crooks’ work address at a nursing home in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania, traveled to the Gallery Place complex in downtown Washington, D.C., on June 26, 2023. The phone “pinged” seven or eight times from that location the same day.

Gallery Place — an 11-story mixed-use building constructed over the Chinatown Metro station — is filled with retail stores and restaurants but also houses offices of the FBI on the upper floors, former FBI Special Agent Kyle Seraphin told Blaze News.

“It is the closest [location] off-site that I’m aware of to the Washington Field Office,” Seraphin said. “Agents are assigned to Washington Field, but they work out of Gallery Place.”
Investigators at the Oversight Project said the phone associated with that ID number most likely belonged to someone who visited Crooks at his place of work. They said they don’t believe it was Crooks’ phone.

Geo-location technology uses a unique ID assigned to each cell phone and searches for common places where the phone and its user travel.

“Following the primary where millions of black voters weighed in, after one poor debate performance, the DNC Party elites and billionaire donors bullied Joe Biden out of the race,” BLM said in a statement to Reuters.

Sunday on the social media platform X, President Joe Biden announced that he would withdraw from the 2024 presidential race.

The announcement came under unusual and perhaps suspicious circumstances. Since his dreadful debate performance on June 27, Biden had faced mounting pressure to quit the race from fellow Democrats. He had refused.

Announcing the decision on X, where one might reasonably doubt that the octogenarian president has ever posted on his own behalf, only heightened suspicions of a Democratic Party coup.

For the past two days, Democrats — including Biden himself in a dubious endorsement made via speaker phone — have rallied around Harris. Still, nothing about the vice president’s sudden elevation has felt organic.

Notwithstanding these strange developments, Democrats have clearly tried to depict their party as united behind Harris.

BLM’s public objection, therefore, constitutes the first major internal demand that Democrats pump the brakes on the Harris 2024 train.

“We call for the Rules Committee to create a process that allows for public participation in the nomination process, not just a nomination by party delegates,” the BLM statement read.

“The House, Homeland Security Committee, is holding the second Congressional hearing, looking into the attempted assassination of former President Trump. But for today’s hearing, heads of the Secret Service, FBI, and Homeland Security have all declined to testify. We are listening to it. We will bring you the news from it as it,” Fox News reported.

The former president recounted the tense moments during the incident, including a disagreement with his Secret Service agents.

“They wanted to put me on a stretcher,” Trump said. “They had a stretcher and they wanted to put me on it. But I told them I’m not going on a stretcher because I just felt it was the ear.”

Trump described how the agents thought he had been hit in the abdomen due to the significant amount of blood. However, he assured them it was only his ear, which, according to him, bleeds more than most other parts of the body when injured.

Jaw-Dropper: A Reported 4x as Many Local Secret Service Agents Sent to Jill Biden on Same Day Trump Was Shot By Randy DeSoto

July 22, 2024 – GOP Rep. William Timmons of South Carolina pressed Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle on Monday on reports that the Pittsburgh Secret Service field office sent four times the number of additional agents to cover a first lady Jill Biden event than to former President Donald Trump’s July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where he was shot.

Cheatle neither confirmed nor denied that was the case.

Biden was speaking at an event at Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh for approximately 300 people close to the same time Trump was speaking at his rally attended by several thousand, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune.

Timmons started out his questioning of Cheatle asking if she agreed with the statement that Secret Service resources allocated to a particular events should correspond to the risk profile of it.

The director agreed.

“And when two events occur at the same time and the same geographic vicinity that the risk profile of each event should be taken into account, and whichever event is greater risk should receive greater resources?” the congressman continued.

“That is correct,” Cheatle replied.

The lawmaker than contrasted Trump’s outdoor rally, when he has been under specific threats from Iran, to Biden’s indoor event.

“President Trump is the former president and the future president, so I would say that that is a fairly high risk event. Would you agree?” Timmons asked.

“Yes,” Cheatle replied.

“There’s a huge disparity relative to risk. Would you agree?” the congressman continued.

The director hesitated a moment and then answered, “Yes.”

“Multiple whistleblowers and various media outlets have reported that the Pittsburgh field office of the Secret Service allocated 12 additional post standers to the first lady’s event and three additional post standers to the Trump rally. Is that correct?” Timmons asked.

The director stated that no assets were diverted from the Trump rally to Biden’s event.

Timmons interrupted saying that was not his question. He specifically wanted to know about the 12 to three allocation of additional agents at the events.

Cheatle did not answer that question.

“The number of personnel that were allocated to both of those events were comparable to the risk at both of those events,” she asserted.

Timmons then noted that Trump was shot, along with multiple rally attendees. One, 50-year-old Corey Comperatore, was killed.

The congressman suggested if nine more Secret Service agents had been on hand, it could have been a very different day.

“There were significantly more assets and resources available at the former president’s event than there were at the first lady’s event,” Cheatle said.

“Who made the decision to deploy 12 post standers to the casino, where the first lady was having a 400 person dinner, and only three people from the Pittsburgh field office to the 20,000 person-plus Trump rally?” Timmons asked.

Cheatle only said, “The allocation of resources is decided based on the availability of personnel and their location and where they are, but there were sufficient resources that were given to the former president’s event that day.”

Timmons appeared surprised by her response.

“Did you just say there were sufficient resources?” he questioned. “President Trump got shot. Someone got killed. There were not sufficient resources, clearly.”

“There was a gap,” Cheatle said.

Timmons concluded that the person who decided to send more resources to the Biden event over Trump’s needs to be fired — and Cheatle herself should resign.

“You’ve lost the trust of the American people,” he said.

July 22, 2024 at 11:30am –Those worried that Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle would avoid having to take any responsibility for the near-assassination of former President Donald Trump can finally sigh a breath of relief.

On Monday, the House Oversight and Accountability Committee held a hearing on the disastrous security failure that was the July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where a would-be assassin shot Trump.

Though being drilled by career politicians at a House hearing might not seem like enough, it sure is a start, especially given how hard Republican Texas Rep. Pat Fallon went after Cheatle.

After drilling her for not speaking with agents immediately following the debacle as well as for not properly securing the area ahead of Trump’s rally, Fallon ripped the Secret Service director for her now-infamous “sloped roof” excuse.

Just after the shooting, during an interview with ABC News, Cheatle claimed no Secret Service agents were stationed on the roof from which Thomas Crooks shot Trump because it was “sloped” and therefore unsafe.

Fallon promptly pointed out — as several social media sleuths had in days prior — that the countersnipers who eventually took out the assassin were stationed on an even steeper rooftop.

“These are nothing but pathetic excuses,” the congressman said. “And they make no sense and they’re a bunch of cow dung.”

“All the law enforcement I’ve spoken with over the last nine days are amazed that the AGR rooftop was not secure,” he said.

“You want to know why?” the congressman said. “Because it’s dangerous.”

Fallon didn’t stop there, however. The best of his questions were yet to come.

After revealing that he owns an AR-style rifle and has never had any long gun training, he said he and a team had re-created the July 13 shooting with Fallon as the gunman.

They set up the roof, distance to target and other conditions, and then the congressman took 16 shots at a target placed approximately where Trump was in relation to the shooter.

“You know what the result was? Fifteen out of 16 kill shots!” he told Cheatle. “And the one I missed would have hit the president’s ear.

“That’s a 94 percent success rate — and that shooter was a better shot than me.”

Because, as the National Taxpayers Union Foundation noted, Joe will actually be getting paid more now that he’s not your president than when he was nominally doing the duties of head of state.

In a news release two days before Biden announced what we all expected was a fait accompli — that is, that he wasn’t going to be seeking a second term — the organization said it had “calculated the total pension that President Joe Biden will receive whenever he leaves the White House in a new issue brief by Demian Brady, vice president of research for NTUF.

“Biden’s career in Congress, combined with his tenure as Vice President and President, means he will receive an annual pension of $413,000 of taxpayer dollars. His salary as president is $400,000.”

How we got there is a little complicated, so let’s do a bit of digging.

First, there’s Biden’s congressional pension. Established in 1946, the pension program is determined by someone’s tenure on Capitol Hill in any office other than the presidency, how old they are when they retire, and what their average salary was when they left Congress.

Biden entered Congress in 1973 as a senator from Delaware and didn’t leave until 2009, when he became vice president to Barack Obama. He served a further eight years there.

Moreover, it’s not just that he was in Congress so long that he’ll have a generous pension. It’s also when he was elected to Congress.

“Members elected before 1984 are eligible to participate in the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) which offers a generous 2.5 percent accrual rate,” the NTUF noted in a separate brief on the matter, authored by Brady.

“The starting pension amount is determined by multiplying the number of years in office by the average of the three highest years of salary, multiplied by 2.5 percent. The starting benefit cannot exceed 80 percent of the final salary. There is also a formula reserving a portion of the benefit for a spouse. After a former member begins collecting the pension, the annual amount can be increased through cost of living adjustments.”

You will be required to know all of this on the test.

While he received $230,700 as vice president, his final salary under the congressional pension program, the 80 percent cap on the starting pension means he could receive $166,374 from that program. There is a possibility that he switched to a different retirement program, which went into effect in 1987, that would slightly lower this to $164,401, although the difference is so negligible and the details arcane enough enough that we’ll just assume the former number.

Then there’s his presidential pension. Pursuant to the Former Presidents Act of 1958 — “a law enacted because of public concern about Harry Truman’s financial position upon leaving the White House five years earlier,” the NTUF noted — a former president is “provided an office allowance and a pension equal to the yearly salary of the head of an executive department of the federal government.”

The Oversight Project identified nine devices linked to AD-IDs that were located at Crooks’ home and work within the last year.

Per the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project: “We found the assassin’s connections through our in-depth analysis of mobile ad data to track movements of Crooks and his associates”

“To do this, we tracked devices that regularly visited both Crooks’s home and place of work and followed them,” the Oversight Project said.

Someone who regularly visited Crooks home and work also visited a building in Washington, DC located in Gallery Place.

“This is in the same vicinity of an FBI office on June 26, 2023,” the Oversight Project said.

Who’s device is this?

Another device linked to Crooks visited Plymouth, Massachusetts.

“We found a device linked to Crooks’s work that traveled to Butler, PA on July 4th and July 8th.” Oversight PR said.

This device stopped all activity on July 12th.

On August 30, 2023, one device linked Crooks visited Allegheny Arms.

The Oversight Project posted a map of all the relevant locations within Bethel Park, Pennsylvania that are linked to Crooks’ home and place of work.

“For the protection of whistleblowers and our investigation, we will not be sharing further information with the congressional task force due to the connective tissue between that entity and FBI, USSS, and other entities,” the Oversight Project said.

Crooks did not act alone.

Nine days ago President Trump was grazed in the ear after a 20-year-old gunman named Thomas Matthew Crooks climbed on a roof and took several shots at Trump and rallygoers in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Rep. Michael Turner (R-OH) said to Director Cheatle, “You look incompetent. If he’d [Trump] died, you’d look culpable. President Biden needs to fire you.”

Democrats made side journeys into gun control politics, and Republicans went into side quests to bring up Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies, more commonly known as “DEI” policies being blamed for hiring under-qualified agents. We have compiled some of the ongoing unanswered and challenging questions about the Butler Rally shooting that weren’t addressed or asked at the Congressional hearing today.

Why didn’t the agents in the second floor of the AGR Building stop Crooks? Who were those agents?
If they lacked a clear shot, why didn’t the agents in the second floor of the AGR Building simply jump out of the window and walk over to Crooks?
Why does cell phone GPS data indicate that someone was in contact with Crooks who was also active at the same gun range, who is also active near the FBI Building in Washington, as well as in Plymouth, Massachusetts? Could this be an additional Crooks accomplice?
Why don’t the pictures of the crime scene where the dead body of the sniper is on the roof of the building match the known after-effects of gunshot wounds to the head?
Since the perpetrator is dead, there is no reason to not release facts and information about the case. The motive for keeping the investigation’s facts secret is not rational.
Since there is some possibility that Secret Service and FBI Agents were involved with this assassination attempt, shouldn’t an independent commission or independent prosecutor be appointed to investigate this matter?
Where was Crooks’ car found, what was inside of it, and what kind of alleged explosives were present? Was it a car or a van?
The FBI is clearly leaking facts to friendly media outlets. Why is this permitted while at the same time the investigation won’t release basic information such as how many spent shell casings were collected from the roof, and what type of gun was allegedly used?
Why is it so difficult to determine how Crooks got onto the roof of the AGR Building? Why has the federal story changed from 10 foot ladders, to 5.5 foot ladders, to ladders on Craftsmen sheds, to ladders on air conditioning units, to just leaping from an air conditioner unit? The ever-evolving story of how Crooks got on the roof makes no sense.
10.This pattern of denying security requests is not limited to just President Trump, as Presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. has also been refused multiple requests for Secret Service protection. Why is Kennedy denied a security detail when he has multiple credible security threats?
.Cheatle said that bringing a rangefinder is not a ‘prohibited item’ to a Trump Rally and this is clearly a lie. At the Butler Rally, the security was confiscating empty money clips.
This crazy idea that Crooks is a sleeper agent for Iran is coming from where? Multiple encrypted overseas accounts means what, exactly? Would someone with three encrypted email accounts have the same international profile as Crooks?
What photographic, audio, and other types of evidence has been collected so far at the crime scene and when will it be presented to the American public?
Did the alleged shooter train at the same gun range as members of the Department of Homeland Security?
Is it true that the rooftop sniper was confronted by members of Butler County Sheriff’s Office immediately prior to the shooting starting?
Is the AGR Building, Complex, and Company owned by known political enemies of President Trump?
Why was the security at the rally left more lax than at any other Trump rally, where those in “expedited entry” were entering at a much slower pace than those in “General Admission?”
Multiple news stories claimed that law enforcement used Crooks’ DNA to identify him initially. Is that not the case, since Cheatle claimed that the identification work was done by the serial number on the AR-style weapon.
Why are there still questions about the autopsy of the shooter? Will the government perform its own independent autopsy?
Why doesn’t the autopsy attempt to explain the burn ring around the back of the neck of the shooter in photographs?

Director Cheatle testified alone and under subpoena, facing questions about the agency’s failures during the deadly incident that left one man dead and three injured, including former President Trump.

The South Carolina representative did not mince words, accusing the director of colossal failure and triggering an admission that the recent assassination attempt on former President Trump was preventable.

Mace began her line of questioning with a stern warning: “I have a series of questions, very specific questions. I want very specific answers. Most of my questions are going to demand a yes or no answer. Do you understand?”

The representative continued to press Cheatle on whether the Secret Service had fully complied with the committee’s requests for information and documentation relating to the assassination attempt.

These included a complete list of law enforcement personnel present at the rally, all audio and video recordings in possession of the Secret Service, all memos within the Secret Service related to the incident, and all communications from the Secret Service related to that day and that rally.

Cheatle’s repeated response — “I’ll have to get back to you on that” — drew sharp criticism from Mace, who accused her of being “full of sh*t” and “completely dishonest.”

Rep. Nancy Mace: Is the Secret Service fully cooperating with our committee?

Cheatle: Yes.

Mace further pressed Cheatle on whether the attempted assassination was a failure of training or execution or both, to which Cheatle responded that these were answers they needed to examine. When asked how many Secret Service personnel had lost their jobs due to this colossal failure, Cheatle admitted that at this time, none had.

Rep. Mace: Okay. You have said you don’t know, you have no idea. The answer is no. We haven’t gotten a single document or piece of information or data from you or your agency related to the rally that we have asked you for. Was this attempted assassination of Donald Trump a failure of training or execution or both?

2. Travelgate: fired all white house travel staff that had worked for 7 presidents, claiming financial misdeeds. & replaced with her friends, a travel business worth $31M annually. All employees were exonerated by the FBI, GAO, DOJ and others & reinstated.
3. Vince Foster’s Death: longtime friend involved in several Clinton scandals, strange circumstances surrounded his death in 1993; investigation ensued & before police could arrive, Clinton staffers removed boxes on Whitewater & Travelgate; she claimed innocence.
4. Hillary Care: National outrage on a self-admitted unqualified person in developing Hillary Care; delivered a 1342 page disastrous product. Fed judge threatened to hold them in contempt. It costs taxpayers $32M for the fiasco. Hillary fined $450K for dishonesty, court cost to taxpayers $750K. Voters later put Republicans in charge of house & senate, first time in 40 years due to this fiasco.
5. As a Senator: she accomplished nothing, not a single piece of landmark legislation to her name, only 3 small insignificant bills.
6. Chronic Habitual Liar: Every scandal surrounding her, she has lied about even under oath. She didn’t land under sniper fire in Iraq as she said, nor was she named after Sir Edmond Hillary. He climbed Mt Everest after she was born—too many lies to even mention.
7. Whitewater Investigation: Hillary was the central figure in this fraudulent venture. Only 1st Lady to be subpoenaed by a grand jury. Investigation found pervasive conflicts between her law firm & others. Following their acquittal, the documents magical reappeared in the Clinton’s residence. She denied any knowledge but her fingerprints were all over the documents, cost to taxpayers: $145M.
8. Clinton Legal Defense Fund: established to individuals or companies hoping to gain favor with the president could help pay Clinton’s endless legal bills. Also noteworthy: Saudi Arabia is funding 20% of her campaign.
9. Filegate: Clinton administration improperly requested & received personal information for her “Enemies List” including background reports, credit card number and passwords of 900 individuals resulting in 3 investigations in 1996—names a “Congenital Liar” by the NY Times.
10. IRS Abuses: She used the IRS to harass her enemies including Republicans, White House Travel Office, NRA, Judicial Watch, & other conservative groups, also Pres Clinton’s female accusers—Gennifer Flowers, Paula Jones, Juanita Broadrick & Elizabeth Ward Gracen.
11. Chinagate: In 1996 Justice Dept investigates campaign fundraising abuses & cover ups regarding: efforts by China to influence U.S. policies, government & military—funneled millions into the Clinton re-election campaign.
12. Pardongate: As Pres Clinton left office in 2001—he pardoned 450 people for crimes from cocaine trafficking to kidnapping & terrorism.Several pardons benefitted Hillary & were investigated for direct ties to her NY senate bid, such as Marc Rich, billionaire felon & fugitive on FBI’s 10 most wanted list, his wife funneled millions into her senate campaign and $600K to the Clinton Library. Hillary denied her role in any pardons—list of pardons too long to mention here, but most benefited in some way for the Clintons.
13. Cattlegate: her first trade investment of $5K for cattle futures returned $490K. She refused to release her tax info. She insisted she made all investments herself, however it was James Blair with Refco Investments who was outside counsel for Tyson Foods in Arkansas. She received preferential treatment & huge financial returns to influence her husband, then the Governor of Arkansas.
14. Clinton Secrets: Presidential Records Act allow unrestricted access to documents after 12 years, 14 years later they still refuse to release them, in spite of 300 Freedom of Information Acts, completely ignored.
15. State Dept Scandals: Sexual assaults by security officials in Beirut, endemic engagement of prostitutes by her security detail, solicitation of child male prostitutes by Belgium US Ambassador. She called off internal investigation into her State Dept claiming she had no knowledge of any scandals in her state dept.
16. Clinton Foundation Conflicts of Interest: NY Times exposed the “moral & fiscal chaos & shameless fundraising” mired in conflict.
Hillary traveled to Moscow to urge the Russian government to purchase planes from Boeing. Two months later, contracts in hand, Boeing donated $900K to the Clinton (Crime) Foundation, now tied to her campaign. Foreign donations increased by 70% in 2008.
17. Trashed the White House: During 2001 transition, the US GAO found that Clinton staffers not only left rude messages to the incoming Bush team, but caused THOUSANDS of dollars’ worth of damage to the White House—all done intentionally
18. Lootergate: When the Clintons were “dead broke” after leaving the White House, allegations were the dynamic duo sent White House furniture to their personal home in NY. George Bush disregarded the “childish actions.”

Officials Force Man to Leave State Capitol Because They Were Offended by His Shirt by Bob Unruh

Jul. 21, 2024 7:00 pm – Officials in Colorado’s government, those responsible for the state Capitol building in the crime-ridden downtown Denver, decided to eject a man from the facility.

Because they didn’t like his shirt.

And now word comes from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression that it has dispatched a letter asking them to correct the situation, or “face a First Amendment lawsuit.”

Colorado is noted for its attempts to force people to speak its leftist-approved messages, regarding Christianity, homosexuality, transgenderism and the like. It has lost twice at the Supreme Court in recent years on that very topic.

The newest situation developed when Jeffrey Hunt was forced out of the Capitol’s senate gallery.

So FIRE is demanding that the sergeants-at-arms allow Coloradans to silently and respectfully express their opinions with pins and apparent at the Capitol.

Hunt told Fire, “I was shocked when I was asked to leave the senate gallery simply for wearing a pro-life sweatshirt. I felt like I was being targeted for expressing my American right to free speech. My goal with this case is to make sure this type of censorship doesn’t happen to anyone else, especially in the heart of our state’s democracy.”

He’s a radio host, and former employee of Colorado Christian University, which also calls itself “Pro-Life U.”

March 21, 2023, he was at the state senate with members of a group to oppose three leftist proposals that would set up a state assault on pro-life crisis pregnancy centers.

He wore a sweatshirt with the logo “Pro-Life U.”

And security official Ben Trujillo ordered him out because that is a “political statement.”

Trujillo and his chief, Frank Lombardi, “gave Hunt a choice: Remove the sweatshirt and re-enter the gallery or wait outside the gallery. Hunt chose the latter.”

Josh Bleisch, FIRE lawyer, said, “If there’s anywhere people’s First Amendment rights should be safe, it’s in their state capitol. Hunt had every right to be there silently expressing his opinion.”

Ironically, those security officers just a few weeks earlier had allowed students advocating for gun control to wear slogans insisting on that political agenda in the Capitol.

“Officials can’t kick you out of public galleries just because they don’t like the message on your shirt,” said FIRE attorney Raul Ruiz. “We look forward to vindicating Hunt’s rights, and the rights of every American, regardless of their opinions.”

The security officers have a deadline only days away to respond, or FIRE will sue.

Jul. 21, 2024 2:40 pm – On Sunday, after his explosive interview with Maria Bartiromo, Rep. Ron Johnson (R-WI) released his 13-page preliminary findings on the investigation into the attempted assassination of President Trump.

Senator Ron Johnson, responding to the alarming circumstances surrounding the attack, has taken immediate action by reaching out to key federal officials, including Attorney General Merrick Garland, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, and FBI Director Christopher Wray.

In his letter, Johnson demanded the preservation of all records related to the security of the rally, background information on the alleged gunman, and communications between law enforcement agencies, including the Secret Service, from July 11 to July 14, 2024.

“The lack of transparency from federal entities regarding this assassination attempt is unacceptable,” according to the summary of the preliminary investigation. “Congress and the public deserve a full explanation and complete answers to all questions regarding the failure of security at the Butler rally.”

According to local law enforcement, the Secret Service initially had no plans to deploy snipers to the rally.

In a lengthy statement published on Medium, Obama praised Biden and noted that Biden had dropped out because of his “love” for the country.

Obama stated, “I know Joe has never backed down from a fight. For him to look at the political landscape and decide that he should pass the torch to a new nominee is surely one of the toughest in his life.”

The 44th President added, “But I know he wouldn’t make this decision unless he believed it was right for America. It’s a testament to Joe Biden’s love of the country.”

Obama notably did not endorse Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic Presidential nominee but instead wrote, “For now, Michelle and I just want to express our love and gratitude to Joe and Jill for leading us so ably and courageously during these perilous times — and for their commitment to the ideals of freedom and equality that this country was founded on.”

‘Arrive in France, we’ll kill you’ – Israeli athletes receive numerous death threats ahead of olympic games

July 21, 2024 All Israel News – Israeli athletes participating in the Olympics, to begin in Paris, France on Friday, received anonymous email threats regarding a repeat of the terrorist attack against Israeli athletes that took place at the 1972 Munich Olympics.

“Arrive in France, we’ll kill you” and “Prepare for the Intifada” were some of the threats sent to 15 Israeli Olympic athletes and their teams last Thursday and Friday. These were reportedly just some of the many death threats, hate messages and other vitriol spewed online that Israeli Olympians have been receiving over the last few days.

According to local media, Israeli athletes received both online hate messages written in poor Hebrew and calls from foreign numbers.

During the Munich 1972 Olympics, Fatah’s Black September terror organization brutally tortured and murdered 11 Israeli athletes. At the time, the Palestinian Fatah party was led by PLO leader Yasser Arafat and Palestinian Authority (PA) leader Mahmoud Abbas, who is the current leader of Fatah.

Abbas was Arafat’s right-hand man and has since refused to apologize for the 1972 terror attack, calling it a “heroic operation.”

According to Israeli Olympic Committee Chairwoman Yael Arad, the Olympic team athletes were prepared for the threats and hate messages.

“It was clear to us that such a troll would come. We prepared for it. We instructed the athletes on how to act when it comes and we had many conversations and meetings on the subject,” she said, according to Walla News.

The Israeli Olympic team includes 88 athletes. They landed in Paris under a large security presence that included armed agents from Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency). The Telegraph reported that it has become the largest-ever security operation for Israeli athletes at the Olympic Games.

Israel’s Culture and Sports Minister Miki Zohar told The Telegraph that the security preparations began one year ago. All athletes have received security details from Shin Bet, he said.

“We know there are threats [against the team] but we don’t want to talk about it,” Zohar said, adding that the team’s security budget had been doubled because of the Israel-Hamas war.

“We try our best to make sure the athletes feel free but also safe and not afraid. We don’t want them to notice the security guards too much.”

Shin Bet agents are reportedly “equipped with weapons and technologies” and will be assisted by “local security and police forces,” former Shin Bet officer, Lior Akerman, told The Telegraph.

“Of course, it is not possible to go into detail about the security methods, but the combination of Israeli experience and knowledge, together with the cooperation with local security forces, provides an excellent and complete answer to the security of the delegation,” he said.

Former Shin Bet chief, Yaakov Peri, admitted there are multiple threats at the Olympics, but said the Iranian regime is behind them all.

“It can be Hamas or other terrorists, but Iran is behind almost everything. And France is of particular concern due to the level of antisemitism there,” Peri said.

On Friday, French police officers arrested a man who tried to kill a taxi driver with a knife while expressing his support for Hamas.

Israel has prevented many terrorist attacks by Iran and other groups abroad in recent months, warning in March that the risk of terrorism for Israelis abroad was especially high, particularly at the Eurovision Song Competition earlier this year.

Zohar stressed that the high risk is a threat to everyone, not only Jews and Israelis.

“They hate the free world and everyone who believes in democracy. They hate Christians, they hate Jews and anyone who doesn’t share their beliefs,” he warned.

Jul. 21, 2024 11:00 am – On Sunday, Rep. Ron Johnson joined Maria Bartiromo on her show, dropping bombshell after bombshell concerning the recent assassination attempt on President Trump.

Johnson informed Bartiromo that the Secret Service had neglected their scheduled meetings on the morning of the attempted assassination. Moreover, they had also taken photographs of the would-be assassin, identified as Crooks, an hour prior to the shooting! Johnson also revealed that he has seen evidence suggesting the possibility of not one, but two shooters.

Bartiromo told Pete Hegseth of Fox and Friends Weekends, “The local officers went up to that roof and started taking pictures of the dead body, of the shooter’s body. So suddenly a guy in a gray suit walks up the ladder and goes up to the roof.”

This man, who did not appear to have credentials, was initially assumed to be from the Secret Service. He instructed one of the local law enforcement officers to send photos to a particular cell phone number. Later, it was revealed that this individual was not from the Secret Service at all.

“We’re going to tell you exactly who that person was and what agency the local enforcement sent the pictures to,” Bartiromo promised. She also mentioned that they would dig deeper into this investigation of what she called a “massive security failure.”

During her interview with Johnson, he revealed that the authorities were instructed to send their investigation photos to an “ATF agent.”

“We called up that ATF agent. That individual said that he was with the ATF, and now he’s gone dark,” Johnson told Bartiromo.

He expressed frustration with what he called “the runaround” from federal law enforcement agents. Despite receiving information from local law enforcement, Johnson lamented that federal agencies were less forthcoming.

“I wish I could rely and have faith in the FBI and the Secret Service to do a truthful accounting of this. But that’s not been my experience with the Russian collusion hoax and for years dealing with federal law enforcement. We need completely separate and independent investigations, and it has to start now,” Johnson concluded.

Can you walk us through what you’d like to see and your preliminary findings of your investigation, which has now become bipartisan? Is that correct?

Senator Ron Johnson: Correct. I spoke with the chairman, Blumenthal, the chairman of the Permanent Subcommittee investigation. I’m the ranking member. He completely agrees with me that we must start doing transcribed interviews with all the witnesses now while memories are fresh. That’s really good news from my standpoint.

My staff immediately started reaching out to local law enforcement. We’ve gathered a fair amount of information. Again, we’re just scratching the surface. But a couple of things that we found out, for example, the Secret Service did not even attend the 9:00 security meeting with local law enforcement. It pretty well put in charge the Butler County law enforcement to coordinate things. Law enforcement wasn’t even on the same channel. The SWAT and sniper teams weren’t –

Maria Bartiromo: Just to be clear, Senator, that was a 9:00 AM meeting on July 13th, the day of the shooting? Correct.

Senator Johnson: Secret Service wasn’t there. Secret Service had been there for site visits, weren’t even there. It turned over some of the outer perimeter stuff to local law enforcement. They weren’t even on the same security channel. The sniper and SWAT teams weren’t on the same channel as the patrol officers, and they weren’t on the same channel as Secret Service, so they had to relay things.

One of the things we found out is that we’ve got a more detailed timeline. This picture is now on the internet, but a picture was, a photo was taken by the local sniper team in the AGR Building at 5:14 of Crooks. Again, we had pictures of this guy. Why was he not intercepted? There’s so many unanswered questions here.

Maria Bartiromo: The pictures were taken at 5:14, and he was shot at 6:11?

Senator Johnson suggested there may have been two shooters. He also pointed to a mysterious man from the ATF who has gone dark since the shooting.

During the interview President Trump told Jesse he was never warned by Secret Service that there was a suspicious man in the area they identified an hour before he took the stage.

Jesse Watters: They were monitoring this guy for an hour beforehand. No one told you not to take the stage?

President Trump: No, nobody mentioned it. Nobody said there was a problem. I would have waited for 15. They could have said, Let’s wait for 15 minutes, 20 minutes, five minutes, something. Nobody said, I think that was a mistake. How did somebody get on that roof? And why wasn’t he reported? Because people saw that he was on the roof. When you had Trumpers screaming a woman in the red shirt, she was screaming, There’s a man on the roof. And then other people said, There’s a man on the roof who’s got a gun. And that was quite a bit before I walked onto the stage. So you would have thought somebody would have done something about it.

Officials say the predetermined path suggests Crooks flew the drone more than once to scope out the event site. At least four Congressional committees are planning to probe the security failures that allowed him to gain access to the nearby rooftop that he fired from. Republican Senator Josh Hawley says he’s heard from multiple whistleblowers.

Senator Josh Hawley: The idea that you could have all of this time elapsed and nobody notices, no law enforcement notices he’s on the roof. Whistleblowers tell me that law enforcement were actually on different channels, different radio communication channels. There were multiple different channels, and they weren’t coordinated.

Report: Analysis Reveals Third Weapon May Have Been Used In Trump Assassination Attempt by John Symank

July 20, 2024 RTM – An audio analysis of the assassination attempt against former president Donald Trump suggests that as many as three weapons were fired at the rally before the shooter was killed.

CNN published results of forensic analysis from Catalin Grigoras, director of the National Center for Media Forensics at the University of Colorado in Denver, and Cole Whitecotton, Senior Professional Research Associate from the same location.

This report alleged that three shots were fired by “weapon A,” and the next five were consistent with “weapon B.” Weapon A presumably would have been the shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, while weapon B was most likely the Secret Service sniper who returned fire and killed Crooks.

However, the report also alleges that a possible weapon C emitted a final “acoustic impulse,” which may have belonged to a third, previously unknown shooter.

The FBI has stated that Crooks acted alone.

JUL 21, 2024 – Over the weekend, the world has been witnessing a global software outage that has impacted computer systems across all sectors, from business to healthcare to critical infrastructure to government systems and beyond.

That problem reportedly traces back to a software update with companies that use Crowdstrike, a controversial American cybersecurity company with deep ties in government and political circles. Crowdstrike says they weren’t hacked, but that this botched software update was the pretext for all of the chaos in their systems.

Today, Crowdstrike is a massive institution. The publicly traded company was sporting a $100 billion market cap prior to causing the global IT meltdown.

I know little to nothing about cybersecurity, but I know enough about Crowdstrike to never trust the company with legitimate professional services.

To understand the corruption associated with Crowdstrike, we have to go all the way back to 2015, when the cybersecurity outfit laundered its reputation and legitimacy to a massive campaign of fraud and deception that was organized by Hillary Clinton and the broader Democratic Party.

Democrats relied upon Crowdstrike — and for reasons still unknown, not the federal government — to determine that Russia was responsible for claimed cyber attacks against the Democratic National Commmitee (DNC) and email leaks from high-profile Democrats.

According to NBC News, several cities are now informing ICE about releasing illegal aliens from jail and even exploring ways in which they can expand their cooperation.

In an interview, acting ICE Director P.J. Lechleitner said some counties and cities that previously refused to tell ICE when they were releasing undocumented immigrants from jail are now discussing ways they might be able to coordinate with ICE further, like giving it advance notice before migrants convicted of violent crimes are released.

Previously, those jurisdictions had been among the many cities with Democratic or progressive leadership that had been refusing to work with ICE out of concern it might inhibit the investigation of crimes. They believed migrants would be afraid to report crimes if contacting the authorities exposed them to the risk of deportation.

Lechleitner told NBC that these cities and jurisdictions were primarily motivated by the huge numbers of illegal aliens who are released from jail only to commit further crimes against civilians:

The RNC will litigate any incidence of illegal aliens voting.

The RNC hired 100,000 poll watchers to count those ballots.

Those are the clueless words of a clueless man thinking he is in an election – not an organized, all-in, streetfight STEAL.

These are the actions of Leftist electioneering pros – who understand the new reality is not about getting out the vote. You do not need to get out the vote if you can cast ballots, by the thousands, from empty warehouses.

These pros understand they do not need to have their candidate campaign – they just need compliant polls to be close enough so the steal is not too in-your-face.

Regardless, the consensus seems to be that, just like the 2020 election, the facts don’t seem to add up, and government officials’ efforts to circle the wagons and stonewall those seeking answers are doing little to assuage the skeptics.

Jul. 19, 2024 6:40 pm – Joe Biden’s Secret Service is stonewalling America First Legal and refused to expedite its FOIA request following the assassination attempt on President Trump.

Last Saturday President Trump was grazed in the ear after a 20-year-old gunman named Thomas Matthew Crooks climbed on a roof and took several shots at Trump and rallygoers in Butler, Pennsylvania.

One Trump supporter was fatally shot. Two other rallygoers were wounded, one critically.

A Senate briefing revealed the Secret Service identified Crooks as suspicious 10 minutes before Trump took the stage.

Thomas Matthew Crooks was seen bear crawling on the roof as bystanders pointed him out to law enforcement.

An officer was right next to the building as bystanders alerted him to the potential threat.

Nearly one week later we have no explanation from the Secret Service.

America First Legal filed an expedited Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the Secret Service seeking reports, documents and communications related to the assassination attempt against President Trump.

Biden’s DHS denied America First Legal’s request to expedite the process.

“You have requested expedited processing of your request under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) standard permitting expedition when a requester demonstrates a “compelling need.” Your request for expedited treatment has been denied,” Biden’s DHS said in a letter to AFL.

Biden’s DHS denied AFL’s expedited processing request because they claim there is not:

1. Any threat to the life or safety of anyone;
2. Any urgency to inform the public about government activity.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Trump’s would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks flew a drone over the Butler, Pennsylvania fairgrounds and got aerial footage of the layout shortly before Trump took the stage at last Saturday’s rally.

The Wall Street Journal reported:

The gunman who tried to kill Donald Trump was able to fly a drone and get aerial footage of the western Pennsylvania fairgrounds shortly before the former president was set to speak there, law-enforcement officials briefed on the matter said, further underscoring the stunning security lapses ahead of Trump’s near assassination.

Thomas Matthew Crooks flew the drone on a programmed flight path earlier in the day on July 13 to scour the Butler Farm Show grounds ahead of Trump’s ill-fated rally, the officials said. The predetermined path, the officials added, suggests Crooks flew the drone more than once as he researched and scoped out the event site.

To put this in perspective, Don Jr. said the Secret Service prevents him from flying his own drone off the beach at Mar-a-Lago when his father is inside of the house.

Dr. Chris Martenson has recently presented “rock solid audio proof that there were AT LEAST TWO shooters targeting Trump and the crowd.”

Jul. 19, 2024 4:00 pm – In the early hours of Friday morning, not long after President Trump concluded his speech at the RNC Convention, news began to pour out on social media about “IT outages” across not just the country, but the globe. Major US airlines Delta, American Airlines and United Air grounded flights. As of this writing, Delta has resumed “some flight departures,” while American Airlines and United Airlines have said they’ve resumed normal operations, but expect delays.

While the airlines seem to be operating at normal or somewhat normal capacity, the FAA’s National Airspace System Status has added to their list of impacted airports. This list is subject to change.

The “outages” have impacted banks, hospitals, police and emergency services, media, among others.

The source of the problem has been identified by CrowdStrike as having to do with the Falcon platform. Crowdstrike is a cybersecurity company who was a critical component in the Democrat-led and Democrat-funded “Russia Hoax.”

CrowdStrike put out a statement on their website:

CrowdStrike is actively working with customers impacted by a defect found in a single content update for Windows hosts. Mac and Linux hosts are not impacted. This was not a cyberattack.

The issue has been identified, isolated and a fix has been deployed. We refer customers to the support portal for the latest updates and will continue to provide complete and continuous updates on our website.

We further recommend organizations ensure they’re communicating with CrowdStrike representatives through official channels.

CrowdStrike, who’s website proclaims them “Cybersecurity’s AI-Native Platform for the XDR Era-We Stop Breaches,” stated they identified the problematic file, singular, and offer several solutions to remedy the problem, including creating a back-up of the disk volume before proceeding.

Mark Cook is a computer expert who has been investigating election machines, infrastructure and procedures since the 2020 Election. On his website, HandCountRoadShow.org, he offered an explanation in layman’s terms, describing the Falcon Platform’s “Falcon Sensor” as a “part of their Cloud-based endpoint protection platform”:

Think of Endpoint Protection as a firewall on each device that is part of a network. The ‘cloud’ part of it is similar to a conductor in a orchestra, with the endpoints being those playing the instruments, and the instruments are the individual computers/servers.

According to Cook, the “Blue Screen of Death” experienced globally after the “outage” is caused by an update that conflicted with Microsoft Windows, causing machines to get “stuck during reboot,” preventing them from loading the operation software.

Jul. 20, 2024 2:20 pm – Eric Molitor, a victim in the alleged FBI plot to kidnap Michigan Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, broke his silence during a Trump rally held at Van Andel Arena.

Speaking with Real America’s Voice reporter Ben Bergquam, Molitor claimed that the FBI orchestrated the entire plot and even duped people into participating.

“The FBI set everything up. They drove people, they paid for everything. They wrote the script,” Molitor said. He alleged that Governor Whitmer herself decided the best time for the operation in collaboration with the FBI and state police.

“Governor Whitmer herself opened her scheduling book and decided with the FBI and state police when to be the best time for the daytime ride, the nighttime ride. Then they duped people into it. We even have proof of them telling people, ‘Get as many people in the trucks as possible, and don’t tell them what you’re doing until they’re already on the road.’ It was 100% set up. Governor Whitmer, if they can do it to nobody like me, they will come after everybody else,” Molitor added.

Molitor was among those implicated in the plot to kidnap Governor Whitmer. He claimed that he was tricked into participating in what he believed was a civil defense force activity against Antifa and BLM in his local area.
