Jul. 3, 2023 7:35 pm – An Obama-appointed federal judge on Monday issued a preliminary injunction against Florida’s election law that imposed limitations on third-party voter registration organizations.
In May Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R) signed SB 7020, a law that barred non-citizens from handling or collecting voter registration forms.
One of the plaintiffs in the lawsuit is an immigrant from El Salvador who works for “Mi Vecino,” a third party voter registration organization.
US District Judge Mark Walker said the election law banning non-citizens from handling voter registration forms is unconstitutional.
Judge Walker also took a veiled swipe at Governor Ron DeSantis in his 58-page ruling.
“Florida may, of course, regulate elections, including the voter registration process,” Judge Walker wrote in his ruling. “Here, however, the challenged provisions exemplify something Florida has struggled with in recent years; namely, governing within the bounds set by the United States Constitution.”
The judge acknowledged that his ruling is not the final decision.

12 Online Drugstores Caught Sharing Personal Health Data with Facebook By KFF Health News
An investigation by The Markup and KFF Health News found trackers collecting browsing- and purchase-related data on websites of 12 of the U.S.’ biggest drugstores and sharing the sensitive information with companies like Meta (formerly Facebook), Google and Microsoft.
7/3/23 – Looking for an at-home HIV test on CVS’ website is not as private an experience as one might think. An investigation by The Markup and KFF Health News found trackers on CVS.com telling some of the biggest social media and advertising platforms the products customers viewed.
And CVS is not the only pharmacy sharing this kind of sensitive data.
We found trackers collecting browsing- and purchase-related data on websites of 12 of the U.S.’ biggest drugstores, including grocery store chains with pharmacies, and sharing the sensitive information with companies like Meta (formerly Facebook); Google, through its advertising and analytics products; and Microsoft, through its search engine, Bing.
The tracking tools, popularly called “pixels,” collect information while a website runs. That information is often sent to social media firms and used to target ads, either to you personally or to groups of people that resemble you in demographics or habits.
In previous investigations, The Markup found pixels transmitting information from the U.S. Department of Education, prominent hospitals, telehealth startups, and major tax preparation companies.
Pharmacy retailer websites’ pixels send a shopper’s IP address — a sort of mailing address for a person’s computer or household internet — to social media giants and other firms.
They also send cookies, a way of storing information in a user’s browser that in this case helps track a user from page to page as the user browses a retailer’s site. Cookies can sometimes also associate individuals on a site with their account on a social media platform.
In addition to the IP address and cookies, the pixels often send information about what you’ve clicked or bought, including sensitive items, such as HIV tests.
“HIV testing is the gateway to HIV prevention and treatment services,” said Oni Blackstock, the founder of Health Justice and a former assistant commissioner for the New York City Bureau of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control, in an interview.
“People living with HIV should have control over whether someone knows their status,” she said.
Many retailers shared other detailed interaction data with advertising platforms as well. Ten of the retailers we examined alerted at least one tech platform when shoppers clicked “add to cart” as they shopped for retail goods, a capacious category that included sensitive products like prenatal vitamins, pregnancy tests and Plan B emergency contraception.
Supermarket giant Kroger, for instance, informed Meta, Bing, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest when a shopper added Plan B to the cart, and informed Google and Nextdoor, a social media platform on which people from the same neighborhood gather in forums, that a shopper had visited the page for the item.
Walmart informed Google’s advertising service when a shopper browsed the page of an HIV test, and Pinterest when that shopper added it to the cart.

JULY 03, 2023 – A 23-year-old man is publicly de-transitioning and condemning transgender procedures after receiving hormone replacement therapy and a sex-change surgery. The man said that the surgery destroyed his life and that he hopes those types of procedures will one day be banned.
Daniel Black said that he was given hormonal treatments at 17 years old after just a 30-minute consultation during which he also planned to surgically remove his penis, according to the Daily Mail.
At 19, Black had a surgery to remove his penis and later would get breast implants and have his chest muscles reconstructed.
“My life changed in 2019 when my doctors told me that the best way to go is to get my genitals operated,” Black wrote on Twitter. “They created a ‘neovagina’ and removed my testicles. The whole experience was horrible and exhausting. I was not able to finish school and my mental state went from bad to worse. I don’t recommend undergoing this surgery to anyone. It’s mutilation. Men will never be women. Women will never be men,” he added.

Jul. 3, 2023 7:15 am – 157 arrests were made Sunday night, down from 719 arrests Saturday night, 994 Friday night and 1311 Thursday night. 24-year-old firefighter Dorian Damelincourt died in Saint-Denis trying to fight a fire of several vehicles in an underground car park. A total of 352 fires were recorded: 297 vehicles were burned and 34 buildings set on fire. Three police officers were reported injured.
After five nights of riots, the Ministry of the Interior recorded about 5,000 vehicles burned, nearly 1,000 buildings damaged, 250 attacks on police stations, and more than 700 police officers injured. About 3,200 have been arrested since Tuesday during the riots.
The General Inspectorate of the National Police (IGNP) denied reports that the police officer involved in the fatal shooting of Nahel M. June 27 had threatened to “shoot him in the head” as claimed by Nahel’s accomplice Fouad and mainstream media intent on fueling the violence. Instead, the officers had instructed Nahel to turn off the engine and put his hands behind his head, Valeurs Actuelles reports.

MONDAY, JUL 03, 2023 – 05:11 AM – Former President Trump was correct about France many years ago. He said, “I wouldn’t go to France. Because France is no longer France …This world better be very careful and they better get very tough and very smart.”
As the unrest in France sparked by the police killing of a teenager of North African descent continued for the fifth day, Paul Joseph Watson offered his view of why social unrest has quickly spread nationwide. And spoiler alert, unlike French officials who blame “social media,” PJW said, “This is what happens when you absorb millions of migrants into a European county at an accelerated rate pace — with zero plan — with zero prospects for ever integrating them.”
Rioters burned vehicles and buildings and looted stores nationwide for the fifth consecutive night. Police arrested 719 people by the early hours of Sunday, according to the French interior ministry.
Reuters noted the chaos was “less intense overnight” compared with the 1,300 people arrested on Friday night, suggesting riots are dying down after more than 45,000 police officers, as well as dozens of military armored vehicles, were deployed across the country to squash the violence.
President Emmanuel Macron canceled his visit to Germany and met with officials Sunday to develop strategies to suppress some of the worst violence the country has seen since the 2018 “Yellow Vest” protests.

July 1, 2023 – While the Leftist-Islamic alliance is cracking elsewhere due to the Left’s determination to normalize gender delusions and fantasies and sexualize children, in France, it has the whole country aflame, and could conceivably bring about the end of the Republic. What is happening now in France was entirely foreseeable, but few dared foresee it, for fear of being called “racist,” “Islamophobic,” and “far right.” Once again those who have been smeared with such terms turn out to have been right all along.
The now-nationwide riots started as video spread of an incident that look place last Tuesday, when a 17-year-old Muslim, who has been identified only as Nahel M., was shot by police. According to the New York Times, “French news media, citing anonymous police sources, initially reported that the teenager, driving a yellow Mercedes, had plowed into police officers, leading one of them to shoot.” However, “video soon surfaced on Twitter that seemed to contradict the police. The teenager, the video shows, was stopped by two police officers, one of whom has his gun drawn. As the teenager drives away, a loud bang is heard as an officer appears to shoot within point blank range in broad daylight. The police officer who fired the shot later told investigators that he was trying to stop the driver from fleeing and was worried that he or his colleague would be hurt if the driver got away.”

The Church is going through a very serious crisis, mirroring that of civil governments: those who hold positions of power have shown themselves to be enemies of the institution they oversee and of the people over whom they exercise their authority. This subversive action leads those who are not willing to accept the betrayal to become the object of persecution: just as the doctors who chose to treat patients during the pandemic lost their licenses and were deprived of their salary, so the priests and religious who they do not adapt to the Bergoglian revolution are being removed from churches, expelled from convents, and left without any means of support. And what is most disconcerting is that the persecutions of those who are good multiply with impunity, while at the same time those who carry them out show themselves to be conciliatory and “inclusive” towards the enemies of the Church: heretics, perverts and those who are corrupt remain in their positions, indeed they are promoted and encouraged in sin and vice by the very ones whom Christ commanded to protect the flock from rapacious wolves. On the other hand, in the marvelous world of Santa Marta, convents and religious houses must be sold in order to transform them into resorts or lucrative immigrant “welcoming centers.” Or, more simply, they are sold in order to compensate for the millions in reparations that the Dioceses must pay to the victims of their corrupt clergy and the financial hole resulting from the disaffection of the faithful.
The persecution imposed by the Vatican – where Bergoglio’s protégés dominate with impunity – also manifests itself in disciplinary actions that violate the laws of the Church and the very purpose for which those laws have legitimacy: there are countless cases of placing Dioceses and religious communities under pontifical commissaries, of intimidating inspections, specious Apostolic Visits, removals of Bishops, while priests are suspended a divinis or reduced to the lay state whose only mistake has been not wanting to apostatize the Catholic Faith. The recent cases of the Benedictine Monastery of Pienza in Italy and the Carmel of Arlington in Texas, which are added to many less well-known cases, are the confirmation of a deliberate will to distort and destroy the last vestiges of Catholicism on the part of the highest levels of the Hierarchy.
To this end, under my personal patronage, the civil association Exsurge Domine has been founded, which has as its social purpose “to provide assistance, support and material help to clergy, religious and consecrated laity who are in conditions of particular economic and logistical difficulties; to defend the unchanged and incorruptible Tradition of the Catholic Faith; to preserve and promote the traditional liturgy; to encourage the study and theological and cultural awareness of the immense religious, historical and artistic heritage of Christianity; and to foster opportunities for dialogue and encounter between the various associations, experiences or groups operating within the perennial Tradition of the Catholic Church.”

A trusting public relies on “Election Night Reporting” or “ENR” to find out who won on election night. But ENR broadcast on election night is not a report of real tallies but a tool to shape perceptions about election results. What was reported on television was perceived as reality and races were called by the media – outcomes that that any political or judicial institution was loath to challenge after the fact for fear of media bullying.
Election Night Reporting is another smoking gun that proves our elections are centrally manipulated.

FRIDAY, JUN 30, 2023 – 04:20 PM – Over the past few years, the transgender movement has pushed its way into every nook and cranny of American culture, and major institutions and authorities have tried to force all people to go along with it.
But now, the tide is turning.
It started quietly, with biological science and objective reality being given a backseat to internal feelings and chosen identity. To become a member of the opposite sex, all one needs to do is declare it to be so and others will be forced to acknowledge it is so.
Next came the reengineering of language. The word “sex,” which defines a man or a woman, has been replaced by the word “gender,” which can be anything.
Then came the new terms and pronouns.
To help people keep up with the growing list of terms and pronouns, Trans Student Educational Resources provides a tutorial, advising that “these are not the only pronouns” and that “there are an infinite number of pronouns as new ones emerge in our language.”
For those who struggle to differentiate and understand the new terms and pronouns, there’s an “LGBTQ+ Glossary” explaining all of the gender terms, acronyms, initialisms, and pronouns on their ever-evolving and expanding list.
Even the National Institutes of Health under the Department of Health and Human Services provides instruction and guidance on the proper use of “Gender Pronouns & Their Use in Workplace Communications,” warning that “intentional refusal to use someone’s correct pronouns is equivalent to harassment and a violation of one’s civil rights.”
Refusal to use a colleague’s preferred pronoun at work can result in punishment or termination.

Oscar award winning Alan Arkin died on Friday at the age of 89.
His sons Adam, Matthew and Anthony confirmed their father’s death through the actor’s publicist.
“Our father was a uniquely talented force of nature, both as an artist and a man,” they said in a statement quoted by The Associated Press.
While no cause of death was provided, Arkin had heart ailments.
Arkin was born in Brooklyn, New York, on March 26, 1934 and was raised in a Jewish family. His grandparents were Jewish immigrants from Ukraine, Russia, and Germany
A member of Chicago’s famed Second City comedy troupe, Arkin was an immediate success in movies with the Cold War spoof “The Russians Are Coming, The Russians Are Coming” and peaked late in life with his win as best supporting actor for the surprise 2006 hit “Little Miss Sunshine.”
