A record 88,225 people are currently in prison in England and Wales and there are believed to be less than 700 places remaining.

Doctors Muzzled During COVID Get Green Light to Sue Overlords by Bob Unruh
July 8, 1024 – Physicians who were threatened and abused by various tyrannical credentialing boards that sought to suppress anything but the official government story line about COVID-19 have been given the go-ahead by the courts to sue.
The case was brought by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons Education Foundation against the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Board of Family Medicine and the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security over various situations in which those organizations threatened or actually acted against doctors because of what they said about COVID.
Their medical opinions essentially contradicted the government’s talking points about taking various experimental shots, which evidence now shows have been extremely damaging to thousands of people.
The challenge focused on the coordinated campaigns to “censor and chill the speech of physicians,” with special targeting of those who criticized the unfounded positions taken by White House adviser Anthony Fauci, lockdowns, masks and more.
A district judge had claimed that the AAPS “lacked standing,” but a decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has reversed that dismissal.
It’s headed back to the lower courts for discovery, and potentially a full trial.
A report in the Federalist documented the ruling.
“The AAPS Educational Foundation brought the case because of a series of physicians who were being threatened with loss of their board certification because they had made comments that were either critical of the COVID0 vaccines or that advocated for early treatment with repurposed drugs,” explained AAPS chief Jane Orient.
“Particularly bad were the three defendants of the internal board who were also engaged in threatening physicians who supported the overturning of Roe v. Wade or had anything to say about abortion and its side effects.”
The case also cited the egregious censorship schemes that were being developed by Homeland Security’s Disinformation Governance Board which, Orient explained, “was devoted to seeking out and finding ‘disinformation,’ ‘malinformation,’ and, or pressuring people, including those on specialty boards and social media companies, to take action.”
Public outrage that the government would assemble such a force prompted that particular coalition to be disbanded, but that doesn’t mean that scheme has been abandoned.
When physicians made public comments, press comments, testified in hearings – and their statements did not align with the Biden administration’s political agenda – they were threatened with loss of their credentials, which in many cases could mean the loss of their income.
The power structure simply labeled, without evidence, dissenting opinions as “misinformation, disinformation, and malinformation,” the case charged.
One facing punishment was Dr. Peter McCullough, a professor of medicine for decades, who was forced into independent practice over his views after those in “academic practice” refused to allow him free speech.
He questioned, during a state legislative hearing, the experimental shots, and the ABIM later adopted a rule about “misinformation” and retroactively applied it to him, the report said.
McCullough confirmed to The Federalist he provided documentation and evidence regarding his opinions on COVID, but the organization refused to accept it.
The power structure lined up against the dissenting doctors including those credentialing agencies as well as insurance companies that would refuse to provide compensation for treatment if the doctor’s opinion differed from theirs.
Lawyer Andrew Schlafly, litigating for AAPS, said, “Viewpoint-based censorship of freedom of speech is one of the most important issues today, and essential to the future of both our country and the ability of patients to obtain quality medical care. It is vital that we restore freedom of speech and end improper interference with it. Physicians must be able to speak candidly about issues of public concern without fear of retaliation.”

According to Axios, House Democrats are predictably planning to strike down legislation that would require proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in federal elections.
Responding to podcaster Tim Pool, Musk said the reason that Democrats are doing this is because they “want to cheat” in federal elections, as they have done repeatedly over recent election cycles.
As extensively reported by The Gateway Pundit and other conservative media organizations, huge numbers of non-citizens are allowed to vote in federal elections, in many cases actively encouraged or solicited to do so by Democratic lawmakers and their allies.
Musk, meanwhile, has repeatedly raised concerns about electoral integrity with his nearly 190 million followers on the X platform.
Last month, he warned that electronic voting machines were at risk of being hacked and should therefore be eliminated from the electoral system.
“We should eliminate electronic voting machines,” he wrote at the time. “The risk of being hacked by humans or AI, while small, is still too high.”

Then we notice a big difference, a greater calm, in our vulnerable areas. In the second year when they are still in Sweden, they become messier.”

Boeing to Plead Guilty to Deadly 737 MAX Crashes in 2018 and 2019 to Avoid Criminal Trial — Agrees to Pay Additional $243.6 Million Fine By Jim Hᴏft
Jul. 8, 2024 1:26 am – The Boeing Company has agreed to plead guilty to charges of criminal fraud conspiracy related to the catastrophic 737 MAX crashes of 2018 and 2019, which tragically claimed the lives of 346 people.
This plea deal allows Boeing to sidestep a potentially explosive criminal trial while agreeing to a fine of only $243.6 million, bringing the total penalty to $487.2 million.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Biden Gestapo Department of Justice (DOJ) is reportedly considering letting Boeing off the hook for its alleged criminal violations related to the fatal crashes in 2018 and 2019. This comes despite U.S. prosecutors’ recommendations that criminal charges be brought against the planemaker for violating a settlement agreement.
However, senior department officials appear to have already concluded that prosecuting the company would be too “legally risky.”
“Officials see the appointment of an independent watchdog as a quicker, more efficient way to ensure that the troubled company improves safety, manufacturing and quality control procedures,” the Times reported.
Boeing was previously shielded from a criminal charge of conspiracy to commit fraud arising from the fatal crashes under a 2021 agreement. The agreement stipulated that Boeing had to overhaul its compliance practices and submit regular reports.
In return, the DOJ agreed not to prosecute Boeing over allegations that it defrauded the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
However, this agreement was allegedly breached by Boeing, which failed to “design, implement, and enforce a compliance and ethics program” to prevent violations of U.S. fraud laws. Despite this, the Biden regime’s DOJ is considering offering another deferred prosecution agreement to Boeing.
Boeing reached a new plea deal late Sunday night to settle the US criminal investigation into two fatal 737 MAX crashes, allowing it to avoid a potentially lengthy and costly criminal trial.
“The United States of America (the “Government”) respectfully submits this status report to inform the Court that the Government and The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) have reached an agreement in principle on the terms of a proposed plea agreement,” according to the DOJ filing.
This agreement includes a fine of $243.6 million, which will be credited against a previous payment under a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA), effectively requiring Boeing to pay an additional $243.6 million.
The crashes of Lion Air Flight 610 in October 2018 and Ethiopian Airlines Flight 302 in March 2019 exposed severe flaws in the design and certification of the 737 MAX’s Maneuvering Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS).
These flaws were linked to Boeing’s alleged misstatements to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), misleading regulators about the safety of the aircraft, according to the DOJ filing.
As part of the plea agreement, Boeing will be held accountable for its fraudulent activities by agreeing to:
- Guilty Plea: Boeing will plead guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States.
- Criminal Fine: The company will pay a statutory maximum fine of $243.6 million, double its pecuniary gain from the offense. This fine is in addition to the same amount already paid under the previous DPA, bringing the total penalty to $487.2 million.
- Probation and Compliance Measures: Boeing will be subject to probation, including the appointment of an independent compliance monitor for three years, to ensure adherence to rigorous safety and compliance standards. The company must invest at least $455 million in its compliance and safety programs over this period.
- Restitution: The plea agreement allows the court to determine restitution for the victims’ families at its discretion. However, it does not include restitution for Boeing’s airline customers who purchased the 737 MAX.
The proposed plea agreement is expected to be filed with the court by July 19, 2024.

Shortly after I arrived, I had encountered about 5 large groups of illegal aliens.
Like Lukeville, AZ, where I spent 7 weeks camped out from Oct. to Dec. in 2023, this place has people coming in illegally from around the world. In Lukeville, about half of the illegals were from Islamic-majority nations in Africa.
In Jacumba, what I’m seeing is that a large number of the illegals are from China.
But that’s not what this article is about.
Everywhere I go on the border, I find discarded passports, IDs, and driver’s licenses. Other border reporters find them all the time, too.
People crossing illegally dump their IDs for a variety of reasons. One of the main ones is that apparently, if they are caught and sent back into Mexico, Mexico will send them to their home country. If they have no ID, they stay in Mexico. That makes it easier to try to cross the border again.
About a week ago, I was exploring dirt roads and trails in the low mountains on the border near Jacumba.
I decided to climb a small hill, and then some boulders to get a better look at a valley and the trails going through it.
Right under a huge boulder, I spotted a green passport booklet. It was completely out of sight of the dirt road I had driven in on with a colleague (eyeoftheSTORMsd on X).
When I opened the passport, I was surprised to find that it was that of a male illegal alien from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. He had dumped it on a mountain behind a pile of boulders where no one would look. He hasn’t had his passport stamped since 2020. He didn’t want it known that he was in the country.

When Fractal started publishing videos of the “voters living in places without bedrooms,” we received emails – leading to phone calls, sometimes meetings, several times testimony under oath with one of the field teams.
Those emails were from Postal Service mail carriers.
That is the postman, the person with the large leather bag, filled with junk mail, your dog probably loves.
Several carriers told us they collected undeliverable mail-in ballots, in 2020 and 2022 and returned them to the central office. Carriers were told to put these ballots in a special bin. They testified these were given to Leftist groups.
There were enough emails, from different states, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan come to mind, indicating organization.
We cannot stop Post Office employees giving undeliverable ballots to Leftists. Neither can you.
We can, and will, in 2024, stop many of these undeliverable ballots from going to ineligible addresses – with the Undeliverable Ballot Database, keeping them out of the grasp of the Post Office.
Some election scams are more subtle – and one only discovers them long after the horse departed the barn.
The Wisconsin team interviewed Postal Service workers – as opposed to mail carriers. They met with whistle-blowers who worked in the central sorting facilities. Here’s what they learned.
In 2020 and 2022, particularly in Milwaukee, the Postal Service workers were able to discern electronically if a mail-in ballot came from a Republican or a Democrat. There was, according to this witness, an indicator on the envelope.

The 1993 NVRA law (National Voter Registration Act) bars election officials from removing any voters from the rolls within 90 days of an election (see page 8 below). This is often referred to as the “90 Day Freeze”.
The Democrat-run DOJ Civil Rights Division (CRD) has used this part of the law relentlessly over the years to defend dirty voter rolls and thwart any cleanup prior to elections.
Democrats support this law, knowing it allows fraudulent registrations to stay on the voter rolls.
According to the NVRA, conservatives and Republicans have until Wednesday, August 7, 2024 for election departments to clean their voter rolls using bulk processes or methods.

In November, nationwide, households need six-figure incomes to comfortably afford the typical home for sale, according to a report by Redfin.
Last month, the nation’s home buyers needed to make about $107,000 annually, up from about $74,000 a year earlier, to afford a median-priced home, according to Redfin. That’s an increase of nearly 46%.
In the Philadelphia metropolitan area, the annual income needed to afford a home at the median sales price of $260,000 was about $70,000 last month, up from about $50,600 in October 2021. That’s a 38% increase.

The bill in question, the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (SAVE Act), seeks to mandate proof of U.S. citizenship for voting in federal elections.
Stephen Miller, Senior Advisor to President Trump and Founder of America First Legal, expressed his disbelief on X, writing, “Read the below. Then read it again. A major DC establishment publication says that House Democrats are “bringing out the big guns,” to get illegal aliens to vote in 2024. How can any American support a party that wants to flood the ballot box with illegals?”
The SAVE Act is scheduled for a vote next week and if passed, will require “documentary proof of United States citizenship” for voting in federal elections.
Mike Johnson summarized the key features of the SAVE Act:
- It requires state election officials to ask about citizenship before providing voter registration forms.
- It mandates an individual to provide proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.
- It allows state officials to accept a wide variety of documents that will make it easy for citizens to register to vote in federal elections.
- It provides states with access to federal agency databases so they can remove noncitizens from voter rolls and confirm citizenship for individuals lacking proof of citizenship.
- It directs DHS to determine whether to conduct removal proceedings if a noncitizen has been identified as having registered to vote in federal elections.
- It requires DHS to notify a state chief election official whenever an individual has been naturalized.

By “all Resistance Fronts,” Iran means not just Hezbollah and Hamas, but also the Houthi rebels in Yemen as well as other groups in Syria and Iraq.
