Supreme Court declines Biden administration request to enforce LGBTQ Title IX protections By Misty Severi

August 16, 2024 6:32pm – The United States’ Supreme Court on Friday rejected a request from the Biden administration to enforce new protections for LGBTQ students that have been blocked in multiple conservative states.

The new federal rule was established under Title IX and was meant to protects students from discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The rule was unveiled in April, and took effect in some states in August.

The court’s 5-4 decision was issued in an unsigned order, and drew rebuke from the three liberal judges on the Supreme Court and conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch.

“On this limited record and in its emergency applications, the Government has not provided this Court a sufficient basis to disturb the lower courts’ interim conclusions that the three provisions found likely to be unlawful are intertwined with and affect other provisions of the rule,” the order read.

The ruling means that the order will remain on hold in Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

“By blocking the Government from enforcing scores of regulations that respondents never challenged and that bear no apparent relationship to respondents’ alleged injuries, the lower courts went beyond their authority to remedy the discrete harms alleged here,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor wrote in her dissent, per The Hill.

Aug. 16, 2024 10:45 am – Brazilian communist President Lula da Silva is proposing new elections in Venezuela to determine whether dictator Nicolás Maduro should remain in power. This idea was floated by Lula’s advisor, Celso Amorim, who is known for his pro-Hamas stance.

Yesterday, Lula suggested that Maduro explore options to secure his hold on power. The Brazilian president stated:

“Maduro still has six months left in his term. If he has any sense, he could call on the people of Venezuela, perhaps even call for new elections, establish criteria for the participation of all candidates, create a non-partisan electoral committee that includes everyone, and allow international observers from all over the world to monitor the elections.”

Lula’s proposal was swiftly rejected by the Venezuelan opposition. María Corina Machado, the opposition leader in Venezuela, dismissed the idea, saying:

“If we go to a second election and Maduro doesn’t like the result, what do we do? Go to a third, then a fourth or fifth? This is unworkable. The fact is, we entered an election and won.”

In addition to being rejected by the opposition, it’s important to note that Venezuela’s Constitution does not permit new elections, as the head of government is decided in a single contest.

Controlled by the Chavista dictatorship, the National Electoral Council declared Maduro the winner, providing only total figures and withholding the electoral records.

The opposition claims to possess 80% of the tally sheets and insists they won with 67% of the vote. International bodies like the UN, the OAS, and the Carter Center have denounced the lack of transparency in the elections and have unsuccessfully urged the Venezuelan government to release the tally sheets.

Commie Pope Francis Outrageously Labels Israel’s Defensive Actions in Gaza as “Terrorism” By Jim Hᴏft

Aug. 16, 2024 12:20 pm – Pope Francis has once again thrust himself into the political arena, this time condemning Israel’s military actions in Gaza as “terrorism.”

During his recent recitation of the Angelus prayer from St. Peter’s Square, the pontiff made inflammatory statements that not only mischaracterize a complex conflict but also undermine the legitimacy of a nation defending itself against ongoing aggression.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas and other Palestinian armed groups launched a coordinated assault on Israel, marking one of the most severe terrorist attacks in history.

Human Rights Watch has documented numerous violations of international humanitarian law during the attack that could amount to war crimes. These violations included deliberate and indiscriminate attacks against civilians, willful killings of persons in custody, and hostage-taking.

Israeli authorities reported that approximately 1,195 individuals were killed as a result of the terrorist attack, with assessments indicating that at least 815 among them were civilians, including foreign nationals, women, and children.

The terrorist attack also resulted in a significant hostage crisis, with reports stating that Palestinian armed groups took approximately 251 civilians and members of Israeli security forces into Gaza.

On Thursday, the shocking statement from Pope Francis was delivered to millions of Catholics around the world, who tuned in for what they expected to be a message of peace and prayer.

“I continue to receive very serious and painful news from Gaza,” the Pope began, immediately delving into his one-sided narrative. “Unarmed civilians are subjected to bombings and shootings. And this even happened inside the parish complex of the Holy Family, where there are no terrorists, but families, children, sick and disabled people, nuns.”

Francis, in an apparent attempt to further vilify Israel’s efforts to protect its citizens, recounted a tragic incident involving a mother and her daughter, who he claimed were killed by Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) snipers. The Pope used this incident to stoke outrage, ignoring the complex realities of urban warfare and the well-documented tactics of terrorist groups using civilian areas as shields.

The pontiff went on to conflate war with terrorism, stating, “Some say: ‘It’s terrorism, it’s war.’ Yes, it’s war, it’s terrorism. This is why Scripture states that ‘God makes wars cease… he breaks bows and breaks spears.’ Let us pray to the Lord for peace.”

Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA), a member of the House Task Force on the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, authored the report after spending 20 hours on the ground in Butler County, Pennsylvania, meticulously examining the crime scene.

The report, dated August 12, 2024, and addressed to Task Force Chairman Mike Kelly, exposes a series of alarming FBI actions—or inactions—that appear to undermine the investigation’s credibility.

Secret Service Radio Mishap:

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) failed to retrieve radios that had been set aside for them by Butler County tactical command. These radios were crucial for the coordinated security efforts during the rally. The failure to collect and use these radios as planned raises significant concerns about communication lapses on the day of the attempt.

“Butler County runs the radio communications tower out of their 911 Call Center. That is pretty much the way radio communications work across America in every County, in every State. If their radios are “interoperable,” a visiting law enforcement agency is assigned a frequency, a “channel” for their operation while in that County. If their radios are not “interoperable” with the County Communications tower, then the visiting agency is assigned/offered actual radios to use while they are running their operation in the County.

“USSS did not retrieve the radios that had been set aside for them by Butler County tactical command. The radio comms were properly and perfectly arranged during the extensive pre-mission planning. On J12, the Butler County ESU Commander personally reminded the USSS counter-sniper teams to pick up their assigned radios at the ESU Command Post RV, which was positioned according to planning at the Butler Fairgrounds, the following morning before 1100 hrs. It didn’t happen.”

Casings and Shots Fired:

All eight casings from shots fired by the would-be assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks, were recovered and are allegedly in proper possession of the FBI. Additionally, the ninth shot, fired by a Butler SWAT operator, struck Crooks, disrupting his attack. A tenth shot, believed to be the fatal one, was fired by a USSS counter-sniper team.

“8 shots were fired by Crooks from his firing (and dying) position on the AGR rooftop. The position provided excellent concealment for Crooks from the northern counter-sniper team due to the foliage/branches of two trees. Crooks’ firing position did NOT offer excellent concealment from the southern counter-sniper team.

However, it should be noted that the would-be assassin perfectly positioned himself to minimize the threat of counter-fire from the ground or the USSS counter-sniper teams. Crooks’ firing position was also several feet back from the actual peak of the AGR rooftop. By choosing this position, Crooks effectively minimized the sky-lined profile of his head and upper body.

All 8 casings were recovered and are allegedly in proper possession of the FBI. Thomas Matthew Crooks’ rifle is also allegedly in the proper possession of the FBI. I will need to examine all of the physical evidence that has been harvested by law enforcement and is in the possession of the FBI. All of it.

The 9th shot fired on J13 was from a Butler SWAT operator from the ground about 100 yards away from the AGR building. Shot 9 hit Crooks’ rifle stock and fragged his face/neck/right shoulder area from the stock breaking up.

The SWAT operator who took this shot was a total badass; when he had sighted the shooter Crooks as a mostly obscured by foliage moving target on the AGR rooftop, he immediately left his assigned post and ran towards the threat, running to a clear shot position directly into the line of fire while Crooks was firing 8 rounds.

On his own, this ESU SWAT operator took a very hard shot, one shot. He stopped Crooks and importantly, I believe the shot damaged the buffer tube on Crooks’ AR. I won’t be certain of this until I can examine Crooks’ rifle, but I’m 99% sure, based upon reliable eye-witness ESU tactical officers who observed Crooks’ rifle before the FBI harvested it as evidence. This means that if his AR buffer tube was damaged, Crooks’ rifle wouldn’t fire after his 8th shot.

The 10th (and, I believe, final) shot was fired from the southern counter-sniper team. I will not be 100% certain of this until further investigation. However, I am quite sure that the USSS southern counter-sniper team fired the killing shot, which, according to my investigation, entered somewhere around the left mouth area and exited the right ear area. Instant over. This entry-exit aligns with USSS southern counter-sniper team position.”

Aug. 15, 2024 9:20 pm – A preliminary investigation report by Rep. Clay Higgins (LA-R) has revealed the body of Trump rally shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks is gone.

In Rep. Higgins’s report, he wrote that on August 5th, when he requested to view the body of Thomas Matthew Crooks, he was told the body of Crooks was “gone.”

The representative from Louisiana further noted that the FBI released the body to be cremated just ten days after the shooting occurred on July 13.

Higgins, in his preliminary report of the Trump rally shooting, wrote, “My effort to examine Crooks’ body on Monday, August 5, caused quite a stir and revealed a disturbing fact… the FBI released the body for cremation 10 days after J13.”

“On J23, Crooks was gone. Nobody knew this until Monday, August 5, including the County Coroner, law enforcement,
Sheriff, etc. Yes, Butler County Coroner technically had legal authority over the body,” added Higgins.

Higgins also noted in his report that the FBI released the crime scene after three days and cleaned up biological evidence from the scene.

BREAKING: U.S. Secret Service Breaks into Massachusetts Hair Salon and Tapes Over Security Camera, Allegedly to Let People Use the Bathroom During Kamala Harris Fundraiser By Jim Hᴏft

Aug. 9, 2024 2:00 pm – Secret Service agents reportedly invaded a Massachusetts hair salon without permission, violated the business owner’s privacy, and taped over security cameras while securing the area for Kamala Harris’s recent fundraiser.

On July 27, the Four One Three Salon in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was forcefully entered by Secret Service agents ahead of Kamala Harris’s first in-person fundraiser since becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee, the Business Insider first reported.

The salon’s owner, Alicia Powers, had already complied with the Secret Service’s requests by closing her business for the day to accommodate the security needs of the event, which was being held at the nearby Colonial Theatre.

“They had a bunch of people in and out of here doing a couple of bomb sweeps again — totally understand what they have to do, due to the nature of the situation,” Powers told Business Insider. “And at that point, my team felt like it was a little bit chaotic, and we just made the decision to close for Saturday.”

However, what transpired next left Powers feeling violated and betrayed. According to Powers, Secret Service agents took it upon themselves to enter her locked salon, use her bathroom, and tamper with her security cameras—all without her consent.

Security footage obtained by Business Insider showed a female Secret Service agent taping over the lens of a Ring security camera located at the salon’s entrance.

The agents then proceeded to break into the salon, triggering the security alarm and using the facilities for nearly two hours before leaving the building completely unsecured.

“When I got back to my phone, it was actually closer to 2:30 before I caught that. When I saw that people were in here I literally got in my car I raced here they had already essentially cleaned up and left,” Powers told iBerkshire.

“When I got back here, my front door was left unlocked. I don’t know how long it was unlocked for and that’s essentially the the gist of what happened. They were walking around in here for a good hour and a half, my alarm was going off the entire time, that should have alarmed somebody that maybe you shouldn’t be in the building.”

Legal War Looming Over Town’s Decision to Attack Christian Meetings by Bob Unruh

Aug. 15, 2024 5:00 pm – Officials order newspaper to remove ad promoting park meeting in act that is ‘utterly unthinkable.’

A new legal war is looming over a series of attacks by officials in a Massachusetts town on a pastor who wanted to arrange a time and location for some of his church’s members to meet for a Bible study.

Many of the details, including the town, the names of the officials and the pastor, are not being released immediately because the American Center for Law and Justice explains it has written a demand letter in the hope that the dispute can be resolved short of formal court action.

But the ACLJ charged that some of the town’s actions were “utterly unthinkable.”

Including officials’ demand that a local newspaper remove an ad promoting a meeting time and place in a park for the study.

The ACLJ explained the local government not only “blocked a church from using a public library’s community meeting room” but also ordered the newspaper to drop a church ad promoting a Bible study.

“Our client is a pastor. He requested the use of the community meeting room of his town’s library to conduct Bible studies for his church and to hold gatherings for grief support. The Massachusetts town policy for the meeting room makes clear that the meeting room is open for the public for informational, educational, cultural, and civic benefit. The meeting room rules also allow people to reserve the room for regular use, for example, a monthly reservation,” the ACLJ documented.

At first, the library director agreed to a pastor’s request for biweekly meetings, but then abruptly reversed course in an email, insisting that “legal counsel” said the rooms were NOT available for “recurring” events.

“Her statement directly contradicted library policy. Our client sent follow-up letters trying to reserve the room and to figure out whether the library would let him use it at all. But he received no response. At this time, he has still not received any confirmation of any ability to use the space, whether for occasional use or for recurring events,” the legal team explained.

So the pastor wanted to meet with five or six others for a Bible study in an open area of a local public park, a meeting that does not require a fee for a formal “social function” in the park.

“Our client sent an informational ad to the local newspaper, which agreed to publish the ad about his Bible study in the grass. His ad made clear that this Bible study would not be inside a building like a park gazebo that required a reservation; rather, it asked people to bring chairs and indicated that the regular Bible study would only occur if the weather permitted.”

Town officials then ordered the newspaper to pull the ad.

“Both these acts are egregious constitutional violations, flying in the face of decades-old Supreme Court precedents. The library violated the First Amendment by prohibiting our client from regularly using the library meeting room, even though the library policy expressly allows people to do so. The library told him that the rules only allowed occasional use of the library meeting room, despite the fact that the meeting room application itself allowed him to select that the use was not a one-time use. And then, further evidencing animus, the library stopped even responding to our client’s requests to reserve a room, whether occasional or not,” the ACLJ said.

Regarding the park meeting, “The Supreme Court has emphasized that ‘streets and parks, which have immemorially been held in trust for the use of the public and, time out of mind, have been used for purposes of assembly, communicating thoughts between citizens, and discussing public questions. . . . In these quintessential public forums, the government may not prohibit all communicative activity,’” the legal team said.

“Requiring a permit before a small group gathers on the grass of a public park is antithetical to the First Amendment. And ordering a newspaper to remove an ad for a private event is utterly unthinkable.”

• German prosecutors on Thursday issued the first arrest warrant in their investigation into the undersea explosions in 2022 that blew up the Nord Stream gas pipelines to Europe.

• German media outlets reported in a joint report that federal prosecutors obtained an arrest warrant in June against a Ukrainian national who may be living in Poland.

• The individual was identified as Volodymyr Z. (what a strange coincidence?)

• The explosion caused 800 million cubic meters of gas, equivalent to about 3 months of Danish gas supplies, to escape.

According to reports: The CIA knew Ukraine blew it up – and the CIA and Biden regime lied to the American public for two years now!

‘Who is Picking These Specific People to Be on His Detail?!’… UPDATE on Shocking Report That Female Secret Service Agent Abandoned Post During Trump Protection Detail to Nurse Baby (Video) By Margaret Flavin

Aug. 15, 2024 1:20 pm – Serious questions have arisen after the shocking report that a female Secret Service abandoned her post during protection duty for President Trump to nurse her baby.

The latest incident involving the competency of the Secret Service comes just weeks after the agency failed to protect Donald Trump during an assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.

It is especially concerning knowing the Secret Service places more emphasis on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) than on competent employees.

Disgraced former agency director Kimberly Cheatle vowed to have at least 30% of agents be women by 2030.

Real Clear Politics’ Susan Crabtree reported that just minutes before President Trump was scheduled to arrive in North Carolina for an event, the agent abandoned her post to breastfeed her baby, which she brought to the rally, in a private room and accompanied by unvetted family members.

The incident reveals multiple breaches and raises serious concerns.

First, agents do not leave their posts, ever. Not for a bathroom break or a phone call, let alone to disappear into a private room for a considerable amount of time to nurse a baby. How did this happen? What is the workplace environment that would lead the agent to think this was okay?

Second, was this agent in the field providing protection duty while pregnant? And if so, did that result in additional protocol breaches and threats to protectees?

How was she able to bring an infant into an event while on duty, and how was she able to sneak unvetted relatives to the event without going through security?

Why was an agent allowed to accept an assignment that placed her in a situation that required duties she was unable to perform and fulfill?

Why is the Secret Service calling a concerning breach of security a “personal matter?”

And, most concerning, the mission of the Secret Service is quite literally life or death so who is picking these specific people to be on President Trump’s detail?

Former FBI agent Jonathan Gilliam eviscerated the agent and the agency during an interview on Fox News.

Jonathan Gilliam: When I first read the headline, I thought it said that they snuck off to eat breakfast, and I was like, okay, somebody got caught doing that. Then, when I had a double take and actually saw that she was breastfeeding, and then read into the details of the story where she was escorted along with family members and this child to breastfeed. The very first question I had is, ‘why is she on this detail?’

Again, just like in July, when the shooting occurred of Trump, you have to ask, who is picking these specific people to be on this detail?

Another female. I can guarantee you she’s under 6 feet tall, and she’s just had a baby, and she brings her family members there, which means she has the work ethics of somebody who works at a nightclub.

It’s not a personal matter. This is a professional matter that continues to happen again. In April, they had another secret service that got into a fight with a superior because he started acting erratic. We still don’t know what that was all about. We had the attempted assassination. Now we have this. We have nobody in command post from the Secret Service. We have threat assessments that are done horribly.

This is the totality, remember Bianca, the totality of the circumstances. When you look at all of this, what you see is an agency that is on par with a bunch of paintballers that you asked to come over and play protector for Halloween. That’s what this looks like. It’s that level of professionalism.

It’s unbelievable that this happened less than a month after an assassination attempt. That right there in and of itself is so impactful.

Our enemy sees this.

The people who want to kill Trump see this. [Emphasis added]

I think that Donald Trump, while he’s campaigning, needs somebody to overwatch, just a couple of guys, to overwatch what’s happening with his campaign so they can pull him off the stage or make a decision if he should even go on a stage. Let the Secret Service fail because overwatch with your eyes is the greatest way to defeat this nonsense.

And yes, I’d readily volunteer for this, but we show up as warriors to defeat the enemy and keep our protected safe.

And that absolutely is not the approach that the Secret Service is taking.

Rebellious France is not only a far-left party, it is also a party tinged with anti-Semitism and counts supporters of Islamism and terrorist groups such as Hamas in its ranks.
The left-wing coalition has clearly been gaining ground. Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the leader of Rebellious France, to emphasize that he accepts anti-Semitism and supports Hamas and Islamism, gave a speech about his party’s results while standing on stage next to an Islamist pro-Hamas activist, newly-elected Member of European Parliament Rima Hassan. Hassan wore a keffiyeh and displayed on her clothes a small Palestinian flag.
An unprecedented situation in France took shape: all the candidates from other parties were asked to withdraw from the election and support the candidate of another party better placed to defeat the National Rally candidate, even if the better-placed candidate belonged to a party that they totally rejected.
The French mainstream media contributed to the operation and fueled fear of “fascism”. They accepted the propaganda. Rappers, who are widely listened to in Islamic no-go zones, released a song that calls for the murder of Jordan Bardella, the president of the National Rally, the rape of party leader Marine Le Pen, and the elimination of “Zionist Jews”. The song was described by some journalists as a courageous “song of resistance” and was broadcast over the radio. One of the lines from the song goes: “From the Jordan to the Seine, Palestine will be free” – a call not just for the destruction of Israel, but for the submission of France to Sharia law and Islam.
The “left”, with 184 seats, became the largest group in the National Assembly; Rebellious France, its most powerful component. The party’s leaders present themselves as the spearhead of the “anti-fascist struggle”; claim that they must govern the country, and that to remove them would be to make “concessions to fascism”. They do not bother to hide their anti-Semitism and their support for Hamas and Islam.
France has become almost ungovernable. No political party has a majority. No party can form a government coalition without having to renounce the most essential part of its program.
The power acquired by Rebellious France means that a government which does not have its approval cannot claim to govern. In addition, no new parliamentary elections can be organized for a year.
Polls have shown for months that a majority of French people would like a firm fight against crime, a stop to illegal immigration, and an end to the Islamization of the country. All these points were on the program of the National Rally.
Every year, on average, 500,000 new immigrants, mainly from the Muslim world, settle in France. Hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants reside in the country. Few are expelled. Islamic no-go zones are growing.
On the evening of July 7, Rebellious France organized a large rally in Paris’s Place de la République. Palestinian flags were everywhere; French flags almost nowhere. Speakers presented hateful slogans against the National Rally, Israel, Jewish journalists, and the police. Demonstrators burned cars and trash cans, and destroyed stores.

Aug. 15, 2024 8:30 am – The 2024 Democratic National Convention (DNC) is scheduled to take place from August 19-22, 2024. The event will be held in Chicago, Illinois.

The convention is expected to celebrate Kamala Harris as the presumptive Democratic nominee for president and Tim Walz as the nominee for vice president.

However, the city is bracing for what could be a perfect storm of chaos. With the possibility of up to 100,000 pro-Hamas protesters flooding the streets, the Chicago Police Department (CPD) is preparing for the worst.

According to WGN9, “Leaders of four Muslim organizations say they’re expecting upwards of 100,000 demonstrators to take part in a number of protests during the Democratic National Convention.”

The news outlet added that “three main protests are being planned for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, the first and last days of the convention. More than 150 organizations from around the country say they’ve formed a collective to have these protests be large in numbers, and while they represent a number of different interests, they say they will be focused on the Israeli-Palestinian war.”

The city’s preparation includes the transformation of a disused courtroom to streamline the processing of mass arrests during the DNC, according to News Nation Now.

Despite officers having undergone specialized de-escalation training, there is an expectation of violence and vandalism at the DNC.

The Chicago Police Department has taken proactive measures to handle this potential unrest, including centralizing its response to mass arrests.

The event, billed as the “New York City Kickoff to Elect Kamala Harris and Tim Walz,” attracted approximately 200 supporters to a venue on West 135th Street, organized by the Harlem to the Heights Campaign Committee, according to PIX 11.

Attendees included union members, local voters, and Democrat. Party delegates. Top Democrat leaders like New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, Mayor Eric Adams, and Congressman Adriano Espaillat were also present at the event.

“From people not wanting to go to the convention to people trying to get tickets to get into the convention. I had a… we were on a call the other night, and they said tickets are like, people are selling the tickets on the black market or up to $5,000 for the convention,” Serena Grey, a delegate from Staten Island, told PIX 11 News.

However, just across the street, tensions were brewing. A large group of protesters gathered behind barricades, voicing their opposition to U.S. support for Israel in the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.

The protest escalated when demonstrators attempted to breach the barricades surrounding the event, leading to a chaotic scene that included smoke bombs being set off, according to Ukrainian-American journalist Oliya Scootercaster.

Google said Iranian hackers have successfully logged into the personal Gmail account of a “a high-profile political consultant,” but it is not clear who the consultant was, and which campaign they were associated with, according to CNN. However, Trump said his campaign was hacked in June, which the FBI is investigating.

Politico on Tuesday broke the news that “the nation’s best hackers” were able to break into voting machines.

Over the weekend, some of the world’s top hackers convened in Las Vegas for the annual DEF CON conference, specifically at the Voting Village event, to probe and expose vulnerabilities in voting machines set to be used in the upcoming November election.

From Friday through Sunday, hackers at Voting Village tested various voting machines and related equipment, attempting to bypass security measures.

Meanwhile, election officials discussed misinformation and disinformation threats. The findings from this year’s event will be detailed in a forthcoming report by the organizers.

Harri Hursti, co-founder of Voting Village, noted that the list of vulnerabilities found was extensive but consistent with previous years.

“There’s so much basic stuff that should be happening and is not happening, so yes I’m worried about things not being fixed, but they haven’t been fixed for a long time, and I’m also angry about it,” Hursti told Politico.

Scott Algeier, executive director of the Information Technology-Information Sharing and Analysis Center (IT-ISAC), emphasized that fixing vulnerabilities is not a quick process: “Even if you find a vulnerability next week in a piece of modern equipment that’s deployed in the field, there’s a challenge in getting the patch and getting the fix out to the state and local elections officials and onto the equipment before the November election.”

“It’s not a 90-day fix, It’s not a Microsoft every Tuesday, issue your patch and everything works fine. It’s a pretty complicated process,” he added.

Aug. 14, 2024 10:00 am – I’ve been filming on borders around the world since early 2019, and I always encounter government agents who want to tell me what’s really going on behind the scenes. My latest tour on the border in Jacumba, California, has been no different.

An agent who spoke to me under the condition he remains anonymous told me that immediately after Joe Biden took office in 2021, official email communications from his administration instructed all Border Patrol agents to turn in family members, friends, and co-workers if they believed that the election was stolen or tampered with.

The communications also directed agents to turn in people they knew if they were against the COVID-19 vaccines and lockdowns.

The emails directing agents to hand over names may have gone out to all federal agencies, although the agent did not indicate this.

The agent also told me that it was a profound 180-degree change from when Donald Trump was president.

Of course, Biden was sworn in as president 14 days after January 6, 2021. His administration obviously wanted to monitor Trump supporters. I was the videographer for the March for Trump cross-country bus tour, which culminated at the Capitol in DC on January 6, and I filmed the protest there.

All I saw were hundreds of thousands of people being peaceful. A tiny percentage became violent before the main group got there and I didn’t see them.

In June of 2021, NBC News reported on an FBI agent’s statement about January 6:

“A review of open source and social media posts leading up to and during the event indicates that individuals participating on the ‘Stop the Steal,’ rally were angered about the results of the 2020 presidential election and felt that Joseph Biden had unlawfully been declared ‘President-Elect,’” said the report by FBI Special Agent Patricia Norden.

“Users in multiple online groups and platforms discussed traveling to the Capitol armed or making plans to start a ‘revolution’ on that day.”

The Biden administration surely wanted names from Border Patrol agents in order to monitor communications or social media accounts.

But the administration went even further than just people who believed the election was stolen. Biden’s people instructed agents to turn in those who didn’t believe in the vaccines and the lockdowns.

All of this is seriously concerning.

Aug. 13, 2024 9:20 pm – An apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado is closing after Kamala Harris’s Venezuelan migrant gang known as Tren de Aragua took over the building.

Hundreds of families were forced out of their apartment units thanks to Kamala Harris’s dangerous open borders policies.

Many of the evicted families are struggling to find new homes.

The city of Aurora tried claiming the apartment building is being shut down due to code violations, however, a city council member says that’s a lie.

“We are not buying this,” said Aurora City Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky. “We believe that yes, there are code violations, but this started because of a gang takeover. That’s what we believe.”

A task force is investigating Tren de Aragua’s connection to the Aurora apartment complex.

“The Aurora Police Department, in partnership with the RAVEN Task Force, has assigned four detectives to a special task force that includes additional local, state, and federal partners to investigate violent crime impacting our migrant community,” said an Aurora Police Department spokesperson last week.

Crime is rampant at the apartment complex due to Kamala Harris’s Venezuelan gang members.

“According to statistics provided by an Aurora city spokesman, calls for service at 1568 Nome Street have increased in recent years. In 2022, APD investigated 41 crimes at the site. In 2023, police investigated 84 crimes. As of July 31, officers have investigated 66 crimes at the property so far this year.” Denver 7 reported.

The Aurora Police Department said it has assigned detectives to a special task force to investigate a Venezuelan gang’s alleged connections to the city.

The announcement came during a city council public safety meeting on Thursday.

“We have stood up a task force specific to this group,” said APD Acting Deputy Chief Chris Juul. “We are actively looking at who they are, what they’re doing, how many are there, what is the reality of the situation compared to what the other public information that’s going on around out there nationally is.”

The gang, known as Tren de Aragua, started out as a prison gang in Venezuela and has expanded throughout the Western Hemisphere. Last month, the Biden administration designated the gang as a transnational criminal organization, accusing it of engaging in human smuggling and trafficking, gender-based violence, money laundering and illicit drug trafficking.

Sources within the Secret Service say the site agent was inexperienced for such a critical security role but noted that the position is rotated throughout the Trump detail, not routinely assigned based on merit or experience.

There is now concern within the agency that the site agent for the Butler rally will take the fall for the event’s egregious layers of security failures – that Rowe will fire her over her social media posts, but not for any security failures at the July 13 event.

In contrast, the lead agent had decades of experience within the Secret Service but did not have experience on a protective detail, the innermost ring of security for presidents, first ladies, former presidents, and their families, according to sources in the Secret Service community familiar with her background.

While the months of rancor and recriminations leading up to the assassination attempt against Trump undoubtedly distracted the Trump detail from its ultimate mission, the Butler rally served as a wake -up call and a reset, according to sources close to Curran.

“Sone agents have referred to it as their 9/11 moment where people are opting back onto the detail,” remarked a source in the Secret Service community. “Morale is high, people are motivated. These agents [protecting Trump] are stiff-jawed with steel in their spine.”

This incident is not an isolated case but rather part of a broader pattern of dysfunction within the Secret Service detail assigned to Trump, according to Crabtree.

Over the past year, internal strife has plagued the team, distracting agents from their primary mission: ensuring Trump’s safety amid rising threats.

“Rancor, recriminations, and serious formal misconduct complaints have plagued all levels of the Secret Service detail assigned to protect former President Donald Trump over the last year, distracting the team from its core mission of securing Trump from physical harm and preventing an assassination,” Crabtree wrote.

“Trump’s regular detail team, a force of 60 employees – special agents and support staff – has been beset by internal division, long workdays and weeks, and constant stress. Last year, the team lost one of its members to suicide,” she added.

RealClearPolitics obtained information about a May 15 all-hands conference call during which Sean Curran, the detail leader, and his deputy, Matthew Piant, addressed these issues head-on.

They expressed their dismay over what they termed “rumors, innuendo and toxicity” within the ranks. The leaders condemned a particularly egregious incident where cellphone photos were taken of two support staff members sleeping while on duty at Mar-a-Lago—a breach of professionalism that was circulated among team members for amusement.

Piant labeled this prank a betrayal of trust and emphasized that accountability should have been enforced differently.

“Those encountering the sleeping individuals should have simply held them accountable by waking them up with a nudge,” he said per RCP. However, many rank-and-file agents voiced frustration that those who fell asleep were never disciplined.

Ms. Corina Machado was barred from running in the presidential elections and appointed González to run in her place. Maduro is accused of attempting to commit fraud to remain in power in a country ravaged by widespread hunger and misery, a result of the Bolivarian communism established there.

Speaking to EFE, Corina Machado stated:

“Edmundo González will be the new head of state and the new commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces, and this depends on what all of us do, all Venezuelans inside and outside the country (…) I trust the people of Venezuela, and that’s why we know that on January 10, we will have a new president.”

Maduro’s opponent reiterated that the opposition Democratic Unity Platform won the elections “overwhelmingly,” and the official results were rejected by numerous countries. She also highlighted that the Carter Center, which served as an observer during the election, noted that the electoral process “cannot be considered democratic.”

According to her, the National Electoral Council, controlled by Maduro’s emissaries, has not published the election records despite numerous calls for transparency from the international community.

Meanwhile, according to the WSJ, the Biden administration is attempting to negotiate an amnesty for Nicolás Maduro so he can leave power without facing accountability for the crimes he has committed, as reported by TGP.

All records of the FBI, including emails, email chains, email attachments, text messages, video or audio recordings, photographs, drawings, outlook calendars, meeting minutes, finished intelligence products, bulletins, raw intelligence, threat products, correspondence, statements, letters, memoranda, reports, briefings, presentations, notes, summaries, or other form of record, regarding preparation and coordination with the USSS for former President Donald Trump’s presidential campaign rally that was held in Butler, PA, on July 13, 2024. Please provide records from June 15, 2024, to present.

Judicial Watch is pursuing the next steps in preparation for litigation.

“Were there others involved in the assassination attempt on Trump? The Daily Wire reported that the University of Missouri Kansas City was awarded $760,000 by the Department of the Navy to “design a program that would give preferential treatment to non-white students and women in STEM applying for Defense Department jobs.”

In a second example, Cornell University was awarded approximately $202,000 to “provide Diversity training that is mission imperative to ensure readiness and addressing discriminatory behavior from a cognitive perspective.” Between 2022 and 2024, nearly $270 million was requested by the Pentagon to fund the DEI agenda of the current presidential administration.

The U.S. is pursuing a long-shot bid to push Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro to give up power in exchange for amnesty as overwhelming evidence emerges that the strongman lost last month’s election, people familiar with the matter said. [Emphasis added]

The U.S. has discussed pardons for Maduro and top lieutenants of his who face Justice Department indictments, said three people familiar with the Biden administration deliberation.

One of the people said the U.S. has put “everything on the table” to persuade Maduro to leave before his term ends in January.

Another person familiar with the talks said the U.S. would be open to providing guarantees not to pursue those regime figures for extradition.

The U.S. in 2020 placed a $15 million bounty for information leading to Maduro’s arrest on charges of conspiring with his allies to flood the U.S. with cocaine.

Attacker Screams “Free Palestine” Before Stabbing Jewish Man in NYC By Margaret Flavin

Aug. 11, 2024 6:00 pm – Early Saturday morning, a young Jewish man was stabbed near the Chabad Headquarters in Crown Heights.

According to witnesses, the assailant screamed “Free Palestine” and other antisemitic slurs before stabbing the victim.

Yaacov Behrman, a spokesperson for Chabad-Lubavitch, shared details of the incident on X.

“I can confirm that a hate crime stabbing occurred early this morning in Crown Heights, around 2 a.m., near Eastern Parkway and Kingston Avenue, close to Chabad Headquarters.”

“The perpetrator, a Black male in his early 20s, shouted ‘Free Palestine and, after an exchange of words with the victim, allegedly asked, ‘Do you want to die?’ before stabbing him.”

“The victim, a young adult Jewish man, was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover due to the location of the stabbing and the quick response of paramedics.”

According to Behrman, residents pursued the attacker and were able to detain him until police arrived to make an arrest.

The New York Post reports, “Police arrested Vincent Sumpter, 22, from Brooklyn. He was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.”

Jewish leaders decried the attack following a rise of antisemitism since the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel.

The CEO of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, Mark Treyger, wrote on X, “This is a dangerous escalation of the current climate we are in and it should outrage every New Yorker because it is an attack on every New Yorker.”

“This abhorrent and abominable attack on a young Jewish person in Brooklyn because of his identity should not and cannot be seen in isolation.”

The victim is expected to recover.

Venezuelan Opposition Requests International Support to Guarantee Electoral Transparency By Gateway Hispanic

To achieve this with the support of the regime, they have asked their allies. Confident of her victory, María Corina Machado said that she makes the scrutiny records available “to all experts from any country in the world and especially from Colombia, Brazil and Mexico .” She wants regional leaders to confirm that Edmundo González Urrutia did indeed obtain more votes than Nicolás Maduro.

“We would be very interested in having interaction with the National Electoral Institute of Mexico,” he stated. Aug. 11, 2024 3:20 pm – Columbia University was one of the main campus hotbeds for pro-Hamas, anti-semitic protests following the terrorist attacks on October 7 that slaughtered 1,400 civilians.

As radical Jewish-hating protestors took over the campus, Columbia University President Minouche Shafik was forced to cancel in-person classes because the campus was simply too unsafe for Jewish students.

Rabbinical leaders warned Jewish students to stay home amid the ongoing “extreme antisemitism and anarchy.”

The protesters were chanting for Hamas, and one group even stormed a building on campus, Hamilton Hall, smashing windows and fortifying their position by barricading doors and covering windows, effectively taking control of the academic building.

It seems the radical protesters had Deans at Columbia who held the same ugly views.

The New York Times reports that three Columbia deans exchanged disparaging text messages that the university president said “touched on ancient antisemitic tropes” during a forum about Jewish issues in May.

Susan Chang-Kim, Cristen Kromm, and Matthew Patashnick were initially suspended after the text messages were leaked, but on Thursday, a spokeswoman for the University announced that the three Deans are resigning.

The deans, who had responsibility for undergraduate student affairs, sent the biting and sarcastic messages as they reacted in real time to Jewish speakers expressing concern about antisemitism on campus during the two-hour event.

In June, Nemat Shafik, the university president, placed the three deans on indefinite leave as an investigation proceeded.

In the texts, one dean suggested that a Jewish speaker was playing up concerns for fund-raising purposes. Another sent vomit emojis in reaction to the mention of a college newspaper opinion piece written by one of the school’s rabbis.

Aug. 11, 2024 1:20 pm – New evidence shows that Thomas Matthew Crooks, the man suspected of attempting to assassinate former President Donald Trump, had been intensely preparing for his attack at the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club, a facility frequented by multiple federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

According to the documents released by Grassley’s office on Thursday, Crooks signed up for a membership at the gun club on August 10, 2023.

His alarming pattern of behavior is highlighted by the fact that he visited the range 20 times within just four months of joining. Notably, his dedication to rifle practice was evident, with 80% of his visits focused solely on honing his skills with long guns.

“He focused almost exclusively on the rifle range throughout 2024,” Grassley’s office said in a statement per the New York Post.

Crooks visited the club 43 times within the past year and even spent major holidays, including Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day, and Halloween, under federal law enforcement’s nose.

Crooks’ final visit to the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club occurred just one day before he attempted to assassinate Trump.

According to ABC News, “The Clairton Sportsmen’s Club previously confirmed to ABC News that Crooks visited the gun club for the last time on July 12 — the day before the rally. He visited the range at 2:45 p.m. local time that day, according to the records released by Grassley’s office.”

In a recent broadcast, Fox News’ Jesse Watters highlighted the disturbing nature of the evidence.

“It’s been a month since Trump was nearly killed, and the FBI has barely said a word about what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania. Thankfully, Congress is churning out new information to help the American people understand what happened,” Watters said.

He continued, “Turns out that Crooks first joined the Clarendon Gun Club in August of last year, just a year ago, and then visited the range 43 times. Crooks even spent holidays at the shooting range, including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Halloween. And his parents didn’t think this was strange.”

What’s more alarming is that the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club wasn’t just a local shooting range—it was a hub for federal law enforcement training. Agencies like DHS, which oversees the Secret Service, regularly held training sessions at the facility. [Emphasis added] This means that Crooks was honing his skills under the very noses of federal agents tasked with protecting national security.

“The shooting range was crawling with feds. Multiple local and federal law law enforcement agencies trained at this facility, including the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees Secret Service. Crooks was training under federal law enforcement’s nose. We’re now seeing just how close they got to each other. Just two months before trying to kill Trump, Crooks was at the range within 24 hours of a Homeland Security Office training session,” Jesse Watters said.

The Oversight Project identified nine devices linked to AD-IDs that were located at Crooks’ home and work within the last year.

Per the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project: “We found the assassin’s connections through our in-depth analysis of mobile ad data to track movements of Crooks and his associates.”

“To do this, we tracked devices that regularly visited both Crooks’s home and place of work and followed them,” the Oversight Project said.

An eyewitness who was detained by the police on the day of the Trump assassination attempt has come forward with explosive claims.

The witness claims that during his time in police custody, he overheard alarming details on police radios that were not disclosed to the public.

The witness, who goes by the name Dave James Stewart or “realDJStew724” on YouTube, claims to have overheard police discussing the presence of blood in a bathroom and a potential second shooter on the loose.

Stewart first posted a video on July 28, fifteen days after the shooting, that shows police reacting to a perceived threat on the roof of the building several minutes before the would-be assassin, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, opened fire.

Two minutes before Crooks’ first shot, an officer could be seen with his handgun drawn as he kept watch on the roof from the opposite side of where Crooks turned out to be.

The man, who appears to be the same man in a suit later seen in police bodycam video talking with officers on the roof guarding Crooks’ body, just wanted to photograph Stewart’s ID. A state trooper would soon take Stewart into custody and take his phone, apparently giving it to the FBI who would keep it for almost a week.

Stewart wrote on his YouTube channel, “Dear PA State Police Trooper who cuffed me and roughed me up: Don’t ever tread on me again. You know what you did. Your partner better have had that bodycam on. That footage better not be deleted. You’re going to pay for what you did to me.”

Buongiorno raised serious concerns about the potential for synthetic identities to infiltrate the voter registration system. He explained how these identities, lacking proper photo ID, could request multiple vote-by-mail ballots, thus compromising the integrity of elections:

“Synthetic identities are allowed to cast a ballot without ever producing photo ID. A synthetic identity could potentially request up to three vote-by-mail ballots.”

Government Awards Boeing MASSIVE Multi-Billion Dollar Contract with US Air Force by Miriam Judith.

Aug. 10, 2024 8:20 pm – Boeing has announced that it has been awarded a $2.56 billion dollar contract from the U.S. Air Force to manufacture E-7A AEW&C Wedgetail aircraft. This is despite the company coming under fire in recent years due to the lack of quality production and oversight that has led to multiple tragedies with their aircrafts.

The head-scratching announcement comes against the backdrop of Boeing’s troubled recent history, which have embroiled the company in numerous controversies casting doubt on its ability to deliver reliable and safe aircraft.

One of the notable issues has been with Boeing’s 737 MAX aircraft, which faced two catastrophic crashes in 2018 and 2019. These crashes resulted in the tragic loss of over 300 lives and highlighted the significant lapses in both design and oversight.

In addition to the 737 MAX issues, Boeing’s troubles have extended to other areas. The company’s handling of NASA’s Starliner spacecraft, designed to transport astronauts to and from the International Space Station, has also been problematic, as the spacecraft has experienced significant malfunctions that have left astronauts stranded in space.

Trying to explain Buc-ee’s to someone who has never visited a Buc-ee’s is like trying to explain to a fish what it’s like to fly a helicopter: It’s difficult to even know where to begin because you know that the person you’re talking to has no frame of reference for such a thing even existing.

The problem, though, is that the fish thinks it knows what’s going on, because occasionally it jumps a couple of feet out of the water. All you can do is shake your head sadly and say, “No. I mean, I get that you think you understand, but you don’t. Maybe one day you’ll be able to do it for yourself, and only then will you understand.”

In the same way, when you talk to someone from the benighted areas of the country that do not yet have Buc-ee’s, they think they know. After all, do they not have gas stations? Are there not Wawas or Sheetz where they live, and are they not basically the same thing?

And the cleanliness. My God, the cleanliness.

The problem, to paraphrase Jules Winnfield, is that Wawa, Sheetz, and every other gas station on the planet are not in the same ballpark as Buc-ee’s. Forget being in the same ballpark; they aren’t in the same league or even the same sport. Saying that Buc-ee’s is a gas station is a bit like saying that Disney World is a children’s park. It’s technically accurate, but the picture someone gets in his mind when you say “children’s park” likely does not include the possibility that what you are discussing is anything remotely as as ostentatious or grandiose as Disney World.

In the same way, the first time you enter a Buc-ee’s, you are frankly not prepared to encounter what you will find inside, because the term “gas station” simply does not encompass the palatial environs of the average Buc-ee’s.

The first thing that will likely floor you upon entering a Buc-ee’s is the size. Somehow, although Buc-ee’s looks like a normal-sized truck stop on the outside, when you walk inside, it’s like walking through a door into Mary Poppins’ carpetbag. Even a modest Buc-ee’s is larger inside than, say, most Kroger stores.

The second thing you’ll notice is that this is definitely, far and away, cleaner than any gas station you’ve ever visited in your life. Every surface inside virtually sparkles. All of the wonderful items for sale (more on that later) are carefully arranged and appropriately placed on the proper rack. And if, like most people, your first stop inside is the restroom, you are in for an even bigger surprise.

The bathrooms at Buc-ee’s are so amazing that they have their own cult following. The bathrooms at Buc-ee’s do not have stalls. Each toilet has its own honest-to-goodness door. To save you the inconvenience of having to even jiggle a door handle to see if it’s locked, each toilet room has a light above it that is red if the room is occupied and green if it is unoccupied. The sinks often will have dividers to provide you with privacy even while washing your hands.

And the cleanliness. My God, the cleanliness.

Every Buc-ee’s store has, on a 24/7 basis, a person whose entire job is to do nothing but clean the bathroom continually, and it shows. You’ll see them in there, working diligently, with nary a complaint or a frown about having to spend their day cleaning up after the excretions of others. Thanks to their efforts, never will you find a soap dispenser that’s even close to being empty or a paper towel dispenser that is either empty or jammed up with poor-quality rubbish.

I can say with some degree of confidence that Louis XIV did not defecate in settings as opulent as the average customer of Buc-ee’s in 2024.

This escalation came after a surprise Ukrainian offensive earlier in the week where Ukrainian forces reportedly ambushed the region, taking hundreds of prisoners captive.

While tensions in the war escalate, the U.S. has continued to ramp up its military support for Ukraine over the past year, drawing considerable attention and concern from Russia. This support has included a wide array of military equipment and financial aid aimed at bolstering Ukraine’s defense capabilities against the ongoing war.

Just last month, the U.S. further intensified its engagement by delivering F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, not only amplifying the U.S. role in the conflict but also deepening the antagonism between the two superpowers, further destabilizing the situation in Eastern Europe.

In addition to the F-16s, the U.S. announced today that it will be supplying Ukraine with a “Significant New Military Assistance” package.

“The United States is today sending Ukraine a significant new package of urgently needed weapons and equipment to support its military forces as they defend against Russia’s ongoing attacks. This $125 million package of support, provided under Presidential Drawdown Authority, includes air defense interceptors, munitions for rocket systems and artillery, multi-mission radars, and anti-tank weapons that will help Ukraine protect its troops, its people and its cities from Russian attacks and reinforce its capabilities across the front lines.

This is the tenth security assistance package the President has authorized to help Ukraine since signing the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act. We will deploy this new assistance as quickly as possible to bolster Ukraine’s defense of its territory and its people. As President Biden has made clear, the United States and the international coalition we have assembled will continue to stand with Ukraine.”

From Russia’s perspective, the U.S.’s escalating military aid to Ukraine could be perceived as an act of aggression that directly threatens Russian security interests.
