Massive Cyberattack Shuts Down Hospital Computer Systems in Several States – Emergency Rooms Forced to Close and Ambulances Diverted By Jim Hᴏft
Aug. 4, 2023 6:13 pm – A cyberattack on Thursday caused a significant disruption in hospital computer systems across several U.S. states, leading to the closure of emergency rooms and the diversion of ambulances. Many primary care services remained shut down on Friday as security experts scrambled to determine the extent of the problem and find a resolution.
The attack targeted facilities operated by Prospect Medical Holdings, a Los Angeles-based healthcare provider with hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities in Texas, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Southern California.
Recovery can take weeks, according to John Riggi, the national counsel for cybersecurity and risk at the American Hospital Association. In the meantime, hospitals must rely on paper systems and humans to do tasks like monitoring equipment and transferring records across departments.
“These are threat-to-life crimes, which risk not only the safety of the patients within the hospital, but also risk the safety of the entire community that depends on the availability of that emergency department to be there,” Riggi added.
Prospect Medical Holdings operates a total of 16 hospitals and a network comprising more than 165 outpatient facilities and clinics in the affected regions.

Kerik’s legal team says that these materials, which include affidavits under oath from people raising concerns regarding the integrity of the 2020 presidential contest, demonstrate there was an honest effort to investigate voter fraud claims in the election.

“I understand very well that the United States has one of the strongest intelligence agencies in the world… Apparently, Mr. Biden was informed that we are approaching the moment when the interrogations of his son and other persons began,” Shokin said.
Shokin maintained that the real motivation behind Biden’s push for his removal was to protect his personal and family interests rather than the interests of the American people.

But when whole armies break, when they lose their will to fight, the whole nation can likewise break. That is what happened to the great empires in World War I. It is also the fate awaiting the Ukrainian army. . . .
The first negative-feedback bellow is when a war that began full of high hopes seems suddenly unwinnable. Early victories are now old memories. More battles are lost than won, and the costs of battle keep rising to the very threshold of human endurance—and then rise again. The second is when external support from friends and allies begins to evaporate. This is an especially acute negative factor if allied support is the emotional foundation of the army’s belief in ultimate victory. Third and finally, those who initiated the war, those who promised a road paved with victory, and who vowed that the world would support the army until victory was won—no matter how long it takes—are increasingly seen as liars and deceivers. The army—the entire nation—has been betrayed by its leaders.
All this has descended on Ukraine in the past six weeks.
There have been no victories—not even bloody and debilitating wins like in the Fourth Battle of Karkhov—for nearly a year. Western leaders still profess that their support will continue. Yet the Western Alliance now admits it didn’t give Ukrainians nearly enough good stuff for even modest tactical gains in their ongoing, sacrificial offensive—and knew it going in. As Gateway Pundit readers know, 45-year-old Tafari Campbell met his tragic end 11 days ago while paddle boarding on Great Edgartown Pond, Martha’s Vineyard, on Sunday night. A female companion was reportedly paddle boarding with him.
Barack and Michelle Obama were not at home when Campbell drowned but were on the island.
Massachusetts police are citing a Public Records Law exemption that allows them to withhold any information that could jeopardize an active investigation. Characterizing the incident as an accident allows the police to do this.
Justin Silverman, the head of the region’s First Amendment coalition explained to the Daily Mail that police are abusing the public records law after ruling out foul play.
The burden is on law enforcement to show how their investigation may be jeopardized by releasing certain information. And they’re not doing that right now. This really flies in the face of Public Records Law.
The cover-up goes even deeper, though. State police officials are making sure that other agencies involved in the response follow their lead.
They have even armed departments with rejection letters to send to the media, which has been bombarding agencies with questions.

Aug. 3, 2023 9:15 am – The Democratic sheriff of Fulton County, Georgia, said his office is prepared to take a mugshot of former President Donald Trump, should District Attorney Fani Willis indict him this month.
Willis convened a grand jury to look into whether Trump tried to overturn the results of the 2020 election in her county during the hotly contested race.
She previously hinted a charging decision could come by the end of August.
Trump has been indicted in New York City on 34 counts of falsifying business records.
He has also been indicted by the Justice Department in the case of classified documents found at his Florida home and resort.
On Tuesday, he was indicted by the DOJ on four counts relating to the 2020 election and its aftermath.

But a potential incitement in the Peach State could yield something the DOJ charges and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s charges against Trump did not — a mugshot.
Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat said after Trump’s Tuesday indictment he is prepared to treat the former president as any other alleged criminal during comments he made to WSB-TV.
The Democrat and the top cop in the county appeared eager to fingerprint and photograph Trump if he is given the opportunity.

Ex-Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund told lawmakers on Tuesday during a hearing before the Senate Rules and Homeland Security committees that he did not get the FBI report warning of violence on January 6.
The FBI issued a report January 5, one day before the riot at the Capitol dome building that detailed calls for violence.
Mr. Sund said his department had received the FBI report, but it never reached his office.
Sund testified that an officer with the Joint Terrorism Task Force with the FBI received the report and then gave it to an official in the Intel Division at the US Capitol Police HQ.

AUG 2, 2023 – Defending the Republic is proud to announce that today, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals denied a baseless appeal by Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers which sought the issuance of sanctions relating to a lawsuit filed to challenge the certification of the results of the 2020 presidential election in Wisconsin.
The request for sanctions from Governor Evers was filed after a Wisconsin federal district court had dismissed a lawsuit – based on standing, not on the merits – from William Feehan, which sought to decertify Wisconsin’s 2020 election results and enjoin Governor Evers from certifying Wisconsin’s electoral votes for Joe Biden. The federal district court correctly rejected the motion, observing that the motion was untimely and it did not have jurisdiction to consider sanctions.
The Seventh Circuit agreed. Importantly, it rejected arguments from Governor Evers that the Court of Appeals should overrule its precedent that a district court cannot make a ruling for sanctions under 28 U.S.C. § 1927 where it lacks jurisdiction. As the Seventh Circuit noted, Governor Evers could have “easily” complied with the rules by filing his sanctions motion while the case was still pending. His late filing was not sufficient to change long-standing precedent, especially in “high-speed, high-pressure lawsuits” that challenge the results of an election.

The Gateway Pundit has documented numerous examples of unresolved issues and concerns from USPS employees appearing to stuff piles of ballots into drop boxes in Michigan, to two 4am deliveries in the backdoor of the TCF Center in Detroit, more than 20,000 ballots delivered after the deadline in Maricopa County, the mysterious disappearance of Jesse Morgan’s USPS trailer that he claims contained around 250,000 filled out mail-in ballots transported from NJ to PA, and “erroneous code” being found on almost every Georgia county who’s system log files were analyzed. Aug. 2, 2023 10:00 am – Watertown, Wisconsin – A young street preacher was arrested on Saturday after reading the Bible on a sidewalk according to a local report.
Marcus Schroeder, the young man in question, was protesting an all ages (meaning children were allowed) drag event in Watertown, Wisconsin with more than 200 individuals from various groups.
The Republic Sentinel reported the protest was organized by members of the Mercy Seat Christian Church in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Schroeder is a member of the church.
A Twitter user captured video showing Schroeder, who is wearing a t-shirt with the words “WARRIORS FOR CHRIST,” being approached by overzealous cops while he was quoting scripture. One cop grabs Schroeder’s microphone before he finishes speaking.
A confused Schroeder can be heard asking “what are you doing.” A fellow protester follows up by saying they were not given any warning and said they could speak freely.
The cops proceed to place Schroeder in handcuffs anyway. One officer said Schroeder was being arrested for sharing his message with the use of a microphone and a speaker. Of course, the young man had every right to exercise his First Amendment rights.
“You guys are acting like thugs, man,” Schroeder replied.

The announcement comes after federal prosecutors on Thursday dropped a federal campaign charge against FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried.
The feds said they dropped the campaign finance charge against the crypto scammer and Democrat donor due to a ‘procedural failing.’
Sam Bankman-Fried, a 30-year-old Democrat darling, spent more than $40 million to fund the midterms with his Ponzi scheme through the crypto exchange he founded (FTX). Up to $2 billion is ‘missing’ after FTX collapsed last year.
The plans were unveiled by the bankruptcy administrators, with John J. Ray III, appointed CEO in the aftermath of FTX’s collapse in November 2022, leading the charge.
The new plan will focus on serving offshore clients and includes a detailed pathway for one class of claimants, in cooperation with third-party investors, to restart the FTX exchange.
However, this plan requires collective agreement before any decision can be made. According to the proposition, former FTT holders are not entitled to receive anything, according to Watcher.guru.

August 1, 2023 – The federal judge in Washington, D.C. assigned to preside over the prosecution of former President Donald Trump for charges related to the Capitol riot is notorious for issuing tougher sentences to other Jan. 6 defendants than what the Justice Department requested, and put every one of them behind bars.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan was assigned to oversee the case involving Trump, who on Tuesday was indicted on four federal charges, including conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights.
Chutkan, a former assistant public defender before her appointment by President Barack Obama, has handled several cases involving individuals who entered the Capitol on January 6.
The Associated Press called her the “toughest punisher” and reported that she has “consistently taken the hardest line against Jan. 6 defendants of any judge serving on Washington’s federal trial court.” The Justice Department has brought more than 800 cases so far, marking the largest prosecution in the department’s history.
In seven cases, Chutkan even handed out tougher sentences than what DOJ was seeking. She matched the prosecution’s requests in four others and sent all 11 riot defendants who have come before her behind bars, the outlet notes.

Biden Administration Withholding Funds from Schools with Hunting Courses By Eric Lendrum
August 1, 2023 – The Biden Administration’s Department of Education (ED) confirmed that it is deliberately withholding federal funds from elementary and middle schools that have courses in hunting or archery.
As Fox News reports, the ED issued a statement claiming that the decision was due to an interpretation of the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) passed last year in response to several shootings. The agency claims that its interpretation determined that funding for any shooting-related activities will be blocked across the country, under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965.
“This prohibition applies to all ESEA funds,” said an ED spokesman. “The prohibition went into effect immediately on June 25, 2022 and applies to all existing and future awards under all ESEA programs, including [21st Century Community Learning Centers]. The Department is administering the bipartisan law as written by Congress.”
The decision has already led to some schools canceling their archery and hunting classes altogether, which can affect millions of students.

Hunter Biden’s real estate company received a $40 million investment from a Russian oligarch, new emails reveal.
The relationship between the president’s son and Yelena Baturina, the billionaire widow of a corrupt Moscow mayor, has already been flagged as alarming by a Senate report after she mysteriously wired $3.5 million to a company linked to Hunter.
Baturina’s brother Viktor Baturin told DailyMail.com the money was ‘a payment to enter the American market.’
But DailyMail.com can now reveal that Hunter’s financial relationship with Baturina was far more extensive, with her firm investing $40million in a real estate venture by Hunter’s company Rosemont Realty.
In 2012 Hunter’s firm had a $69.7million plan to invest in 2.15million sq ft of office space in seven US cities.
Documents outlining the plan said the money came from a mix of investors, including $40million from Inteco Management AG, a Swiss company owned by Baturina.
The Inteco group is a plastics and construction behemoth that made Baturina the richest woman in Russia at the time. She has a current net worth of $1.4 billion according to Forbes.

On July 22 at 10:25 pm, during a scheduled blackout, four masked attackers invaded a home in Paarl, in the Western Cape, and overpowered the residents. A neighbour alerted the Drakenstein Farm Watch (DFW) who arrived with K9 police. The attackers had already fled the scene with some valuables.
On July 22 at 5 pm, Mike Pattinson (67) was found shot to death in his farmhouse near Harrismith in the Free State. Pattinson’s Toyota, Urban Cruiser was found at a house in Tseseng, Qwaqwa. After a gun battle with the fleeing suspects, police arrested seven suspects, two of whom were injured.
On July 22 at 08:30 am, farmer Kevin Taylor was tending to his livestock when approx. 5 armed attackers arrived at the farm house in the Mooi River area in KwaZulu-Natal. Taylor was assaulted by the attackers and forced to open the safe. Six firearms, including a revolver, a shotgun and four rifles and an undisclosed amount of cash were robbed.
On 23 July, a woman was attacked and tortured with boiling water by five attackers on a farm in Dalton, in KwaZulu-Natal province.
On July 25 at 8 am, farmer Pietie Nel was overpowered by five armed attackers on a farm near Wadela in Gauteng province. Two shotguns, a pistol and a pellet gun were robbed.
Civil rights organization AfriForum published an online security checklist for farmers to help prevent farm attacks.
“Farmers have no choice but to ensure they secure themselves well by practicing contingency plans and taking other safety precautions. If the Biden campaign feels it is falling behind in the race against President Donald Trump, they may “escalate the situation in Ukraine in order to gain more votes”, Kosachev warned.
“This is a very dangerous situation, because the Americans are not afraid to use foreign policy in their inter-party rivalry. If one of the parties feels that it needs to escalate the situation in Ukraine in order to gain more votes in the elections, it will do so. So the fact that the presidential election in the United States, which will culminate in 2024, could be a terrible, if not catastrophic event. I can’t guarantee that there will be an escalation, but the risk is obvious to me. The unpredictability of American behavior will increase and the tail may start wagging the dog again,” Kosachev said.

They most likely have the ability to reverse their decision. But I have not yet seen such intentions.”
Speaking to Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken seemed to pave the way for prepping the US population for nuclear war, which he called “no more dangerous than … climate change.”

The weaponized DOJ made it clear that the claims circulating about their intentions to arrest Archer, a key witness in the case involving Hunter Biden, prior to his testimony, were baseless. The clarification comes amidst allegations of the DOJ’s attempted interference in the Congressional proceedings and witness intimidation.
Matthew Schwartz, Archer’s attorney, also dismissed the speculation that the timing of the DOJ’s request was meant to intimidate Archer.
“To be clear, Mr. Archer does not agree with that speculation. In any case, Mr. Archer will do what he has planned to do all along, which is to show up on Monday and to honestly answer the questions that are put to him by the Congressional investigators,” said Schwartz in a statement.
In a follow-up letter to Judge Abrams regarding the Second Circuit’s mandate affirming Archer’s conviction, the DOJ clarified its position.
“The Government writes to follow up on its July 29, 2023 letter apprising the Court of the Second Circuit’s mandate affirming the judgment of conviction in this matter,” the letter read.
The DOJ clarified that it has not, at any point, requested Devon Archer to surrender before his scheduled Congressional testimony on Monday, July 31, 2023. The DOJ claimed that it respects Archer’s obligation to testify and has never intended to disrupt this process.

This development comes amidst Archer’s ongoing appeal and just before his scheduled testimony about the criminal activities involving the Biden crime family.
The letter requests Judge Ronnie Abrams to set a date and time for Archer to report to a facility chosen by the Bureau of Prisons.
“In light of the foregoing, the Government respectfully requests that the defendant be ordered to surrender, at a date and time determined by the Court, to a facility designated by the Bureau of Prisons to commence his term of imprisonment,” the letter read.
“The Government has conferred with counsel for the defendant about this request and asked that counsel propose a date for the defendant’s surrender,” it added.
However, Archer’s counsel responded, “Mr. Archer believes it is premature to set a report date in light of his anticipated continuing appeal as well as the newly-discovered sentencing error that the government has now conceded. Counsel for Mr. Archer will put in a response to the Government’s request by Wednesday.”
Despite this opposition, the DOJ continues to push for Archer’s surrender date to be set, as stated in the letter, “The Government disagrees with counsel’s position that a report date should not be set, and respectfully requests permission to respond to any arguments made by the defendant.”
On Sunday, Rep. James Comer joined Maria Bartiromo on her program, Sunday Morning Futures, and expressed his concern over the timing and the implications of the DOJ’s actions.
Comer suggested that the move is an attempt to obstruct Archer’s upcoming testimony before the House Oversight Committee regarding Biden family crimes.

Jul. 26, 2023 4:25 pm – An autopsy determined the three US Marines who were found deceased in a car near Camp Lejeune in North Carolina died of carbon monoxide poisoning.
Military officials identified the deceased Marines as Lance Cpl. Tanner Kaltenberg, 19, Lance Cpl. Merax Dockery, 23, and Lance Cpl. Ivan Garcia, 23.
According to reports, the three Marines were found dead in a vehicle at a Speedway gas station in Hampstead on July 23.

The three Marine lance corporals who were found dead in a vehicle at a North Carolina gas station Sunday died of carbon monoxide poisoning, authorities said.
An autopsy conducted Wednesday determined the deaths of Lance Cpl. Tanner J. Kaltenberg, 19, of Madison, Wisconsin; Lance Cpl. Merax C. Dockery, 23, of Pottawatomie, Oklahoma; and Lance Cpl. Ivan R. Garcia, 23, of Naples, Florida. The Pender County Sheriff’s Office did not provide further details.
Sheriff Alan W. Cutler said he was saddened by the “timeless and tragic death of these three young men, who served our country honorably.”
Deputies were investigating a separate missing person case when they received a call just before 8:30 a.m. Sunday from the mother of one of the Marines who said he had not arrived on a scheduled flight to Oklahoma, the sheriff’s office said in a news release. The mother said she spoke with her son’s unit supervisor who said that someone was en route to the Speedway to look for the Marine, according to authorities.
Just after 9 a.m., deputies were told that the Marine and two others were found in the vehicle at the gas station.

July 8, 2023 – Evidence obtained by Judicial Watch shows leadership at the U.S. Air Force Academy (USAFA) actively worked to harm the republic of the United States of America, by undermining the nation’s founding documents to future military officers, whose authority in war comes from those documents via commission from the President of the United States.
The group, Judicial Watch, announced Friday it had obtained 478 pages of records through a November 2022 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit it filed after the Department of Defense (DOD) didn’t respond to its request for Air Force Academy training materials pertaining to CRT, reported Fox News.
STARRS.us is the organized group of USAFA grads which originally initiated the FOIA. USAFA would not inform its graduates but was forced to respond and release documents by a court of law.
Another slide discusses the “‘Myth’ of American Peoplehood” with one bullet claiming: “The U.S. too has a creation myth: The Declaration of Independence declares that all men have rights endowed by their Creator; Ideas of social contracts forged in a state of nature.”
Superintendent Lt. General Richard Clark informed STARRS years ago that CRT was not being taught at USAFA as STARRS suspected. At the very least, he quibbled about the issue, withholding the full extent of what he was incorporating into Academy instruction.
By lying, and his dishonorable, racist actions against white service members, my classmate General Clark has set back race relations in the U.S. Air Force, and the reputation of my alma mater, for decades.
