Why Is President Biden Helping Hamas?   By Newt Gingrich

Mar. 15, 2024 3:20 pm – President Joe Biden’s recent foreign policy moves are baffling. By any rational standard, they are undermining Israel and helping Hamas.

When Biden was caught on an open microphone following his State of the Union Address telling Democrat Sen. Michael Bennet of Colorado that Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu were “going to have a come to Jesus meeting,” you have to wonder what he’s thinking.

It was a weird comment for two reasons. First, it is unlikely the leader of the Jewish state will have a “come to Jesus moment.” (Maybe a come to Moses or Abraham moment – but not a come to Jesus moment.) I have known Netanyahu since the 1980s. I am confident he was amused rather than intimidated by Biden’s comment.

Second, the American President cannot dictate to the Prime Minister of Israel. Israel is a sovereign country. Furthermore, its entire history has been a series of heroic victories in which it had to rely on its own courage and ingenuity to provide for its peoples’ security. The United States has historically been an ally of Israel (although in Suez Crisis of 1956, we intervened decisively against an Israeli victory). But the United States can only advise – it cannot dictate.

President Biden grandly announced that an Israeli occupation of the city of Rafah would cross a red line. Of course, we remember President Barack Obama’s famous red line about the Syrian use of chemical weapons, which disappeared the minute Syria used the chemical weapons.

Netanyahu responded clearly to Biden’s threat. He told Politico’s parent company, Axel Springer, “We’ll go there. We’re not going to leave… You know, I have a red line. You know what the red line is, that Oct. 7 doesn’t happen again.”

At that point, President Biden’s red line faded just like Obama’s. Biden said on MSNBC, “It is a red line, but I’m never going to leave Israel.”

Even Netanyahu’s political opponents in Israel know invading Rafah is a requirement of lasting peace. Israeli War Cabinet member Benny Gantz explained, “Finishing the war without demilitarizing Rafah is like sending in firefighters to put out 80% of a fire.”

The case for totally destroying Hamas is overwhelming. Hamas’ official founding document calls for the complete destruction of Israel. One of its most important leaders said publicly, “not a single Jew will remain.” Hamas has run a terrorist state which stole enough construction materials from the people of Gaza to build 300 miles of tunnels (the stolen material was reportedly meant to build hospitals and homes).

Hamas has proven its willingness to use the people of Gaza as human shields behind which it protects its key leaders and military assets. The number of dead and wounded in Gaza since Oct. 7 has been a function of Hamas’ willingness to sacrifice its own people to build a humanitarian outcry against Israel.

Tragically, the Biden administration and much of the American news media accept the case set up by Hamas’ ruthlessness and focus their attention on the Israelis. The fact is: This is an urban war that Hamas started. In urban warfare, civilian deaths are unavoidable. The news media’s anti-Israel, antisemitic bias leads it to accept the Hamas propaganda.

As Richard Goldberg wrote, “Biden should draw red lines for Hamas not for Israel.”

 

Haitian Man Arrested For Raping 15-Year-Old Disabled Girl Came to US on Biden’s Parole Program   By Cristina Laila

The Haitian man arrested for raping a 15-year-old disabled girl at a migrant hotel in Massachusetts earlier this week came to the US on Joe Biden’s parole program for Haitians.

26-year-old Cory Alvarez was arrested and charged with child rape at a hotel used to house Joe Biden’s ‘migrants’ and illegal aliens.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, Alvarez came to the US on Biden’s parole program for Haitians which allowed him to fly into JFK airport in New York City in June 2023.

“We’re told that ICE has now filed a detainer on 26-year-old Cory B. Alvarez with local authorities, & that he had a sponsor listed in New Jersey as part of his parole,” Bill Melugin said.

“The Biden admin’s controversial CHNV parole program allows up to 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans to fly into the U.S. after they’ve supposedly been vetted and have a sponsor in the U.S. The recipients typically receive two year “humanitarian parole” grants, which allow them to apply for work authorization and live in the U.S. According to CBP data, at least 138,000 Haitians have been brought to the U.S. since the start of the Biden admin’s program in January 2023,” Melugin said.

Mar. 15, 2024 11:20 am – Using duplicity, deception and secret alliances, the U.K.’s inner circle of top elites led by Nathaniel Rothschild, King Edward VII, and Lord Alfred Milner backed the German Kaiser into a corner and intentionally set the Germans up to blame them for starting the First World War, when in fact it was the British who provoked the Germans to the point where war was the only option.

German generals were caught strategizing several weeks ago on how to bomb Russia’s main bridge to Crimea. This would be an act of aggression that Russian President Vladimir Putin described as guaranteed to draw a harsh military response from Russia, possibly even including a nuclear strike against Berlin.

And that has led to an admission by German officials that their military is woefully unprepared to take on Russia. If German generals and politicians truly want to provoke a war with Russia, they had better slow down and wait for their military to catch up to the political rhetoric coming out of Berlin.

A March 14 article by John Cody at Remix News shows that the German Army lacks the personnel, equipment and infrastructure to wage a major war of any kind, let alone with a nuclear-armed military superpower like Russia.

“Germany’s own military and government are painting such a dire picture of the armed forces that there are now calls from some of the most powerful politicians in the country to reinstate mandatory military service,” Cody writes.

Yes, a military draft.

A video produced by Remix News details testimony provided by Eva Högl, German Parliamentary Commissioner for the Armed Forces, who provided catastrophic details about the state of the German military. It is shocking in terms of its candor regarding the current state of the German armed forces.

She finds it “really impressive” that Germany has emptied out its military defense stocks by handing it over to Ukraine to be wasted in a losing war with Russia. That sounds like an admission of treason in the wide open.

But wait. There’s more.

Germany knows it is incapable of taking on Russia so it is negotiating a secret deal with the insane leaders of two other European countries, France and Poland, for the very purpose of sending troops into Ukraine separate from NATO, although I do not believe this could truly be done without the acquiescence of Washington and London.

An organization called the Weimar Triangle – composed of France, Germany and Poland – has been in existence since 1991 at the fall of the Soviet Union.

The stated purpose of the Weimar Triangle was to assist Poland’s emergence from Communist rule. It’s strange that it still exists but it may have found a new purpose – instigating World War III with Russia.

According to Wikipedia, “the Weimar Triangle exists mostly in the form of summit meetings between the leaders of the three countries and of their foreign ministers. The collaboration between member states includes inter-parliamentary contacts, military, scientific and cultural co-operation. The most recent summit of leaders occurred in Paris on June 12, 2023.” (Emphasis mine)

Mar. 15, 2024 12:40 pm – More illegal immigrants and undocumented persons entered the country, and more Americans died of drug overdoses under Biden than under any other US president. More Americans died of drug overdoses under Biden than died of COVID under Trump, but the same people who were calling for mask mandates and lockdowns are not calling for a lockdown of the border or a crackdown on users, sellers, traffickers, and buyers. (By the way, nearly three times as many Americans died of COVID under Biden as under Trump).”

Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines told Congress that groups like the Islamic State and Iran-backed militias, such as Hamas, are the largest threats to US interests, but most of the attacks have been overseas. Narcoterrorism, however, is growing as foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) are using drug trafficking as a means of supporting their terrorist operations. The Iran-backed terrorist group Hezbollah works through a global network of gangs and cartels, trafficking cocaine and opium to the US.

FBI Director Christopher Wray identified China as the country providing precursor chemicals to Mexican cartels that manufacture the fentanyl that is killing Americans in record numbers. Moreover, Chinese nationals are establishing illegal marijuana growing operations within the US homeland, with Chinese organized crime groups now dominating the illegal marijuana market. Additionally, China is emerging as a key supplier of precursor chemicals for methamphetamine production, further exacerbating the drug crisis in the United States.

Not only drugs but violence is also making its way north from Mexico. Since 2018, cartels in Mexico have been responsible for approximately thirty thousand murders annually. However, this figure likely underestimates the true extent of violence, as individuals who go missing are not counted as deceased until their bodies are discovered—resulting in a significant gap in murder statistics. Last year alone, the number of disappeared individuals surpassed 100,000.

In the United States, drug-related crime is on the rise for several reasons. Firstly, drug users are more prone to committing theft. Moreover, cocaine users are five times more likely to engage in violent crimes and its toll on American lives each year. Additionally, cartel violence is encroaching into the US, with instances of cartels targeting specific individuals within the country. US authorities have intercepted assassins attempting to cross the border, and states along the Mexico border, as well as Florida—a key transshipment point for cocaine from Latin America—are witnessing a surge in drug-related homicides, linked to Latin American cartels.

Cartels, currently classified as Transnational Organized Crime (TOC), are the subject of debate among some members of Congress and Texas Governor Abbott. They advocate for designating cartels as Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTO) due to their meeting three specific criteria: A) They are foreign organizations; B) They engage in terrorist activities; and C) They pose a threat to the security of US nationals or national security.

Designating the cartels as terrorist organizations presents a significant challenge as it could severely strain US-Mexico relations. Such a designation could lead to accusations against the Mexican government of supporting terrorism, potentially triggering a series of consequences. Assets belonging to the cartels held in US banks, as well as assets linked to military personnel, law enforcement officials, or politicians aiding them, could be frozen. Sanctions may extend to banning implicated police officers, soldiers, and politicians from entering the US. Moreover, these individuals could be subject to arrest, trial, and imprisonment in the United States. Additionally, the possibility of military action, including cross-border raids, raises concerns about potential civilian casualties, inviting condemnation from the international community.

 

Trudeau’s Canada: Canadian Police Advise Leaving Car Keys in Front Door to Deter Break-Ins and Minimize Conflict with Thieves   By Jim Hᴏft

Mar. 14, 2024 9:12 pm – In the face of an alarming rise in car thefts, Toronto Police Service (TPS) Constable Marco Ricciardi has offered a controversial tip to residents: leave car keys in the front door to avoid violent home invasions.

During a community safety meeting in Etobicoke, Constable Ricciardi addressed the issue, stating, “To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door because they’re breaking into your home to steal your car. They don’t want anything else.”

In short, don’t make it hard for thieves to steal your car. This is what an unarmed society looks like.

This suggestion has come as Toronto grapples with a car theft rate that sees a vehicle stolen every six minutes, a costly crime spree racking up nearly $1 billion annually, according to the Canadian Finance and Leasing Association (CFLA).

Toronto has witnessed a 400% surge in home invasions and break-ins for auto thefts, underscoring a troubling trend of increased violence and the use of firearms by criminals targeting vehicles, Global News reported.

Toronto Police Service released the following statement:

An officer at a recent community meeting suggested that people leave the keys to their vehicle in a faraday bag by the front door. While well meaning, there are also other ways to prevent auto theft motivated home invasions. For additional context, in Toronto, home invasions and break and enters for auto theft occurrences rose 400 percent in 2023. Police are concerned about an escalation in violence, where all sorts of weapons and firearms are being used to steal vehicles, and that includes during home invasions. While Toronto Police have always advised the public to prioritize your safety over your vehicle, here are ways members of the public can protect themselves, their homes and their vehicles:

• Park vehicles in garage, if possible
• Ensure your driveway is well lit and keep exterior lights on all night
• Security cameras are an asset
• If possible, install a home security system – activate alarm on STAY when home and AWAY when out
• Consider having a motion detection alarm connected to your cell phone
• Put security film on glass windows and doors
• Have multipoint door locks on your doors
• Keep backyard gates locked and ground windows secured
• Do not post on social media when you will be away on holiday
• Report suspicious vehicles/persons in the neighbourhood to police

The TPS’s advice to leave keys in a faraday bag by the front door, which can prevent the keys from being remotely accessed by thieves, has indeed sparked debate.

 

Boeing Whistleblower Who Died Suspiciously Said This to His Friend Before His Death: ‘If Anything Happens to Me, It’s Not Suicide’  (VIDEO)   By Jim Hᴏft

Mar. 15, 2024 7:30 am  – anager and whistleblower, John Barnett, had told a close friend days before his untimely death that if anything happened to him, it would not be suicide.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Barnett was found dead from what appeared to be a self-inflicted wound inside his car in a hotel parking lot shortly after testifying against the aerospace company.

Barnett had accused Boeing of neglecting safety concerns and retaliating against him for his disclosures.

The 62-year-old, who had a 32-year tenure with the company until his retirement in 2017, died on March 9 during a break from depositions in a whistleblower retaliation lawsuit.

“Barnett’s death came during a break in depositions in a whistleblower retaliation suit, where he alleged under-pressure workers were deliberately fitting sub-standard parts to aircraft on the assembly line.” the Daily Mail reported.

Charleston police are investigating after Barnett was found in his truck “suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.”

According to the Daily Mail, Barnett was reportedly found with a ‘silver handgun’ in his hand and his finger on the trigger.

In the wake of his death, a suicide note was reportedly found near Barnett, raising questions and skepticism among his legal team.

His attorneys, Robert Turkewitz and Brian Knowles, have publicly questioned the conclusion that Barnett took his own life, urging the Charleston police for a thorough investigation.

They emphasized Barnett’s upbeat spirits before his scheduled deposition and expressed disbelief that he would commit suicide.

Adding to the mystery, police have conducted an extensive examination of Barnett’s vehicle, a process not typically associated with clear-cut suicides. According to reports, police have dusted his car for fingerprints.

Hotel staff members also recounted Barnett appearing completely normal on the evening preceding his death.

In a shocking revelation to ABC News, a close family friend of John Barnett disclosed his haunting premonition before his untimely death.

Jennifer, whose mother has been lifelong friends with Barnett’s mother, shared that Barnett had expressed concerns about potentially ending up dead in a scenario falsely framed as suicide.

Jennifer recounted her conversations with Barnett, emphasizing his love for life and dismissing any possibility that he could have taken his own life.

“He wasn’t concerned about safety because I asked him, I said, aren’t you scared? And his voice and the way he would talk, ‘no, I ain’t scared,’ he said, but if anything happens to me, it’s not suicide. I know that he did not commit suicide. There’s no way. He loved life too much. He loved his family too much. He loved his brothers too much to put them through what they’re going through right now,” she said.

Barnett’s premonition has now become a chilling focal point for those demanding a thorough investigation into his death. His claim, perceived as a warning, has ignited speculation and concern over potential foul play.

New York City Spending a Stunning $387 Per Illegal Immigrant Per Day on Food and Housing   By Mike Lachance

Mar. 14, 2024 9:50 pm – he city of New York is spending an eye-popping $387 per illegal immigrant per day on food and housing. That works out to over $2,700 per illegal immigrant per week. It’s over $10,000 per illegal immigrant per month.

If New York City has that kind of money to spend on illegals, why are there any homeless veterans? Why are there any homeless people at all?

Millions of hardworking Americans live on far less than what New York is spending on illegal border crossers.

The Washington Examiner reports:

New York City spends $387 per migrant per day to provide shelter and food

New York City is spending about $387 per day per migrant to provide food and shelter to the 64,800 migrants in the city, according to data from NYC City Hall.

February’s number is down $5 from an October count when the city was housing 65,400 migrants. That number peaked in November, hitting $391 per day per migrant. These numbers do not reflect the cost of other services like medical care and education.

“In the last two months, Mayor Adams has laid out plans to save billions of taxpayer dollars as New York City manages a national humanitarian crisis, and the numbers show that our efforts are working,” a City Hall spokesperson told The New York Post Tuesday.

He also said the city expects to “save $2.3 billion by next summer.” Mayor Eric Adams is looking to bring the cost per day per migrant down to $352 by fiscal year 2025.

The New York Post reports that illegals are being offered plane and bus tickets to leave NYC but none of them are taking the offer. They don’t want to leave NYC. Is there any wonder why?

Here’s why NYC migrants aren’t accepting free plane, bus tickets out of town

Migrants booted from the Big Apple’s overflowing shelter system on Tuesday said they’re turning down the city’s offer for free plane or bus tickets out of town because it’s too hard to start over elsewhere.

Of the more than two dozen asylum seekers The Post spoke to outside an intake center in the East Village, most said they preferred to stay put and try their luck in New York City — even if it meant going more weeks without a shelter bed.

“Why leave here and start all over?” said Jesus Hernandez, 40, of Venezuela, adding he expects to wait four days to a week to find out about where he’ll be living next.

Some joked the dating scene is what’s keeping them here.

“I want job. I want to stay. I want wife too,” said one Senegalese migrant, who didn’t want to be named.

The amount of money being spent on these people is obscene.

 

Plot Twist: Eric Swalwell’s Honeypot Fang Fang Re-Emerges in Beijing – Chinese Journalist Says She Was Recruited by US Intelligence   By Brian Lupo

Mar. 14, 2024 4:00 pm – In what is now a well-known story, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), was allegedly honey-potted by a Chinese spy by the name of Christine Fang, or Fang Fang, from 2011-2015.  During this time, Fang Fang “took part in fundraising activity for Swalwell’s 2014 re-election campaign”  and helped place at least one intern into Swalwell’s office, as reported by Axios in December 2020.

In 2015, Swalwell received a “defensive briefing” from counterintelligence officials to alert him that Fang Fang potentially being a Chinese spy.  The California US Representative quickly cut ties.  That same year, Fang Fang reportedly fled the country.

This discovery led to the development of a unit within the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force that was dedicated specifically to “countering China’s political influence in the United States”.  It was also reported that now-deceased Senator Dianne Feinstein had been chauffeured by a Chinese spy for upwards of 19 years.

Up until yesterday, the location of Fang Fang was a mystery to the public.  But a shocking post from Hu Xijin on X alleges that not only is she still alive and well, but that the story about her in the mainstream media is inaccurate.

Yesterday, Hu Xijin, the former editor-in-chief of the CCP’s Global Times, posted that he just had lunch with Christine Fang.  And that the story disseminated about her is wrong.  Hu included a photo of Fang Fang sitting with him at a restaurant, perhaps for authenticity.

Hu Xijin wrote:

• In 2009, she went to study in [US] and did a lot of work to promote personnel exchanges between China & US in those years.
• In 2015, the CIA & FBI approached her, asked her to “cooperate.” The FBI used coercion & inducement, offering to give her [US] citizenship and $1 million, requiring her to work for them or else they would “ruin her.”
• 3 days after the FBI had a showdown with her, she fled [US] alone and returned to China, her motherland.
• She told me: “I just don’t want to betray my motherland. I don’t want to be an American spy. That’s my bottom line as a person.”
• She went to [US] with dreams, but in the end, her dreams were shattered. It was the US that shamelessly betrayed this exceptional girl’s dream for it.

 

Biden Administration Plans to Use Guantanamo Bay as Processing Center for Haitian Migrants    By Anthony Scott

Mar. 14, 2024 4:40 pm – As Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince collapses into chaos, the Biden administration is preparing to use Guantanamo Bay as a processing center for Haitian migrants.

During a recent Senate Armed Services Committee, Army Gen. Laura Richardson shared that U.S. SOUTHCOM and the Pentagon have already prepared Guantanamo Bay for an influx of migrants from Haiti.

Gen Richardson stated, “Everything is refreshed — the equipment, everything is ready to go.”

Guantanamo Bay, which is close to 200 miles away from Haiti, already contains a migrant processing center that is separate from its terrorist holding center.

According to Stripes, the White House is in discussions to expand the processing center.

The video shows a man described as an active-duty FBI colleague of former FBI liaison to Capitol Police Officer John Guandolo.

The FBI agent is seen clapping his hands and sying “this is huge” as protesters ran up the east steps of the US Capitol on January 6.

This footage was published by Free State Will.

As reported earlier, the FBI lost track of how many operatives and paid informants they had in the Trump crowd on January 6, 2021.

After Iran Killed 3 U.S. Soldiers, Biden Gives It $10B Sanctions Waiver

March 14, 2024 – This story is worse than it sounds. And while that’s true of nearly everything this administration does, it’s truly true here.

Iran’s terror militias launched a wave of rocket attacks against American soldiers in Iraq and Syria under Biden. There were dozens of these attacks last year alone.

In the spring of 2023, Scott Patrick Dubis, a 52-year-old military contractor who had worked on U.S. military bases in Afghanistan, Kuwait and Qatar, was killed by an Iranian-backed attack.

Now, three US Army soldiers were killed and over 30 were wounded in an Iranian-backed drone attack on a position on the Jordanian-Syrian border. This is the worst death toll in some time.

Beyond that, Iran was behind the Hamas Oct 7 attack which killed over 30 Americans and we’re in a battle with its Houthi proxies over shipping in the Red Sea.

So what does Joe Biden go ahead and do?

The Biden administration on Wednesday reapproved a sanctions waiver that unlocks upwards of $10 billion in frozen funds for the Iranian government, according to a copy of the notice submitted to Congress late Wednesday and reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

But this is Joe Biden we’re talking about. In October 2001, Biden proposed that, “this would be a good time to send, no strings attached, a check for $200 million to Iran.”

So why is this story even worse than it sounds?

“The sanctions waiver—which has drawn fierce GOP opposition on Capitol Hill—allows Iraq to transfer electricity payments to Iran via third-party countries.”

Now remember, Iran has effectively taken over Iraq. 3 American soldiers were killed because Iran has developed major Shiite militia forces across Iraq. The transfer payments prop up Iraq’s dependency on Iran which leads to further attacks on Americans. This is not some sort of indirect issue, it’s the core problem.

Not only is Iran profiting, but Iraq continues to be wired into Iran which makes a mockery of the entire war.

The State Department would not immediately confirm transmitting the sanctions waiver to Congress, but defended its previous renewals on Tuesday in response to Free Beacon questions.

 

Biden’s ‘Trojan Pier’ for Gaza   by Daniel Greenfield

It’s not about delivering aid, it’s about giving the terrorists a gateway to the world.

March 14, 2024 – Six Americans are still being held hostage by Hamas, and Biden has sent no troops to help them, but at the State of the Union address, he promised to send troops to build a pier for Gaza.

The estimated over 1,000 troops will spend as long as 2 months laboring to build a floating pier in a war zone under potential attack to help transfer aid to the Hamas supporters living in Gaza.

Nothing about this plan makes sense.

The media has taken to falsely claiming that the Arab Muslims occupying parts of Gaza are starving. Vice President Kamala Harris attacked Israel, claiming that she had “seen reports of families eating leaves or animal feed.” Social media videos however show the locals gorging themselves on shawarma and other foods in preparation for the Islamic period of Ramadan.

But if the Biden administration really believed that Gazans were starving right now, what would be the purpose of spending two months building a pier to deliver aid? A program with a two month lead time will not help people who are starving right now. It would be a grim joke.

And the pier plan only gets stranger from there.

According to the administration, there will be no ‘boots on the ground’ constructing the pier and according to a Pentagon spokesman, “it will not be U.S. military personnel that are transporting the aid off of the causeway into Gaza.” So who has the trucks and capability to actually do it?

The United States will build a pier for smaller ships to transfer to a temporary causeway. According to the spokesman, the administration is “coordinating with other nations to assist with operating the causeway and distributing aid into Gaza.”

Who are those nations? They’re clearly not Israel or the United States. While the Pentagon spokesman mentions Israel as a partner nation, the Israelis are already able to deliver aid.

The Pentagon spokesman mentioned the UN and nameless “ally and partner nations”.

“Why not just use those existing ports and have Israel look at what’s going through and bring it in?  It seems like this is a lot of work for 60 days out when there are people starving, frankly,” a reporter asked.

And the spokesman responded with a confusing word salad because he had no good answer.

While administration officials describe the pier as “temporary”, a senior official also admitted that “we look forward to the port transitioning to a commercially operated facility over time.”

The authority granted in the latest waivers allows Iraq to convert dinars into Euros and transfer payments into Iranian banks accounts in Oman.

Republican foreign policy leaders in Congress raised concerns about the waiver earlier this week, the Free Beacon reported, saying that sanctions should not be lifted on the hardline Iranian regime in light of its support for Hamas and other terrorist proxy groups waging war on Israel and American outposts in the region.

While the State Department maintains the funds can only be accessed by Iran to pay for humanitarian supplies, like food and medicine, critics of the sanctions waiver argue that money is fungible, and that the waiver frees up cash for Iran to spend on its global terrorism operations.

The U.S. understands that if it deployed American troops to Ukraine, Russia would treat it as an intervention.

“‘(In the U.S.) there are enough specialists in the field of Russian-American relations and in the field of strategic restraint’, said Putin, the ultimate decision maker in the world’s biggest nuclear power. ‘Therefore, I don’t think that here everything is rushing to it (nuclear confrontation), but we are ready for this’.”

Public nuclear warnings to the U.S. have been a constant in this war.

“Putin reiterated the use of nuclear weapons was spelled out in the Kremlin’s nuclear doctrine, which sets out the conditions under which it would use such a weapon: broadly a response to an attack using nuclear or other weapons of mass destruction, or the use of conventional weapons against Russia ‘when the very existence of the state is put under threat’.

‘Weapons exist in order to use them’, Putin said. ‘We have our own principles’.”

Putin also repeated his willingness to enter into negotiations as part of a new post-Cold War demarcation of European security – as long as it is based on reality, not drug delusions.

“‘Russia is ready for negotiations on Ukraine, but they should be based on reality – and not on cravings after the use of psychotropic drugs’, Putin said.”

By now, he trusts no one, and would need written security guarantees in the event of a settlement.

Indicting someone in China may seem pointless, but it has worked in the past where China may have dealt with those named publicly by the U.S.  The Chinese police stations were part of “Fox Hunt”.

Operation Fox Hunt is the ongoing worldwide operation by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of China to hunt down dissidents and forcibly return them home for interrogation, imprisonment, and likely execution.

The pursuit phase of Fox Hunt reminded me of the early work in the Global War on Terror (GWOT) where we pursued Al-Qaeda operatives around the world and conducted rendition operations to black sites.

It starts out with a righteous anger but can soon spin out of control.  We’re a nation of laws and constitutional framework with key tenets that can help get things right when they spin out of control (until recently).

The Chinese clone of GWOT has no boundaries.  It appears our Department of Justice is working to shut down the CCP Fox Hunt Operation, but are they?  Secretary of State Blinken just hosted the Chinese Director of Fox Hunt for a formal Dinner.

Why would he do that?  Is Blinken trying to curry favor for a position after regime change?  A disturbing assertion was brought to my attention.

Instead of us finding Chinese covert Fox Hunt Police Stations, is China now in the business of building our sensitive U.S. government facilities inside of America?  This is like the inverse of us rooting out their police stations.

Boeing whistleblower John Barnett was found dead from a self-inflicted wound inside his vehicle outside a hotel in Charleston, South Carolina days after testifying against the airplane company.

John Barnett was found dead on March 9. He worked for Boeing for 32 years until he retired in 2017.

“Barnett’s death came during a break in depositions in a whistleblower retaliation suit, where he alleged under-pressure workers were deliberately fitting sub-standard parts to aircraft on the assembly line.” the Daily Mail reported.

Charleston police are investigating after Barnett was found in his truck “suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.”

According to the Daily Mail, Barnett was reportedly found with a ‘silver handgun’ in his hand and his finger on the trigger. A suicide note was also found on the passenger side of the vehicle.

The contents of the note were not released.

Barnett’s lawyers are asking for a thorough probe because they don’t believe he committed suicide.

Distrust of Netanyahu’s ability to rule has deepened and broadened across the public from its already high levels before the war, and we expect large protests demanding his resignation and new elections. A different, more moderate government is a possibility.

Netanyahu was elected to his current term in office in November 2022 with a right-wing coalition that had the largest majority of any Israeli government in decades. His approval dropped during nationwide protests over his proposed judicial reforms, and in the immediate aftermath of the October 7 terror attacks, but recent polls suggest that his support has recovered, as he has led Israel to the edge of victory over Hamas while resisting international pressure.

Mar. 12, 2024 2:20 pm – U.S. Federal Judge Joe Anderson, in a non-jury trial, found Christian pro-life activist Steven Lefemine, 68, guilty of violating the Freedom of Access of Clinic Entrances Act (FACE ACT) after he sang the popular hymn “Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty” and recited Bible verses outside of an abortion clinic in Columbia, South Carolina.

On November 15, 2022, Lefemine was protesting against abortions outside the Planned Parenthood South Atlantic in Columbia by singing hymns and quoting Bible scriptures.

Shortly after Lefemine’s protest began, the staff of the abortion clinic, along with the police officers, asked Lefemine to stop blocking the entrance of the abortion clinic, to which Lefemine replied he would only leave if “They agree not to kill babies today.”

At his trial, Lefemine represented himself and cited the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and Bible passages from Psalms, Exodus, Matthew, and Acts.

According to the DOJ, Lefemine now faces a maximum penalty of six months in federal prison and a fine of up to $10,000.

MONDAY, MAR 11, 2024 – 09:27 AM – Following the LATAM Airlines 787-9 Dreamliner mid-air incident on Sunday, flight tracking website RadarBox reports a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Boeing 777-306ER from Amsterdam to São Paulo has declared an emergency via Squawk code 7700 and is “currently diverting.”

Squawk code 7700 is a general emergency. There are no reasons yet why pilots declared the emergency.

Following a series of incidents involving Boeing aircraft in the US last week, a South American LATAM Airlines 787-9 Dreamliner en route from Sydney, Australia, to Auckland, New Zealand, encountered a “technical event” that led to significant turbulence, which injured at least 50 passengers.

LATAM told AP News that Flight LA800, involving a 787-9 Dreamliner, experienced a “technical event during the flight which caused a strong movement” but did not elaborate further on the incident. The local newspaper, the New Zealand Herald, explained that the plane suddenly lost altitude.

Mar. 12, 2024 8:30 am – A devastating crash at Ingalls Field Airport in rural Virginia resulted in the deaths of five individuals on Sunday afternoon, according to state authorities.

Among the deceased are two pilots and a family of three, including a three-year-old boy.

The incident happened around 3 p.m., with officials reporting that the plane crashed just short of the runway. It struck trees before impacting the hillside below the runway threshold.

Virginia State Police (VSP) have confirmed there were no survivors.

“The plane was short on its approach to the runway, struck the trees and then the hillside,” Virginia State Police said.

“The occupants of the aircraft were the Pilot (male), First Officer (Co-pilot), (male) and three passengers, (one male, one female and a male juvenile). There were no survivors in the crash,” VSP added.

Local 10, the ABC affiliate in Florida, revealed two of the adult victims as Alfredo Diez and his wife Kseniia Shanina. Diez was recognized as the CEO of Atlantis Flight Academy.

The couple, along with one of the pilots, were reported not to be American citizens, with backgrounds from Russia, India, and Spain, though it was not specified who was from which country.

Indiana High School Tells Teen to Remove American Flag From His Truck – After He Refused, Other Students Attached the Flag to Their Vehicles  (VIDEO)   By Mike Lachance

Mar. 11, 2024 10:20 pm – A teenager in Indiana was told by his high school to remove the American flag from his truck. He refused, citing the school’s rule book, which doesn’t prohibit such activity.

After he refused to remove the flag, other students at the school attached American flags to their vehicles.

The school wisely chose to back down on the issue. The story has since gone viral.

East Central High School senior Cameron Blasek, a student in Indiana, is speaking out after he said he was told to remove his American flag from his truck.

“The flag itself represents this country, this beautiful country that we live in,” Blasek said in an interview with WCPO. “It also represents the people who fought their lives for it. And I think that’s a really hard thing to talk about, but I think it’s a big thing.”

Blasek said that he was told by his counselor and vice principal to remove the American flag from his truck, which he refused to do.

“I said, ‘no, that’s not going to happen. I can’t,’” Blasek said…

Blasek said that he read through his school handbook and determined that there were no rules preventing him from displaying a flag on his vehicle.

“I read through the Essentials 2023-2024 Handbook, and the word ‘flag’ wasn’t even mentioned in the parking lot or driving section. The only section it’s mentioned in is the flag-twirling section,” he explained.

Others came displaying American flags on their vehicles soon after that.

Bill Hagerty (R-TN) to add an amendment to the $460 billion spending package, the legislation would require the Census Bureau to include a U.S. citizenship question in any future census. It would ban any illegal immigrants and non- U.S. Citizens from being counted for congressional district and Electoral College apportionment. However, 51 Democrats and Independents voted against the bill (Townhall).

Mar. 11, 2024 9:45 am – Soros-funded Cumberland County District Attorney Jacqueline A. Sartoris announced a policy change that will no longer see illegal aliens charged for specific traffic violations within Maine’s most populous county.

This policy change, effective from March 1, has been met with mixed reactions due to its implications for illegal aliens operating motor vehicles in the area.

The announcement, detailed in a memo obtained by The Maine Wire, specifies that individuals, including illegal aliens, will no longer face criminal charges for certain traffic offenses. These offenses encompass driving without a license, driving with a suspended registration, or driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Sartoris pointed out the DA’s office’s focus on ‘problem-solving’ and ‘focusing on genuine public safety cases,’ highlighting the overwhelming caseload, which is reportedly at 150% capacity.

“The focus for us is on problem-solving (making people get legal) and focusing on genuine public safety cases, of which we have plenty,” Sartoris said in the memo.

“If you have other thoughts about resolving our 150% caseload, please feel free to share them,” she said.

“At the moment, and for the foreseeable future, this step is prudent, responsive to real-world challenges, and a civil violation is the appropriate response when any of these are the only potential criminal charge,” she added.

Navarro is appealing the conviction.

“Sunday’s filing in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia states that Navarro has now been ordered to report to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons, FCI Miami, on or before 2:00 p.m. on March 19. “Accordingly, Dr. Navarro respectfully reiterates his request for an administratively [sic] stay so as to permit the Court to resolve the instant motion. Should this Court deny Dr. Navarro’s motion, he respectfully requests an administrative stay so as to permit the Supreme Court review of this Court’s denial,” Woodward wrote.” – Fox News reported.

Peter Navarro, who served in the White House under former President Trump, was ordered to report to a Miami prison by March 19 to begin serving a four-month sentence for flouting a House Jan. 6 committee subpoena.

The order was revealed in a court filing Sunday by Navarro’s lawyer, Stanley Woodward.

In January, U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta sentenced Navarro to four months in prison and ordered him to pay a fine of $9,500. The sentence was two months shorter than the six prosecutors had sought, but Mehta drastically reduced the whopping $200,000 fine sought by the Justice Department.

The former Trump White House aide is looking for an appeals court to intervene to block the sentence while he fights the conviction.

A federal judge last month denied former Trump aide Dr. Peter Navarro’s request to stay out of prison pending a decision from the appellate court.

US District Judge Amit Mehta, an Obama appointee, said Peter Navarro must report to prison pending his appeal unless the DC Circuit Court of Appeals blocks his order.

“Defendant’s cynical, self-serving claim of political bias poses no question at all, let alone a ‘substantial’ one,” Mehta wrote in a previous order, according to The AP.

In September former Trump advisor Dr. Peter Navarro, 74, was convicted of criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena in Liz Cheney’s January 6 investigation.

Navarro did not comply with the subpoena because he said Trump told him to assert executive privilege.

The jury previously convicted Navarro on two counts of contempt after deliberating for four hours. [Emphasis added]

Biden’s corrupt DOJ sought a six-month prison term for Navarro. Late last month, judge Amit Mehta sentenced Peter Navarro to 4 months in prison and ordered him to pay a $9,500 fine.

“When I received that congressional subpoena, the second, I had an honest belief that the privilege had been invoked, and I was torn. Nobody in my position should be put in conflict between the legislative branch and the executive branch. Is that the lesson of this entire proceeding? Get a letter and a lawyer? I think in a way it is,” Navarro said as he spoke in his own defense. “I am disappointed with a process where a jury convicted me, and I was unable to provide a defense, one of the most important elements of our justice system.”

Judge Mehta barred Navarro from making the executive privilege argument after DOJ prosecutors accused the former Trump aide of ‘hiding behind executive privilege claims.’

Biden’s DOJ has abused Dr. Navarro throughout the entire process.

According to Navarro, the feds put him in leg irons and threw him in a cell last year.

“They intercepted me gettin’ on the plane and then they put me in handcuffs, they bring me here. They put me in leg irons. They stick me in a cell,” Navarro said to reporters after his arrest last summer.

JUST IN: Boeing Whistleblower Found Dead From “Self-Inflicted” Wound    By Cristina Laila

Mar. 11, 2024 5:40 pm – A Boeing whistleblower was found dead from a self-inflicted wound inside his car outside a hotel in Charleston, South Carolina.

John Barnett was found dead on March 9. He worked for Boeing for 32 years until he retired in 2017.

Barnett came forward with concerns about defective parts and serious problems with the oxygen masks.

The whistleblower told BBC that “sub-standard parts had even been removed from scrap bins and fitted to planes that were being built to prevent delays on the production line.”

“He also claimed that tests on emergency oxygen systems due to be fitted to the 787 showed a failure rate of 25%, meaning that one in four could fail to deploy in a real-life emergency.” – BBC reported.

MAR 11, 2024 – Another country, Nepal, has just announced it will submit to the global beast system and digitally mark all of its citizens starting at birth.

I’ve reported on similar moves in many other countries including Australia, the E.U., Ghana, and China, all characterized by a biometric digital ID. The United Nations itself is organizing a global effort to digitally register all births worldwide.

Now, the government of Nepal will require the digital identity of its citizens as it starts assigning them digital ID numbers at birth. This is the so-called “birth registration” that I’ve been warning about for years as it was included in the United Nations Agenda 2030 document signed in 2015 by more than 190 heads of state, including Barack Obama, as part of its “sustainable development goals.” I knew early on that the “legal identity” and “birth registration” required by the UN system would be digital, even though the word “digital” did not appear in the original document.

As reported by the Nepal newspaper, The Kathmandu Post, the Department of National ID and Civil Registration has started issuing digital numbers to pave the way for wider adoption of the national digital identity cards.

Nepal’s national ID is a federal identity card issued by the Department of National ID and Civil Registration with a unique number assigned to each person when their birth is registered by the state. Nepali citizens will obtain the cards based on their biometric and demographic data. The card features a unique number, photo, personal information and the bearer’s fingerprints.

The department claims that the biometric “smart card” will have several uses and that officials can read it using secure terminals.

Israel’s Netanyahu Says He Will Defy Biden’s ‘Red Line,’ Draws One of His Own   By Allison Anton

Mar. 11, 2024 3:00 pm – If Joe Biden still doesn’t understand that other world leaders will never take him seriously or see him as a threat, then he’s more hopeless than we thought.

Unfortunately, ever the clueless senior citizen, Biden had the temerity to threaten Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the weekend, first on the hot mic after his angry State of the Union speech, then on national television in a disaster of an interview on Saturday.

But as reported in Politico, Netanyahu has his own response for Biden’s now-infamous “red line” remark it MSNBC.

If you don’t remember, after Biden’s epic fail of a State of the Union address, he was heard on a hot mic expressing his frustration with the Israeli Prime Minister, saying “I told him, Bibi, and don’t repeat this, but you and I are going to have a ‘come-to-Jesus’ meeting.”

Later, in an interview with MSNBC’s Jonathan Capehart, Biden attempted to make himself appear a strong and intimidating presence by saying that Israel’s planned military operations in Rafah, a city right in the south of Gaza on the Egyptian border, would be the “red line” for Netanyahu.

However, as Politico reported Sunday, Netanyahu clearly feels little pressure from our octogenarian president on this issue.

As Netanyahu told reporters on Sunday, when asked whether he’d go ahead with the invasion of Rafah, “We’ll go there. We’re not going to leave them. You know, I have a red line. You know what the red line is? That October 7 doesn’t happen again. Never happens again.”

He’s not wrong.

Netanyahu is right to oppose the ceasefire that virtue-signaling leftists are so aggressively lobbying for.

As Biden himself inadvertently admitted in that MSNBC interview, a ceasefire for the month of Ramadan would only strengthen Hamas, giving the terrorists time to regroup and rearm themselves.

Moreover, according to Netanyahu’s own estimates, “We’ve destroyed three-quarters of Hamas’ fighting terrorism battalions. And we’re close to finishing the last part in warfare,” projecting it taking “maybe six weeks, maybe four,” to finally end the fighting.

You have to admit, if his figures are accurate, it would be pure stupidity to put on the brakes right now.

But, regardless of how you feel about Israel’s prime minister, or the Israeli Defense Forces’ battle plans, Netanyahu’s remarks expose Biden’s real weaknesses on the international stage.

Namely, Biden is not respected by world leaders, and that lack of respect is becoming more evident by the day.

Netanyahu clearly doesn’t give a fig about Biden’s “red lines” or threats, or pathetic attempts at tough talking.

Speaking of which, it’s odd how aggressive Biden has gotten with the anti-Israel rhetoric, isn’t it?

Why is he changing his tune so dramatically? Domestic American politics — and his own fears of losing his re-election bid.

Biden is trying (and failing) to walk the political tightrope of appeasing the radical pro-Palestinian left and the more pro-Israel Democratic establishment.

An impossible task?

Absolutely, but that’s not going to stop Biden from trying.

His support among the Democratic base is splintering, and he desperately needs to keep that base united if he wants any prayer of winning the election in November.

Netanyahu surely recognizes this, and therefore has no fear of Biden’s empty words.

Netanyahu is going to keep his course undeterred by Biden’s words, and another symptom of the appalling inconstancy — and impotence — of Sleepy Joe’s entire presidency.

Mar. 9, 2024 6:20 pm – A new investigative report by The Wall Street Journal has confirmed The Gateway Pundit’s previous report that Mitch McConnell’s billionaire sister-in-law Angela Chao died after backing up her Tesla into a pond on a secluded Texas ranch.

The new WSJ report confirmed that on February 10th, Chao backed her Tesla into a pond as she attempted to make a three-point turn.

Details from the report revealed in the last minutes before her death, as her car was submerging underneath the water, Chao made a frantic phone call to a friend.

In the phone call, a panicked Chao told her friend that she mistakenly placed the car in reverse instead of driving, which resulted in her going over an embankment and into a pond.

In a statement, the Blanco County Sheriff’s Department shared, “Although the preliminary investigation indicated this was an unfortunate accident, the Sheriff’s Office is still investigating this accident as a criminal matter until they have sufficient evidence to rule out criminal activity.”

The United Nations has acknowledged that employees of its permanent refugee organization for Palestinians (Unrwa) supported Hamas and participated in the Oct. 7 terror attack on Israel. Should tax-exempt groups supporting Unrwa be held responsible for funding the atrocities?

That’s the subject of a lawsuit that accuses a Washington, D.C.-based charity of providing material support for terrorism through its donations to Unrwa. Unrwa USA is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt charity that describes its mission as “support for the humanitarian work” of Unrwa through “fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement in the United States.” The group is Unrwa’s largest private donor, with $3.8 million in donations in 2022 and $5 million in 2021.

The lawsuit, filed Friday in Delaware federal court on behalf of Oct. 7 survivors, says the charity’s work amounts to terrorist financing in violation of federal law. The plaintiffs say the 501(c)3 has been aware of Unrwa’s connections with Hamas’s terrorist activities and yet continued its donations. The suit says Unrwa USA knowingly “aids, abets and provides material support for those activities under the guise of humanitarian assistance.”

Two recent interviews — one with former Navy SEAL and Blackwater founder Erik Prince and one with Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., — pointed to the gathering threat of terror violence inside the country this year.

Aside from these two and a few more, though, there seems to be scant attention being paid to the likelihood that a confluence of threat indicators will erupt into street violence on a scale we’ve not seen since the summer of 2020.

This year, the Islamic month of Ramadan begins on March 10.

It runs until sundown on April 10.

 

OUTRAGEOUS: Federal Judge Upholds Biden Regime’s Parole Program, Greenlights Entry for 30,000 Monthly Illegal Immigrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela   By Jim Hᴏft 

Mar. 9, 2024 8:40 pm – A federal judge in Texas delivered a ruling on Friday that effectively supports the Biden administration’s contentious parole program, allowing up to 30,000 migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to seek emergency entry into the United States each month, or 360,000 illegal aliens yearly.

U.S. District Court Judge Drew Tipton, appointed by former President Donald Trump, dismissed the challenge brought forward by 21 Republican-led states, spearheaded by Texas.  [Emphasis added]

The lawsuit alleges:

• The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has implemented a new visa program under the guise of preventing unlawful border crossings between ports of entry, allowing up to 360,000 individuals annually from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to be “paroled” into the United States for two years or more, with eligibility for work authorization, bypassing Congressional legislation.
• The DHS’s parole authority is highly restricted by Congress, intended for use only in urgent humanitarian cases or for significant public benefit on a case-by-case basis. The new parole program, however, enables advance authorization for entry into the U.S. without any legal basis.
• The established parole program does not comply with the legal requirements of being case-specific, addressing urgent humanitarian needs, or providing significant public benefit. Instead, it essentially creates a new visa program for hundreds of thousands of individuals without any legal right to enter the U.S., contradicting Congressional mandates.
• In creating this unauthorized program, DHS neglected to follow the required notice-and-comment rulemaking process under the Administrative Procedure Act, opting instead for unilateral action to admit numerous individuals without legal entry rights.
• Plaintiff States, including Texas, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and Wyoming, claim substantial and irreparable harm due to DHS’s misuse of its parole authority, leading to the potential influx of hundreds of thousands more individuals into their jurisdictions.
• DHS is accused of lacking the authority to admit over a third of a million illegal aliens into the U.S. annually as proposed by this program.
• The document urges the court to prohibit, declare illegal, and nullify DHS’s unauthorized parole program.

However, the lawsuit was rejected on the grounds that the states failed to demonstrate any direct injury caused by the program, a verdict that has left critics of the regime’s immigration policies outraged.

The regime’s decision to allow such a significant number of individuals to enter the U.S. by air each month is seen as part of a broader strategy to “mitigate” the surging numbers of illegal aliens crossing the border, Reuters reported.

As of November, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) statistics, approximately 234,000 people from the targeted countries had already taken advantage of the program, with the requirement of having a U.S. sponsor and arriving by air.

The Gateway Pundit has previously reported ongoing secret charter flights used by the Biden regime to transport migrants from overseas directly to various U.S. cities. CBP, under Secretary Mayorkas’s DHS, has been implicated in these secret operations, details of which have been withheld from the public, citing national security concerns.

Worse yet, the recorded voices, one of whom is Lieutenant General Ingo Gerhartz – the commander of the national Air Force himself, stress that Germany’s involvement in the attack must be concealed from the public.

The recording, initially dismissed by some as mere propaganda, has been confirmed as authentic by the highest echelons of the German government.

Russian officials demand swift answers from Berlin, labeling the leaked conversation as evidence of direct German complicity in acts of aggression against Russia. Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov scorns NATO, suggesting a glaring betrayal of trust, while former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev condemns Germany as a resurfaced adversary. He released a brutal statement on Telegram:

James Ordered to Surrender or Risk Being Hunted Down — Will Face Punishment and Reeducation   By Jim Hᴏft

Mar. 9, 2024 7:20 pm – Members of the New York Fire Department (FDNY) who are fed-up with Trump-hating fascist attorney general Letitia James during a recent promotion ceremony are now facing severe consequences.

The Gateway Pundit first reported the incident wherein a wave of boos and chants supporting President Trump overshadowed the event.

A large group of firefighters made their stance perfectly clear during Thursday’s New York Fire Department (FDNY) promotion ceremony regarding James’s inquisition of President Trump.

After honoring FDNY Commissioner Laura Kavanagh, James’s speech was effectively drowned out by LOUD pro-Trump chants in the crowd. She struggles a bit to find her words amidst the commotion.

You can also hear a few boos and heckles from the crowd as well in the video.

Upon beginning her speech, many in the crowd loudly booed James. The triggered attorney general responded to the dissenters by saying “Come on, we’re in a house of God…simmer down,” according to Newsweek.

James should look in the mirror and take her own advice. Her treatment of Trump is certainly not God-approved.

In response to the incident, FDNY Commissioner Laura Kavanagh has initiated a hunt for those responsible for the outburst. FDNY Chief of Department John Hodges sent an email to the department’s leadership, stating that the Bureau of Investigation and Trials (BITS) would be conducting an investigation into the matter.

He urged those involved to come forward voluntarily, implying that consequences would be less severe for those who did not wait to be “hunted down.”

“BITS is investigating this so they will figure out who the members are. I recommend they come forward. I have been told by the Commissioner It will be better for them if they come forward and we don’t have to hunt them down,” the email reads.

“The DC’s shall direct the Captain of the Company to make a list of those that come forward and send it directly to John and Kevin in Operations. I realize members might not come forward but they should know that there is clear video of the entire incident and they will be contacted by BITS if they don’t,” it added.

Internal communications from firefighter unions, including the Uniformed Fire Officers Association (UFOA), have circulated memos condemning the behavior, the New York Post reported.

The news outlet reported:

The Uniformed Fire Officers Association sent out a message to its members on Saturday warning them of the directive and that the department is in “possession of video footage of the event.”

“As part of this discussion, questions may be asked to specific UFOA members over their actions or their recollections,” the message said.

The union advised members to follow FDNY regulations but to contact the UFOA for legal representation if they feel they are the subject of an investigation.

The memo reads:

• I’m here to address the behavior of firefighters that attended Thursday’s promotion.
• The behavior we saw and heard was grossly inappropriate
• Protesting, heckling, or booing anyone at a ceremony is simply unacceptable.
• This was a promotion ceremony to honor members who made sacrifices and worked hard to achieve this day. They had close family and friends there to celebrate with them.
• Absolutely no one should have been subjected to what happened based on the political beliefs of some members.
• It was disrespectful to the speakers, to the promoted members and their families
• This was not a political event and Letitia James was not there to give a political speech.
• She was there to support her friend and our new chaplain Pamela Holmes. Pamela invited her friend to attend the ceremony.
• Members have a right to political beliefs. But you don’t have a right to make a job related ceremony political in nature.
• When you’re not on duty, feel however you want about politicians. Vote. Protest. That’s your right. But don’t do it on the job’s time, on other members’ time, or on their families’ time. Do it on your own time.
• Our actions at the promotion damaged the relationship with the attorney general and the Christian Cultural Center. We may lose that venue now.
• Politics aside, the attorney general is a friend to the UFA and UFOA and a supporter of our Department. She has come to the hospital on more than one occasion to support us when one of our members is seriously injured or died.
• These actions reflected very poorly upon us and diminished the dignity of the occasion.
• Instead of news reports talking about the accomplishments of our members, it talked about the politics and our poor behavior.
• Everyone must be better. Do the right thing. Even if you aren’t the one acting poorly, if you see a fellow firefighter act in this manner, STOP IT.
• Act in a manner befitting of the uniform that you wear. Nothing less should be tolerated.

Next steps:

• Have DC visit each firehouse that had a member promoted
• Relay bullet point message
• They should understand that BITS is gathering video and identifying members that brought discredit and to the Department
• We want the members to come forward. They will come to HQ to be educated why their behavior is unacceptable.

170 Dems vote against bill to require detention of illegal immigrant criminals   By Arjun Singh 

Just 37 House Democrats voted with 214 Republicans to pass the bill.

March 8, 2024 – (Daily Caller News Foundation) — Over half the House Democratic Caucus voted against the Laken Riley Act Thursday, a bill named after a murdered nursing student that would force the detention of illegal migrants in the U.S. who commit certain crimes.

Riley allegedly was killed on Feb. 22 by Jose Antonio Ibarra, a Venezuelan national who entered the United States unlawfully in 2022 and had been previously arrested in New York City, until he was released. In response, the House of Representatives passed a bill, named in Riley’s honor, that would require the detention of such individuals if they commit petty crimes of burglary, theft, larceny or shoplifting, which 170 House Democrats voted against.

“Laken was a kind and gentle soul beloved by everyone around her. May her memory be a blessing. Unfortunately, instead of coming together to express our sorrow for Laken’s tragic loss, the majority appears to be exploiting her death for yet another partisan political stunt,” said Democratic Rep. Jerrold Nadler of New York, who led the debate on the bill in opposition, on the House floor shortly before the bill’s passage. “Republicans appear to have thrown together language from existing unrelated bills that target and scapegoat immigrants to score cheap political points in an election year while doing nothing to address the situation at the border. This approach is fundamentally unserious.”

Just 37 House Democrats voted with 214 Republicans to pass the bill, while 11 members did not vote. The bill was sponsored by Republican Rep. Mike Collins of Georgia, who represents the district where the offense occurred.

Weaponization of the Lesser-Known Parts of the U.S. Government   By John Mills

Mar. 9, 2024 7:45 am – When we were doing the original cyber program back in 2007 one of things that we had to do was understand and count all the independent agencies and boards of the U.S. Government.  The first step of effective cybersecurity is that you have to be able to count all the servers, endpoints, and internet access points.  You can only defend what you can count.  We gave up counting at about 200 entities.  There is an archived record from the Bush Administration that shows close to 140.  I don’t think this is the cumulative list because it doesn’t list the Marine Mammal Commission which had one .gov computer.

Back then we didn’t have an orchestrated domain system and we found government systems and computers on all kinds of non .gov domains.  A disorganized network is a Disneyland of opportunities for the threat to break in and then move laterally to a more interesting network.  The Marine Mammal Commission might not be that interesting for the Nation State Actor trying to get to the Ballistic Missile Defense Network, but it might be a great starting point.

We now know very well about the weaponization of the Intelligence Community in the 51 Intelligence Officer Letter, the Department of Homeland Security and State Department in targeting, silencing, and censoring American Citizens, the Internal Revenue Service hiding the Biden Family potentially criminal financial transactions and so on.  But what about the lesser-known parts of Government in the obscure and not well understood world of 200 or so Independent U.S. Government Agencies?  How are they being used to weaponize the U.S. Government against the American?

Census Bureau

The Census Bureau is one of those forgettable bureaucratic entities in the U.S. Government.  It is not necessarily an independent agency, it is buried inside of the Department of Commerce.  The mission of the Census Bureau seems bland and mundane, “The Census Bureau’s mission is to serve as the nation’s leading provider of quality data about its people and economy”.  How can that be weaponized against the American Citizen?  Well, if that’s the case, why was one of Biden’s first acts upon taking office was to cancel President’s Trumps directive to have Census only count U.S. Citizens?  President Trump’s guidance seems intuitive, logical, and legal, but like Che Guevarra going after the national radio station, one of the first things the Biden Revolutionaries did was fan out to swarm the Census Bureau and overthrow the common sense guidance so the Biden Team could now count “Illegal” Aliens (Biden’s shocking expression from the State of the Union, not mine).

Well who was robbed of multiple House Seats in the Decennial tabulation by the Census – mostly Red States.  Census declared an “oopsie” in the count, but oh well, nothing can be done until 2030.  What helped inflated the denominator in these counts?  Most likely Illegal Aliens.  Who helped remind everyone about this statistical error?  Elon Musk who said,

“Most Americans are still unaware that the census counts ALL people, including illegal immigrants, for deciding how many House seats each state gets!

This results in Dem states getting roughly 20 more House seats, which is another strong incentive for them not to deport illegals.”

Censuses have consequences, stolen Censuses have catastrophic consequences.

 

Former Honduran President Convicted of Aiding Traffickers Moving Drugs into US   By Margaret Flavin

Mar. 9, 2024 8:45 am – On Friday in New York, former Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández was convicted of charges of conspiring with drug traffickers and using both his military and national police force to move cocaine into the United States.

Hernández, 55, who served two terms as President, was arrested in 2022 at his home in the Honduran capital a few months after leaving office before ultimately being extradited to the U.S.

The New York Post reports:

U.S. prosecutors accused Hernández of working with drug traffickers as long ago as 2004, saying he took millions of dollars in bribes as he rose from rural congressman to president of the National Congress and then to the country’s highest office.

Hernández acknowledged in trial testimony that drug money was paid to virtually all political parties in Honduras, but he denied accepting bribes himself.

During closing arguments Wednesday, Assistant U.S. Attorney Jacob Gutwillig told the jury that a corrupt Hernández “paved a cocaine superhighway to the United States.”

Nearly 100 opponents of Hernandez waited in the street outside the courthouse for the verdict and applauded and celebrated after hearing the outcome.

According to the Post, during the trial of accused Honduran drug trafficker Geovanny Fuentes Ramírez, Gutwillig said in his opening statement that “the accountant was present when Hernández allegedly said he wanted to ‘shove the drugs right up the noses of the gringos.’”

Gutwillig added, “They plotted to send as much cocaine as possible to the United States.”

After the verdict, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams shared, “Juan Orlando Hernandez had every opportunity to be a force for good in his native Honduras.  Instead, he chose to abuse his office and country for his own personal gain and partnered with some of the largest and most violent drug trafficking organizations in the world to transport tons of cocaine to the United States.  It is my sincere hope that this conviction sends a message to all corrupt politicians who would consider a similar path: choose differently.  My Office will stop at nothing to investigate and prosecute those responsible for sending poison to this community, no matter their status or political power.”

 

Leftists Defeated in Referendum to ‘Modernize’ Irish Constitution, Undermine Family Values   By Ben Kew

Mar. 9, 2024 11:20 am – Leftists in Ireland have faced a humiliating setback after holding a referendum aimed at “modernizing” the country’s constitution.

The votes, which were held on International Women’s Day, asked for public approval on amending two parts of the Irish constitution.

The first proposed change would have altered the definition of family to include those who are not married, while the other would have removed references to a mother’s duties in the home and encouraged them to join the workplace instead.

Conservatives have pointed out that the changes would constitutionally protect polygamous relationships and allow for even more unwanted immigration via migrant family reunions.

Ireland is already experiencing record levels of illegal immigration that have resulted in various protests, as the native Irish people are cast aside to accommodate the tsunami of newcomers.

 

TYRANNY: Trudeau’s Canada Will Imprison Anyone It Thinks ‘Might’ Commit a Hate Crime, Could Punish Them With Life Sentences   By Ben Kew

Mar. 9, 2024 7:30 am – Justin Trudeau’s far-left Canadian government is planning on putting anyone they suspect “might” commit a hate crime.

The Daily Telegraph reports that the draconian policy will form part of the Trudeau regime’s ‘Online Harms Bill,’ designed to crack down on any opposition to the anti-progressive agenda.

One of the measures within the bill would give judges the power to place individuals under house arrest and force them to wear an electronic tag if they believe that individual could commit a hate crime in the future.

Although the bill does include a clampdown on issues such as child pornography, much of its language revolves around battling so-called hate speech.

The country’s Justice Minister, Arif Virani, declared the legislation could play a “very important” role in preventing criticism of minorities.

”[If] there’s a genuine fear of an escalation, then an individual or group could come forward and seek a peace bond against them and to prevent them from doing certain things,” Virani explained.

“That would help to de-radicalise people who are learning things online and acting out in the real world violently – sometimes fatally.”

Five Dead, Multiple Injured as Parachute Fails to Deploy in Humanitarian Airdrop in Gaza   By Jim Hᴏft

Mar. 9, 2024 10:20 am – A humanitarian airdrop turned tragic when five civilians, including two young boys, were killed in the Al-Shati refugee camp in northern Gaza on Friday. Reports indicate a failure in the parachute system of one of the parcels resulted in the fatal accident.

The fatal accident was confirmed by various sources, including unnamed officials from the Hamas-run Gaza Ministry of Health, who were cited by CBS. The casualty figures were further corroborated by Muhammad Al-Sheikh, the Head of Emergency Care Department at Al Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza City, indicating the severity of the mishap.

CNN reported that alongside the tragic loss of life, there were ten other individuals, aged between 30 and 50 years, who sustained injuries in the incident; some are in serious condition.

The Gaza government lambasted the “useless” humanitarian effort as “flashy propaganda rather than a humanitarian service,” according to Al Jazeera.

“We previously warned it poses a threat to the lives of citizens in the Gaza Strip and this is what happened today when the parcels fell on the citizens’ heads,” it said in a statement.

Hero Governor Glenn Youngkin VETOES Democrat Bill that Would Force Virginia to Re-Enter ERIC Voter Roll Management System – Democrats in a Panic! Why Is That?   By Jim Hoft

The reports went completely viral and were shared by grassroots groups and were then passed on to state officials who took election integrity seriously.

The series of reports focused on ERIC’s lack of transparency, lack of reforms, and bias. We also pointed out how ERIC was created to clean the voter rolls but this never happened. The voters rolls were never cleaned up in the ERIC states. A good example of this is Wisconsin – a state that uses the ERIC system yet has 7.06 million registered voters in a state with 3.6 million eligible voters!

Obviously, the ERIC system is not working.

It was later discovered that ERIC founder David Becker was sharing ERIC content in 2020 with leftist groups during the presidential election.

It was The Gateway Pundit that launched the attack on ERIC and for good reason.

Following our reports and work performed by fellow conservative groups, roughly one-third of ERIC members decided to leave ERIC since our first report was released. This was a huge concern for the radical left.  For some reason (we all can guess why!) they depend on a sharing system like ERIC for successful elections.

In May 2023, Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin’s administration pulled Virginia out of the ERIC System. The move made Virginia the eighth state to leave the Electronic Registration Information Center, or ERIC.  Texas later followed to become the 9th state to leave ERIC.

This was a major blow to the Democrat Party who relies on bloated voter rolls to win elections – why is that?

 

Anti-Israel Protesters Succeed in Destroying Priceless Historic Painting    By Allison Anton

Mar. 8, 2024 5:40 pm – The contempt that far-left protesters show for historical artifacts, specifically priceless works of art, has always been sickening, but now has just gotten despicable.

Picking up where the insufferable climate protesters left off, a group of anti-Israel activists at the University of Cambridge in England destroyed a priceless 1914 painting of Arthur James Balfour by artist Philip Alexius de László.

Posting a video of the incident to their account, Palestine Action, on the social media platform X, the protesters spray painted red paint on the painting and then slashed it without any hint of shame.

The reason for this destruction, they claimed, was to protest the 1917 Balfour Declaration which, in their words “began the ethnic cleansing of Palestine by promising the land away — which the British never had the right to do.”
