JUNE 16, 2021 [Emphasis added] – President Joe Biden said he gave Russian President Vladimir Putin a list of 16 critical infrastructure sectors, from energy to water, that should not be the subject of malicious cyber activity during a meeting between the two men in Geneva on Wednesday.
The two heads of state also agreed to task cybersecurity experts from each government “to work on specific understandings about what’s off-limits and to follow up on specific [cyber incidents] that originate in either of our countries,” Biden said at press conference after a roughly three-hour meeting with Putin.
“I talked about the proposition that certain critical infrastructure should be off-limits to attack, period, by cyber or any other means,” Biden said. A White House official said Biden was referring to 16 critical infrastructure sectors designated by the U.S. government. In addition to energy and water, that list includes election systems, health care and the financial sector.

Mar. 2, 2023 8:45 am – The Biden regime publicly affirmed their commitment to a “legally-binding” accord in a press release Monday which will give the World Health Organization (WHO) control over U.S. pandemic policies, though work remains in certain areas.
International leaders are meeting this week in Geneva to consider a so-called “Zero Draft” of the agreement.
As previously covered by The Gateway Pundit, the zero draft gives the WHO the power to declare and manage a global pandemic emergency.
Once a health emergency is declared every signatory, including the United States, must submit to the authority of the WHO. This includes caving to them on treatments, lockdowns and vaccine mandates along with government surveillance.
Even more chillingly, the Biden regime does not feel they need to submit this agreement for Senate approval because they are not calling it an official treaty despite it having the full force of one.

Waste shipments resume from Ohio toxic train derailment
February 28, 2023 – EAST PALESTINE, Ohio (AP) — Contaminated waste from the site of a fiery train derailment in Ohio began moving out again Monday, after concerns were raised during the weekend about oversight of where it was being shipped, federal officials said.
The Environmental Protection Agency also announced that two new hazardous waste sites will receive some of the shipments — an incinerator in Grafton, Ohio, and a landfill in Roachdale, Indiana. [Emphasis added]
The EPA now is getting close to having enough certified facilities to take all of the waste from the site of the Feb. 3 derailment in East Palestine, said Debra Shore, a regional administrator with the agency.

Monday, February 27, 2023 – (Natural News) When it comes to explaining away the single largest ecological catastrophe in the history of America, the EPA and Ohio officials just can’t seem to get their stories straight. Every explanation they offer is a contradiction or cover-up. And they refuse to test for the one thing that poses the greatest health hazard of all: DIOXINS.
Dioxins are always created when chlorinated compounds are burned within a certain temperature range. They’re also the most deadly chemical compounds known to humankind, and they can be toxic at parts-per-quadrillion concentrations.
Put another way, it seems that they cause toxic effects on the human body at concentrations 100,000 times lower than where glyphosate begins to show toxicity. That’s just an estimate. The real number may be a million times or more.
Yet the EPA — and Ohio authorities — all refuse to test for dioxins. Or, at least, they refuse to release the test numbers publicly. No doubt they already have their own secret dioxin test results, and they are panicked over those numbers, trying to figure out how to sweep this whole problem under the rug without having to face the reality of an evacuation order that will likely soon be necessary.
