Arizona Court Rejects Kari Lake’s Appeal of 2022 Gubernatorial Election Results by Tony Gray
February 19, 2023 – The Arizona Court of Appeals Thursday rejected a plea from unsuccessful gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake to set aside Democrat Katie Hobbs 2022 election win.
Former broadcast journalist Kari Lake filed a December lawsuit against former Secretary of State Katie Hobbs and several Maricopa County officials. Lake claimed her 17,117 vote loss to the Democrat Hobbs resulted from improperly functioning ballot printers in Maricopa County. She further claimed unusually long wait times caused by the faulty printers resulted in some supporters not voting because of time constraints.
She requested Maricopa County Superior Court either order a do-over election in Maricopa County or outright declare her the winner and install her as state governor. After a two-day trial, Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson ruled against her, explaining Lake did not present sufficient evidence to prove her claims.
[Ed.: ‘Not enough evidence’? B.S. We need ‘a two-state solution’; one for us, and one for them.]
Walkthrough In Sacramento After 2020 Election Showed Dominion Boxes Labeled “Made in China”, a Pallet of Ballots Unsealed, Passwords and Flashdrives Laying Around Tabulation Room by Joe Hoft
February 19, 2023 12:00 pm – A limited case study of the election operations in Sacramento, California, after the 2020 Election provides ample evidence that a robust audit was needed in the county.
A team that labels itself Great American Rebirth released a report in early 2021 where it shared the results of a walkthrough in Sacramento after the 2020 Election.
Great American Rebirth shares a summary of what it identified in a walkthrough of the county’s election operations. Some startling observations were noted.
From the website: In December 2020 our cyber election team was invited by Mrs. Courtney Bailey-Kanelos, the Registrar of Voters in Sacramento County, California to review Sacramento’s election system, and to audit the 2020 election results.
An IT expert by the name of Mark Cook was given an opportunity to walkthrough the county’s election operations in December 2020. Mr. Cook took some pictures and they were displayed in the report along with some observations.
Here are some of the observations:

You didn’t think they were going to stop with gas stoves, did you?
These types of bans are going to continue and expand anywhere that Democrats are in charge.
Leaked ATF Documents Reveal The Biden Regime’s Scheme To Close Gun Stores Across The Country by Cullen Linebarger
February 19, 2023 8:45 am – The Biden regime has opened a new front in their war on law-abiding gun owners. Leaked ATF documents reveal the Regime plans to shut down gun stores across America by pursuing a “zero tolerance” policy for revoking federal firearm licenses (FFL).
Gun Owners Of America obtained these documents earlier this month which show the ATF updated its federal firearms license inspection guidance in January 2022. The Biden regime previously announced in July 2021 that they would be updating the guidelines established under the Trump administration.
The new guidelines state the “ATF must establish willfulness” to proceed with cancelling licenses, but the agency “does not have to establish a history of prior violations to determine willfulness.” Furthermore, revocation of the FFL’s license “is the assumed action” with violations.
Once FFLs are revoked, these records are added to the ATF’s digital gun registry which has nearly a billion gun and gun owner records. The new guidance greatly expands the Regime’s ability to criminalize law-abiding Americans and enact a backdoor national firearms ban.
Who Killed Philip Haney? The Mystery Continues by Lloyd Billingsley
Slain DHS whistleblower now under investigation for “contraband” and “possible violations of U.S. Codes.”
February 17, 2023 – February 21 will mark three years since Philip Haney, 66, was “found deceased” in Amador County, California, killed by a gunshot to the chest. The victim was not the typical Sierra foothills resident.
Philip Haney was the author of See Something Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad, first published in 2016. The DHS whistleblower also authored Frontpage articles, “Deobond Attacks in San Bernardino, Sri Lanka,” “The Terrorist Ties that Bind,” and “The Assembly of Muslim Jurists of America’s Ominous Post-Election Statement.” The expert on Islamic jihad had been punished for doing his job at a high level. This is the man found deceased in Amador County.
In Haney’s RV, the sheriff found numerous thumb drives, a laptop computer, and other materials. Sheriff Martin Ryan turned these over to the FBI, which did not reveal what the devices contained, and the bureau remained silent on the case through 2021. Last year, the Amador County sheriff’s office told Frontpage there was “no new news” about Haney and that the case was closed. A month later, in March, 2022, more than two years after Haney was found deceased, the case was proclaimed a suicide.
Claims that Haney killed himself had appeared from the start, but were steadfastly denied by Haney’s friends, family and members of Congress. In March of 2020, Rep. Steve King said, “I don’t believe that Phil Haney committed suicide.” Rep. Louis Gohmert told reporters “I’d been concerned about his safety, with all the information he knew and people who could’ve gotten in trouble.” If the case had been pursued as a homicide, potential suspects would have been easy to find.

Illinois Amateur Balloon Club Says Its Balloon Over Alaska Went Missing after US Fighter Jet Shot Down Unidentified Flying Object in Same Area by Jim Hoft
February 18, 2023 5:09 PM – Oops.
The Northern Illinois Bottlecap Balloon Brigade (NIBBB) is missing their balloon. The amateur balloon club members say the last contact they had with their Pico Balloon was in Alaska a week ago. Then nothing.
The Pico balloon just happened to be flying in the same area in Alaska where US fighter jets fired several missiles and obliterated a balloon last weekend.
The club is missing one of their Pico balloons.
[Ed.: This reminds me of the US military shooting into the Libyan night, hoping to hit Qadafi’s tent… They spend our ammunition for nothing! We need to ‘annul’ the present government, send them all home pending investigations (arrests), and build another new government without them! This is similar to States seceeding from the union, or states joining neighboring States…]
