March 28, 2023 – Let’s look a little closer at this part-time ER doctor, who is being paid $500/hr by the Maine medical board to give them a reason to revoke my license. Hired gun or hired clown?
The FSMB is the Federation of State Medical Boards, which started the witch hunt against doctors for misinformation and treating early COVID in July 2021. They recommended Jeremy Faust to the Maine medical board staff as they desperately needed someone who would testify against me. But his fee was 4x their maximum—despite the fact that this is his first expert witness case ever, he said. So then the Maine Medical Board assistant director, Ted Terranova, asked the Federation of State Medical Boards if they could contribute to his fee! We don’t know if they did, or not.
Ted Terranova gave a talk at the FSMB’s request to the international medical board society. Guess what it was about? Doctors spreading misinformation. And the Maine medical board chairwoman, who has been sleeping for a good portion of every hearing day, is an elected member of the FSMB Board of Trustees.

Rick Bright, who as head of BARDA (and a former researcher in Vietnam along with Jeremy Farrar (007)) was one of the conspirators who admitted he worked with Janet Woodcock at FDA to sink HCQ. He then became an alleged whistleblower against Trump, and was made a VP at the Rockefeller Foundation as his reward. He appears to be a buddy of Dr. Faustus.

I stumbled upon this article yesterday in mainstream media, which linked to the Medpage Today review of an important study detailing functional neurologic disorders after COVID-19 infection or vaccination. I don’t usually bother to re-publish items from Medpage Today because of their extreme bias against physicians and scientists who have spoken out about the pseudo-mRNA vaccine. Today, I am making an exception because they actually published this review without bias.

I first met Meryl when she came to our farm to work on a strategic plan for the Children’s Health Defense in the summer of 2021. We quickly become friends, as we both enjoy conversing intensely on bio-ethics and vaccines. Meryl has a quick wit, with an intellectual curiosity that cuts through even the toughest of defenses. Her boundless enthusiasm for both her patients and for the practice of medicine is combined with bravery that few can match. This makes her one of the few physicians willing to take on the establishment regarding early treatment for COVID-19 and vaccines. She always willing to engage in a conversation about science or medicine and she does not back down to authority. She has most definitely been radicalized by her experiences with the US government and her writing below reflects that. I admire her ability to get to the heart of any problem and to says things as she sees them. She has a long history of confronting the issues and most importantly, put her own career on the line for what is right.
Meryl has been persecuted by her medical board for her stance on giving life-saving treatments to her patients, and for being willing to talk about those treatments to the press. For her “crimes” of saving lives, her medical board suspended her license to practice medicine in the state of Maine. This, despite the fact that no patient actually filed a complaint against her. Furthermore, they required that she undergo a neuropsychological exam, with a psychologist of the board’s choosing, before she could have a hearing. I do not know if any state medical board has acted in such a manner before in the USA. It is truly draconian and most likely illegal. Meryl is taking the fight to the courts. As far as I am concerned, she is a true medical freedom warrior.

I think most people have already figured out you can’t trust the mass media on the subject of the chloroquine drugs and Covid-19… let’s avoid the question of which subjects can they be trusted with?
I thought you could trust medical journals to a degree, but even they, whose editors are physicians, have been often unreliable on the value of chloroquines in Covid-19. How could the Lancet editors and reviewers decide to publish the very sketchy Lancet article I critiqued a few posts back? The Lancet is the world’s most-read medical journal.
Today, over 140 academics and clinicians around the world have challenged the veracity of that Lancet article, and asked for it to be reviewed by an independent international group. I put up the Zenodo link for their letter at noon today, May 29, but tonight that link is gone. On May 30, link now works. Nevertheless, their letter has drawn huge attention to the questionable provenance of the Lancet paper’s data, including by the Guardian and the NY Times. Why?

March 27. 2023 – The following is the text of Professor Harvey Risch’s opinion piece in yesterday’s [July 23, 2020] issue of Newsweek.
As professor of epidemiology at Yale School of Public Health, I have authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications and currently hold senior positions on the editorial boards of several leading journals. I am usually accustomed to advocating for positions within the mainstream of medicine, so have been flummoxed to find that, in the midst of a crisis, I am fighting for a treatment that the data fully support but which, for reasons having nothing to do with a correct understanding of the science, has been pushed to the sidelines. As a result, tens of thousands of patients with COVID-19 are dying unnecessarily. Fortunately, the situation can be reversed easily and quickly.
I am referring, of course, to the medication hydroxychloroquine. When this inexpensive oral medication is given very early in the course of illness, before the virus has had time to multiply beyond control, it has shown to be highly effective, especially when given in combination with the antibiotics azithromycin or doxycycline and the nutritional supplement zinc.
On May 27, I published an article in the American Journal of Epidemiology (AJE) entitled, “Early Outpatient Treatment of Symptomatic, High-Risk COVID-19 Patients that Should be Ramped-Up Immediately as Key to the Pandemic Crisis.” That article, published in the world’s leading epidemiology journal, analyzed five studies, demonstrating clear-cut and significant benefits to treated patients, plus other very large studies that showed the medication safety.

March 28, 2023 – It is remarkable that a large series of events taking place over the past months produced a unified message about hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), and produced similar policies about the drug in the US, Canada, Australia, NZ and western Europe. The message is that generic, inexpensive hydroxychloroquine (costing. only $1.00 to produce a full course) is dangerous and should not be used to treat a potentially fatal disease, Covid-19, for which there are no (other) reliable treatments.
Hydroxychloroquine has been used safely for 65 years in many millions of patients. And so the message was crafted that the drug is safe for its other uses, but dangerous when used for Covid-19. It doesn’t make sense, but it seems to have worked.
In the US, “Never Trump” morphed into “Never Hydroxychloroquine,” and the result for the pandemic is “Never Over.” But while anti-Trump spin is what characterized suppression strategies in the US, the frauds perpetrated about hydroxychloroquine and the pandemic include most western countries.

Kennedy, CHD and Connie Sampognaro filed the complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Monroe Division, on behalf of all the more than 80% of Americans who access news from online news aggregators and social media companies, principally Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
The plaintiffs allege top-ranking government officials, along with an “ever-growing army of federal officers, at every level of the government” from the White House to the FBI, the CIA and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to lesser-well-known federal agencies of inducing those companies:
“to stifle viewpoints that the government disfavors, to suppress facts that the government does not want the public to hear, and to silence specific speakers — in every case critics of federal policy — whom the government has targeted by name.”

This was an amazing conference. Steve Kirsch’s Vaccine Safety Research Foundation and Warner Mendenhall’s law firm were the primary sponsors. CHD also had a part in it, as did a few other organizations. Louisa Clary of VSRF was the MC.
Why was it amazing? As I told Steve Kirsch, I did not want to go. A legal conference seemed too far out of my lane. And why hold it next door to the evil CDC? Would anyone even show up? There had been so few COVID issues litigated, I feared the conference would be a bust, without attendees. Boy was I wrong.
It was well attended and there were plenty of young people as well as gray heads like me. In fact it sold out.
Every speaker was interesting and very competent. None of the talks were boring, and some were thrilling. There were short keynotes by Jeff Childers, Sujata Gibson, Robert Barnes, Steve Kirsch, Mary Holland, Robert Malone and Warner Mendenhall.
The arrangement of the talks was by areas of potential litigation, with a group of panelists giving their views and then time for a Q and A. Panelists told any hungry lawyers in the audience how much they might earn taking the different kinds of cases, how long it would take to be paid, how complex or easy the litigation might be, and Jeff Childers highlighted that many of the experts were right there and willing to help. Hopefully this will be the beginning of the end of the attempted world coup perpetrated by bored billionaires looking for their next Mount Everest.

A warning that there will be a barrage of posts on many subjects over the next few days. This one is about current COVID death rates, per CDC Meryl Nass
March 27, 2023 – 84% of the US population, per CDC, are bivalent booster antivaxxers. (100%-16.4%)
COVID cases keep trending down. But because the disease is now usually quite mild, many do not test or notify the authorities of a case. So these numbers may not be accurate. Deaths are a more accurate measure.
Deaths are supposedly going up a little bit. But there is another CDC chart (first time I had seen this one) that tells us over time, what percentage of the designated COVID deaths actually had COVID as the underlying cause, vs having tested positive but COVID was not the primary cause of death. Overall, CDC says COVID recently caused 60% of the [COVID-designated] deaths and was not the main cause of death in 40%. So 60% of 2060 is 1,236 deaths caused by COVID per week. Multiply that by 52 weeks and you get an estimate of 64,000 deaths/year due to COVID currently. How does that compare with deaths from other causes?
CDC’s 2021 causes of death data are below. COVID deaths are currently occurring at a similar rate as deaths due to liver disease. Or around 15% (1/7th) the COVID death rate claimed by CDC for 2021.
I wanted to look at mortality rates over time, but CDC does not include the last two years in its graphs. I wanted to look at maternal mortality (deaths related to childbirth) because there have been reports that this has skyrocketed. But CDC is not up to date on this (just releasing the 2018 data) and CDC has decided to change both its data collection and coding methods for childbirth-related deaths. So they are making it very difficult to compare current data with past years. How convenient for them.
