A new article posted in the Armed Forces Press is titled: BREAKING: DOD CONTROLLED COVID ‘VACCINES’ FROM THE START UNDER NATIONAL SECURITY PROGRAM – LIED THE ENTIRE TIME – Were NEVER ‘Safe and Effective’. The title says it all. The DOD was involved in the creation of COVID through intelligence agency partnerships with EcoHealth Alliance and the same people pushed the vaccine bioweapons (more in our Report on the Origins of SARS-COV-2). My question is, will the new House actually investigate and push for the prosecution of the DOD personnel involved in a plot that has killed over 10 million people globally between the jabs, the disease, and the lockdowns? Or will they continue to keep Jan 6ers as political prisoners and ramble on about sedition by Trump when true sedition and treason seems to have occurred in our very own DOD.

The nation was horrified last Monday night to see Buffalo Bills Safety Damar Hamlin collapse on the field after making a tackle. Hamlin was given CPR for ten minutes before being brought to hospital via an ambulance driven onto the field. It is being reported that Hamlin suffered a heart attack, but Dr. Peter McCullough suspects that subclinical vaccine-induced myocarditis may have been a contributing factor.

Sadly, it took a Monday Night Football national audience to witness what has been happening for two years now. And it looks as though scenes like this will be commonplace for the foreseeable future.

Journalist Matt Taibbi, in a long series of tweets, released the two latest “Twitter files” installments, which he titled, “How Twitter Let the Intelligence Community In” and “Twitter and the FBI ‘Belly Button.’”

The latest documents demonstrate how Twitter, despite some initial resistance, capitulated to stifling pressure from the government and from complicit media outlets and academic actors to crack down on supposed Russian and Chinese influence on the platform and to ban specific accounts.

Such pressure included threats by the Global Engagement Center (GEC) — an arm of the U.S. Department of State — to publicize a list of 250,000 Twitter accounts that were following “two or more” Chinese diplomatic accounts. According to Taibbi, this list was derived from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data.

Following the release of this latest tranche of documents, Twitter owner and CEO Elon Musk drew attention to the U.S. government’s targeting of these 250,000 accounts, tweeting:

January 10, 2023 – It is my fervent wish that JOWMA has been thoroughly discredited in the eyes of the Orthodox Jewish population they are targeting, and that their relentless efforts to pimp on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry and the Amalekite establishment for whom they work influence no one at this point.

However, they continue to spend a great deal of money (which comes from where exactly?) producing slick propaganda — which Trojan horses like Mishpacha Magazine continue to print, without a peep from the “gedolim” who are supposed to protect us — and therefore it behooves me to bring their latest manipulative stunt to your attention.

I’m happy to see that their YouTube channel only has 325 subscribers, which is nothing when you consider how much they put into their activities, and most of their videos get fewer views than my weekly Tanach class. 325 subscribers is most likely JOWMA staff and their mothers. Whoever is sponsoring them is not getting great bang for their buck, thank God.

Three weeks ago, however, they released a video that has received nearly twice as many views as any of their previous junk. It features a woman by the name of Chava Willig Levy, who spends almost the entire video relating her story living with polio from the age of three. Levy comes across as articulate and genuine.

After we are horrified by the devastating effects of polio and inspired by her story, Levy then implores us to take the “safe and effective” polio vaccine. Promoting the lie that polio is the next great threat, and the only solution is to inject all our children with these shots, has been JOWMA’s focus in recent months, in lockstep with government and media efforts to push this narrative.

Jan 3, 2023, 7:50 AM (GMT+2) – With the approval of a United Nations General Assembly resolution requesting the International Court of Justice weigh in on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Israeli “annexation” and the “legal status of the occupation”, Israel’s response has been underwhelming.

This is not just another largely meaningless UN resolution. It has the capacity to be the opening shot in a diplomatic war that could see serious ramifications and potentially lead to intense sanctions against Israel and some of its people.

This attack demands a robust and meaningful response from both the Israeli government as well as from Jewish leadership across the globe.

Firstly, because, as in any type of warfare, if you do not respond against the first wave of attack, you have lost your deterrence, and subsequent waves will be even more powerful.

The Palestinian Arabs will be emboldened by this decision which was loudly applauded by its leaders who have repeatedly enunciated their roadmap towards isolating Israel diplomatically and economically.

Secondly, and most importantly, it is vital that Israel responds, because, like all adversaries, the Palestinian Arabs have their pressure points, and these must be understood and utilized to pressure them into giving up on their diplomatic terrorism.

The State of Israel collects taxes for the Palestinian Arabs which they badly need, these must be held until they end their war. The Palestinian Authority, the institution leading these attacks on Israel, is only standing because it seemingly remains in Israel’s interests for it to survive.

Perhaps, it would be better to consider letting it fall.

Longtime readers will know (I mention it for new readers) that since I wandered into these dark caves of American legal history almost a year ago — I’ve found it extraordinarily difficult to express the paradoxes living in here.

I have yet to find a quick, clean way to convey the distinction between

Federal, state and local government-run slavery and killing programs that are actually, observably being funded by Congress, implemented by Presidents and Cabinet agencies, including the US military, left undisturbed by courts, and cooperated-with by most of the population, in the real world we’ve lived in since January 2020 and
What things would be like if those government agents and acts were bound by constitutional limits, and pushed back within those legitimate, moral limits.

It’s the difference between de facto and de jure.

De facto is what happens and is enforced or not stopped in fact and in practice.

De jure is what is right by law, just and proper in moral terms, even if it’s not occurring in fact because the men, women and institutions empowered to protect and defend those lawful principles and practices have been incapacitated, bound up or induced into a moral and legal coma.

Living, breathing tyrants are currently, observably, effectively using power they do not rightfully have, because no one is stopping them.

SUMMARY

CDC’s VAERS safety signal analysis based on reports from Dec. 14, 2020 – July 29, 2022 for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines shows clear safety signals for death and a range of highly concerning thrombo-embolic, cardiac, neurological, hemorrhagic, hematological, immune-system and menstrual adverse events (AEs) among U.S. adults.
There were 770 different types of adverse events that showed safety signals in ages 18+, of which over 500 (or 2/3) had a larger safety signal than myocarditis/pericarditis.
The CDC analysis shows that the number of serious adverse events reported in less than two years for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines is 5.5 times larger than all serious reports for vaccines given to adults in the US since 2009 (~73,000 vs. ~13,000).
Twice as many mRNA COVID-19 vaccine reports were classified as serious compared to all other vaccines given to adults (11% vs. 5.5%). This meets the CDC definition of a safety signal.
There are 96 safety signals for 12-17 year-olds, which include: myocarditis, pericarditis, Bell’s Palsy, genital ulcerations, high blood pressure and heartrate, menstrual irregularities, cardiac valve incompetencies, pulmonary embolism, cardiac arrhythmias, thromboses, pericardial and pleural effusion, appendicitis and perforated appendix, immune thrombocytopenia, chest pain, increased troponin levels, being in intensive care, and having anticoagulant therapy.
There are 66 safety signals for 5-11 year-olds, which include: myocarditis, pericarditis, ventricular dysfunction and cardiac valve incompetencies, pericardial and pleural effusion, chest pain, appendicitis & appendectomies, Kawasaki’s disease, menstrual irregularities, vitiligo, and vaccine breakthrough infection.
The safety signals cannot be dismissed as due to “stimulated,” exaggerated, fraudulent or otherwise artificially inflated reporting, nor can they be dismissed due to the huge number of COVID vaccines administered. There are several reasons why, but the simplest one is this: the safety signal analysis does not depend on the number of reports, but whether or not some AEs are reported at a higher rate for these vaccines than for other non-COVID vaccines. Other reasons are discussed in the full post below.
In August, 2022, the CDC told the Epoch Times that the results of their safety signal analysis “were generally consistent with EB [Empirical Bayesian] data mining [conducted by the FDA], revealing no additional unexpected safety signals.” So either the FDA’s data mining was consistent with the CDC’s method—meaning they “generally” found the same large number of highly alarming safety signals—or the signals they did find were expected. Or they were lying. We may never know because the FDA has refused to release their data mining results.

Jan 2, 2022 – A seasoned stock analyst colleague texted me a link today, and when I clicked it open, I could hardly believe what I was reading. What a headline. “Indiana life insurance CEO says deaths are up 40% among people ages 18-64”. This headline is a nuclear truth bomb masquerading as an insurance agent’s dry manila envelope full of actuarial tables.

People frequently write to Jill and myself. People we have never met. They call, they arrive at the farm by appointment or unannounced, they fill our email in boxes with their inquiries. They all want something; time, attention, an interview. Many want to tell us about their fear, illness, nightmares, or (what often seems like) outright paranoid conspiracies. And then, over time, these fears and “conspiracies” keep getting confirmed. As Jan Jekielek (a senior editor with The Epoch Times) recently said to me, it is getting harder and harder to tell which ones are mere conspiracy theories and which are true reality.

One farm visitor told me of his foreshadowing massive numbers of deaths within three years consequent to the genetic vaccines, and that this was all about the “Great Reset” and the depopulation agenda of the World Economic Forum (WEF). I tried to reassure him that, in my opinion, this was highly unlikely- while privately thinking about how easily people fall into this type of conspiracy ideation, and how I need to be careful to avoid going there when confronting so many public health decisions that appear either incompetent or nefarious. At the time, I only knew of the WEF as the host of a big annual party in Davos Switzerland where the uber rich and the hoi oligoi of the Western nations went to watch Ted talks, drink the best wine, see and be seen. Silly me. What a long, strange trip this has been. I doubt that even Hunter S. Thompson could have imagined it in his most drug and booze addled state. Suffice to say, I nominate Ralph Steadman as official illustrator of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Or a resurrected Hieronymus Bosch.

Jan 1, 2022 – The head of Indianapolis-based insurance company OneAmerica said the death rate is up a stunning 40% from pre-pandemic levels among working-age people.

“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business – not just at OneAmerica,” the company’s CEO Scott Davison said during an online news conference this week. “The data is consistent across every player in that business.”

OneAmerica is a $100 billion insurance company that has had its headquarters in Indianapolis since 1877. The company has approximately 2,400 employees and sells life insurance, including group life insurance to employers nationwide.

Davison said the increase in deaths represents “huge, huge numbers,” and that’s it’s not elderly people who are dying, but “primarily working-age people 18 to 64” who are the employees of companies that have group life insurance plans through OneAmerica.

“And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic,” he said.

“Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic,” he said. “So 40% is just unheard of.”

January 7, 2023 at 5:00pm – On Thursday night, a sophomore high school student in Las Vegas, Nevada, died suddenly while playing flag football.

Ashari Hughes, a 16-year-old player for Desert Oasis High School, collapsed suddenly after the team’s home game against Valley High School on Thursday night because of a “medical emergency.”

One of Hughes’s relatives told FOX5 that she was playing in the field when she began experiencing chest pain.

In an email sent to students’ families, the school principal said, “staff immediately began providing medical aid and continued until paramedics arrived.”

She was rushed to the hospital but died later that night.

The regime is requiring bus companies to send the list of passengers of buses that were present in the 3 days prior to the protests in Brasilia.

Per a retweet from Mathew Tyrmand, the Brazilians want to know what is in the source code that is used in the election machines in that country.

The people in Brazil know that their recent election was stolen just like the two recent elections in the US.

One of the many methods used by communists to steal elections is faulty source code in voting systems used in elections.

In the US those involved in election integrity efforts would like to get their hands on the source code used in the 2020 and 2022 elections as well. But to date, these efforts to obtain, investigate and audit the source code used in elections have been blocked by the courts.

Despite efforts to block the code used in software in US elections, we know that the systems used in US elections are not well-designed or secure. We learned this from the report the CISA released when people were clamoring for the report provided to the court in Georgia that has not been released to date.

The CISA’s report is damning enough, stating that the election systems used in Georgia in the 2020 Election were designed where a bad actor could obtain access and switch an election.

The people of Brazil and the people of the US want to know what is in the source code used in election systems that produce the results of their elections.

It is unheard of in the corporate world that any good and honest auditor would provide a clean audit result without auditing the software where financials are produced and yet Americans and Brazilians are expected to shrug off elections where the election system is not even provided for review before results of elections are certified.

Supporters of former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro broke into buildings for Brazil’s National Congress, Supreme Federal Court and the Planalto Palace, the presidential workplace, videos show.

Protesters appear to have broken glass windows to enter the congressional building in Brasilia around 2:40 p.m. local time.

Brazilian reporter Renato Souza said President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, who was sworn into office last week, was not in the area.

Bolsonaro supporters invaded the federal court building around 3:45 p.m., according to local outlet Metropoles.

As law enforcement threw gas at the protesters, one demonstrator entering the court said, as translated: “God is on our side and will throw all the gas back to them.”

Brazilian George Marques said, originally in Portuguese, that within an hour of invading the federal court, “nothing was left intact, everything destroyed” by the rioters.

The demonstrators also appear to have breached Brazil’s Planalto Palace, where the president works.

Brasilia’s governor, Ibaneis Rocha, asked for authorization to suspend electricity and water to the entire governmental area in case the protesters decide to extend their occupation of the buildings, Alerta News 24 reported.

Reports from Metropoles and Souza state that members of the press and government employees in the buildings are being attacked.

On Jan. 4, Serere’s wife Sueli Xavante released a video pleading for her husband’s release.

“I am here to say that my husband Serere is a pastor, a dignified, honest man, a man who knows the word, who preaches the word, who defends what is right. It’s not fair that he’s in jail just because he speaks the truth, because he thinks of Brazil first, our homeland, our family. He is paying for a crime he did not commit. It has be a month since he has been arrested and I want my husband back”, says Sueli.

„We have six children, and I need my husband home. The authorities must release him. he is sick, and has severe diabetes. He could have a heart attack at any time, and die. And who will bring him back to us then? He must be released. This is what I am begging you for.”

An unidentified indigenous witness said that “Serere suffers from advanced diabetes and he has to go on a diet of food and medication. Monday, January 09, 2023 (Natural News) Social media is brimming with reports of missing food items at Kroger supermarket locations across the country.

A repeat of early 2020 when toilet paper and other essentials ran bare, the start of 2023 is seeing “a lot of empty shelves” at Kroger, according to numerous reports, some containing video evidence of lingering supply chain problems.

Not only are Kroger shelves missing many essentials, but prices for things that are still in stock, most notably eggs, are skyrocketing to unprecedented levels. On the last day of 2022, a popular YouTube account called AdventuresWithDanno visited a local Kroger store to document any changes in inventory and pricing. Many empty shelves with only a few remaining ultra-high-priced items could be seen.

“We are at Kroger, and are noticing price increases on groceries, and a lot of empty shelves!” the video’s caption reads. “We are here to check out skyrocketing prices and the empty shelves situation! It’s getting rough out here as stores seem to be struggling with getting products!”

One particular area of the store with very bare shelves was the pet products aisle, which was missing most of the store-brand items. The only things left were a few overpriced items of lesser-sought-out brands.

“If you find cat [litter], don’t worry about the price: just get some,” the channel host said. “We’re seeing inconvenience stickers everywhere, and these are fresh. This must be becoming an issue again.”

MONDAY, JAN 09, 2023 – 12:00 PM – A moisture conveyor belt of atmospheric rivers continues to pound storm-battered California as the latest system could be the most severe yet. Monday, January 09, 2023 – (Natural News) Hundreds of thousands of Californians are without power as a so-called “bomb cyclone” storm batters the West Coast, leaving several dead and a trail of wreckage across the region.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a Flood Watch in many areas of the state, which lasted until 4 p.m. on Thursday. A High Wind Warning was also issued as trees fell and businesses collapsed throughout the Bay Area, which was hit exceptionally hard by the storm.

“These intense waves are pushing large rocks onto the road as well. Please be careful near any bodies of water as we still have high wind advisories, and there could be dangerous conditions.”

Even with relatively weaker winds – 30 to 40 mph – a woman was killed Saturday evening when a tree was pushed over and fell on her near Sacramento, California. Oversaturated soils likely contributed by allowing the tree to be pushed over more easily.

The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer will participate in a project to assess the health risks of exposure to 5G technologies, but critics accused the agency of ignoring already existing evidence and suggested the results could be tainted by industry partners.

The World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) on Monday announced it will participate in a new project that includes assessing the health risks of exposure to 5G technologies.

According to IARC, the project will “develop tools and instrumentation for reliable evaluation of exposure, conduct experimental studies (in vitro, animal, and human studies) on potential cancer risks, and develop effective health risk communication materials for stakeholders.”

The project — Scientific-Based Exposure and Risk Assessment of Radiofrequency and Millimetre-Wave Systems (SEAWave) — aims to identify differences in exposure patterns between 5G and earlier mobile technologies, such as 2G-4G.

Horizon Europe and SERI (Switzerland) are co-funding the project, which will culminate with a risk assessment of 5G, set to be released in 2025.

Experts on the health risks of exposure to 5G technologies told The Defender that risk assessments should have been conducted years ago.

“A risk assessment should have been performed before the 5G rollout — and not years after it started,” Mona Nilsson, managing director of the Swedish Radiation Protection Foundation, said.

Instead, Nilsson said, “entire populations” have for several years been “effectively turned into 5G lab rats in a dangerous experiment.”

JANUARY 10, 2023 – Some Christian tourists visiting the Temple Mount have been forced by the Jerusalem Islamic Waqf to wear garments adorned with bright yellow stripes, some Israeli tour guides have denounced. The choice of color does not appear to be a coincidence, as in the past yellow garments symbolized non-Muslims’ diminished status in the world of Islam.

The Waqf is the Jordanian entity that has a custodial status at Jerusalem’s holy sites. The Temple Mount is known to Muslims as the Haram al-Sharif or Noble Sanctuary, where the Al-Aqsa Mosque stands. Non-Muslims, including Jews, can visit the compound where the Holy Temple of Jerusalem used to stand only under severe restrictions.

About two months ago, a Norwegian Pastor who prefers to remain anonymous led a group of 35 Christian tourists on a visit to Israel. The pastor arrived a week ahead of the group to prepare for the trip. He ascended to the Temple Mount with three Christian women. When they arrived, representatives of the Waqf approached the group and instructed them to wear special garments they provided. The long brown garment covered their entire body and they were also required by the Waqf to wear a large head covering. The garments had a prominent yellow stripe running down the sides.

The pastor explained that he had visited Israel dozens of times and ascended the Temple Mount several times in the past. This was the first time he had been required to wear the strange garb. He added that the women felt humiliated. The pastor described the episode to Amit Barak, the head of the Jerusalemites Initiative and a tour guide. He emphasized that due to the humiliating incident, he will no longer take groups to the Temple Mount.

JANUARY 06, 2023 – (Washington, DC) Judicial Watch announced today it received 31 pages of documents from the Department of the Air Force, Joint Base Andrews, MD, that show U.S. Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd was housed at taxpayer expense at Joint Base Andrews after he shot and killed U.S. Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt inside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

The records were obtained in response to a September 2022 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia after Joint Base Andrews, the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department, and the FBI failed to respond to three July 2022 FOIA requests about Byrd’s housing at Joint Base Andrews while his name as the shooter of Ashli Babbitt was being withheld from the public by the government (Judicial Watch v U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:22-cv-02948)).

In its complaint, Judicial Watch explained to the court that it had asked all three government agencies for all records relating to the billeting of Byrd at Joint Base Andrews during the period from January 6, 2021, to July 2022, including authorization papers, housing, meals, transportation, and visitor logs.

The documents show that Lieutenant Byrd and a pet stayed in a “Distinguished Visitor Suite” at the “Presidential Inn” (part of Air Force Inns) under a “Capitol Police Presidential Inn Reservation” for the period July 8, 2021, through January 28, 2022.

Judicial Watch was informed by a representative at Joint Base Andrews that a “Distinguished Visitor Suite” is typically reserved for officers at the rank of O-7 (Brigadier General or higher.).
