Most of the Western world is no longer in lockdown, some vaccine mandates are being loosened, mask wearers are distinctly the minority everywhere you look.

For now at least, and for want of a better phrase, we have largely “gone back to normal”…except, you know, now with a totally broken economy, more centralised financial power, dozens of alarming precedents set up for future deployment and millions upon millions of people injected with poison under false pretences.

But on the lockdown front at least, we’re normal…mostly.

Lockdowns are quickly becoming one of those embarrassing things that were only ever supported by other people, like wearing flares or voting for Thatcher. Politicians are feverishly passing the buck back and forth, claiming to have never wanted lockdowns in the firstplace.

…but not in China.

As the rest of the world “lives with Covid”, people in Chinese cities are still subject to dystopian levels of control and surveillance. Up to and including being welded inside their own homes.

Why?

Well, we can certainly rule out a few mainstream “explanations”:

We know it’s not because Covid is a real disease or uniquely dangerous in any way whatsoever. The data has spoken on that.
We know it’s not because lockdowns work to protect the health of the public or prevent disease outbreaks. The data has spoken on that too.
We know it’s not because the Chinese government holds the lives of their citizens as more precious than their Western counterparts.
And we know it’s not because they were the victim of some bio-engineered viral attack by the West. That idea was always absurd.

…so what’s the real explanation?

Singer-songwriter Sean Ono Lennon, the son of Beatles founder John Lennon, unequivocally stood with Jews this week, condemning the massive spike in hate crimes directed at the community.

Amid the mounting din of Jew-hatred, Nazi-sympathizing, and Holocaust-denial among celebrities and their defenders, one well-known musician is standing strong with the Jewish people.

On Tuesday, Sean Ono Lennon, the son of Beatles founder John Lennon and acclaimed artist Yoko Ono, posted clear statistics from the FBI showing the extent to which Jews are disproportionately targeted by hate crimes in the U.S. The statistics show that Jews are more than twice as likely to be targeted for hate crimes as Muslims, and close to three times more likely to be targeted than Blacks.

Along with these statistics, Lennon wrote, “A surprising number of people don’t even know that more hate crimes are committed against Jews than any other minority group. Racism in all forms is abhorrent and must be condemned. I don’t know if Ye truly understand how dangerous and evil his words were.”

Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) just openly declared war on the pharmaceutical industry.

DeSantis recently announced that his office intends to hold vaccine manufacturers accountable for making misleading and false statements about the vaccines.

DeSantis made the remarks at a private Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) gathering held in the Florida Governor’s Mansion, according to American Greatness.

“We are going to work to hold these manufacturers accountable for this mRNA. Because they said there was no side effects, and we know there have been. A lot,” said DeSantis.

“And so we did a study in Florida. You saw an 86% increase in cardiac-related activity from people 18-39 from mRNA shots.”

“And so, we’re going to be doing some stuff to bring accountability there… You know, we wouldn’t let them mandate on you in Florida. We said no, because Orange County wanted to fire firefighters. Gainesville wanted to fire people. Even the corporations like Disney wanted to fire.

“So we said “no” across the board. So everybody had the ability to opt-out of anything they were trying to impose on you. But there are other people around the country that got forced to take this, and then what? They’re not allowed to sue? Or get any kind of recourse when this is not something they wanted to do?

“So this something we’re going to lead on in Florida. And so we’re going to have some announcements over the next 3-4 weeks on that. We’ve always gotten ahead of these things, and we’re going to continue to do that going forward,” he added.

Shocking Video Shows 28-Year-Old Woman Drop Dead While Working Out at a Gym By Jim Hoft

A video of a woman who suddenly collapsed and died while working out at a gym has gone viral on the internet.

The woman, who was later identified as Betsy Dayana Jaramillo Ramírez, was presumed to have died of a heart attack at Zona Muscular gym in Santa Rosa, El Oro province, in Ecuador on Nov. 29, according to New York Post.

More from the outlet:

Ramírez was captured on the gym’s video footage doing squats and weightlifting when she suddenly stopped and fell forward, face-planting on the floor.

Other gym-goers, most of them women, rushed to help Ramírez. They sat her in the recovery position while continuously checking her pulse until paramedics arrived.

Ramírez was rushed to Santa Teresita Hospital but arrived with no signs of life. Doctors pronounced her dead upon arrival.

Police and doctors have yet to issue a cause of death, however, it is believed that Ramírez suffered a heart attack.

1,200 Iranian students poisoned hours before protests

Outbreaks of food-borne illness occur at multiple universities only hours before series of planned protests.

Over 1,200 Iranian university students came down with food poisoning only hours before new protests were set to begin across the Islamic Republic.

At least four universities reported outbreaks of a food-borne illness that resulted in vomiting, extreme body aches and hallucinations, Iran’s national student union said late last week.

In response, students have launched cafeteria boycotts, the New York Post reported.

Officials claimed that the culprit was a water-born bacteria. But the student union charged that the students were sickened.purposely.

“Our past experiences of similar incidents at the Isfahan university negates the authorities’ reason for this mass food poisoning,” the student group said in a Telegram post.

The food poisoning led to universities running out of medicines to treat dehydration, with anti-government activists saying that protesters were poisoned to stop a three-day strike, according to Arab News.

Report: China has opened a police station – in Israel

Chinese government has reportedly opened a police station in Israel, part of a network aimed at monitoring Chinese nationals abroad.

Beijing has opened up a police facility in Israel, part of a global network of stations aimed at monitoring Chinese citizens abroad, a watchdog group has reported.

According to a report by the Madrid-based human rights group Safeguard Defenders, the Chinese government has established more than 100 police stations in 53 different countries.

Ostensibly the police stations were opened to provide assistance to Chinese tourists or citizens living abroad and to maintain cultural ties between Beijing and the Chinese diaspora.

While the Chinese government has emphasized the consular services offered by the centers – telling CNN they supply its citizens abroad with updated driver’s licenses and other documents – last month, FBI Director Christopher Wray told a Senate hearing he was “very concerned” by the presence of such offices on U.S. soil.

“It is outrageous to think that the Chinese police would attempt to set up shop… without proper coordination. It violates the sovereignty and circumvents standard judicial and law enforcement cooperation processes.”

The police offices, dubbed “Chinese overseas police service centers,” include one station in Israel, operated by authorities in Nantong, a city in southeast China.

Terrorist freed in Schalit deal to serve rest of life in prison

Terrorist convicted of murder of Israeli bus driver in 1978 loses appeal against his rearrest for violating terms of his 2011 release.

A terrorist who was released as part of the deal to free Gilad Schalit will be returning to Israeli prison.

Nael Barghouti was convicted in 1978 of being part of a squad of Fatah terrorists who murdered Israeli bus driver Dan Yekuel Mordechai. Barghouti was sentenced to life imprisonment and an additional 18 years in prison. He was freed in 2011 as part of the Schalit deal with Hamas.

In 2014, Barghouti was one of a number of terrorists who had been freed tin the Schalit deal to be rearrested for violating the terms of their release and returning to terrorist activity. In 2017, a military court ordered that he serve out the remainder of his original life sentence,

Barghouti filed an appeal against his sentence, and in May 2022 the Israeli Supreme Court ordered his case relitigated. The military court recently upheld its earlier ruling that Barghouti would serve out his life sentence.

The military court found that there was enough evidence to determine that Barghouti had committed a crime by being in possession of a large amount of money which he knew came from a terrorist organization, and therefore violated the conditions of his release.

Barghouti is reportedly the longest-serving Palestinian Arab prisoner in Israel, having served more than 41 years in prison since his first arrest..

In 960 BCE King Solomon constructed the first Jewish Temple in Jerusalem, which was destroyed by Nebuchadnezzar around 586 BCE.

A second Temple was built on the exact same site around 520 BCE, but this was destroyed by the Roman Emperor Titus in 70 CE.

The claim of Jewish sovereignty to the land of Israel is clearly established by the historical record – Jewish and only Jewish well before the birth of Christianity or Islam. After the destruction in 70 CE, the Romans named the entire area Philistia to rub salt into the wounds of the defeated Jews by naming the entire Jewish homeland incorporating Judea and Samaria (the West Bank as commonly known today) in honour of the Jews’ ancient enemies, the Philistines.

Incidentally, many do not realise that the Philistines were not native to the Middle East. They came from around Greece and the Greek Islands.

J6 political prisoners detained in the Washington DC jail are calling on patriots to demand that DC Mayor Muriel Bowser allow them visitation, even computer visitation with their families.

Bowser has revoked visitation privileges throughout the pandemic, including remote, online visitation, from unvaccinated inmates.

Desperate to see their families after languishing in solitary confinement for nearly two years, some of the inmates complied with the vaccine mandate just to see their loved ones again for a few minutes. Despite getting the shot, they were still barred from visitors.

“Some of these political prisoners did comply and get vaccinated just to see their families and they’ve still prohibited them from visitation, so I don’t know what kind of seditious game they’re playing,” Micki Witthoeft, the mother of slain Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt previously told the Gateway Pundit. The political prisoners call into rallies hosted by Witthoeft outside of the DC jail every night since August 1.

They are asking our readers to call Bowser’s office and tell her to adjust the city’s Covid policy to allow them visitation.

Shane Jenkins is a a 45 year-old-man father of five from Texas.

“After my arrest, I was flown all over the nation and bused here and there until I ended up in Washington DC at the DC DOC on April 13, 2021. I have been here since then. I have not seen a friend, a loved one or any of my children in over 600 day,” Jenkins wrote. Typically institutions have a policy for visitation.

ARGENTINA: Communist VP Cristina Kirchner is sentenced to six years in prison By Fernando de Castro

Argentina’s vice-president, Cristina Fernandéz de Kirchner, has been sentenced to six years in prison and banned from public office for life. The court issued the decision this Tuesday (6).

Kirchner was found guilty of fraudulent administration during her earlier terms as President of the country, from 2007 to 2015.

The country’s federal Prosecutor’s Office concluded that the former president organized a corruption scheme that distributed public funds to a construction company for road works, which were, according to the complaint, overpriced and unnecessary.

The investigation discovered millionaire contracts arranged between the vice president and an old family friend, Lázaro Báez, regarding the province of Santa Cruz, where she and her late husband, Néstor Kirchner, developed their political careers.

According to the prosecution, Báez started a company to embezzle revenues through false bidding processes. The constructor was convicted of money laundering and sentenced to six years in jail.

Fernández de Kirchner denied the allegations and claimed that the entire case was politically motivated. The defense said that the prosecutors didn’t gather any evidence connecting her to the corruption deal, which favored Báez’s company.

After the sentence was passed, supporters of the vice-president organized violent protests around the court.

“For which purpose the following measures are issued: temporarily dissolve the Congress of the Republic and establish an exceptional emergency government. Putin Drives Across Crimea Bridge In A Mercedes

The morning of October 8, the day after Putin turned 70, saw the bombing of the bridge, but Ukraine never admitted involvement. Now, Putin is driving across the Crimea bridge in a Mercedes.

Less than two months after an explosion destroyed one of the Kremlin leader’s showpiece infrastructure projects, President Vladimir Putin drove a Mercedes across the Crimean Bridge, connecting southern Russia to the annexed Crimean peninsula.

The 12-mile (19-kilometer) road and rail bridge, which Putin personally inaugurated in 2018, was bombed on October 8 in what Russia claimed was an attack by Ukraine, reports Reuters.

On national television, Putin was shown at the wheel of a Mercedes asking queries about the location of the attack while accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

“We are driving on the right hand side,” Putin said, as he drove across the bridge. “The left side of the bridge, as I understand it, is in working condition, but nevertheless it needs to be completed. It still suffered a little, we need to bring it to an ideal state.”

It Begins: County Council in Oxfordshire, England, Edges Toward Restrictions On Residents Travel “For the Planet” By Margaret Flavin

COVID Passports were a dream come true for those trying to restrict the free travel of citizens.

And now, the County Council in Oxfordshire, England has another scheme ahead. It has approved plans to begin ‘trial’ climate restrictions using traffic filter permits to restrict the amount of driving area residents can do.

Oxfordshire County Council yesterday approved plans to lock residents into one of six zones to ‘save the planet’ from global warming. The latest stage in the ’15 minute city’ agenda is to place electronic gates on key roads in and out of the city, confining residents to their own neighbourhoods.

Under the new scheme if residents want to leave their zone they will need permission from the Council who gets to decide who is worthy of freedom and who isn’t. Under the new scheme residents will be allowed to leave their zone a maximum of 100 days per year, but in order to even gain this every resident will have to register their car details with the council who will then track their movements via smart cameras round the city.

The story garnered international press and the Council was forced to clarify the scheme.

New Zealand Government Seeks Guardianship of a Baby After Parents Refuse to Use Vaccinated Blood for Their Son’s Surgery (VIDEO) By Jim Hoft

The New Zealand healthy service has requested the court to take guardianship of a 4-month-old infant from his parents after they insisted on using only “unvaccinated blood” for his surgery.

According to court documents obtained by the New Zealand Herald, Health New Zealand, also known as Te Whatu Ora, filed an application with the Auckland High Court on Monday to transfer guardianship under the Care of Children Act so that the baby can undergo surgery.

The parents said in an interview with Liz Gunn, a broadcaster from New Zealand, that their baby, Will, has severe pulmonary valve stenosis and requires surgery “very immediately,” but they are “particularly concerned with the blood the doctors are going to use.

“The baby is not scheduled for his operation. He’s in a stable condition,” said Cole, Will’s father. “We’re not playing with our baby’s life to get a political or any movement going. We’re wanting our baby to have the surgery and we’re wanting him to have the very best of what’s available for his surgery and his future and his recovery.”

Biden’s War in Ukraine Exposes Poor Performance of U.S. and NATO Weapons By Larry Johnson

Let us start with the fact that Russia is firing 4 to 5 times more artillery shells than Ukraine every day:

Russia is firing a staggering 20,000 artillery rounds per day, a senior U.S. defense official estimated, while Ukraine is firing from 4,000 to 7,000 rounds daily.

The Ukrainians are quickly burning through their stockpiles of artillery rounds and other ammunition, including for their air defense systems, officials said.

So how is that working out? For starters, Ukraine is exhausting its stockpiles and the United States and NATO lack the industrial base to produce new supplies to fulfill Ukrainian needs and restore their own stockpiles.

Today we learn that the U.S. supplied howitzers are not very robust:
The war in Ukraine has a rate of artillery shelling not seen in a war since the Korean War. That intensity is so high that it’s putting a strain on the artillery pieces themselves, with a third out of commission at any point.

That’s according to the New York Times, which is reporting that a large portion of the approximately 350 howitzers provided by Western nations to Ukraine — including 142 American M777 howitzers — are damaged, destroyed or simply breaking down from overuse. Citing multiple U.S. defense officials, the report said that repeated use is wearing down the barrels. The artillery pieces have to be taken out of service and sent to a repair center outside of Ukraine.

Given the far higher rate of fire by Russian artillery pieces, logic suggests that Russia should be running into the same problem. It is not. Part of the explanation may be that Russia has far more artillery pieces than Ukraine and those systems are not being stressed to the same degree that the Ukrainian pieces are experiencing. It also is possible that the Russians are producing superior artillery pieces that withstand the stress of muliple fires.

I think one cause for the poor performance of the U.S. produced artillery pieces is a consequence of the U.S. defense procurement process. During the last 40 years the United States has not had to fight a peer that could fire back with comparable rates of fire. As a result, the standard of performance specified in the request for proposal submitted to the U.S. defense contractors did not envision the rate of fire that the artillery pieces are doing on a daily basis in Ukraine. The defense contractors produced an artillery piece that met the minimum standard. It would appear that the 155 mm artillery piece was not required to perform at a maximum level.

As I noted in a previous piece, just because the United States buys expensive weapons and spends billions more than Russia does not mean that the weapons are qualitatively better. The U.S. political system provides incentives to the U.S. Department of Defense to produce costly weapons as long as the systems approved by Congress provide tangible economic benefits to the constituents of those members of Congress. Financial contributions by those defense corporations to members of Congress provide a lubricant for getting programs produced that may not make tactical sense on the battlefield. The costly F-35 fighter is a prominent example.

US Secretly Altered Rocket Launchers To Keep Ukraine From Firing Missiles Into Russia

The United States and its allies have attempted to assist Ukraine by upgrading its patchwork of air defenses. However, the US is secretly altering rocket launchers to keep Ukraine from firing missiles into Russia.

According to American officials, the U.S. modified the sophisticated Himars rocket launchers it gave Ukraine in secrecy so they could not be used to launch long-range missiles into Russia, a precaution the Biden administration claims is required to lower the likelihood of a wider conflict with Moscow.

Since June, the United States has given Ukrainian military 20 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System launchers, sometimes known as Himars, and a sizable stock of satellite-guided rockets with a nearly 50-mile range. These guided multiple launch rocket systems, also known as GMLRS, have been deployed to attack Russian command posts, logistics hubs, and munitions storage facilities on Ukrainian soil.

However, the Himars launchers have a special capability designed to keep them from developing into even more powerful battlefield systems. According to American authorities, the Pentagon changed the launchers to prevent them from firing long-range missiles, such as the ATACMS rockets used by the US Army Tactical Missile System, which have a range of around 200 miles.
