When a fly falls into a cup of coffee:
The Italian: Throws the cup, breaks it, and walks away in a fit of rage.
The German: Carefully washes the cup, sterilizes it, and makes a new cup of coffee.
The Frenchman: Takes out the fly, and drinks the coffee.
The Chinese: Eats the fly and throws away the coffee.
The Russian drinks the coffee with the fly since it was extra and came with no charge.
The Israeli: Sells the coffee to the Frenchman, sells the fly to the Chinese, sells the cup to the Italian, drinks a cup of tea, and uses the extra money to invent a device that prevents flies from falling into coffee.
The Palestinian: Blames the Israeli for the fly falling into his coffee, protests the act of aggression to the UN, takes a loan from the European Union to buy a new cup of coffee, uses the money to purchase explosives, and then blows up the coffee house where the Italian, the Frenchman, the Chinese, the German, and the Russian are all trying to explain to the Israeli that he should give away his cup of coffee to the Palestinian so there will be peace.

After years of teased promises, primetime posturing, and hyped-up press conferences, the great Epstein Client List Mystery has finally reached a highly-unexpected conclusion: There is no list.
Yup, you read that correctly. The most prolific pimp of our time was selling illicit sexual services to… absolutely nobody.
Color me cynical.
Like you, I realize that sex traffickers invariably have clients. I know that meticulous records must have been kept. (You don’t run a blackmail operation without those; that’s Extortion 101, for crying out loud.) We’ve been told that Epstein Island had more cameras than a barn cat has fleas. My very own ears heard Bondi say she had The List—not some random related paperwork, but The Actual List—on her desk. JD Vance didn’t just refer to the mythical list; he insisted that it needed to be released. (“What possible interest would the US government have in keeping Epstein’s clients secret?” he also asked on X back in 2021, a rhetorical question he followed up with, “Oh…”) I saw those fancy OfficeMax folders, too.
But now we are being told—with straight faces, even—that any such roster of names was utterly invented. Completely fabricated. A figment of the collective imagination.
Just like that. Case closed. Pack it up, folks. It was hearsay. Bureaucratic Bigfoot. Legislative Loch Ness Monster. A mass hallucination—probably brought on by global warming or TikTok (but definitely not vaccine-induced mental illness hahaha don’t be ridiculous).
But… but… Pam Bondi, the Attorney General of the United States, said there were “tens of thousands of videos of Epstein with children or child porn, and there are hundreds of victims”! Surely Epstein wasn’t doing this alone. We braced for the bombshell. We were going to see things. Names. Flights. Transactions. Blackmail letters. Shady deposits. Heavily censored—but undeniably incriminating—photo montages and video clips. Humiliating public trials. Entire reputations crumbling under the weight of black book receipts.
Next came the big reveal, when identical folders of “evidence” were handed to… a gaggle of influencers. Yes, really. Not to prosecutors. Not to the press. To people who normally unbox skincare and talk about the books they’re pretending to read. And wouldn’t you know it? Those “folders” turned out to be yet another nothingburger with a melted milkshake of disappointment on the side. No names. No dirt. Just the lingering smell of expensive cologne and corruption.
And now? Well, it seems we’re all merely hapless victims of the Mandela Effect. We imagined it all—just like we all simultaneously fabricated that Fruit of the Loom cornucopia and vividly group-recall seeing Ed McMahon and his Prize Patrol delivering those giant Publishers Clearing House checks. We assumed there was a list, but nobody ever said there was a list (*except the hundreds of people who did). Is it just me, or does it feel like we’re in some low-budget Scooby-Doo remake and they’re just hoping we’ll wander off to the next haunted amusement park and do our bothersome meddling elsewhere?
Of course, the internet is doing what it does best: theorizing. People are piecing together flight logs and blurry screenshots like it’s the Zapruder film and they’re two Monster drinks away from blowing the whole thing wide open. It’s 17-D chess! They’re using the list as leverage. High-level criminal investigations take time. Don’t be so naïve. There was a list, but it got destroyed! See? They weren’t lying then and they’re not lying now. Phew! The good guys are in control! It’s a meticulously crafted reverse psychology operation—you know, a fake to get people fired up and curiouser. (“Nothing to see here.” Oh reaaaally? I guess we’ll have to dig harder!) They were bluffing before but now they’ve decided to finally be honest for the first time in government history! How lucky are we? And maybe—just maybe— there IS a list, but they just discovered that someone impossibly inconvenient is on it. Like Trump. (Elon suggested as much.)
The problem is, none of these theories hold water. Not even the Trump one (you know that would have come out long ago) or the reverse psychology bit (although at least that one sort of makes sense from a tactical perspective). Because all the bait-and-switch does is destroy what precious little faith and trust any of us have had in the system at large and this administration in particular.
Why lie?
Oh, right. “We can’t help it. It’s in our nature.”
I get that sometimes you have to hold back information when conducting a massive felony investigation. I realize the sensitive nature of the subject at hand and the need to protect innocent victims. But is that really who’s being protected here? Nobody needs to know who was abused—and we [at least the mentally well among us] certainly don’t want the graphic, disturbing details—but we do want to know who was doing the abusing. We want the perpetrators off the proverbial streets. We want justice to be served.
“Remember when we learned that our wealthiest and most powerful people were connected to a guy who ran a literal child sex trafficking ring?” Vance wrote on X in 2021. “And then that guy died mysteriously in a jail? And now we just don’t talk about it… If you’re a journalist and you’re not asking questions about this case, you should be ashamed of yourself. What purpose do you even serve?”
(Honestly, JD, if the media weren’t so inept, I’d have very little to write about.)
In a press conference yesterday, Bondi et al doubled down, responding to the many, many inconsistencies in the latest so-called developments. The defense was as definitive as it was weak, and has more holes than a slice of Swiss in a shooting range.
To recap my personal thoughts (which I fully acknowledge may or may not be accurate, but they’re what I believe):
- Epstein did not kill himself.
- There was a list.
- There is a list.
- Someone or a group of someones are threatening grave bodily harm to anyone even tangentially associated with its release.
- We will probably never know any more than that (unless somebody powerful dies, defects, or accidentally leaves their laptop at a Chili’s).
Depressingly accurate.
When you control the narrative, you don’t need to make sense. You just need to keep everyone confused, exhausted, and arguing about which dust to use on the fingerprints while the bad guys slip into the waiting getaway car.
In the meantime, if someone tells you The List™ is a myth, ask them why supposedly innocent people have spent years trying to deny, discredit, and bury something that never existed in the first place.

However, forcing Israel to terminate its “Operation Rising Lion,” just as it was finally giving the Iranian people a glimpse of hope for freedom in the course of destroying Iran’s nuclear program and its key institutions of oppression, was a terrible move. It left Iranians abandoned to a gruesome fate under a regime that had been likely weeks away from facing total destruction. Why? For another 46 years of “fake talks”?
- The Trump administration cannot thank Qatar enough for “helping” to negotiate every transition. Qatar is doubtless delighted to help, to make sure that none of its well-funded clients gets hurt. Qatar does not want regime change in Iran. Qatar has also promised Trump more than a trillion dollars in investments in the US.
- By rescuing Iran’s regime, is Trump signaling to the people of Iran that actual peace in the Middle East might be just a dream; that more than 90 million Iranian people are seemingly not worthy of the same freedom that other nations have and that they should suffer unspeakable persecution forever?
- Throughout the war, most Western leaders aside from Trump, from their comfortable clubs, called for “ceasefires” and “de-escalation”, while Israel was fighting for its existence — and theirs. Would they have preferred to wait for the ballistic missiles Iran was launching at Israel to be nuclear-tipped?
- Iran’s mullahs are not going to put their country back in shape: they are going put their nuclear weapons program, war machine and private militia, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), back in shape. The mullahs must be congratulating themselves on how much better it is to be America’s enemy than its friend.
- Trump’s newfound generosity towards the Islamic Republic of Iran — whatever happened to “maximum pressure”? — will only allow it to strengthen its hold on power, rebuild its terrorist proxies, establish additional terrorist sleeper cells in the West, continue arming Venezuela, all while the Iranian people will see neither freedom nor prosperity. In addition, it will guarantee further war later on, not only in the Middle East, but also in the West.

The day after Israel began to strike Iran on June 13, the Islamic Republic ratcheted up its crackdown on the captive Iranian people The only activity at which Iran’s regime seems to excel is brutally attacking its innocent, unarmed population.
Since then, at least 1,295 people have been arrested on security-related charges, including “espionage for Israel,” according to the Human Rights Activists News Agency. In addition, it noted, “at least 301 individuals were detained nationwide for sharing content, expressing opinions, or participating on social media.”
The Iranian regime also began to round up its Jewish citizens and other minorities. They interrogated at least 35 Jews over their ties with Israeli relatives, while security forces raided at least 19 homes of the minority Baha’i community. Fox News reported that “in the past 48 hours, the Iranian Regime has executed more of its own civilians than were killed in the entire Twelve-Day War with Israel.”
According to Mahmood Amiry Moghaddam, director of the Norway-based Iran Human Rights Organization:
“After the ceasefire with Israel, the Islamic Republic needs more repression to cover up military failures, prevent protests, and ensure its continued survival… Hundreds, perhaps thousands, of prisoners might be at risk of executions.”
Executions of political prisoners, minorities and others are a daily occurrence in Iran, which has reportedly executed 1,700 people in 2025 alone — and it is not even August.
The head of the judiciary, Gholamhossein Mohseni-Ejei, said that arrested Iranians should be “very swiftly tried and punished according to wartime conditions,” while Iran’s parliament approved two “urgent” bills prescribing the death penalty for “espionage or collaboration with hostile states, including the US government.”

Trump’s decision, taken at the height of Israel’s impressive campaign, literally saved the Ayatollahs’ regime, called by the US State Department the worlds leading state sponsor of terrorism, 39 years in a row, since 1984. Trump seems to think that Iran’s mullahs might be interested in becoming their own direct opposites in everything they have stood for since 1979, the year Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomenei led the Islamic Revolution in Iran while promising “full rights for religious and ethnic minority, and a reduction in military spending.”
Iran’s regime, unable to put up any resistance to the Israeli strikes on its military and nuclear facilities, found itself abandoned by its allies, China and Russia, which refused to intervene on its behalf. The regime also found itself abandoned by its own terrorist proxies, notably Hezbollah, which is in no shape to take Israel on again. Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, apparently aware of the probability of meeting his end in the war, cowered in a bunker, its location known to Israel and the US. He had named three possible successors.
Iranians, probably still leery, were secretly celebrating the imminent demise of their Islamist tormentors. The Israel Defense Forces destroyed the entrance gate to Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison where thousands of political prisoners are held – and then Trump swooped in with his untimely demand for a ceasefire.
Trump first said he did not want regime change in Iran; then tweeted that he might want regime change if it could “Make Iran Great Again: MIGA!!!” Then, he imposed a ceasefire.
Now Iran could very well get worse.
Qatar, the master-funder of virtually every Sunni Islamic terrorist organization and, through its Al-Jazeera broadcasting empire, the megaphone of the Muslim Brotherhood organization, whose doctrines underpin effectively all of the Sunni Islamic terrorist organizations from ISIS to Al Qaeda and the Taliban, remains a close ally of Iran.

Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani reportedly spoke with Trump shortly before the president called off the Israeli strikes, imposed a ceasefire, and then, unbelievably, drew a false moral equivalence between Iran and Israel, likening them to fighting children whom he had to straighten out. Iran, however, has been the naked aggressor for nearly half a century, attacking Israel non-stop both directly and through its proxies, culminating in the seven-front war it launched through Hamas on October 7, 2023.
Iran has also been attacking the US since 1979, starting with taking 66 members of the US Embassy staff hostage in 1979, then, in 1983, bombing the US Marines barracks in Beirut, Lebanon, killing 241 Americans. In just the last four years, Iran has launched 350 attacks on American troops and assests in the Midde East, without America lifting a finger in protest.
Iran’s regime, since its inception, has actively sought global hegemony. “We shall export our revolution to the whole world. Until the cry ‘There is no god but Allah’ resounds over the whole world, there will be struggle,” said Khomeini. To that end, Iran sponsored proxy terror organizations in Lebanon, Gaza, Syria, Yemen and Iraq, in a noose of fire encircling Israel.
The regime has made the lives of more than 90 million Iranians hell for decades, and has infiltrated the West with sleeper terrorist cells from Europe to South America and the US. Israel’s attack on Iran was about making Israel and the entire world safe from Iran’s Islamic Revolution.
By rescuing Iran’s regime, is Trump signaling to the people of Iran that actual peace in the Middle East might be just a dream; that more than 90 million Iranian people are seemingly not worthy of the same freedom that other nations have and that they should suffer unspeakable persecution forever?
Is Trump also signaling that the Middle East should remain a hotbed of Iranian terrorist proxies, endangering not only Israel, but also the oil-rich Arab countries in the Gulf (except for Iran’s consigliere, Qatar) and the places that Iran’s mullahs exploit to act as their human shields: Gaza, Yemen, Lebanon and Iraq?
Did Trump suddenly forget that hundreds of Americans have been killed by Iran and its proxies in recent decades?
Rescuing Iran’s regime also displayed, unfortunately, that the Iranian people, who have risen up fearlessly and unarmed over the years, have been abandoned yet again by a West that seems to think that the only lives worth saving in the Middle East are those of terrorists and their paymaster, Qatar.
Had the rest of the West stood with the Iranian people and exhibited any sort of pressure on the Iran’s regime, it might have prevented this confrontation — but the West did not. Where was their intelligence sharing or cyberattacks, or taking out Iranian state media channels, as Israel did? The West, through Elon Musk, might have helped Iranians to organize themselves by supplying Starlink satellite internet terminals, in a country that barely has any uncensored internet.
The West has donated so many billions of dollars to its own demise by funding Palestinian terrorist groups in the Palestinian Authority and Gaza, but is unwilling to fund and arm those Iranians who could neutralize the regime that has orchestrated so much of the terror unleashed on the West in past decades?

Iran’s regime appears determined to rebuild its nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programs. Trump seems to be hoping they will prefer trade. Perhaps Iran’s regime will use trade to get rich again to fund its nuclear weapons program.
“Iran’s nuclear program… will proceed from now on more rapidly… [IAEA] officials will be prohibited from entering until the security of the nuclear facilities and scientists is assured,” said Mohammad Qalibaf, speaker of Iran’s parliament on June 25, amid cheers of “Death to America.”
Defiant and delusional, Khamenei declared “victory” over Israel. Innocent Iranians are paying the price. Iran is already rebuilding and regrouping, and in the near future will again be on the cusp of acquiring nuclear weapons. Trump appears to be about to directly help the war machines of America’s enemies, Iran and China, by allowing Iran to sell oil to China.
“They [Iran] just had a war. The war was fought. They fought it bravely… They’re in the oil business… They’re going to need money to put that country back in shape. We want to see that happen… If they’re going to sell oil, they’re going to sell oil,” Trump said on June 25.
Iran did not fight “bravely.” Iran, unprovoked, attacked Israel through its proxy Hamas on October 7, 2023, murdering 1,200 Israelis, mass rape and kidnapping, and other atrocities. Iran itself deliberately targeted and killed Israeli civilians with barrages of ballistic missiles, a war crime, and hit a hospital, another war crime. Iran broke every rule in international law.

- The problem is not that Iran has “suspended cooperation.” The problem is that the West keeps treating each step as if it is a fresh crisis that can still be reversed with enough diplomacy.
- Iran will not stop, and diplomacy has an extremely low probability of working for a serious, long-term solution. Forty-six years of sanctions, deterrence, and inspections have all failed. Regime change appears the only realistic solution. It is what many Iranians still risk their lives demanding, what most of Iran’s neighbors would welcome, and what the broader international community would ultimately benefit from.

Iran’s suspension of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is not a turning point. It is business as usual. Tehran’s decades-long strategy — deny, delay, deceive — continues, and the West still refuses to call it for what it is: a slow-motion march toward nuclear capability. Some commentators are now warning that Iran has suspended cooperation and may finally pursue the bomb, as if that is not already taking place. Iran has been pursuing nuclear weapons for decades. It has never stopped.
Iran started and developed its nuclear program in secrecy, lying to the world for years. It has repeatedly breached agreements and violated international limits whenever it saw an opportunity. It built secret facilities at Natanz and Fordow, buried centrifuges deep underground, and enriched uranium to higher levels while misleading international inspectors. Even when inspectors were allowed in, Iran’s disclosures were at best partial, its cooperation selective. Every so-called “deal” was a “pause” button, never a stop.
Iran has blocked inspections, cut off surveillance, or expelled international monitors on numerous occasions. It works. Iran’s strategy is not just deception, it is an escalation calibrated to force concessions, followed by brief de-escalations to defuse international pressure for a while. Western diplomats, desperate to avoid escalation, invariably rush to the table — and Iran buys more time.
Some argue that diplomacy is still the best way forward. However, decades of talks have only delivered temporary pauses while Iran has advanced step by step. Sanctions have been imposed, lifted, reimposed, and bypassed. Airstrikes have damaged facilities, but apparently have not permanently destroyed them or the stockpiles that Iran may have already dispersed across multiple secret locations. Deterrence has so far failed to stop Iran’s continued progress.
The IAEA considers anything enriched above 20% as weapons-usable. In 2023, the IAEA reported uranium particles enriched to 83.7%, close to weapons-grade of 90%. By early 2025, Iran had a stockpile of approximately 408 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60 percent, enough for nine nuclear bombs. It makes sense that a regime pursuing a nuclear program for years would have moved its stockpile to multiple locations before the strikes, to make it difficult to track.
By suspending cooperation with IAEA, Iran evidently wants to exploit the situation and frame this suspension as a direct response to what it portrays as “Western provocation.” Tehran, it appears, wants the general audience in the West to believe that this step is reactive, not calculated, as if Iran had been happily cooperating until the West supposedly pushed it too far. Iran’s nuclear program, however, did not start under pressure. It started in secret.
What Iran wants is clear: the bomb. Its leaders have implied as much (such as here and here.) Whether through negotiations or defiance, the path leads to the same destination. Iran’s ambition is embedded in the regime’s doctrine, exporting the revolution, as attributed to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini:1
“We shall export our revolution to the whole world. Until the cry, ‘there is no god but God’ resounds over the whole world, there will be struggle.”
He evidently means the destruction of the entire, in his view corrupt, infidel Western civilization, including the Great Satan, the United States of America. The Little Satan, Israel, it seems, is in the way. Israel has so far contained Iran’s ambitions by absorbing the direct costs of this confrontation, including repeated proxy wars, missile attacks, and the constant threat of annihilation.
The problem is not that Iran has “suspended cooperation.” The problem is that the West keeps treating each step as if it is a fresh crisis that can still be reversed with enough diplomacy. Meanwhile, Iran continues to advance, using talks as shields to buy time at each step.
Anyone with basic pattern recognition would agree: Iran will not stop, and diplomacy has an extremely low probability of working for a serious, long-term solution. Forty-six years of sanctions, deterrence, and inspections have all failed. Regime change appears the only realistic solution. It is what many Iranians still risk their lives demanding, what most of Iran’s neighbors would welcome, and what the broader international community would ultimately benefit from. Iran’s suspension of cooperation today is simply the next step in a long, familiar design. The only question is whether the West finally unites to end this grotesque cycle before Iran rebuilds, recovers, and resumes its march toward its bomb.

The Epstein files haven’t been fully released because they’re not just legal evidence—they’re geopolitical leverage.

Flight logs, black books, graphic videos and thousands of pages of sealed FBI documents hold more than scandal. They implicate power players from across the globe: royalty, ex-presidents, oligarchs, and intelligence agencies like the CIA and Mossad. This isn’t speculation; Ari Ben-Menashe, former Israeli intel officer, claimed Epstein was running a Mossad-linked “honeytrap” operation. We know what it’s all about.
These files don’t just expose crimes, they could upend international relations and are being used as silent weapons.
Think oil negotiations, trade deals, NATO decisions, Middle East talks. If foreign leaders are in those files, America gains power by keeping them locked—and hinting they could be released. That’s not incompetence, that’s statecraft.
Even Trump’s closest allies; Patel, Bondi, Bongino and others have kept a tight grip. The excuse is “protecting victims,” but that’s a smokescreen. These names aren’t being held back for justice, they’re being held back for leverage.

The cabal of depopulationist sociopaths are undoubtedly celebrating a significant achievement in their zeal to destroy humanity.
Yesterday, five young members of the elite haredi battalion “Netzach Yehuda” were killed in an ambush in Gaza.
As usual, the clueless masses miss the point entirely:
Some in the haredi community see this as a sign of Divine retribution to the haredi world for joining a secular military in the first place. To these “hardliners,” only non-religious Jews should serve in the military.
Some are lauding it as a milestone that haredi families are now “bearing the brunt” of war. These folks are venerating it as a watershed moment in which haredim are “finally” meriting to be counted among those martyrs who died “al kidush Hashem” supposedly defending their homeland.
Still others are hallowing this tragedy as a moment of truth for our people in which true unity is finally possible. “It’s no longer ‘us’ and ‘them,'” they say. “Haredim are finally sharing in national grief along with the secular” (as if haredi Jews aren’t aggrieved over the loss of other Jews).
How utterly blindsighted these people are.
None of these reactions are even remotely accurate. They’re all based on a false reality, a total misconception of the government’s true agenda.
Let’s state the unpopular truth for all to hear:
Yesterday, five observant Jews were slaughtered on the altar of satanic human sacrifice ritual.
Grooming the haredi world to accept the idea of enlistment to haredi military units was a significant achievement for the satanists, since Orthodox Jews typically reject the polytheistic dogma of human sacrifice.
However, the cabal has been tirelessly working on subverting the haredi world for many years. They began generations ago by infiltrating haredi communities with “agents of change,” compromised rabbis, lay leaders, doctors, and other influencers. These undercover agents desensitized the haredi world to the degenerate idea of “community immunity,” i.e. exposing one’s child to lethal toxins for the sake of “protecting the herd.”
The recent drive toward haredi enlistment is a result of generations of targeted inculcation and insidious subversion.
Yes, the objective of this latest culling is certainly unity, but a toxic, subversive sort of self-destructive unity. Haredim are now being inducted to the cult of collective Stockholm Syndrome in which the people are expected to honor their mortal enemy, the depopulationist state that holds them hostage to tyranny in an endless series of engineered wars and cruelly sacrifices their young en masse.
Unity holds value only if we unite around the truth. Unity predicated on falsehood is just another Tower of Babel scheme doomed to collapse.
If we truly wish to honor the unspeakable loss of the victims and their bereft families, we must begin to state the truth unambiguously.
By enlisting, these deluded young haredim did not achieve a kidush Hashem but tragically the opposite. They unwittingly subjugated themselves to serve a satanic foe who seeks the destruction of their people.
They have been sacrificed for a dark and sinister agenda.
We must come to grips with this disturbing reality, as painful as it is.
Personally, these young men are still to be regarded as kedoshim, simply because they were murdered because they were Jews. Of course, they were completely unaware that their “top-of-command” had been plotting their demise from day one. The intentions of these young men were pure, so we must not posthumously criticize them for their grave error.
However, their souls are undoubtedly plagued by this painful realization now that they’ve entered the world of Truth.
The only way to edify their souls is by warning others not to repeat this mistake. In the merit of these kedoshim, we must resolve to dissuade young Jews from joining the ranks of the cabal’s military machine intended for use as human fodder in satanic worship.
For those who have already enlisted, we must plead with them to walk out in conscientious objection.
Likewise, we must oppose all iterations of human sacrifice, including and especially the debased crime of childhood vaccination and its diabolical and exclusionary policies of enforcement that persist in Jewish schools throughout the world.

When institutions and powerful individuals operate for long periods without scrutiny, they may be tempted to commit such outrageously corrupt acts that disclosing them to the people becomes an insurmountably difficult task.
For years there has been a lot of consternation about the refusal of federal agencies such as the CIA and FBI to disclose what they know about Jeffrey Epstein (as well as about the assassination of JFK, the 9/11 terrorist attacks, the murder of Seth Rich, and countless other stories). Guys like me have also noticed how the U.S. government, including Congress, can’t ever quite seem to get to the bottom of the origin of SARS-CoV-2.
The truth of these stories carries incalculable liabilities—liabilities that would call into question whether the involved institutions should be allowed to continue existing.
Disclosing the truth could also instantly demolish the persistent naïveté that enables most people to maintain their allegiance to their governments and to believe the endless train of BS that we are told every day about everything.
I have experience with big liability cases. For a long time I investigated the mysterious deaths of Mary Mahoney on July 6, 1997 in Georgetown and Seth Rich on July 10, 2016 in the Bloomingdale neighborhood of D.C. The circumstances of both deaths strongly raise the suspicion of a political motive, but both were nevertheless chalked up to “botched robberies” by the Metropolitan Police.
Someone with power doesn’t want either death elucidated, and I was advised that pursuing my investigations would not only be frustrating and fruitless, but hazardous for my health.
The totality of circumstances suggests that Seth Rich was murdered because he knew the DNC emails about to be published by Wikileaks were NOT hacked by Russian agents, but were leaked by a DNC insider. To eliminate the possibility of him bearing witness that there was no Russian hack, the decision was made to eliminate him.
Jeffrey Epstein was a much bigger problem, because he was apparently running a blackmail operation using beautiful underage girls who didn’t necessarily look younger than 18. Presented with a beautiful girl who appeared to be 18, most men probably stopped short of asking to see her valid government issued ID before dallying around with her (with hidden videos all over the place). God knows how many immensely powerful men in the United States and Britain were compromised.
Epstein was probably running the the same kind of trap that Mossad agent Eli Cohen ran against the Syrian political and military elite in the sixties and that bon vivant gangster Udo Proksch ran against the Austrian Socialist Party elite in the seventies.
The case of Udo Proksch is illustrative. Using an aristocratic girlfriend as his front woman, he acquired Cafe Demel—one of the most opulent coffee houses in Vienna and the former confectioner to the Imperial Court. He then converted the top floor of the building to house his CLUB 45, whose membership included all of the top ranking members of the Austrian Socialist Party, which held a virtual monopoly on federal power in the 1970s.
Proksch invited an old friend of mine to become a member, but my friend suspected that the clubhouse was a one-way mirror trap to which underage girls were invited to “entertain” Austria’s political and financial elite.
In 1977, Proksch committed a massive insurance fraud and mass murder by blowing up a ship called the Lucona—whose cargo he had insured—in the middle of the Indian Ocean. The insurance company smelled a rat and launched an investigation, but was frustrated by the total lack of cooperation from Austrian authorities. It was as though Proksch was untouchable. The only reason he was eventually exposed—twelve years after he committed his crime—was because the West German foreign intelligence service (Bundesnachrichtendienst) and the CIA were unhappy with him for transferring western technology to his friends in the Soviet Union.
These intelligence agencies shared their information on Proksch with the independent, Austrian journalist, Hans Pretterebner, who self-published a book on the affair in 1989 titled Der Fall Lucona (The Case of the Lucona).
The lesson from the story was clear: unless the intelligence agencies—who control politicians and civil servants—want a big story with major liabilities disclosed, it won’t be disclosed. All evidence of the conspiracy will disappear, and people like Pam Bondi, Dan Bongino, and Kash Patel will be left looking like fools.

Something is deeply wrong in Texas. Officials won’t tell you how bad it really is.
We spoke to the rescue pilot who watched families beg for help.
What he revealed will leave you outraged.
Over the 4th of July weekend, Central Texas was hit with catastrophic flash floods—the worst of it being in Kerrville.
First, we want to offer our heartfelt condolences to everyone who lost loved ones. Our prayers are with the families, emergency services, volunteers, and everyone involved in the recovery efforts across this battered region.
There have also been questions about weather modification operations in the area, which we’ll be discussing later in the broadcast.
Joining us first is private helicopter pilot Gary Heavin, who has been on the ground helping with the response. He’ll share what he’s seen firsthand and explain how it compares to the prior tragedy in North Carolina, which he also assisted in.
The conversation began with Heavin sharing a haunting story about piloting a search and rescue mission with a grieving father as they combed the riverbank for the body of his 17-year-old daughter.
“To see this man’s courage… was just a terrible thing,” he said, his voice breaking. “It was tough for me to hold it together,” he added. Just an hour before the interview, he received the devastating news that they had finally found her body.
The exchange was raw and deeply emotional, laying bare the unimaginable pain these families are enduring.
It was a stark reminder of the devastating human toll these deadly floods have left behind.
When the topic turned to “weather wars,” Heavin didn’t hold back, saying he and Maria both believe it’s very real.
He described flying over hurricane-ravaged North Carolina and seeing entire forests of massive trees snapped in ways that didn’t match the storm’s weakened winds.
“You look at means, motive and opportunity,” he said of the Texas floods, suggesting someone might have had both the means and opportunity to weaponize the weather. But he admitted the motive was much harder to see.
Even though he conceded it could be a “natural weather event,” his tone left no doubt he wasn’t convinced.
The conversation left viewers wondering if these so-called “freak” floods were truly acts of nature—or something far more unsettling.
While Heavin praised the Trump administration for handling the disaster better than the previous one, he didn’t shy away from criticizing the bureaucratic roadblocks.
He was furious that private helicopters were blocked from helping while bodies remained in the river and people could still be “sitting in trees” waiting for rescue.
“So I’ve been pushing the federal government, the state government to let us in there now so that we can find people. […] We did it just fine in North Carolina,” he said.
Heavin described the 55-mile disaster zone as impossible to cover with only 11 government helicopters. “We could do this ten times faster,” he insisted, if not for bureaucrats telling them no.
His anger underscored the urgency of the crisis, capturing the frustration of watching red tape stand in the way of saving lives.
Heavin issued a rallying cry to Texans, urging them to pressure their state officials to “get the bureaucrats out of the way” and let private helicopters join the rescue efforts.
He made it clear his group, Operation Helo, has a proven track record of working seamlessly with government forces while keeping communication organized and effective.
Heavin insisted there was simply no justification for blocking experienced private pilots when every minute could mean saving a life.
His plea was both a practical solution and a fierce condemnation of the red tape slowing efforts in the middle of a crisis.
Maria delivered a fiery close to the episode with an impassioned condemnation of weather modification, calling it “immoral” and demanding it be banned outright.
She laid out claims of cloud seeding gone wrong in Texas, highlighted corporate denials, and even pointed to Peter Thiel’s investment in Rainmaker Technologies.
Her final remarks were packed with evidence, including NOAA forms, radar loops, CEO statements, and historical flood comparisons. She didn’t hesitate to name names, drawing attention to unregulated private experiments funded by billionaire money.
“The only way to put these conspiracy theories to rest,” she stressed, “is to ban weather manipulation in its entirety.”

In the history of international law, certain efforts stand apart for their audacity. The campaign launched by Martin De Luca against Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes is precisely such an effort. De Luca, a partner at Boies Schiller Flexner and former US federal prosecutor, has stepped into an arena most legal professionals fear to approach. The constitutional argument he has constructed is wholly unprecedented, a legal theory so novel that seasoned attorneys advised him it would never succeed. But De Luca is not the sort of lawyer who shies away from the impossible. He thrives on it. His objective is nothing less than to expose and dismantle the censorship regime exported by Brazil’s most powerful judge. Many said it couldn’t be done. They may soon be proven wrong.
De Luca is no ordinary litigator. He is an architect of strategy in one of the most complex terrains imaginable: the intersection of diplomacy, constitutional law, and authoritarian overreach. His track record proves it. He has developed what one colleague called a “innovative toolbox of cross-border pressure points” to free Americans wrongly detained abroad. That includes securing Marc Fogle’s release from Russia’s opaque prison system, and securing similar releases from Venezuela and Mexico through methods that avoid the diplomatic humiliation of prisoner swaps.
The case of Marc Fogel, a teacher imprisoned in Russia under harsh drug laws for possessing medically prescribed cannabis, stands as a testament to De Luca’s unique approach. Working with the Trump administration, he orchestrated a quiet but decisive retrieval. No sanctions lifted. Just legal acumen, moral clarity, and a carefully constructed strategy of leverage and pressure. Similarly, De Luca is now leading the effort to bring home Stephen Hubbard, an American held in Russia on specious charges. Hubbard, a retired schoolteacher caught in the sweep of wartime paranoia, is now within sight of release.
Yet these achievements pale in comparison to the audacity of De Luca’s third act: suing a sitting foreign Supreme Court justice in a US court. The target, Alexandre de Moraes, is not just any judge. He is, by most serious accounts, the most powerful man in Brazil. Appointed to the Supreme Federal Tribunal (STF) in 2017 after the death of Justice Teori Zavascki in a suspicious plane crash, de Moraes’s confirmation was rammed through the Senate in just over a month. His resume prior to the robe did not include judicial experience. Besides serving as Justice Minister and public security secretary, de Moraes’ spent his legal career representing Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC), a hyper-violent criminal syndicate known for narco-trafficking, assassinations, and operating vast extortion networks from inside Brazil’s prisons. The PCC has grown into one of Latin America’s most powerful transnational gangs, with a reach extending into Paraguay, Bolivia, and even Europe. It runs drugs, launders money, and eliminates rivals with military precision. Moraes’s past associations with entities tied to such a criminal network cast a dark shadow over his judicial ascent. He was, in short, a political functionary promoted to judicial overseer, a cartel enforcer disguised as a jurist.
Since joining the STF, de Moraes has assumed unprecedented powers, an oddity considering he is not the Chief Justice but merely an associate justice. The current Chief Justice, Luis Roberto Barroso, holds the formal title, yet it is de Moraes who wields the true power. In 2019, de Moraes unilaterally declared that the STF would have ‘original jurisdiction’ over matters of so-called “fake news,” a designation that is unprecedented in Brazilian legal history. Never before had a single justice, much less one without the mandate of Chief Justice, arrogated to himself such sweeping authority. And if there were a legitimate case to be made that the Supreme Court should exercise original jurisdiction in such cases, why place that power solely in the hands of one associate justice? Why not assign it to the full panel of justices? In practice, his maneuver bypassed every lower court, consolidating the roles of investigator, prosecutor, trial judge, and appellate judge into his own hands. This procedural anomaly is not an incidental feature of his work. It is the mechanism of his power, and it makes his influence dwarf that of his judicial peers, including the Chief Justice himself.
The initial scope of this inquiry was modest. That changed rapidly. Today, the investigation encompasses some 5,000 individuals. Roughly 500 have been convicted, receiving prison sentences ranging from 1 to 17 years, for acts including attempting a coup d’état, undermining the democratic rule of law, and participating in a criminal organization. Among the convicted are high-profile Bolsonaro allies such as Daniel Silveira, a former congressman sentenced to 8 years in prison for spreading so-called fake news and attacking democratic institutions, and Roberto Jefferson, another Bolsonaro-aligned politician convicted on similar charges involving disinformation and incitement. Most of the remaining cases remain sealed or under secret investigation. Censorship orders now extend beyond Brazil’s borders. They contain gag clauses that prohibit targets from even revealing they are under investigation. De Moraes commands a 50-officer Federal Police detail. He travels via military jet. He suspends elected officials without due process, as he did with the governor of Brasília following the January 8, 2023 protests. Colleagues whisper he keeps “files on everyone,” and off the record, members of the government admit they are “alarmed.”
And why wouldn’t they be? De Moraes has achieved what most autocrats only dream of: he has made criticism of himself legally equivalent to an attack on democracy. As De Luca put it, “Anything that attacks him is an attack on democracy.” The logic is almost Fauci-esque. As the former NIAID director infamously declared, attacks on him were attacks on science itself. So too does de Moraes claim identity with democracy. It is a chilling form of absolutism: to question him is to invite prosecution.
This brings us to De Luca’s lawsuit. Filed in federal court in Florida, the plaintiffs, Rumble and Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), argue that de Moraes’s extraterritorial censorship orders violate the First Amendment and are unenforceable on US soil. The orders, initially aimed at silencing Brazilian dissident Allan dos Santos, demanded the takedown of content hosted on US-based servers, operated by US companies, written by a Florida resident. De Moraes issued these orders not through diplomatic channels, but by sending them directly to Florida via email. His directives came with the threat of daily fines nearing $10,000 and platform shutdowns.
The very idea that a foreign associate justice can unilaterally issue binding censorship orders against American companies and citizens, simply because their content is viewable abroad, is both outrageous and unprecedented. No legal doctrine in the history of international jurisprudence supports such a claim. If tolerated, this tactic could shatter the constitutional barrier that protects American speech from foreign interference. It is a perilous precedent. Today it is Brazil. Tomorrow, it could be China, Iran, or Russia. And not far behind, the European Union and the United Kingdom, already experimenting with centralized speech regulation, could seize upon this as a legal fig leaf for digital overreach. The slippery slope is not hypothetical. It is here, and if it is not stopped in this courtroom, it will metastasize.
The lawsuit rests on seven legal theories, including violations of the First Amendment, the Communications Decency Act §230, and the Stored Communications Act, as well as principles of comity, tortious interference, and public policy under Florida law. In De Luca’s words: “Brazil is trying to rewrite the rule. If your content is viewable there, they say you’re under Brazilian jurisdiction. That is the hill we’re prepared to fight on.”
As of June, a federal judge in Florida ordered service of the complaint on de Moraes at his Brasília chambers. The STF refused to accept it. Court clerks insisted he must be served at home but declined to provide his address. On multiple occasions de Moraes team claimed that he would respond to the lawsuit and fight the allegations. Yet, at every opportunity provided, his lawyers have failed to appear or file a response. De Moraes has now gone silent. Plaintiffs are preparing a motion for default judgment. Should it succeed, it will set an extraordinary precedent: that even foreign judges cannot operate with impunity when their actions cross into US constitutional territory.
De Moraes’s doctrine does not stop at platforms. It now targets people. In February 2025, Congressman Eduardo Bolsonaro, son of former President Jair Bolsonaro, began a public campaign in the US warning of de Moraes’s repression. His appearance on Capitol Hill and with Tucker Carlson prompted an astonishing response. Moraes threatened to revoke Bolsonaro’s passport under the STF’s self-declared doctrine of “anti-democratic acts.” When Bolsonaro remained in the US, prosecutors under Moraes’s authority filed criminal charges accusing him of violent attempts to overthrow Brazil’s government. The case, of course, was assigned to Moraes himself. He refused to recuse.
This is more than a conflict of interest. It is a judicial autocracy. As De Luca observed, “He’s the investigator, he is the prosecutor, he is the judge and he’s the appellate judge.” One man, all roles. This is not the rule of law. It is the law of rule.
There is growing discomfort within Brazil’s political establishment. Publicly, President Lula’s government defends de Moraes. Privately, insiders resent the leash he places on their agenda. Business leaders suspect he harbors presidential ambitions. Media outlets, both Brazilian and international, have taken to calling him “the most powerful man in Brazil.” The massive wealth surrounding de Moraes has only deepened public cynicism. But behind the cynicism lies fear. Elected officials, appointed bureaucrats, civil servants, corporate executives, and journalists all tiptoe around his name. No one dares to confront him openly. Everyone is afraid. The silence is so absolute, so uniform, it evokes the old parable of the emperor with no clothes, except in this case, the emperor also commands a federal police force, a courtroom, and an unchallenged gavel.
Already, the US Department of Justice has notified Brazilian authorities that Moraes’s orders hold no force here. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has publicly floated sanctions. Should the court rule against Moraes, he could face Global Magnitsky Act designations, barring travel and access to international banking systems. That possibility has reportedly alarmed elements of the Brazilian government. Brazilian diplomats working with the State Department have been visibly uncomfortable defending Moraes’s lawless actions. Asked to justify his censorship edicts, they appear strained, even embarrassed, tasked with defending the indefensible. It is the hardest possible job, and it shows. The pretense that Brazil is a functioning democracy grows thinner by the day. Until Moraes is removed from power, the country will remain a democracy in name only. That removal, once unthinkable, now appears increasingly plausible, thanks in large part to De Luca’s lawsuit.
Now De Luca’s lawsuit has caught the attention of President Trump himself. It’s not just because his Truth Social platform is named as a plaintiff. Trump understands the stakes: Alexandre de Moraes is using his judicial power to keep the only viable challenger to President Lula, former President Jair Bolsonaro, out of the political arena. De Moraes has gone so far as to formally bar Bolsonaro from running for public office until the year 2030, a move that, in any true democracy, would provoke public outrage and judicial review. Two hours ago, Trump posted this message on Truth Social, a shot across the bow aimed directly at de Moraes:
“Brazil is doing a terrible thing on their treatment of former President Jair Bolsonaro. I have watched, as has the World, as they have done nothing but come after him, day after day, night after night, month after month, year after year! He is not guilty of anything, except having fought for THE PEOPLE. I have gotten to know Jair Bolsonaro, and he was a strong Leader, who truly loved his Country — Also, a very tough negotiator on TRADE. His Election was very close and now, he is leading in the Polls. This is nothing more, or less, than an attack on a Political Opponent — Something I know much about! It happened to me, times 10, and now our Country is the “HOTTEST” in the World! The Great People of Brazil will not stand for what they are doing to their former President. I’ll be watching the WITCH HUNT of Jair Bolsonaro, his family, and thousands of his supporters, very closely. The only Trial that should be happening is a Trial by the Voters of Brazil — It’s called an Election. LEAVE BOLSONARO ALONE!”
Trump’s declaration marks a significant escalation. It puts de Moraes in the crosshairs not only of the law but of global political pressure. If Bolsonaro is to be tried, Trump insists, it should be by the people of Brazil at the ballot box, not in a courtroom controlled by one unelected man.
De Luca’s lawsuit is not just a legal maneuver. It is a geopolitical act. It is a bid to remind the world that American law, grounded in the Constitution, still draws red lines. It refuses to bow before the procedural theater of foreign strongmen in robes.
In that sense, De Luca has done more than file a case. He has drawn a map. It shows how a single determined advocate, armed with clarity of mind and precision of law, can challenge tyranny. Whether in a Russian penal colony or a Brazilian courtroom cloaked in secrecy, the principle remains the same. Freedom does not survive by accident. It must be defended, case by case, against those who confuse power with justice.

I’m going to cover some facts about the horrific flooding in Texas that I have NOT seen mentioned on TV by the fake news. I haven’t spent much time vetting the downpour and flooding – but here’s what I know so far to help your research.
General Flynn posted an inquiry about a geo-engineering company from Delaware called RAINMAKER – the leading cloud seeding company in America – that seeds clouds for weather modification in Texas, and elsewhere, and asked them to respond if they were in the area and had any impact on the flooding.
Augustus Doricko started RAINMAKER in 2023, a cloud seeding geoengineering startup, that aims to create water abundance in the United States. Cloud seeding was actually invented in Schenectady, New York in 1946, and that group of inventors included atmospheric scientist Bernard Vonnegut, the brother of novelist Kurt Vonnegut. And, from 1962 to 1983, the U.S. government’s Project Stormfury sought to weaken cyclones by flying airplanes dispensing silver iodide into them.
Doricko said it only takes 12 to 45 minutes to get a cloud to produce rain after seeding. He also said the results can be UNPREDICTABLE in watersheds – he admitted that.
I just read Augustus’ reply to General Flynn and RAINMAKER said, INDEED, they WERE CLOUD SEEDING in Texas in that area up until July 2nd but they stopped suddenly because there was too much moisture in the air. WTH?
24 hours later the system stalled and the “historic” downpour happened. Augustus said one had nothing to do with the other. I disagree. There’s no doubt in my mind now that cloud seeding likely contributed to the avalanche of water. IT CERTAINLY DIDN’T HELP – IT ALL WORKS TOGETHER. Common sense.
They are trying to make it sound like because they stopped seeding the DAY BEFORE THE FLOOD OCCURRED – they couldn’t have had anything to do with the overload of water downriver. We’re not stupid – moisture doesn’t leave the atmosphere that quickly when there’s that much of it!
RAINMAKER: “A senior meteorologist observed an unusually high moisture content …. so we suspended operations on July 2nd, a day before the NWS issued any flood warning.” THAT’S AN ADMISSION AND PRETTY CLEAR! It doesn’t matter if the motives are pure – the consequences can be unpredictable and devastating.
Texas is running 7 massive cloud seeding programs: all state-authorized under the Weather Modification Act of 1967. Planes. Chemicals. Skies sprayed to “enhance rainfall” across millions of acres. These aren’t rumors. They’re licensed weather manipulation operations spanning millions of acres.
“Blue rain” was reported in May. They say it’s to “enhance rainfall.” Great – but there could be unforeseen consequences. Entire towns are underwater. A river rose 30 feet in 45 minutes. An entire road was washed out in 4 minutes due to the wall of water that was unleashed. Hundreds of people are dead.
I’ve written about weather modification many times, using DEWs or lasers or cloud seeding, to create pressure systems, engineer rain or wildfires or hurricanes – in Maui, Los Angeles, Florida and North Carolina. It’s obvious what they are doing now. They can use a variety of methods now to manipulate the weather, for a variety of reasons, good and bad, but the end result has unforeseen complications.
How do we know that RAINMAKER cloud seeding wasn’t one of the reasons (coupled with previous underwater volcanic eruptions) there was a high moisture content there from the beginning? Cloud seeding introduces particles into clouds that act as condensation nuclei, encouraging water vapor to condense into droplets. COMMON SENSE.

The flooding in Kerr County, Texas has caused catastrophic damage, with the Guadalupe River reaching its second-highest height on record. The last record was set 40 years ago in the flood of 1987.
The Guadalupe river is considered one of the top three most dangerous rivers in Texas due to its tendency to overflow its banks during heavy rainfall events. So sadly, this is nothing new. Didn’t the cloud seeders know this?
The Guadalupe River has a long history of flooding, with numerous major floods recorded over the years. Intense downpours in that area, sometimes exceeding 10 inches in a short period, have historically overwhelmed the Guadalupe River basin and its tributaries.
Kerr County is part of “Flash Flood Alley,” a region susceptible to sudden and severe flooding.
The cloud seeders were operating on July 2, 2025. The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a flood watch for Kerr County at 1:18 pm Central Time on Thursday, July 3, 2025. This initial alert warned residents to be weather-aware, anticipating 5 to 7 inches of rain.
The National Weather Service issued the first flash flood warning for Kerr County at approximately 1:14 am Central Time on Friday, July 4, 2025 when everyone was sleeping.
The storm system STALLED over Kerr County and it received such concentrated and intense rainfall overnight (12-15 inches) that the Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in just 45 minutes between 2am and 4am.
A flash flood emergency was issued at 4:03 a.m. CT. By then, it was too late.
The Guadalupe river has been responsible for significant destruction in the past 200 years – where it has flooded multiple times, including in 1838, 1848, 1868, 1913, 1921 and more recently in 1972, 1987, 1998 and 2002 – and several times between 2015 and 2021.
In July 1987, a flash flood caused a devastating surge along the Guadalupe River near Comfort, resulting in the tragic loss of ten teenagers from a Christian summer camp when their bus and van were swept away. This flood was considered the worst Guadalupe River flooding in 55 years at the time. The 2025 flood will exceed that.
The Guadalupe River at Hunt reached its second-highest level on record in July 2025, surpassing the 1987 flood in that location. Numerous campers at Camp Mystic, a girls’ summer camp situated along the river, have disappeared. The rapid rise of the river, up to 26 feet in 45 minutes, contributed to the destructive nature of this flood.
The area’s popularity as a summer camp destination means these facilities are particularly vulnerable to flood events. Pray for the missing girls, the people in harm’s way and their families. Dozens have already been found dead.
Given the fact that this river and area has experienced catastrophic flooding multiple times in the past 200 years, perhaps there’s a lesson to be learned? Maybe more research needs to be done before we condone weather manipulation over areas like this?

Dick Eastland, the director of Camp Mystic, was among the dead from the Guadalupe River flood.
Eastland, who had been involved with the private all-girls Christian camp since purchasing it in 1974 and served as its director, died trying to save his kids from the devastating flash flooding.
Operations of the 99-year-old camp have been passed down through four generations of the Eastland family. It’s currently owned by the sons and daughter-in-laws of Dick and his wife, Tweety Eastland. She was found safe in her home.
Eastland taught fishing to the younger campers, and former participants described him as a caring, grandfatherly figure. The couple were revered by campers, and often seen teaching or roaming the camp grounds.
On Friday, the camp office sent a desperate message to families saying they sustained “catastrophic floods” and were working with rescuers. All power, wifi and water had been shut off at the facilities.
Camp Mystic, which offers two 4-week terms and one 2-week term over the summer, has been the go-to summer camp for daughters of Texans for nearly a century. There were over 700 girls there this year. So far, some 850 people have been rescued in the area from the floods.
The flooding is similar to a flood back in 1987 when campers at a nearby Pot O’ Gold Ranch were swept away by rushing flood waters and 10 of the teenagers tragically drowned.

Hill country, located in Texas roughly northwest of San Antonio, is known as Flash Flood Alley in meteorological circles. The state of Texas has “significantly higher flood-related fatalities than any other state, according to a 2021 report from the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Texas at San Antonio.
In the predawn hours of July 4, 2025, Hill country lived up to its reputation. In less than 24 hours as much as a foot of rain had fallen in parts of the region while residents and campers slept. In Kerrville, Texas the skies opened up and the rain came down so hard and fast that the Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in 45 minutes, maxing at 32 feet an hour later, according to a Weather Channel report.
The official death count has now risen to more than 70 people for the region, with more than 59 people believed to be dead in Kerr county alone, including 21 children. More rain “threatens the area” during the next 24 to 48 hours (according to NPR).
Dozens of Campgrounds and RV Parks Including Fabled Camp Mystic
Texas Hill country has some of the beautiful and scenic geography with dozens of campgrounds and RV parks available for people to get away for a nature vacation. There are dozens of overnight and day camps for children in the region.
Camp Mystic, established in 1926, is one of the best known all-girls overnight Christian camps, which has been hosting summer sleepaway camp for girls for almost a hundred years. According to Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, over 700 children were in residence at Camp Mystic, when the waters came rushing in the dark pre-morning hours, Friday and rose to the roofs of cabins. Long-time Director of Camp Mystic, Dick Eastland, died as he tried to move some of the campers to higher ground during the flash flood. He leaves behind a wife and eleven grandchildren.
A personal friend of ours who grew up in the region has been deeply saddened by the news. Her response must echo the emotional impact of thousands of women across Texas and America who have carried with them some of their best childhood memories and adventures at Camp Mystic. Another former camper whose own daughter has also attended the camp reported that before the devastation Camp Mystic was “probably one of the most serene and peaceful places that I’ve ever seen in my life.”
What About the Weather Warnings?
There were flood watches issued steadily beginning July 3rd and continuing into July 4th. Around midnight on Thursday, regional weather offices broadcast their first flash flood warnings. The National Weather Service predicted 4 to 8 inches of rain in the Texas Hill Country area. “But the amount of rain that fell in this specific location was never in any of those forecasts,” reported Texas Department of Emergency Management Chief, Nim Kidd. The region just west of Kerrville, where Camp Mystic and other RV parks and camps were devastated, received over 10 inches of rain.
The most senior elected official of Kerr County is Judge Rob Kelly, who said that Kerr County does not have a warning system. He explained that such systems are expensive; “taxpayers won’t pay for it.”
The “Land Hurricane” that “Got Stuck”
One local Kerrville resident posted a video screenshot of the local weather radar, showing a storm system just sitting on top of Kerrville, dumping water. He declared “It’s like a land hurricane formed over #Kerrville and hasn’t moved for the past 10 hours. I think we’re up to 12 inches of rain in the past 8 hrs.”
Weatherman Plus on Youtube produced a radar map commentary on July 5th, analyzing the conditions that caused the storm system to stall right on top of Kerrville and the Guadalupe River. At 2:00 into his video he explains that there is a large group of rotating thunderstorms that became a “cut-off low.” That is a weather phenomenon of a segment of weather activity that is “displaced (cut off) from the basic westerly current, and moves independently of that current.” Essentially, a high- or low-pressure system is moved by air currents and cut-off systems become stuck over one location. The National Weather Service definition further describes it:
Cutoff Low
A closed upper-level low which has become completely displaced (cut off) from basic westerly current, and moves independently of that current. Cutoff lows may remain nearly stationary for days, or on occasion may move westward opposite to the prevailing flow aloft (i.e., retrogression).
“Cutoff low” and “closed low” often are used interchangeably to describe low pressure centers aloft. However, not all closed lows are completely removed from the influence of the basic westerlies. Therefore, the recommended usage of the terms is to reserve the use of “cutoff low” only to those closed lows which clearly are detached completely from the westerlies.
The Guadalupe River at Kerrville, Texas, was ground zero for much of the disastrous flooding and went from 1.82 ft at 5:15 AM to 36.58 ft at 6:45 AM on July 4th.
How Did This Disaster Happen?
The cut off low system that parked over Hill Country was pregnant with moisture, providing the near record rainfall that came down overnight in the wee hours of July 4th. Factors that precipitated the tragedy included:
· Geography of the region is low hills and valleys with “shallow rivers that wind among hills and through rugged valleys.”
· Texas Hill Country is identified as Flash Flood Alley and is “largely concentrated in central Texas hill country and the Houston area.”
· The Hill Country region has been in a drought condition, which has hardened the soil and made absorption of the sudden deluge of rain very difficult. The water races across the hardened soil surface, always heading downhill to the streams and rivers that then swell suddenly.
· The region is scientifically identified as having the kind of weather that has historically brought about flash flooding. In this instance ”remnants of Tropical Storm Barry and a stuck low pressure system led up to 20 inches of rain” according to weather.com. This is a phenomenon that is well identified as occurring in Hill Country. A study of flood fatalities reports that “the encounter of warm and humid air from the south, the Gulf, and the cold air from the north that occurs right above the Balcones escarpment curve in Texas causing heavy rains and floods (Flash Flood Alley of Texas).”
· The National Weather Service predicted up to 7 inches of rainfall, but more than 12 inches fell. The NWS issued a timeline of alerts that were issued ahead of the flooding. Predicting amounts of rainfall and precisely where the rain will concentrate are always challenging.
· Nighttime weather events are extremely difficult because residents are asleep and may not be awake or aware of the need to listen to the emergency weather announcements.
· The local National Weather Service heavied up their local staff for the coming storm. “There were extra people in here that night, and that’s typical in every weather service office — you staff up for an event and bring people in on overtime and hold people over.”
· As reported above, the most senior official of Kerr County reported that the county did not have a warning system for flooding. Residents and vacationers rely upon the Emergency Alert System and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Weather Radio that provide emergency alerts.
· Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem declared that the weather warning system is “ancient” and “We needed to renew this ancient system that has been left in place with the federal government for many, many years and that is the reforms that are ongoing there.”
· Nighttime weather events are extremely difficult because residents are asleep and may not be awake or aware of the need to listen to the emergency weather announcements. It is essential to keep the emergency radio on during the night especially when phones are silenced and televisions are off.
There have been theories and politically charged partisan accusations against the National Weather Service (charges of lack of staffing) that contradict local Weather Service reports. One meteorologist issued a lengthy analysis, urging people to avoid partisan politics even as the rescue continues.
The disaster continues to unfold as torrential rain continues on Sunday. Remember that water flows down river, and all the lowlands downriver of the initial flooding and continuing deluge of rain are at great risk of also being washed out.
The Rescue Response is Massive
The State of Texas has “deployed a TON of air, land, & water rescue assets to Kerr County.” Over 850 people have been rescued as of Saturday, according to Texas Governor Abbott and President Trump has signed a federal disaster declaration for Kerr County.

With all the vast billions of dollars that the federal government has wasted through corruption, fraud and stupidity, we would think that an advanced nation like ours could provide warning systems for areas where citizens are unable to afford them.
The progressing disaster in the Hill Country of Texas is eerily similar to the Hurricane Helene disaster that unfolded last year in Southern Appalachia around Western North Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. But fortunately, in contrast to that tragedy, the emergency response to this event is immediate and robust.

In an important recap of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) revelations, journalist Margaret Flavin reports on an audit of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as discussed in a recent interview with Vice President JD Vance. Flavin’s article, “Vice President Vance Underscores Reports of Massive Waste and Corruption in Foreign Aid (Video),” posted on Gateway Pundit, June 29, 2025. The results of the audit reveal that only 12% of the money allocated to USAID for aid arrives at its destination! How is this possible?
Vance explains the corruption:
“So, we send $100,000 to this group to buy food for poor kids in Africa, okay.”
“And what actually happens is it’s not $100,000 that go to the food for the poor kids in Africa. The NGO, the non-government organization that gets that money, contracts it out to somebody else, and then they subcontract it. So, there’s like three or four middlemen.”
“Marco Rubio, who’s the Secretary of State, he’s a very good friend. What he told me is that his best estimate, after he had his team look at it, is that 88 cents of every dollar was actually being collected by middlemen.”
“So, every dollar we were spending, humanitarian assistance, 12 cents, was actually making it to people who needed it.
In fiscal year 2023, USAID distributed $7 billion of American taxpayer monies worldwide, and less than $1 billion was actually distributed to the needy. This confirms the waste, fraud, and abuse that Elon Musk’s DOGE team discovered. Secretary of State Marco Rubio responded with his March 10, 2025, announcement that 83% of USAID programs, a whopping 5200 contracts, many were cancelled saving tens of billions of American taxpayer dollars. The 1,000 remaining programs will be managed under the State Department.

The 5200 contracts that are now cancelled spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve, (and in some cases even harmed), the core national interests of the United States.

So, who are the big losers in the crackdown on USAID, and what programs and policies that harmed or did not serve the national interest were they funding?
To answer this question, it is important to remember the history of USAID. Former President John F. Kennedy created USAID in November 1961 by Executive Order 10973 with the specific purpose of supplying aid when the president deems it to be in the national interest. According to journalist Mike Gonzalez at The Heritage Foundation, “USAID devolved into an agency that spent money on programs that hindered the pursuit of freedom overseas and directly contravened our national interest.” Gonzalez’s February 19, 2025 article, “The Unmasking of USAID,” explains:
“During the Obama years the U.S. Agency for International Development was used to promote abroad policies that remain controversial within American society itself and that serve no clear national security interests,” “I wrote in a 2017 Heritage Foundation study.
These agendas, I wrote, included programs that promoted—sometimes as a condition of the aid—lifestyle choices that Americans debated for decades or are still being debated, such as transgender rights and same-sex marriage or trained foreign citizens in street “activism,” “civic engagement,” and “mobilization.”…
I added in my paper that in the promotion of radical agendas in several countries, USAID has found an ideal partner in George Soros, a billionaire supporter of far-left causes worldwide. Indeed, evidence began to emerge that, under former President Barack Obama, USAID made Soros’s foundations the main implementer of its aid.
The radical leftist/Marxist programs and policies of former President Barack Obama, embraced and financed by billionaire George Soros, and expanded under the ghost presidency of former President Joe Biden, are being dismantled by MAGA President Donald Trump. By 2030, ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health-care services, including for family planning, information and education, and the integration of reproductive health into national strategies and programs.
What, exactly, is the “information and education” young children will receive? Parents around the world will be shocked to learn what the United Nations and its specialty agencies consider appropriate sexual and reproductive information and education….
First, sex education is no longer just about human reproduction. The new label, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), is far more expansive and is defined on the Health and Education[v] section of the UNESCO website:
“Sexuality” is defined as “a core dimension of being human which includes: the understanding of, and relationship to, the human body; emotional attachment and love; sex; gender; gender identity; sexual orientation; sexual intimacy; pleasure and reproduction. Sexuality is complex and includes biological, social, psychological, spiritual, religious, political, legal, historic, ethical and cultural dimensions that evolve over a lifespan.” (International Technical Guidance on Sexuality Education, p. 17)
Key values of CSE include:
Transformative: CSE impacts whole cultures and communities, not simply individual learners. It can contribute to the development of a fair and compassionate society by empowering individuals and communities, promoting critical thinking skills and strengthening young people’s sense of citizenship. It empowers young people to take responsibility for their own decisions and behaviours, and how they may affect others. It builds the skills and attitudes that enable young people to treat others with respect, acceptance, tolerance and empathy, regardless of their ethnicity, race, social, economic or immigration status, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or sex characteristics.
In the same way that the 17 Goals sound great but in reality, are catastrophic, the words sexuality and transformative are equally destructive, particularly in the context of the foundational assumption in CSE that schools are the appropriate place for sexuality education, not the home:
CSE is weaponized education on a global level. Its universal curriculum is designed to collapse existing cultures into a singular culture of the planetary Unistate and indoctrinate students with politicized education according to Marxist collectivist dogma. CSE grooms the children of the world to unite and become activists in preparation for global citizenship in the Unistate.
The deceitful manipulation of language is a weapon of war designed to dupe parents into accepting Comprehensive Sexuality Education as equivalent to the familiar and accepted Sex Education. There is no equivalence. Comprehensive Sexuality Education is a colossal deception that presents lessons in pornography as equal to lessons in human reproduction.
