1. AAP Pushes Controversial Vaccine Passport Mandate for School Kids
The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) shocked parents nationwide by unveiling a sweeping proposal for a national vaccine passport system targeting schoolchildren—complete with a demand to eliminate religious exemptions across all U.S. jurisdictions.
“Are we in some dystopian rerun of 2020?” asked Dr. Kat Lindley, Director of IMA’s Fellowship Program.
The AAP’s proposal would make “certification of immunization” a prerequisite for attending child care and school, urging states to remove all nonmedical exemptions and tighten compliance enforcement.
“The AAP’s tone-deaf proposal ignores the hard lessons of the COVID-19 era,” said Dr. Lindley. “Parents aren’t sheep. This isn’t leadership—it’s a power grab.”
2. IMA Endorses Rep. Gosar’s Bill to Roll Back mRNA Liability Shields
The Independent Medical Alliance issued a strong endorsement of H.R. 4668, the End the Vaccine Carveout Act introduced by Congressman Paul Gosar. The bill would dismantle the legal immunity granted to mRNA vaccine manufacturers under federal emergency powers.
“If mRNA vaccines are as safe as claimed, why do drug companies need immunity from accountability?” asked IMA President Dr. Joseph Varon.
The endorsement follows new peer-reviewed research showing major increases in heart inflammation and other side effects following mRNA vaccination—including a 620% spike in myocarditis risk.
“There is something fundamentally wrong with mRNA,” said Dr. Varon. “This bill restores Americans’ right to hold vaccine makers accountable in court—where safety belongs.”
3. IMA Denounces “Horrifying” HHS Findings on Organ Procurement
In one of the most disturbing revelations to date, IMA responded to HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s exposure of unethical organ procurement practices involving patients who were still alive when procedures began.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) investigation uncovered 73 halted organ removals in Kentucky alone, with patients showing signs of life during donation attempts.
“This is yet another sign of the moral depravity that has infiltrated much of the big-money healthcare establishment,” said Dr. Varon.
One patient reportedly moaned and moved moments before harvesting was set to begin. Oversight was particularly lax in rural and smaller hospitals, where 55 medical workers across 19 states have now come forward.
“This is not medicine—it’s a moral abomination,” Varon added. “The system’s failures are a moral failure of the highest order.”
4. IMA Calls on HHS to Slash Drug Prices by Eliminating Middlemen
As part of its support for the Make America Healthy Again initiative, IMA called on HHS to launch sweeping prescription drug reforms—starting with the elimination of cost-driving middlemen like PBMs, GPOs, and wholesalers.
“It’s time to make healthcare costs healthy again,” said Dr. Lindley. “That starts by promoting transparency and removing the unnecessary hands from the pharmaceutical cookie jar.”
IMA’s proposed reforms include:
- Full transparency in PBM rebates and spread pricing
- Regulation of wholesaler and GPO markups
- Support for direct-to-consumer pricing models
- Accountability for insurers prioritizing rebate-tied drugs
- Faster FDA approvals for generics and biosimilars
- Protections for community pharmacies against predatory pricing
Middlemen now extract billions from the supply chain, with patients bearing the financial burden through inflated co-pays and deductibles. A 2023 GAO report confirmed how these opaque structures harm affordability and trust.

Clot Coverup from CV19 Vax – Tom Haviland [42:42] By Greg Hunter
July 29, 2025 USAWatchdog.com – Retired Airforce Major Tom Haviland has been on a mission to uncover all the gruesome material that was being reportedly pulled out of the veins and arteries of the CV19 vaxed. For the past there years in a row, Haviland has been asking embalmers in the “Worldwide Embalmer Blood Clot Survey” what mortuary workers are finding in the bodies they are preparing for burial. Back in April on USAWatchdog, Haviland said, “I surveyed embalmers all around the world in the United States, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. In my latest survey at the end of 2024, 301 embalmers did respond. 250 of them, or 83%, said they are still seeing the unusual white fibrous clots in the veins and arteries of their corpses.”
So, why is this not a huge story that the more than 5.5 billion CV19 vaxed should know about? Haviland thinks there is a clot coverup from the CV19 vax going on. Haviland found one vascular doctor who is consistently pulling long fibrous clots out of his patients since the CV19 shot rollout in 2021. Haviland says doctors are being threatened to keep quiet about fibrous clots in living patients. Haviland explains, “I was introduced to this gentleman Dr. Mohannad Bisharat, who is an endovascular specialist and cardiologist in Jacksonville, Florida. He admitted to me he had been removing these same white fibrous clots from living people in the last four years. He calls them ‘devious clots.’ I am showing you a fibrous clot still covered in blood (that Dr. Bisharat removed). When the blood is washed off, that will become a white fibrous clot. What is interesting is later that month, that same doctor Bisharat sent me this email. It says, ‘I was instructed to immediately terminate all communications in this regard. Sorry, apologies for the inconvenience.’ So, somebody got to him. Probably somebody at the hospital said, hey, we want you to stop talking about this. Don’t bring this up or else we will come after your license. We will take away your board certification and your ability to practice. The same thing could happen to him as people like Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Pierre Kory. The medical cartel came after them and their licenses and board certifications. So, obviously, Dr. Bisharat is afraid to speak out.”
That is not the only way the “Clot Coverup from CV19 Vax” is taking place. The Lying Legacy Media (LLM), who take billions in advertising dollars from Big Pharma, are keeping quiet and gaslighting the public. They seem to want people getting the CV19 vax and resulting death and disability to think it is simply just a few unlucky people, when millions are killed or injured by the CV19 bioweapon vax. So, that leaves the heavy weights of Alt Media to ride to the rescue and blow the whistle on the CV19 clot coverup—Wrong! Haviland has tried for three years to get on with the heavy weights in Alt Media to get the word out. Haviland tried in person to get Tucker Carlson to interview him about his astounding findings that are backed up by bonafide science. There were NO takers. Haviland says, “I paid $1,600 last September to go see Tucker Carlson in person to get a 30 second photo op with him, and I actually gave him one of these vials with the clots. I gave another vial to his producer Samantha and all the information to her to get on Tucker’s show. It’s not just to be on his show, but I want to get this important information out about these clots. Tucker has failed to contact me.”
None of the other big names in Alt Media have gotten back with Haviland either, and this includes Glenn Beck, Megyn Kelly and Joe Rogan. Haviland even wrote a post about getting rebuffed by the big cowardly Alt Media names on his Substack called Clotastrophe.

RFK Jr. will “reform” the vaccine court – but who benefits?
On July 28, 2025, RFK Jr. announced on X that he was going to reform the vaccine court. Here is his opening statement:
The 1986 Vaccine Act gave vaccine makers immunity against lawsuits by children who suffer vaccine injuries. The statute, and numerous subsequent court decisions, recognized that vaccines, like all medicines, are, in the words of the American Academy of Pediatrics case, “unavoidably unsafe,” and that a percentage of vaccinated children will suffer injuries or death. Congress, therefore, simultaneously created the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which obliged HHS to compensate injured children. In the words of then Labor and Public Welfare Committee Chairman Senator Edward Kennedy, “when … children are the victims of an appropriate and rational national policy, a compassionate [g]overnment will assist them in their hour of need.” Under the VICP, vaccine victims can petition for compensation to the so-called “Vaccine Court,” which pays out awards from a trust fund endowed by a 75-cent surcharge on every vaccine. Congress intended that injured children be compensated “quickly and fairly” for injuries, “either presumed or proven to be causally connected to vaccines,” with doubts about causation resolved in favor of the victim.
After considerably more suggested improvements, here is RFK Jr.’s concluding statement:
The VICP is broken, and I intend to fix it. I will not allow the VICP to continue to ignore its mandate and fail its mission of quickly and fairly compensating vaccine-injured individuals.
I am grateful to be working with @AGPamBondi and HHS staff to fix the VICP.
Together, we will steer the Vaccine Court back to its original Congressional intent.
As we have documented regarding RFK Jr.’s approval of the latest Moderna mRNA deadly vaccine, the champion of vaccine safety has become a promoter of the worst vaccines ever known to humankind, vaccines that many rational people are now describing as bioweapons against our population. We decided we had to speak out against this, or we would be coconspirators withholding information about something that is killing millions of Americans.
The entire legacy media became lockstep supporters of the pharmaceutical industry when direct-to-consumer advertising was approved. This allowed the drug companies to pay billions of dollars to the media as advertising, when it’s probably nearer to blood money, in return for which they could prevent any criticism of them or their products from being aired or printed.
Almost no other countries in the world have this. The result has been the complete censorship of anyone critical of any aspect of Big Pharma.
In my own experience before direct-to-consumer advertising, I was able to criticize psychiatric drugs and drug company malfeasance as a vastly important public issue on just about every major media outlet from The New York Times (many times) and Washington Post to Oprah (many times), Larry King Live (many times), 60 Minutes, 20/20, CNN, CNBC, morning and evening news shows, and shows on Fox News like Bill O’Reilly’s The Factor and Sean Hannity (several times on radio and TV). Fox was the last to go.
After direct-to-consumer advertising went into effect in the 1990s, everyone of these has no longer wanted me on as an expert.

If RFK Jr. really wanted to have some impact on both media censorship and the millions of people being injured by pharma, he would cancel direct-to-consumer advertising.
RFK Jr. has really become an enforcer of the status quo with the drug companies. He wants to return to the “original Congressional intent” for the vaccine court, that is, the deal that was originally worked out with the drug companies. Here’s the deal that drug companies made Congress agree to: “You protect us from being sued by your constituents or we won’t make vaccines for your children, because we cannot afford to pay for all the damage we will be doing.” And the members of Congress, of course, readily agree because the pharmaceutical industry is always so nice to them.
A few minutes I ago I called our dog, Bella, “Here, Bella, do you want a treat?” and the cute little Yorkie came running like a Congressman coming to make a deal.
What should really be done? Cancel all legislation that gives protection to the pharmaceutical industry! Require them, like any other company, to be sued in a court of law if a plaintiff feels they have been injured, and let a judge or jury decide whether or not they should get compensation and how much. That would prevent the drug companies from acting as badly as they do, without risking financial penalties that might even put them out of business. It would force them to be more responsible for the effects of their products. Many companies have, in fact, been put out of business because they have pushed very dangerous products into the public, or they have paid multibillions as compensation, or both.
I’ve been up against many pharmaceutical companies as a consultant and as an expert witness in court, and, believe me, they wish they could make a deal with all their products, but they can’t convince Congress, and it would look bad for them to try. Instead, what they do is lie and cheat to cover the harm they are doing.
If RFK Jr. wants justice for people harmed by vaccines, make the drug companies liable in a regular court of law for all the injuries and damage they do.
To make matters worse, RFK Jr.’s announcement makes no mention whatsoever of adults who also get injured by vaccines and who are also covered by the vaccine court. It looks like Kennedy is playing to his own sympathetic base of people concerned about the well-being of children and ignoring the rest of us.
We are watching the potential sacrifice of all the good that President Trump and RFK Jr. are doing because the drug companies seem to have a stranglehold on them that is resulting every day in the death, disability, and even sterilization of tens of millions of Americans and billions more people around the world.

Three months ago, Dr. Betsy Eads said, “Everyone Needs Treatment for CV19 Bioweapon Vax.” Anyone who thinks this story is going away is not paying attention to the vast numbers of people who were fooled and pressured into taking these destructive mRNA injections. 270 million Americans has been injected, and it does not wear off. The CV19 injections are self-replicating and self-amplifying. A recent Yaly study showed damaging spike proteins more than 700 days after the last CV19 injection. Every week there is another new study on the awful effects of the CV19 bioweapon vax. Now, we learn that there are more threats coming from the same dark and evil powers that brought us “gain of function” Covid 19 and the bioweapon injections that followed. Dr. Betsy says, “If they are planning a frequency attack, EMP attack or release of another bioweapon that Karen Kingston was talking about, whether aerosolized, transdermal or high frequency, we are going to see a lot of death and a lot of culling. This is democide by definition. The definition is your own government killing you with a bioweapon. This is democide, and it must stop now. I encourage everybody to write a letter or call your Representatives in Congress. We have bills to stop the Prep Act. And, we have bills to stop the indemnity (CV19 liability shield). I am imploring you to do something. ‘We the People’ need to stand up and take our country back. Don’t sit back and do nothing.”
Instead of getting people treatment, they are putting up posters in schools on kids and cardiac arrest. They are gaslighting people into thinking a 15-year-old having a heart attack is common and not out of the ordinary. It is totally ordinary if you have been vaxed with a CV19 bioweapon. Dr. Betsy says, “We are getting ready to send our kids back to school, and these posters are going up. It’s not just in Canada, they are going up here in the United States and our schools. Defibrillators are going up in all the schools. There are more than 2,000 athletes worldwide that have died on the field in whatever sport: football, soccer, basketball and hockey. Athletes have been dying all over the world of sudden cardiac death. 52% know somebody in their personal family or a personal friend that have been damaged by these shots. 25% of Americans know . . . a close family member who has died. So, we still have to get to a lot of Americans that are not getting the information.”
In closing, Dr. Betsy says, “If you have been vaxed and boosted, you need to be on Ivermectin. I like The Wellness company Ivermectin Mebendazole combination. If you have been vaxed and boosted, your risk of developing a cancer is high.” Dr. Betsy goes on to point out that unvaxed people can be made sick by being shed on from CV19 vaxed people.
