How cancer-causing chemicals found in everyday food packaging have seeped their way into animals WORLDWIDE: Terrifying interactive map lays bare extent of plastic crisis – which creatures are affected in YOUR country?   By SAM TONKIN

  • PFAS have been found in animals such as horses, dogs, Siberian tigers and otters
  • Analysis reveals they’re among 330 species contaminated by ‘forever chemicals’

23 February 2023 – Cancer-causing chemicals are now in the blood of animals on nearly every continent on Earth, an eye-opening ‘first-of-its-kind’ map has revealed.

The ‘sobering’ analysis lays bare the extent to which toxic per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are likely poisoning creatures the world over, having already been linked to liver disease, cancer, kidney stress, foetal complications and other serious health problems in humans.

Known as ‘forever chemicals’ because they do not naturally break down, types of PFAS have been found in horses, dogs, Siberian tigers, pandas, sea lions, wild boar, otters and even oysters.

‘PFAS pollution is not just a problem for humans. It’s a problem for species across the globe,’ said David Andrews, a senior scientist with the Environmental Working Group (EWG), which carried out the research and created the map.

‘PFAS are ubiquitous, and this first-of-its-kind map clearly captures the extent to which PFAS have contaminated wildlife around the globe.’

Sauna Use as an Exercise Mimetic for Heart Health   Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola

Cuts Your Stroke Risk by 61%, a Blood Pressure Elixir   Rhonda Patrick, Ph.D.

It stresses your heart and body in a similar way to exercise, cuts your risk of fatal heart problems in half, and may lower your risk of Alzheimer’s by 65% and dementia by 66% according to studies.

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • Sauna bathing can be used as an exercise mimetic (i.e., an exercise-mimicking tool) to increase your longevity and health span. Men using Finnish-style, dry heat sauna seven times per week cut their risk of death from fatal heart problems in half, compared to those who used it only once a week
  • Compared to once-a-week sauna use, those who have four to seven sessions per week have a 61% lower risk for stroke. Heat stress from sauna bathing has also been shown to lower your risk of high blood pressure
  • Heat stresses your heart and body similar to that of exercise, and produces many of the same results. As your body is subjected to heat stress, it gradually becomes acclimated to the heat, prompting a number of beneficial changes and adaptations
  • Recent research has demonstrated that sauna bathing also helps modulate your autonomic nervous system, which governs your stress responses
  • Many of the life extending benefits of sauna bathing are related to the workings of heat shock proteins, which protect protein structures and prevent protein aggregation

Situation Update, Feb 21, 2023 – Urgent call for TOTAL EVACUATION of East Palestine due to DIOXIN FALLOUT  [1:50:01 – 0:00 Dioxins Fallout, 19:11 Eric Coppolino, 1:02:42 Controlled Burn Big Lie, 1:24:43 Ana Maria Mihalcea, MD, PhD]   Mike Adams

Eric Coppolino and the Health Ranger call for the total evacuation of East Palestine

Today we join Eric Coppolino in calling for the immediate, total evacuation of East Palestine, Ohio due to the dioxin fallout now taking place there. The full interview with Eric Coppolino is now available in today’s feature article.

The toxic cloud event that’s dropping extremely toxic dioxins across a large area of residential housing and farmland was deliberately generated by the open burning of vinyl chloride, creating combustion byproducts of dioxins which are many orders of magnitude more toxic and dangerous than the original substance.

The “controlled burn” actually transformed a relatively harmless chemical into an extremely toxic, deadly chemical that will persist across Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York State for centuries.

– Why a total evacuation of East Palestine is critical for public health

– How #dioxins are formed from the combustion of vinyl chloride and PVC

– #Dioxin fallout is already under way

– Every surface for thousands of square miles is now contaminated

– The food chain will be impacted for CENTURIES

– The incredibly toxic effects of dioxin exposure: DNA damage, immune suppression, cancer, infertility

– Full interview with Eric Coppolino, dioxin investigator and journalist

– Why setting fire to vinyl chloride was an act of ECOLOGICAL #TERRORISM

– The “controlled burn” BIG LIE being pushed by the media, government and industry

– Full interview with Dr. Ana Maria Mihalcea about blood artifacts in the UNVACCINATED

Are Most Fish Oil Products Synthetic?   Analysis by Dr. Joseph Mercola

February 22, 2023 – Is Most Fish Oil a Big Con?

Medical journals and mass media swear by it, so it’s easy to get the idea fish oil is something any sensible person should use. Yet, certain supplements use industrial solvents, don’t contain ‘a single milligram’ of the omega-3s found in fish, and may cause more harm than good.

STORY AT-A-GLANCE

  • A chemical process leaves many fish oil supplements lacking in actual EPA and DHA omega-3s
  • Trans-esterification transforms most fish oil into a synthetic product that’s far removed from the natural fish oil you’d get when eating sardines or other fatty fish
  • A class-action lawsuit filed against The Bountiful Company and its subsidiary Nature’s Bounty alleges consumers are being misled, as the supplements contain “not a single milligram” of the omega-3 fats found in fish
  • In fish, DHA and EPA occur in the form of triglycerides, which are the most bioavailable; in most fish oil supplements, the omega-3 fats are in ethyl ester form
  • Ideally, consume omega-3 fats by eating fatty, cold-water fish such as wild-caught Alaskan salmon, sardines, anchovies, mackerel and herring; if you choose to use a supplement, krill oil provides a superior alternative to fish oil

Dissolution of Spike Protein by Nattokinase  Peter A. McCullough, MD, MPH™

Holy Grail of COVID-19 Vaccine Detoxification

Far and away the most common question I get from those who took one of the COVID-19 vaccines is: “how do I get this out of my body.” The mRNA and adenoviral DNA products were rolled out with no idea on how or when the body would ever breakdown the genetic code. The synthetic mRNA carried on lipid nanoparticles appears to be resistant to breakdown by human ribonucleases by design so the product would be long-lasting and produce the protein product of interest for a considerable time period. This would be an advantage for a normal human protein being replaced in a rare genetic deficiency state (e.g. alpha galactosidase in Fabry’s disease). However, it is a big problem when the protein is the pathogenic SARS-CoV-2 Spike. The adenoviral DNA (Janssen) should broken down by deoxyribonuclease, however this has not be exhaustively studied.

This leaves dissolution of Spike protein as a therapeutic goal for the vaccine injured. With the respiratory infection, Spike is processed and activated by cellular proteases including transmembrane serine protein 2 (TMPRSS2), cathepsin, and furin. With vaccination, these systems may be avoided by systemic administration and production of Spike protein within cells. As a result, the pathogenesis of vaccine injury syndromes is believed to be driven by accumulation of Spike protein in cells, tissues, and organs.

Nattokinase is an enzyme is produced by fermenting soybeans with bacteria Bacillus subtilis var. natto and has been available as an oral supplement. It degrades fibrinogen, factor VII, cytokines, and factor VIII and has been studied for its cardiovascular benefits. Out of all the available therapies I have used in my practice and among all the proposed detoxification agents, I believe nattokinase and related peptides hold the greatest promise for patients at this time.
