JANUARY 6TH / POLITICAL PRISONERS

“QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley Released from Prison to Halfway House   By Kristinn Taylor

Mar. 30, 2023 11:30 am – January 6 protester Jacob Chansley, aka the “QAnon Shaman”, was released from prison to a halfway house, according to prison records. The Daily Mail first reported on Chansley’s release. While some headlines point to the recent release of January 6 video showing Capitol Police escorting Chansley, the Bureau of Prisons released a statement that points to the First Step Act enacted by President Trump as the reason for his early release from a 41 month prison sentence.

Chansley’s mother Martha Chansley told TGP’s Jordan Conradson in an interview last week she was expecting her son to be released from prison soon.

CBS News reporter Scott MacFarlane reported a statement by the Bureau of Prisons and noted Chansley’s projected release from the halfway house in Phoenix is in May,

“Federal Bureau of Prisons listing shows the so-called Jan 6 Q-Anon Shaman, Jacob Chansley, has been transferred from federal prison to a halfway house in the Phoenix-area…His projected release date from the halfway house is May 25…Bureau of Prisons wouldn’t comment on Chansley’s case specifically..But…..Bureau of Prisons says: “Recent changes have been made regarding First Step Act assessments such that the 28-day assessment will count as the first, and that an inmate will be able to earn 15 days after two assessments rather than three…These additional time credits were calculated during the last scheduled application rollout in March 2023. therefore, these changes will allow inmates to earn the extra 5 days of time credit for every 30-day period.”

Merrick Garland Lies Under Oath – Exposed for Telling US Marshals NOT to Arrest Leftist Protesters Outside SCOTUS Justices’ Homes – But Calls for 1,000 More Arrests of Trump Supporters Standing Outside US Capitol on Jan. 6   By Jim Hoft

Mar. 29, 2023 9:14 pm – Senator Katie Britt (R-AL) confronted Attorney General Merrick Garland on his defilement of US Justice system.

Merrick Garland, arguably the most dishonest AG in US history, refuses to investigate or prosecute blatant criminal activity on the left.  But hunts down Trump supporters and raids their homes at 6 AM in the morning for walking inside the US Capitol on January 6 after they were waved in by police officers.

On Tuesday during the Senate Appropriations Committee hearing, Senator Britt questioned Garland about the fact that US Marshals guarding the homes of Supreme Court justices were instructed “not to arrest protesters” at the homes. This was despite the fact that Garland previously claimed that the marshals had a free hand when it came to making arrests.

Senator Britt: You said, quote, “The marshals have been advised, and they know and the marshals on the ground, they have full authority to arrest people under any federal statute, including that federal statute,” end quote. That was in direct reference to Section 1507. You went on to say, the Attorney General does not decide whether to arrest. The Marshals on the scene they do make the decision of whether to arrest.”

The freshman senator continued:

Senator Britt: “After your appearance before the Judiciary Committee, we obtained copies of the slide deck that were used to train and prepare the Marshals for their protective detail at the homes of the Justices. Those training materials show that the marshals likely didn’t make any arrests under Section 1507 for a pretty simple reason they were actively discouraged from doing so. As you can see on the slide behind me, the marshals were explicitly told to avoid, unless absolutely necessary, any criminal enforcement action involving the protester.

J6 Political Prisoner Jon Mellis Pleads with Oversight Committee to Investigate Roseanne Boyland’s Death During Their Visit to DC Gulag   By Alicia Powe

Mar. 29, 2023 3:00 pm – As members of the House Oversight Committee met with J6 political prisoners at a Washington DC detention facility, where they languished in solitary confinement for over two years, Jonathan Mellis pled with the twelve members of Congress to probe the murder of Roseanne Boyland.

“There were four deaths on January 6. One of them is Roseanne Boyland,” Mellis told The Gateway Pundit, describing his meeting lawmakers during their tour of the DC gulag’s ‘Patriot Pod’ where J6 defendants are detained. “She is unique because there are over a dozen men who are facing many, many, many years in prison because we tried to help Roseanne Boyland. I’ve also been 25 months without a bond hearing.”

“Also, I let them know that there is actual footage of me protecting an officer that day, Officer [Mike] Fanone, with many other men on January 6,” he continued.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who previously visited the jail in November 2021, worked with House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., to spearhead the trip to the jail for members of Congress, including GOP Reps. Byron Donalds of Florida, Anna Paulina Luna of Florida and Mike Collins of Georgia and Democrat Reps. Jasmine Crockett and Robert Garcia.

Grim Milestone: Jan. 6 Political Prisoner Jake Lang Has Now Been Held in Prison for 800 Days Without a Trial   By Jim Hoft

Mar. 29, 2023 1:10 pm – Jake Lang attended the January 6, 2021 protest and rally in Washington DC because he believed the election was stolen from Donald Trump.  Jake was one in a million Trump supporters who turned out that day to hear President Trump speak at the Ellipse in Washington DC.

Later that day Jake walked to the US Capitol where he was gassed and trampled when Capitol Police pushed Trump supporters down the stairs.  Jake was nearly killed.  The woman next to him was gassed, knocked down, trampled and then beaten with a stick by police.  She died on the steps of the US Capitol.  Her name is Rosanne Boyland.

Jake Lang was next to Rosanne when she died.  Being a former wrestler, Jake was able to crawl out of the pile. He then went back and saved Phillip Anderson who was knocked unconscious next to Rosanne Boyland.  Jake was not able to rescue Rosanne but he saved the life of another man that day.

Jake was arrested by the DOJ on January 16, 2021.  Jake took swipes at police after they killed Rosanne and nearly killed him.  Since his arrest, Jake Lang has been held in prison without trial.  Jake is a political prisoner of the regime.  This is the reality in America today.

Political prisoner Jake Lang has now been held in prison for 800 days without a trial.
This is Joe Biden’s America.

** The Gateway Pundit has published numerous articles on Jake Lang since his incarceration.

Earlier today investigative reporter and author Julie Kelly pointed out how DC US Attorney Matthew Graves is working overtime to prosecute Americans for misdemeanors as legitimate criminals are allowed to skate.
