The media have been blacking out farmer protests in many European countries. They blacked out a months-long farmer protest in India in 2022.

Jan. 30, 2024 3:40 pm – While President Emmanuel Macron hops around the world looking for some positive agenda – first in India, and now in Sweden – France is still reeling with the revolt of the farmers.
The biggest European agricultural producer has been brought to a halt as farmers lay siege to the capital Paris, while the young and inexperienced new Prime Minister Gabriel Attal tries to keep it together.
In his latest attempt at appeasement, Attal said he is implementing controls on foreign food products in order to guarantee ‘fair competition’ amid farmers’ protests.
Associated Press reported:
“In his general policy speech at the National Assembly, Gabriel Attal told lawmakers ‘the goal is clear: guaranteeing fair competition, especially so that regulations that are being applied to (French) farmers are also respected by foreign products’.
He also said food retailers who don’t comply with a law meant to ensure a fair share of revenues for farmers will be fined, starting immediately. ‘We need to listen to the farmers, who are working and are worried about their future and their livelihood,” Attal said’.”
The farmers’ protest has been going on for days, asking for better remuneration for their produce, less red tape, protection against cheap imports and an end to insane, crippling green regulations.
They camped at barricades around Paris, broadcasting their case that growing and rearing food has become too difficult and not sufficiently lucrative.
“The farmers’ campaign for better pay, fewer constraints and lower costs has blown up into a major crisis for Attal in the first month of his new job. Protesters rejected pro-agriculture measures that Attal announced last week as insufficient. The government promised more responses would be forthcoming Tuesday.”

Specifically, it states that the Transport Security Administration (TSA) is working with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to “validate adult non-US citizen travel documentation when the traveler does not otherwise have an acceptable form of identification.” Moreover, the non-U.S. citizens don’t even have to get their picture taken.
Since illegals are not American citizens, that means they can waltz right through security. At the same time, Americans traveling domestically must show an ID card or a passport to board an airline.

The family’s media representative, Mattie Watkins, has disclosed a distressing account to The Gateway Pundit involving the Kolstad family of Montana.
Todd and Krista Kolstad have been embroiled in a legal and emotional struggle for their 14-year-old daughter after Montana CPS took drastic action that is tantamount to “kidnapping.”
In April 2023, the Montana legislature passed State Bill 99, which banned the medical transitioning of minors. However, a series of events unfolded in August that significantly impacted the Kolstad family.
Their daughter was transported to Wyoming, a state with different laws regarding the medical transition of minors, by the Montana CPS for treatment of her sudden onset “gender dysphoria,” despite the parents’ express disapproval.
In August 2023, police informed the Kolstads of a text message from their daughter claiming she was suicidal. They were notified by police that their daughter had allegedly ingested drain cleaner and taken an overdose of ibuprofen.
Todd Kolstad, a US Air Force veteran, said in a video, “Our 14-year-old daughter has struggled for quite some time in school from bullying. We have had many meetings over the years with the school systems trying to address these issues.”
“We even moved from Flathead County in west Montana to a much smaller town in Valley County in east Montana, hoping that this will give our daughter a fresh start in a new school system and new environment. On August 18, 2023, we received a call from our local city police. We were informed that our 14-year-old daughter was texting a friend that she had met at a school track meet, saying she wanted to kill herself.
“It should be noted our daughter had only met this child once face to face several months prior and had only phone conversations with her ever since. We took this threat seriously and spoke to our daughter. However, we knew she was struggling with anxiety since school was about to start on Monday. She was also very angry with us because we told her she needed to put her two-week notice in at her summer job so she could focus on starting the 9th grade, Todd said.
The hospital found no evidence of drain cleaner and ibuprofen, which was later confirmed by a negative toxicology report. Despite this, the girl, who now wished to be called “Leo” and use male pronouns, was admitted for observation, during which the staff ignored the Kolstads’ objections based on their faith and values.

Two individuals who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house later sold the diary to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.
In a January 2019 entry, Ashley Biden recalled how she used to shower with her father, Joe Biden, and suggested it may have contributed to a sex addiction.
The diary describes Ashley and her father Joe Biden taking showers together at an inappropriate age.
“I have always been boy crazy,’ Ashley wrote. ‘Hyper-sexualized @ a young age … I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a family member]; I remember having sex with friends @ a young age; showers w/ my dad (probably not appropriate).’ she wrote in a January 2019 entry, according to the Daily Mail.
James O’Keefe was later the victim of a late-night FBI raid and was arrested by the Biden regime.
Breitbart News editor Joel Pollak argued that Project Veritas is protected under the First Amendment.
“First Amendment jurisprudence has established that news organizations cannot be prosecuted just because they publish materials that may have been obtained illegally — as long as they were not involved in the unlawful process of obtaining them.” Joel Pollak wrote.
“The key point of contention in the investigation may turn out to be whether Project Veritas was involved in instigating the theft of the diary, or if it simply obtained the diary independently of the process through which it was unlawfully obtained.” Pollak added.

Missouri v. Biden is the case filed by the courageous Attorneys General from Missouri and Louisiana against the Biden Administration for their violations of the First Amendment. Specifically, the case complains to the Court that the federal government violated the Constitution when it specifically directed social media companies to delete comments they disliked, and when the FBI’s corrupt agents, agents like Elvis Chan, engaged in a wholesale deplatforming of specific users, specific comments, and specific topics.

The case originated in the federal Western District Court of Louisiana. It has faced a variety of twists and turns as the Appellate Court initially sided with the courageous district court, and then reversed on an en banc rehearing of the full Appellate Court.

The unnamed individual, who the memo only identifies as a member of the Somali terror group al-Shabaab, was released shortly after being caught illegally crossing the southern border near San Ysidro, California on March 13, 2023, according to the memo, which the DCNF is not publishing in order to protect the identity of a confidential source. The Terrorist Screening Center “deemed him a ‘mismatch’” after running his name through the terror watchlist, according to the memo, which was sent to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.
However, on January 18, 2024, the Terrorist Screening Center “made a redetermination” that the individual was “a confirmed member of al-Shabaab” and was involved in the use, manufacture or transport of explosives or firearms, the memo states. LIBBY EMMONS: What happens in Texas will decide the fate of the nation
Texas has been doing the work the Biden administration refused to do: securing the US-Mexico border against invasion. They erected fencing only for Biden’s border minions to tear it down. They put buoy barriers in the river to stop people from crossing, but these, too, Biden’s border guards took down at his order. They even took the case to the Supreme Court to ask them to tell Texas to back off and let the illegal immigrants flood in.
In a completely absurd ruling, the Supreme Court sided with Biden and said that federal officials may cut the wire barrier put up by Texas to protect their state and, in turn, the entire nation from invasion. It was a 5-4 ruling overturning a lower court ruling that Biden could, indeed, cut the razor wire. Conservative justices, including Amy Coney Barrett, ruled against the state in allowing the appeals court ruling to stand. Texas is appealing, arguments will be heard February 7, there will be more lawfare between Texas and Biden, and for sure, the case is not closed.
It’s possible that the Supreme Court is attempting to put power back in the hands of the legislatures, and not the courts or federal agencies, as they did with the Dobbs ruling, EPA v West Virginia, or as oral arguments indicated they may rule in the challenge to Chevron deference.
But until then, Texas, and the nation, are just open to the wolves at the door who seek to destroy the border and America.
Literally what the hell.
After the Supreme Court vacated the injunction, saying only “The application to vacate injunction presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is granted,” Texas said no. By then, Texas National Guard had taken up a strong position at a major border crossing. They were keeping Biden’s border agents out and erecting more razor wire, which the White House said was “getting in the way,” which of course, for Texas, was the point.
Article IV, Section IV of the Constitution points out, “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.”
“Shall protect against invasion.” Those are the wise words used. Yet for Joe Biden and his handlers, the words mean nothing. The Supreme Court has deferred to a pending decision by a lower court. All entities but Texas abandoned their sacred duty to uphold the laws of the US. The US border open and available for trespass.
Texas pointed this out with a full-throated defense of their border and their state’s rights. “The failure of the Biden administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV section 4 has triggered Article 1, section 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense.”

Jan. 28, 2024 9:45 am – The House of Representatives released articles of impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas for high crimes and misdemeanors on Saturday.
The amendment in the nature of a substitute to H.R. 863, offered by Rep. Mark Green (R-TN), outlines the grave allegations against Mayorkas, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing debate over immigration policies and border security.
The articles of impeachment, exhibited by the House of Representatives, cite Mayorkas’s willful and systemic refusal to comply with the law, failure to control the border to the detriment of national security, compromise of public safety, and violation of the rule of law and separation of powers in the Constitution.
Article I of the Impeachment: “Willful and Systemic Refusal to Comply with the Law”
The first article accuses Secretary Mayorkas of willfully and systematically refusing to comply with federal immigration laws. It alleges that his actions, or lack thereof, have resulted in millions of illegal immigrants entering the United States.
This, according to the resolution, not only violates the Constitution’s separation of powers but also poses significant threats to national security and imposes substantial costs on states and localities.
Specific violations include the alleged refusal to comply with detention mandates of the Immigration and Nationality Act, resulting in a “catch and release” scheme.
The resolution cites multiple sections of the Act which it claims have been blatantly disregarded by Mayorkas, leading to unlawful releases of immigrants and failure to detain individuals as required by law.
Article II: “Breach of Public Trust”
The second article charges Mayorkas with breaching public trust through false statements and obstructing lawful oversight of the Department of Homeland Security.
This includes claims that Mayorkas made false statements to Congress about the security of the border and the vetting of Afghan refugees, as well as failing to comply with subpoenas issued by congressional committees.
Additionally, the amendment accuses Mayorkas of abdicating his statutory duty to control the border and guard against illegal entry. It references his termination of initiatives like the Migrant Protection Protocols and border wall construction contracts, claiming these actions directly led to increased illegal border crossings.
If the House of Representatives approves the articles of impeachment, the case will move to the Senate for a trial.
It can be recalled that the House voted in November to shelve Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Articles of Impeachment against Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas.
Greene introduced the resolution following a tragic incident in which two of her constituents were killed by human traffickers near the border. These deaths and many more are the results of Biden and Mayorkas’ failure to control the border and prevent the entry of terrorists, human traffickers, drugs, and other contraband into the United States.
The resolution to impeach Mayorkas cites a long, long list of evidence – enough to fit on six pages – of Mayorkas’ failures as DHS Secretary.
The House just voted to shelve the legislation and refer Rep. Greene’s resolution to impeach DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to the Homeland Security Committee to prevent a vote tonight on the resolution itself. The motion to refer was offered by Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-MA).
8 RINOS voted with Democrats to save Mayorkas from being fired. 13 Republicans refused to vote on the resolution.

Jan. 27, 2024 9:00 pm – Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Friday rejected demands by the Biden administration for access to Shelby Park in Eagle Pass where the Border Patrol had previously processed massive numbers of illegal aliens who crossed the Rio Grande from Mexico. Texas took control of the 47 acre city park on January 10 under the order of Gov. Greg Abbott (R) and has blocked the federal government from accessing the property ever since–even after a Supreme Court ruling that the federal government could cut or remove razor wire and other barriers erected by Texas to protect the state from mass illegal immigration being enabled by the Biden administration.
The move by Texas to block the federal government from Shelby Park drew added controversy when Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar (TX) falsely accused Gov. Abbott of letting three illegal aliens drown in the Rio Grande by denying Border Patrol agents access to the park.
