400 Americans Authorized To Leave Gaza Elizabeth Volberding

Around 400 United States citizens have been approved to leave Gaza through the Rafah border with Egypt, along with hundreds more civilians.
On Thursday, 400 Americans will now have the ability to leave Gaza as the Israel-Hamas conflict continues.
This marks the first major departure of civilians from the Gaza Strip since the conflict between Israel and the terrorist group Hamas broke out on October 7th. The evacuation will reportedly allow around 400 Americans and other foreign passport holders to leave the region this week.
State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller announced on Wednesday that the department has been in contact with approximately 400 Americans who have “expressed their desire to leave.”
Miller added that with their family members included, the total amount is at about 1,000.
Along with Americans, there are many people from Mexico, Hungary, Croatia, South Korea, Azerbaijan, Greece, Chad, Bahrain, Italy, Switzerland, North Macedonia, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands, and Belgium.
The department has been in the process of assigning U.S. citizens that are in Gaza with specific departure dates and times. Authorities stated that they will inform those in Gaza who have been in recent communication with the department.
Those crossing over the border gates consisted of 335 foreign passport holders, mostly Palestinian dual nationals and some foreigners, 76 critically injured patients headed for Egyptian hospitals, and staff members from aid organizations like Doctors Without Borders, the International Committee of the Red Cross, and the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees.
U.S. citizens who spoke with reporters shared that they are both “happy and exhausted” to have the ability to leave the Gaza Strip after almost a month of attacks and bombardments, but they are also frightened for family and loved ones who will be left behind.
Haneen Okal, a mother of three, is listed as one of the American passport holders that have been authorized to leave Gaza.

Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) has been found guilty in one of the highest profile crime cases this century.
On Thursday, after 15 days of testimony, the 12-person jury came to the decision. After four and a half hours of deliberations, SBF was found guilty on seven counts of fraud and conspiracy.
He was found guilty of committing wire fraud on customers of FTX, conspiracy to commit wire fraud on customers of FTX, wire fraud on Alameda Research lenders, conspiracy to commit wire fraud on lenders to Alameda Research, conspiracy to commit securities fraud on investors in FTX, conspiracy to commit commodities fraud on customers of FTX, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Prosecutors claimed that the 31-year old had illegally used customer money to purchase luxury real estate, finance charitable projects, and to make political donations ─ which had nothing to do with FTX’s business.
The crypto currency company eventually filed for bankruptcy in November 2022.
The disgraced crypto mogul, who testified in his own defense during the trial, still maintained that he was innocent throughout the process.
He argued that he believed the money was coming in from FTX’s sister company, Alameda Research, and that the funds were not from customers but were instead coming from “corporate.”
SBF received a full sentence and he now faces up to 115 years behind bars. His sentencing is set for March 2024.

Report: Congress Sneaks Through $34,000 Pay Raise for Itself by Bob Unruh

Bidenflation apparently isn’t a worry to many members of Congress who are taking advantage of a $34,000 “pay raise” that they voted for themselves through an internal rule change that avoided the political backlash of openly allocating themselves more money, according to a new report.
It is the Washington Free Beacon that noted taxpayers now “are funding luxury housing accommodations for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, D-N.Y., and over 200 other members of Congress, many of whom boast net worths over $1 million.”

The added money comes through housing and meal subsidies, the report said.
The change happened just as the Democrats were about to lose their majority to the GOP.
“Democrats quietly tucked a provision into internal House rules that grants lawmakers access to an optional $34,000 annual subsidy to pay for their Washington, D.C., housing and meal expenses,” the report explained.
So far, 113 Democrats and 104 Republicans have taken at least some cash, costing taxpayers a combined $1.4 million.
Just for the first half of 2023.
“Recipients of these funds include at least 17 millionaire Democrats, including Rep. Katie Porter, who reported a net worth of up to $1.8 million in her latest financial disclosure, and House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D., Mass.), who boasts a net worth of up to $13.5 million,” the report charged.
The change was made following complaints from members like Cortez, who said her $174,000 salary just isn’t enough to maintain a home in her district and have housing in Washington, too.
“Since taking office in 2019, Ocasio-Cortez has rented an apartment in a luxury Washington, D.C., building that boasts amenities including a rooftop pool and indoor golf simulator,” the Free Beacon confirmed.
The report noted others on the “Squad,” collected $14,000 (Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn.), $6,800 (Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.) and $6,200 (Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y., who was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine for intentionally setting off a fire alarm to disrupt House proceedings).

Cochva said that while the world might be aware of the suffering that goes on in Gaza, Hamas is to be blamed — and not Israel.
“The people of Gaza live under an oppressive organization,” she said, before she asked, “Do you think the money that you donate to help the citizens of Gaza?”
She detailed that Hamas uses international aid funds for its own goals, which are to kill Israeli civilians while using its own people as human shields.
“They could have been taking care of their own civilians,” Cochva said, but Hamas uses international humanitarian funds for rockets, and not schools or to feed Palestinian people.
“It’s not free Palestine, it’s free Palestine from Hamas. Hamas is ISIS,” the beauty queen concluded.

The Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), the U.S. government’s leading oversight authority on Afghanistan reconstruction, has reported that the Biden regime and other international donors are inadvertently fueling the Taliban’s coffers.
Despite the Biden administration’s assurances to the contrary, around $80 million in aid is funneled into Taliban-controlled Afghanistan every two weeks. This aid, intended for humanitarian projects, is being siphoned off by the Taliban through various means, including fraudulent nonprofits.
According to SIGAR, the United Nations sends “cash shipments” to Afghanistan every 10 to 14 days.
According to the SIGAR report:
“Due to the disruption to international banking transfers and liquidity challenges since the Taliban takeover in August 2021, the UN transports cash to Afghanistan for use by UN agencies and its approved partners. State told SIGAR that the UN cash shipments—averaging $80 million each—arrive in Kabul every 10–14 days. According to the UN Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), all cash is placed in designated UN accounts in a private bank; none of the cash brought into Afghanistan is deposited in the central bank or provided to the Taliban. UNAMA said the cash is carefully monitored, audited, inspected, and vetted in accordance with UN financial rules and processes. From December 2021 to July 2023, the UN reported transferring $2.9 billion to support humanitarian operations. According to the World Bank, UN cash inflows were around $1.1 billion as of August 2023, following the $1.8 billion in cash shipments in 2022.”
This money is theoretically supposed to be shielded from the Taliban. However, the terror group’s interference in UN and NGO activities has been on the rise throughout 2023.
They have been arresting aid workers and demanding “sensitive data” about various projects. Moreover, they have established fraudulent NGOs to receive donor assistance and have infiltrated and extorted existing Afghan NGOs delivering educational assistance. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has also reported that their agency-funded projects have been affected by Taliban interference in recent months.
According to a report, Taliban leaders and officers are stealing undisclosed amounts from the tens of millions of dollars donated to Afghanistan.

A senior U.S. official said Sunday that Israel had shut off communications in the enclave of 2.3 million and the United States had pressured the government to switch them back on. The Israelis did not tell their U.S. counterparts why they had switched off communications, the official said.
“We made it clear they had to be turned back on,” said the official, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive negotiations. “The communications are back on. They need to stay back on.”

Americans Traveling To Europe Now Forced To Take A New Step by Jack Phillips
MONDAY, OCT 30, 2023 – 03:30 AM – A new travel requirement for Americans visiting most European countries was delayed again to sometime in 2025, officials said.
The requirement involves an online travel authorization through the European Travel Information and Authorization System, or ETIAS, and it applies to the visitors of 30 European countries. That includes popular destinations such as France, Spain, Germany, Greece, Italy, and Portugal.
Now, the system “will be ready to enter into operation in Spring 2025,” said a brief announcement after a meeting of the Council of the European Union earlier this month. “The new roadmap for the delivery of the new IT architecture foresees that the Entry/Exit system will be ready to enter into operation in Autumn 2024,” it also said.
In a recent update to the European Union website for ETIAS, it said that “mid-2025” is when the new travel requirements will go online. No applications are being processed or “are collected at this point,” according to the website.
Multiple reports noted that the system was supposed to go into effect in 2021, but it has been postponed several times since then.
It’s not just travelers from the United States who will have to register online. Travelers from the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Israel, Mexico, and dozens of other countries—including some located on the European continent like Albania, Montenegro, and Ukraine—will have to adhere to the requirement.
The new system is being adopted by 27 countries in Europe’s Schengen Area as well as several others.

82,000 Pages of Emails Joe Biden Sent or Received on Three Private Pseudonym Accounts For Illicit Business Deals with Foreign Officials Located By Cristina Laila
Oct. 30, 2023 7:20 pm – The National Archives previously confirmed through a FOIA response that they found 5,138 email messages and 25 electronic files pertaining to the known Joe Biden pseudonym accounts robinware456@gmail.com, JRBWare@gmail.com and Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov.
After missing the deadline to turn over the requested documents, the National Archives said it located 82,000 pages of emails then-Vice President Joe Biden sent or received on three separate private pseudonym accounts to conduct illicit business deals with foreign officials.
NARA was forced to search for Biden’s pseudonym emails in response to a FOIA lawsuit filed by the Southern Legal Foundation, a conservative nonprofit law firm.
“NARA has completed a search for potentially responsive documents and is currently processing those documents for the purpose of producing non-exempt portions of any responsive records on a monthly rolling basis,” A report from NARA stated, according to Just The News. “Given the scope of Plaintiff’s FOIA request, which seeks copies of all emails in three separate accounts over an eight-year period, the volume of potentially responsive records is necessarily large.
“NARA has identified approximately 82,000 pages of potentially responsive documents, and it is currently processing those documents and preparing any non-exempt responsive documents for production on a rolling basis,” the report said.

Oct. 30, 2023 9:00 am – Iodine tablets are in the mail to millions of Swiss citizens as part of the country’s preparation for a disaster at one of its nuclear power plants.
In 2014, about 4.6 million potassium iodide tablets were sent out, according to SwissInfo. With a 10-year life span, those are now expiring.
Everyone living within 50 kilometers of one of the country’s three nuclear power plants will get their iodine tablets in the mail. That totals about 4 million people, according to the website jodtabletten.
The total is down from 2014 because one nuclear power plant in Mühleberg has been shut down.

Under the Swiss plan to protect its people, everyone within 50 kilometers of a plant receives surplus pills in case there is someone with them who needs some.
The Swiss government has purchased enough tablets to cover the entire population of the country, with local governments in charge of keeping tablets in areas outside the 50-kilometer limit.
Businesses and schools will be supplied with tablets in 2024.
People in 779 Swiss municipalities will receive the tablets, according to SwissInfo.
Iodine tablets are designed to reduce the risk of thyroid cancer due to radiation. Switzerland’s Federal Office of Public Health said the tablets are particularly effective for anyone less than 45 years old and can help protect children as young as two months old.

For years I have heard people say that authoritarian controls in America are “tinfoil hat conspiracy theory” and doom mongering – All the prepping, all the talk of community organizing, all the guns and the gear and the training were for nothing.
Then…the covid agenda hit like a freight train.
Our constitutional rights were no longer set in stone, but mere guidelines that government officials could bend or break in the name of “public health safety.” Laws no longer had to be passed through a series of checks and balances; mandates could be implemented as if they were laws without public oversight and enforced unilaterally.
There was talk (primarily among Democrats) of severe punishments for people who refused the pointless covid vaccines. They wanted vaccine passports, they wanted prison time for those that spoke publicly against the vax, they wanted people’s jobs taken away, they wanted their children taken away, and there were even plans to build covid detention centers to segregate and lock up “vax deniers.”
It boggles the mind, but this was serious debate within the US and it was all triggered in the span of a year. Nearly half the country was willing to abandon the Bill of Rights over a virus with a survival rate of 99.8%. The conspiracy theorists were right all along; our freedoms rest on a razor’s edge and preparing to survive and fight for those freedoms is perfectly rational.
Luckily, the covid agenda failed. The mandates were ultimately blocked by red states and in many rural areas they were barely enforced at all. Biden’s vaccine passport attempt was stopped cold by the Supreme Court, but I have long believed that the Supreme Court made this decision exactly because of the level of public resistance. They knew if they pressed the issue, civil war was on the table.
Medical authoritarianism collapsed because conservatives and independents were not onboard and they could not be shamed into compliance.

“With the world focused on the war between Israel and Hamas, Russia has launched ferocious attacks in eastern Ukraine, simultaneously ramping up its efforts to encircle the city of Avdiivka in the Donetsk region and pummeling the area around the formerly occupied cities of Kupyansk and Lyman”, the Washington Post reports.

Oct. 29, 2023 2:20 pm – Thousands of people have looted United Nations aid warehouses to seize supplies, an act that the UN alarmingly describes as a sign of civil order starting to erupt.
“This is a worrying sign that civil order is starting to break down after three weeks of war and a tight siege,” Thomas White, director of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in Gaza.
With Israel intensifying its military operations against Hamas, over half of Gaza’s 2.4 million inhabitants have been displaced. Even the UN World Food Programme’s senior spokeswoman Abeer Etefa admitted that people in Gaza are “desperate” and “hungry,” which is what made the looting of UN warehouses expected.
The looting incidents occurred primarily at UNRWA’s second-largest depot in Deir al-Balah, situated in the central Gaza Strip. The depots contained basic supplies like flour, soap, and hygiene kits. Individuals who participated in the looting defended their actions by explaining their lack of essential supplies.
“Our houses were destroyed. No one cares about us. We appeal to the people of the world. All international powers are against us. We needed aid, and we wouldn’t have done this if we weren’t in need,” said Gaza resident Abdulrahman al-Kilani, according to BBC.

Biden is Sanctioning Hamas While Funding Hamas BY DANIEL GREENFIELD
OCT 28, 2023 5:00 PM – The Biden administration has rolled out some new sanctions on Hamas and other terrorist groups.
“Today’s action underscores the United States’ commitment to dismantling Hamas’s funding networks by deploying our counterterrorism sanctions authorities and working with our global partners to deny Hamas the ability to exploit the international financial system,” Deputy Treasury Secretary Wally Adeyemo said in a statement.
“We will not hesitate to take action to further degrade Hamas’s ability to commit horrific terrorist attacks by relentlessly targeting its financial activities and streams of funding,” he added.
Among the individuals targeted includes Khaled Qaddoumi, described as Hamas’s liaison to the Iranian government, as well as a number of Iranian military members who trained Hamas militants.
Also sanctioned was the Al-Ansar Charity Association, which the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control said funds the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a Hamas-affiliated militant group.
The Biden administration and Democrats have been reluctant to sanction the IRGC, these sanctions target some IRGC figures. And while this is good, Biden announced $100 million in aid to Gaza going through USAID. which, according to a statement by Samantha Power, will work with “our trusted UN, International Committee of the Red Cross, and Red Crescent partners are ready to distribute to those in need.”
The Red Crescent locally has a history of terror ties. There’s nothing trusted about it. Or the UN.

SATURDAY, OCT 28, 2023 – 07:00 AM – In Vienna, London, Paris, Berlin, Brussels and dozens of other European cities, demonstrations “in support of Palestine” were organised even before the Israelis responded the jihadist pogrom perpetrated by Iran-backed Hamas on October 7, while the corpses of more than 1,400 Israeli victims — tortured, raped, murdered and mutilated, babies decapitated or burned alive — were still warm. According to a JNS report:
“[T]he IDF on Monday [Oct 23] published two segments from the interrogation of Hamas terrorists who participated in the massacre..
“‘The purpose of entering Israeli territory… was to kidnap civilians; they want as many hostages as possible,’ one of the terrorists revealed. He added, ‘They [Hamas] promised us that whoever brings a kidnapped person will receive an apartment and $10,000.'”
All the same, each and every one of these demonstrations in Europe was the scene of hate-filled slogans against Israel and Jews.
In Brussels, those slogans were shouted, and the atmosphere of violence and blood-lust was everywhere. Around me, surrounded by about 2,000 hate-filled demonstrators, a group of a dozen young Arabs were shouting “Death to the Jews” and “Death to Israel”, all the while exchanging knowing smiles and a few jokes. One of them ordered me to stop filming. I did.
Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger explained in an interview recently that Europe had made a serious mistake by creating within itself, through mass immigration, populations that reject all its norms, values and a “constitutional basis”. He deplored the fact that in 2023 in Berlin, almost 80 years after the Holocaust, people, with complete impunity, are shouting “Death to the Jews” in the streets.
In the hours following the revelation of the butchery committed by Hamas, a wave of racist violence and attacks began in Europe, especially in France. Against Arabs or Muslims? Not at all. But, according to all reports, he failed to score any significant wins, and now will have to face on Monday a brutal cross-examination by Manhattan federal prosecutors, and also a mysterious “rebuttal” witness to contradict his claims.
The crypto bro showed no emotions as he tried to evade of for his alleged $10 billion fraud, claiming it went under because of ‘mistakes’, not crimes.

“’We are expecting a brief rebuttal case’, a member of the federal prosecution team told Judge Lewis Kaplan after jurors were sent home for the day. The feds did not identify the witness or explain how they would ‘rebut’ aspects of the accused crypto crook’s account.
The accused crypto thief — who is charged with splurging with FTX user funds on such luxurious goodies as millions of dollars in Bahamas real estate — testified Friday, ‘We thought we could build the best product on the market’, when asked by his lawyer why he founded his company. The lawyer, Mark Cohen, replied, ‘Did it work out that way?’ Bankman-Fried […] responded a flat, nasally monotone, ‘No, it turned out basically the opposite of that. A lot of people got hurt’.”
SBF displayed little to no remorse in his testimony, as he claimed that FTX had ‘significant oversights’ in its ‘risk management’.
“He also accused his ex-girlfriend Caroline Ellison, who served as CEO of his hedge fund Alameda Research, of not ‘hedging’ the company’s bets months before the feds say Bankman-Fried stole FTX funds to pay off Alameda’s multibillion-dollar debt.”
Bankman-Fried said he made ‘a number of small mistakes and a number of large mistakes’ while running FTX, but he denied ‘taking’ customer funds.
“’Did you defraud anyone?’ Bankman-Fried’s lawyer asked him shortly after he took the stand just before 10 a.m. ‘No, I did not’, the defendant replied.”
He also tried to distance himself from computer code that allowed Alameda to ‘borrow’ FTX users’ funds.

The New York Post’s examination of Open Society Foundations records revealed that Soros’ grant-making network channeled $13.7 million of the funding through the Tides Center.
This organization is a lefty advocacy group that sponsors several lefty nonprofits, some of which have justified Hamas’ attacks on Israel while portraying Palestinians as the real victims. Among the beneficiaries of Tides’ funding is the Illinois-based Adalah Justice Project, which posted a photo on Instagram of a bulldozer tearing down part of Israel’s border fence, captioning it as an “open-air prison.”

We filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA suit) against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for video recordings relating to the death (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:23-cv-03194)). We recently uncovered the existence of a Secret Service video tied to the incident in response to a separate public records request.
On August 9, 2023, we submitted a FOIA request to the Secret Service, a component of DHS, seeking copies of:
All audio/visual recordings (including dispatch calls, fixed camera footage, internal USSS communications, and communications with other law enforcement and EMS personnel), USSS emails, incident reports, witness statements, investigative reports, and all other records related to the death of Tafari Campbell on July 23-24, 2023, in the Edgartown Great Pond.
Earlier this month, we received 40 pages of records from the Massachusetts State Police that include a July 24, 2023, homicide/death report written by Mass. State Trooper Dustin Shaw, listing the details of the investigation into Campbell’s death. In the narrative portion Shaw writes:
