OUTRAGEOUS! FBI Refuses to Turn Over Seth Rich Laptop – Is Still Hiding Its Contents from American Public Despite Court Order – And Now Makes Up Ridiculous Story to Prevent Its Release By Jim Hoft

Feb. 9, 2024 7:45 am – Attorney Ty Clevenger is the bulldog attorney who has been after the DOJ and FBI for years to get to the bottom of the Seth Rich murder.

Clevenger also investigated who supplied the DNC and Podesta emails to the DNC during the 2016 election cycle This was always the key to the Trump-Russia collusion nightmare. No proof was ever offered up by the fake news legacy media, Democrats, or the intelligence community on this scandal. If Russia did not supply the DNC emails to WikiLeaks then this was more proof that the DOJ’s Russia collusion story was a complete lie used to fool the American public.

After years of denying they had anything related to Seth Rich, the FBI and DOJ were caught lying over and over again. In September 2023, a judge finally demanded the FBI and DOJ provide all they had regarding Seth Rich to Attorney Clevenger. The FBI responded requesting another 66 years before releasing the information. They wanted it moved out like the JFK assassination reports.

Then in late November, a Federal Judge ruled the FBI must hand over evidence regarding former DNC employee Seth Rich’s murder to Ty Clevenger.

This is big news since one year earlier the FBI was attempting to bury the information on Seth Rich for 66 years.

No media outlet has covered the Seth Rich story as extensively as The Gateway Pundit.

After weeks of waiting for the FBI to release Seth Rich’s laptop to Attorney Ty Clevenger, we now have a new update from Ty.

The FBI is completely dug in in the coverup of the Seth Rich murder. Chris Wray’s FBI continues to defy the court and will not release the laptop computer.

And now, according to Attorney Ty Clevenger, the FBI is making up a new story and a new excuse on why they cannot release the laptop.

The FBI is clearly hiding something.

Could it be that the Seth Rich computer confirms that he leaked the Hillary Clinton emails to Wikileaks as its founder Julian Assange implied?

Could it be that the FBI blamed Russia for leaking the emails when they knew that was not the truth? There was no computer hack. The emails were leaked.

And could this explain Seth Rich’s mysterious death?

Ty Clevenger tweeted out a string of tweets on the latest tricks by the FBI. They are obviously hiding the truth from the American people

Our FBI is sadly a rogue and lawless agency today.

1. Seth Rich Update: The FBI is playing really dirty. In an attempt to avoid disclosure of Seth’s personal and work laptops, the agency has invented a new story.

2. For the first time, the FBI is claiming that BOTH of Seth Rich’s laptops are relevant to the murder investigation, therefore they need to withhold them ENTIRELY.

3. Also for the first time, the FBI claims that the personal laptop is relevant to the ongoing “Russian hacking” prosecutions (yeah, you just thought the Russian collusion hoax was over!)

4. This begs a question: If the personal laptop is that important, then why did homicide investigators allow Seth’s brother to take it home IMMEDIATELY after the murder?

5. To this day, the FBI / MPD do not have a copy of the actual laptop, only an image drive made by Aaron, his brother. Why have they STILL not seized the actual laptop? And how weird is that your brother just got murdered, and the first thing you do is abscond with his laptop?

6. Previously, the FBI has told us that it never looked at either the work laptop or the personal laptop image. If that’s the case, then how can they know whether they are relevant to either investigation?

7. I also learned this evening that the FBI made a secret presentation to the court about all of this. The FBI’s sworn declaration does not give a date, but I suspect this is why Judge Mazzant has not enforced his decision ordering the FBI to produce data from the laptops.

8. You may recall that the FBI defied the court’s order to produce a joint production schedule for the laptop contents; instead, it cavalierly informed the court that it would be filing a motion for reconsideration. But that’s not what the FBI did…

9. No, the FBI filed yet another motion for summary judgment, and it follows a pattern. When the FBI loses on an issue, it files a new motion raising entirely new issues that it could have and should have raised earlier.

10. Even in the new motion, the FBI claims that it is reserving yet additional issues that it will raise IF it loses this motion. The plan is obvious. The FBI wants to drag this out not just beyond the 2024 election, but in perpetuity.

11. The FBI’s motion includes what purports to be the 8th sworn declaration of FBI Section Chief Michael G. Seidel. It’s actually his ninth declaration. The FBI has changed its story so many times that it is losing count. Take a look at Paragraph 10 — https://t.co/a2BfjCBQB6

12. Seidel does not give us any dates, but it looks like the FBI reached out to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in DC to concoct a new reason for withholding the laptops, i.e., “just say that it is relevant to your murder investigation.” It took seven years to figure that out?

13. And where is Jim_Jordan, and Judiciary GOP? ? Could Rep. James Comer, GOP Oversight, Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. MTG, or Speaker Johnson take a look at this? This has all the hallmarks of a massive cover-up (please RETWEET so we can get their attention).

According to Capitol Hill correspondent Jamie Dupree, the bill is “likely to pass the Senate – maybe by Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.”

According to CNN’s Manu Raju, Senator Mike Rounds (R-SD) explicitly stated his support for the bill’s final passage, while Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) is non-committal.

This comes after the Republican Senators on Wednesday voted against advancing a compromised ‘border security bill’ that would have allocated more money to foreign countries while largely ignoring the US border.

Initially, the $118.28 billion national security supplemental package includes:

Hawaii Supreme Court Controversially Rejects Second Amendment Right, Rules “In Hawaii, There is No State Constitutional Right to Carry a Firearm in Public” By Jim Hᴏft

Feb. 8, 2024 11:20 am – The Supreme Court of Hawaii ruled against Christopher Wilson, a man charged with carrying a gun without a permit, asserting that under the state’s constitution, there is no right to bear arms in public.

This ruling overturns a lower court’s decision, which had aligned with Wilson’s Second Amendment defense, particularly in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark rulings in District of Columbia v. Heller (2008) and New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen (2022).

The lower court ruled that prosecuting Wilson would violate his Second Amendment rights.

Wilson’s arrest on December 7, 2017, in the West Maui Mountains for possessing a loaded handgun without a permit has become a focal point for a broader constitutional debate.

His legal defense, referencing the recent Bruen decision, was initially successful in the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit. However, the state’s supreme court’s decision to reverse this ruling, asserting that Hawaii does not recognize a constitutional right to carry firearms in public, strikes many as a blatant disregard for established federal jurisprudence on the Second Amendment.

“Article I, section 17 of the Hawaiʻi Constitution mirrors the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution,” the Hawaiian court wrote in Hawaii v. Wilson, according to The Reload. “We read those words differently than the current United States Supreme Court. We hold that in Hawaii there is no state constitutional right to carry a firearm in public.”

It added, “No doubt. Hawaii’s historical tradition excludes an individual right to possess weapons. Hawaii prohibited the public carry of lethal weapons – with no exceptions for licensed weapons – from 1833-1896. Unlicensed public carry of firearms has been illegal from 1896 to the present. Hawaii has never recognized a right to carry deadly weapons in public; not as a Kingdom, Republic, Territory, or State.”

A federal judge on Thursday denied former Trump aide Dr. Peter Navarro’s request to stay out of prison pending a decision from the appellate court.

US District Judge Amit Mehta said Peter Navarro must report to prison pending his appeal unless the DC Circuit Court of Appeals blocks his order.

“Defendant’s cynical, self-serving claim of political bias poses no question at all, let alone a ‘substantial’ one,” Mehta wrote in Thursday’s order, according to The AP.

In September former Trump advisor Dr. Peter Navarro, 74, was convicted of criminal contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with a subpoena in Liz Cheney’s January 6 investigation.

Navarro did not comply with the subpoena because he said Trump told him to assert executive privilege.

The jury previously convicted Navarro on two counts of contempt after deliberating for four hours.

Biden’s corrupt DOJ sought a six-month prison term for Navarro. Late last month, judge Amit Mehta sentenced Peter Navarro to 4 months in prison and ordered him to pay a $9,500 fine.

“When I received that congressional subpoena, the second, I had an honest belief that the privilege had been invoked, and I was torn. Nobody in my position should be put in conflict between the legislative branch and the executive branch. Is that the lesson of this entire proceeding? Get a letter and a lawyer? I think in a way it is,” Navarro said as he spoke in his own defense. “I am disappointed with a process where a jury convicted me, and I was unable to provide a defense, one of the most important elements of our justice system.”

Judge Mehta barred Navarro from making the executive privilege argument after DOJ prosecutors accused the former Trump aide of ‘hiding behind executive privilege claims.’

Biden’s DOJ has abused Dr. Navarro throughout the entire process.

According to Navarro, the feds put him in leg irons and threw him in a cell last year.

“They intercepted me gettin’ on the plane and then they put me in handcuffs, they bring me here. They put me in leg irons. They stick me in a cell,” Navarro said to reporters after his arrest last summer.

The two-tiered justice system is alive and well in the US. The rules only apply to Trump and his supporters/aides.

Last month Hunter Biden defied Congress and refused to sit for a deposition.

Hunter then openly mocked Republican lawmakers and later walked into a committee hearing and sat down in the front row to assert his power over the weak Republican lawmakers.

Hunter is a free man today.

THURSDAY, FEB 08, 2024 – 06:25 AM – Rank-and-file Border Patrol agents have slammed the Senate’s $118B Senate funding bill that would guarantee 1.5 million illegal migrants entry to the United States, while sending the majority of funds to Ukraine ($60B+) and Israel ($14.1B), the Daily Caller reports.

Four rank-and-file Border Patrol agents told the DCNF that the “catch and release” of illegal immigrants will continue if the bill is implemented, because it allows for the release of family units and single adults that show a credible fear of persecution should they return home.

The Emergency National Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 would add more personnel to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), along with more beds for ICE facilities, the expulsion of certain illegal migrants, and enhancing fentanyl interdiction. But let’s not get it twisted – as less than 20% of the bill would actually go towards the border.

WEDNESDAY, FEB 07, 2024 – 09:11 PM – Not for the first time, former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev has warned that a direct war between Moscow forces and NATO would lead to nuclear apocalypse. [Emphasis added]

The current deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council issued the warning on Telegram Wednesday, in response to recent statements and reports that some European leaders are telling their populations to ‘prepare for war’. For example, just last month UK Army chief General Patrick Sanders called on authorities to “mobilize the nation” to prepare for war with Putin, and that the population needs a “shift” in thinking to be ready.

Medvedev mocked this and other examples of NATO leaders accusing Moscow of seeking a broader war as but “dangerous drivel”. He said that this all about trying to bolster support for sending more weapons to Kiev amid what’s become war fatigue among Western publics.

According to Russian media translation of his words, Medvedev said this is part of efforts to prop up Ukraine—”a dying country that is foreign to taxpayers”—while ignoring problems at home. “Therefore, every day the leaders of these countries broadcast: We need to prepare for war with Russia and continue to help Ukraine,” he wrote.

That’s when he said that people in the West have to be told the blunt truth. Medvedev underscored that the Russian response to attack by NATO would without doubt be “asymmetrical”. He explained:

“Since our military capabilities are incomparable, we will simply have no choice. The response will be asymmetrical. To protect the territorial integrity of our country, ballistic and cruise missiles with special warheads will be used… This will be the proverbial Apocalypse. The end of everything.”

•The upper class has gradually shifted to controlling the populace through economic enslavement, the fear of an ecological disaster, and the fear of a disastrous pandemic which must be stopped at any costs.

•An immensely profitable industry has been built around these fears. Many notorious career scientists (e.g., Fauci and Hotez) depend upon this grift. Worse still, those fears have been used to create the justification we need to perform an endless amount of bioweapons research to “prevent” the next pandemic.
•That research is extremely dangerous and regularly leads to disastrous lab leaks which sicken and sometimes kill those exposed to the pathogens. While COVID-19 was the most consequential lab leak, many more preceded it, and prior to the pandemic (where everything got censored), the lab leak issue was widely discussed within the scientific community.

This is analogous to how they actually discovered ways to treat these diseases with existing technologies (e.g., hydroxycholoroquine for SARS), but threw all of that to the wayside so more lucrative therapies could be sold to the public once an actual pandemic (COVID-19) started.

•Since the public is gradually becoming aware of what COVID cartel has done to us, they are switching to far more totalitarian methods to ensure they can continue their grift. We are at a pivotal moment to stop that, and that is why this series was written.

Recently, I completed a series about the deranged ravings and totalitarian aspirations of Peter Hotez. As I was finishing it, I came across an interview Brett Weinstein did with Tucker Carlson and immediately realized that the purpose of Hotez’s campaign was to pave the way for the WHO’s abhorrent plan for the world.

After seeing it, I discussed this with a colleague who remarked “did you know Meryl Nass has been funding a non-profit to stop the WHO’s pandemic treaty, has been going around the non-stop speaking to parliaments andi is successfully convincing government after government to back out of it?”

I thought this was remarkable and decided I needed to put together a series about it. Now that I’ve gone through everything, I have reached three key conclusions about all of it.

However, he claimed, “They [WHO and WEF] are dreaming about more vaccines, antibodies, therapeutics, and worldwide control based on Disease X, as opposed to eliminating Disease X or any potential biological threat that could come our way.”

Why is that? “The short answer is,” Dr. McCullough says, “there’s too much money in it.”

“The money now in this biological threat countermeasure world is enormous,” he continued. “We found that out with COVID-19, and we see all kinds of runaway programs. Moderna has 31 messenger RNA vaccines — 31,” Dr. McCullough stressed.

CBS’s 60 Minutes reports that the Chinese-owned social media platform TikTok is being used to aid and abet the invasion of America.

Well, they sorta, almost told the truth.

Notice how almost all the Chinese illegals in the above video were men, most of them of military age. The folks at 60 Minutes conveniently forgot to report that part.

Many in the alternative media started reporting about the Chinese communists exploiting Joe Biden’s open borders almost right after Biden was installed in the White House. But if you depend on CBS for your news, you’re just now hearing about it for the first time, and then, you are only getting a very filtered version of a much bigger story.

You will not hear the words “border invasion” in that report by 60 Minutes. But that’s exactly what it is. And it’s not just Chinese, either. These men are coming from the Middle East, parts of Africa, and many other regions not known for their love and affection for America or its people.

Feb. 7, 2024 5:00 pm – Across the open Southern Border, a mass of humanity is flooding America. The new phenomenon is large groups of Chinese Nationals. Even legacy media is now acknowledging the Chinese invasion across the Southern Border. They land in Ecuador by air from China, then move on bus, foot through the Darian Gap in Panama, and back onto buses after a quick stay at Department of Homeland Security Camps in Panama. 5,000 a day total migrants, equating to more than 100 buses northbound daily.

Some are fleeing the Chinese Communist Party, some are escaping the collapsing economy, but some are very different. Watch for the younger-ish males with good teeth, flat stomachs, military haircuts, and the avoidance of eye contact. Those are the initial discriminators that begin to indicate a military connection. Teeth? Yes, one of the major reasons for non-deploy-ability of U.S. soldiers is dental issues. China mimics everything American Military, and that likely includes deployment standards. Michael Yon, former Special Forces Operator has documented the Chinese invasion at length. I spent some time with him and Ann Vandersteel and others documenting this in Panama.

Where do these incoming Chinese Special Operators trace to? Most likely, it is the mundane-sounding Strategic Support Force (SSF). This is the Chinese equivalent of Special Operations Command, only much bigger, much more unconstrained by the Constitutional rule of law and that kind of silliness. Distributing a mass, lethal pesticide such as Fentanyl and up-gunned cannabis as an attractant that kills 10,000 a month is easy without these moral and legal guardrails. It’s all in a day’s job for the men and women of the PLA SSF.

They are gravitating toward Bio Labs, Fentanyl, Gun Ranges, and Cannabis Operations

Where are they going? A few stay in Panama to build the capacity and capability of traditional Chinese enclaves, and take them over. Most continue north. Some stay in Mexico to oversee the production and distribution of Fentanyl, as an April 2023 Department of Justice indictment shows. Once in the U.S., there is definitely an interest in gun ranges and tactical training of some of these Chinese nationals, training that is hard to get in China. Like many other things, this training is likely duplicated back in China once enough is learned about the training. Some actually obtain citizenship and then penetrate U.S. Government Departments and Agencies.

In Reedleyville, California, we now have a dangerous bio-lab run by illegal Chinese Nationals. Not too far away is Lemoore Naval Air Station, where all the West Coast Navy Fighter-Attack Squadrons are located. It would be awful to have all the crews infected with a bioweapon. The Chinese have also muscled in on “legal” Cannabis operations. Any high cash operation is a wonderful opportunity for skimming off the proceeds and paying the latest street agitators. Feb. 7, 2024 3:20 pm – Ali Bradley, who covers the southern border for NewsNation, interviewed Border Patrol Union president Brandon Judd.

Bradley and Judd discussed the influx of illegals from the Darien Gap and how asylum seekers were not a major factor in these people coming up to the border. Most of them were in poor conditions and wanted to reunite with relatives already in the States, according to DHS documents.

“Why are we repatriating those individuals right when they say we don’t have a valid claim out of their mouth? You’re using way too much common sense. You can’t do that when we are talking about politics. You can’t look at common sense and say hey, how can we stop this when this administration actually wants this crisis to go. That’s what their base support wants. The base support wants open borders.” Brandon Judd said in an interview with Ali Bradley.

“We could do exactly what you just said but it comes down to politics. Why don’t we do it? Politics,” he said.

The following is adapted from a talk delivered on January 22, 2024, at the Allan P. Kirby, Jr. Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship on Hillsdale’s Washington, D.C., campus, as part of the AWC Family Foundation Lecture Series.

In 1960, the Eisenhower administration began counting the number of foreign nationals “apprehended” or “encountered” by what was then called the U.S. Border Control when crossing into the U.S. over its southern border with Mexico. These figures have been published and closely monitored through the years, and there has never been anything like the numbers we are seeing now. A human tsunami of previously unfathomable size—Border Patrol has had to handle more than 7.6 million border crossers in 36 months—has smashed every record, with each year’s numbers exceeding the previous year’s record in stair-stepping fashion.

Of the over 7.6 million illegals encountered by Border Patrol since January 2021, the number allowed to stay inside the U.S. is somewhere north of five million. But with the percentage of those allowed to stay now approaching 100 percent, if current trends hold, the total allowed to remain in the U.S. under the Biden administration will reach ten million by next January.

The U.S. has experienced surges of illegal immigration in the past, but these have been brought quickly under control by implementing policies to deter, block, detain, and deport illegal immigrants. Not this time. To put the current numbers in perspective, consider that Jeh Johnson, President Obama’s Director of Homeland Security, told MSNBC that in his time in office—when the number of illegal crossings was relatively low—he considered it bad if apprehensions exceeded 1,000 a day, because anything more than that “overwhelms the system.” Over the past three years, apprehensions have averaged about 6,940 per day.

Even with a surge in illegal crossings in 2019—this was due to a legal loophole that encouraged illegals to cross with minors—the Trump administration had brought apprehensions down to between 800 and 1,500 a day in his final year in office, the lowest numbers in 45 years. Four months into the Biden administration, apprehensions spiked to about 6,000 per day. There were 2.4 million apprehensions in 2022, a daily average of 6,575. In 2023 there were three million apprehensions, a daily average of 8,219. Entering 2024, apprehensions were up to 12,000 to 15,000 per day.

The reality is even worse, because these numbers do not include the people who entered the U.S. illegally without being apprehended—sometimes referred to as “gotaways”—a number the Border Patrol estimates but does not make public. That estimate over the past three years is two million, bringing the three-year total of illegal immigrants to ten million—a number equivalent to the population of Greater London or Greater Chicago.

But these are just numbers. Who are these people? They are internationally diverse: 45 percent come from 170 countries outside the traditional origin countries of Mexico and Central America. Many are unaccompanied minors: 448,000 to date. More than 330 as of November 2023 are on the FBI’s terrorist watch list. Many are murderers, rapists, kidnappers, and violent criminals. More than a million have been lawfully ordered deported by judges in the U.S. but remain in our country regardless. The dismissal by the executive branch of our government of hundreds of thousands of cases of immigration law violations is unprecedented.

The report is from NewsAddicts, which explained officials from 12 U.S. states have sounded an alarm after finding out the “unelected globalist United Nations is secretly working with banks to destroy the American farming industry.”

The report explained the banks use the U.N.’s “Marxist ‘environmental, social, and corporate governance’ (ESG) criteria to score and penalize farmers.”

They found that those farmers not sufficiently “woke,” that is, using methods and processes that are not ESG-approved, have their accounts shut down without notice, the report said.

The report charged, “The plot seeks to throttle the agriculture industry to eliminate all those who fail to comply with the globalist ‘Net Zero’ agenda of the World Economic Forum (WEF).”

The actual attack structure works through the U.N.’s “Net Zero Banking Alliance, the report explained.

But that has prompted agriculture commissioners in a dozen states to accuse several of America’s larger banking corporations of working to increase food prices – and even reduce availability.

Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga., told Just the News after the vote that Rep. Blake Moore, R-Utah, changed his vote to no so the resolution can be brought up again next week when House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, R-La., is in the chamber. Scalise was reportedly receiving cancer treatment and had to miss the floor vote. Clyde predicted that it will pass whenever it is voted on next week with Scalise present.

“There will be a trial,” Clyde said during an interview after the vote. “It is still a live vote. It will come back next week.”

Mayorkas so far has narrowly avoided becoming the first sitting cabinet secretary to be impeached after the House GOP voted to reject the resolution on Tuesday.

“I fully expect that next week we will impeach Mayorkas,” Clyde said.

A handful of House GOP lawmakers had indicated that they would vote against the resolution on the floor, arguing that it would set a new precedent that could backfire on a future Republican administration. Hawaii Unites in May 2023 sued the state in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit in Hawaii. [Emphasis added] The group’s president and founder, Tina Lia, told The Defender:

“These biopesticide lab-altered mosquitoes are already being released in East Maui. Hawaii Unites has taken the state to court seeking a ruling to require an environmental impact statement for the project and comprehensive studies of the risks.”

She said Hawaii Unites describes itself as “a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the conservation and protection of our environment and natural resources,” with a focus on “protecting the health of Hawaii’s people, wildlife, and the ‘āina from the State of Hawaii’s biopesticide bacteria-infected mosquito experiment.”

According to the group’s lawsuit, the state did not perform a sufficient environmental impact study prior to the launch of the project. Last year, state residents submitted 291 pages of public comments, both for and against the project.

“The final environmental assessment for this project is insufficient under the Hawai‘i Environmental Policy Act,” Lia said. “[It] fails to describe mitigation measures or biosecurity protocols for the mosquitoes, and the discussion of alternatives is inadequate.”

According to Lia, the Birds, Not Mosquitoes partnership claims it plans to suppress southern house mosquitoes that transmit avian malaria to native birds by rendering male mosquitoes — which carry the Wolbachia bacterium that causes avian malaria — unable to reproduce.

The technology, Wolbachia incompatible insect technique (IIT), previously was endorsed by Gates Philanthropy Partners, an arm of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, although there does not appear to be a direct link between these organizations and the Hawaii ongoing project.

An expert who testified on behalf of Hawaii Unites warned that the project, far from mitigating mosquito-borne illness, may lead to bacterial spread, the invasion of lab-altered mosquitoes into unintended areas and other environmental consequences.

But the court disagreed, ruling that the final environmental assessment “was compiled in good faith and set forth sufficient information to enable the [Board of Land and Natural Resources] to consider fully the environmental factors involved and to make a reasoned decision after balancing the risks of harm to the environment against the benefits to be derived from the proposed action.” [Emphasis added.]

Tucker Carlson was reportedly in Moscow for the past several days, according to Russia’s Mash outlet. Tucker was spotted at the Bolshoi Theatre on Saturday.

This development comes after Carlson’s repeated assertions that his efforts to secure a high-profile interview with Putin were previously derailed by U.S. government intervention.

In 2021, the former Fox News host claimed that the National Security Agency (NSA) had intercepted his communications, a move he asserted was aimed at undermining his show’s success and silencing his critical voice against the Biden regime.

Tucker told Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo that he was contacted by a journalist over who informed him that the NSA leaked his emails to the media.

The point of the leaks is to get Tucker Carlson’s highly popular Fox News show cancelled, according to the whistleblower.

“They’re not allowed to spy on American citizens, they are,” Tucker said adding that it’s “shocking” that he is being targeted for criticizing the Biden Administration.

“This is stuff of banana republics and third world countries,” Bartiromo said.

NSA officials said that Tucker was not a “target” of an investigation but as we suspected, the NSA spied on Tucker by “incidentally collecting” his communications while ‘targeting’ someone else.

A new NSA review confirms Tucker Carlson was “unmasked” – and of course the agency is maintaining they never “targeted” Tucker.

“For the NSA to unmask Tucker Carlson or any journalist attempting to secure a newsworthy interview is entirely unacceptable and raises serious questions about their activities as well as their original denial, which was wildly misleading,” a Fox News spokesperson told The Record.

On Tuesday morning Russian media personality Alexei Vendiktov posted on Twitter-X that Tucker accomplished his goal and interviewed Vladimir Putin.

Prospects appeared increasingly uncertain for both the House and Senate’s Israel aid bills on Monday, as President Joe Biden vowed to veto the House’s standalone Israel bill while Senate Republicans signaled their intent to block a procedural vote this week on the Senate’s multi-part package, demanding further changes to long-negotiated immigration policy provisions.

The House will vote on Tuesday on the GOP-led bill, but it’s unclear if it will have the necessary support to pass the lower chamber. With the short- and long-term prospects for both bills in question, it remains unclear how or when Congress will be able to come together to approve additional aid to Israel, which lawmakers have said is sorely needed.

Indiana GOP Rep. Victoria Spartz has decided to reverse her decision to retire from Congress. She will run for reelection, she told Politico.

“I will file this week. The country is too much in trouble,” Spartz told POLITICO on Monday morning.

Spartz continued in a statement later Monday morning, explaining her decision to run for reelection in Indiana’s 5th Congressional District.

“Deciding where your duty lies – family, work, or country, is never an easy task. Earlier last year, I decided to take some time off from running for public office to recharge and spend more time in Indiana with my family. However, looking where we are today, and urged by many of my constituents, I do not believe I would be able to deliver this Congress, with the current failed leadership in Washington, D.C., on the important issues for our nation that I have worked very hard on,” Spartz said.

“As someone who grew up under tyranny, I understand the significance of these challenging times for our Republic, and if my fellow Hoosiers and God decide, I will be honored to continue fighting for them. The bill will also:

If, over a week, the average number of people showing up at the border without the right to enter is between 4,000 and 5,000 each day, the government can decide to use this special tool.
If the average number goes above 5,000 people per day, then the government has to use it.
Also, if on any single day more than 8,500 people show up without permission, the government must use this tool right away.
But there’s an exception: kids who come to the border alone from countries that are not next to the US don’t count in these numbers.
Bill will also give immediate work authorization to “asylum seeker”

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) has issued an ultimatum, suggesting that failure to pass the bill could lead to American involvement in war, a claim that has been met with criticism, especially given that Ukraine is not a NATO member and therefore not under U.S. protection.

LA Fire Department responded to over 130 flooding situations and almost 50 incidents involving mudslides or debris flow.

LOS ANGELES — Fire officials have responded to over 130 flooding incidents and 49 mud and debris flows, extinguished half a dozen structure fires, and conducted several water rescues for stranded motorists since the storm began this weekend, Los Angeles Fire Department Chief Kristin M. Crowley said today.

Los Angeles police have also responded to over 65 traffic collisions resulting in injuries since the storm began, Crowley said.

She stressed that “the hazards of this storm have not passed” and said the city is anticipating “another wave of heavy rain this afternoon.”

February 5, 2024 – In the 2024 legislative session, Minnesota Democrats intend to keep working on behalf of illegal immigrants.

Democrats in the Minnesota Legislature plan to push a bill, first introduced in 2023, that would make Minnesota a “sanctuary state.” Authored by Rep. Sandra Feist, D-New Brighton, and Sen. Omar Fateh, D-Minneapolis, the so-called “North Star Act” would ban local law enforcement from assisting federal agencies in enforcing immigration law.

Specifically, state and local law enforcement, and other government employees, would be restricted from “cooperating with federal immigration enforcement efforts.”

However, a website dedicated to promoting the bill notes that it does not “prohibit collaboration on the basis of investigating criminal activity.”

“Immigration enforcement is the sole responsibility of the federal government. State law enforcement agencies do not have the legal authority to hold people on immigration detainers unless specially authorized to do so by the federal government, and the federal government cannot mandate compliance with immigration detainers. So state and local law enforcement can leave immigration to federal authorities while remaining in full compliance with state and federal laws. This frees up public safety resources for more appropriate ends,” that website says.

Britain has proposed sending a NATO expeditionary corps to Ukraine.

Here are my answers to these questions:

With regard to your first question, this is a fantastical delusion on the part of the Brits and has no foundation in reality. But, just because the Brits are insane does not mean Russia can ignore them. It is a serious proposal. But the British Army is a hollowed-out shell. It is one-fifth the size of the force rescued from Dunkirk in World War II. The British Army is a toothless, bedraggled poodle. Can’t even deliver a serious bark, much less a bite.

In response to your second question, Yes, NATO is desperate to prevent Russia from securing all territory to the east of the Dneiper River. Up to this point the NATO countries have enabled the criminal activities of Ukraine and have not suffered any consequences. I believe they interpret Russia’s failure to respond as a sign of weakness. They confuse patience with ignorance. Given the growing turmoil in Kiev as the fight for control between President Zelensky and General Zaluzhny heats up, the Russians appear content to continue their attrition strategy as they systematically dismantle the Ukrainian Army. Russia, however, is enjoying an unexpected benefit — NATO also is being de-militarized.

The TSA announced it will install enhanced Credential Authentication Technology (CAT) devices at the airports, an upgrade from previous units used in a pilot program at nearly 30 U.S. airports.

“TSA uses facial recognition algorithms developed by top-performing vendors,” the agency says in its press release. This is a system powered by artificial intelligence. In the press release, TSA makes it sound like it is willing to jump through any hoop to protect passengers’ privacy, when we know this is an outright lie. In another document, Homeland Security, under which TSA is a sub agency, admits they are collecting personally identifiable data on people at airports.

The latest CAT scanners, known as CAT-2 units, incorporate facial-recognition technology by capturing real-time pictures of travelers and comparing them against their photo IDs. These units have been deployed at nearly 30 airports nationwide and will now be rolled out at more than 400 “federalized” airports in the coming years, reports MSN.

As of now, participation in facial recognition screenings is supposedly optional for travelers, who can choose to stick with the standard physical ID verification process. But there have been countless firsthand accounts from airport passengers who have indicated that they were not given any option by TSA to reject the face scans.

The bill, HB24-1163, sponsored by Democrat Regina English, requires all pet owners to register their animals in a state-run system, with fees that critics are calling exorbitant and unnecessary.

Draconian Measures Disguised as Welfare

The proposed Pet Animal Registration System under the ‘Pet Animal Registration Act’ stipulates annual registration for pets, with a sliding scale of fees that seems to punish those without the means to pay.

At $8.50 for pets with a designated caregiver, $16 for unneutered or unspayed pets with a caregiver, and a hefty $25 for pets without a caregiver, the financial burden could be significant for multi-pet households, not to mention breeders and sellers who may face the tax for each animal over six months old in their care.

This fee structure applies to a broad spectrum of animals, ranging from dogs and cats to reptiles, amphibians, fish, and even invertebrates, leaving no pet owner untouched.

Consider the financial burden on a family with a diverse array of pets: 100 aquarium fish could cost the owner up to $2,500 annually without designated caregivers, according to US Ark.

A menagerie of 20 assorted pets, including a dog, cat, hamster, and several reptiles and fish, could see annual taxes ranging from $170 to $500. Even a child’s ant farm is not exempt from this sweeping legislation, potentially introducing a significant financial strain for something as simple as keeping an ant farm, the outlet added.

The Department of Agriculture is tasked with creating and maintaining an “online pet animal registration system,” with stiff penalties for non-compliance, including fines up to $100 per unregistered animal. This could mean that an unaware pet owner with unregistered aquarium fish could face fines up to $10,000.

02/02/2024 – On Thursday, hundreds of farmers from across the continent descended upon Brussels to protest a summit attended by leaders of the European Union that was set to focus on additional Ukraine aid.

They ultimately agreed on a 50 billion euro aid package.

Tractors filled the streets and smoke billowed up from a square outside the EU’s headquarters as farmers and their supporters called for an upheaval of the multinational political and economic union’s agricultural policies, which they argue have made it nearly impossible for them to continue making a living.

While the ensuing demonstrations remained mostly peaceful, there were instances of attendees setting bonfires, burning hay bales, throwing eggs and flaming manure, and lighting firecrackers.

According to the Associated Press, farmers were successful in ensuring that leaders at the summit, which was initially focused on providing more aid to Ukraine, addressed their concerns.

Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo, whose nation currently holds the EU’s rotating presidency, called on leaders from across Europe to sit down and actually listen to the concerns being raised.

“Don’t demonize the farmers,” he said. “Don’t send the army on them. But talk to them.”

As NBC reports, he told his fellow heads of state that they “need to make sure that [farmers] can get the right price for the high quality products that they provide,” adding, “we also need to make sure that the administrative burden that they have remains reasonable.”

The European Commission has announced plans to help farmers, however it remains to be seen whether their promises will be kept.

According to Euronews, protestors began pouring into the Belgian capital on Wednesday night, with some writing “Ursula, we are here!” on the motorway between Brussels and Paris, referring to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

Police could be seen using a water cannon against the protesters in shocking footage which reporter Eva Vlaardingerbroek likened to a “totalitarian regime.”

NYC to pay out $53 MILLION on pre-paid debit cards to illegal immigrants in ‘pilot program’ Katie Daviscourt

February 2, 2024 – New York City is set to distribute $53 million worth of pre-paid debit cards to illegal immigrants at the cost of taxpayers.

These pre-paid debit cards, otherwise known as the “Immediate Response Card,” will help illegal immigrants buy food, according to the New York Post.

Per conditions of the program, illegal immigrants will only be allowed to use the cards at bodegas, grocery stores, supermarkets, and convenience stores are allowed to accept the cards.

Illegal immigrants risk being removed from the program if they don’t sign an affidavit promising to use the money only for food and baby necessities, according to the outlet.

The cards are similar to the state’s food stamp program, also called SNAP, which provides financial assistance to low-income residents.

According to City Hall, the program will take the place of the current food service provided there and begin with a group of 500 migrant families staying in short-term hotels.

The specifics of the contract state that the amount on each card will change based on the size of the family and whether any income is received. For example, a family of four could receive about $1,000 each month, or $35 per day for food. Refilled cards will be sent out every 28 days.

According to officials, if the program proves to be effective, it will be extended to all migrant families staying in hotels, which presently number about 15,000.

The incident in question, reported earlier by The Gateway Pundit, involved a violent altercation last Saturday night near a migrant center in the bustling area of Times Square.

A video of the incident shows two police officers attempting to disperse a mob of illegal aliens when chaos ensued, leading to a physical confrontation.

Seven of the thirteen alleged assailants were arrested and charged with assaulting an officer. The release of the others, without the requirement of bail, has sparked controversy and concern among law enforcement and the public.

The assailants, identified as Darwin Andres Gomez Izquiel, 19, Kelvin Servat Arocha, 19, Juarez Wilson, 21, Yorman Reveron, 24, and Jhoan Boada, 22, were all charged with assault.

An additional two suspects, Yohenry Brito, 24, and Jandry Barros, 21, were later arrested and charged with felony assault and robbery. Only Yohenry Brito is currently detained at Rikers Island. These suspects, Venezuelan nationals living in city migrant shelters, were released similarly without bail despite their illegal status and lack of local family ties. Reports have since emerged that the suspects have fled from the city.

In a particularly brazen gesture, two of the suspects were seen flipping the bird to the press upon their release from court.

There’s good news for Biden, then, according to a resident and a local environmental expert who has tested water and soil near the derailment site: Biden can still see the effects of the accident, because they haven’t been fully cleaned up despite official claims to the contrary.

NewsNation spoke to local resident Rick Tsai, who has become so frustrated by the government response to the incident that he’s running for Congress.

“They’re either inept, or there’s something nefarious going on,” Tsai told NewsNation’s Rich McHugh.

“I can teach a 7-year-old to do this with a stick, and the EPA can’t find them with millions of dollars,” he added, referring to the fact that by merely shifting dirt in the riverbed, chemical contamination in local streams became obvious.

McHugh said that residents he’d spoken with continued to see “obvious” contamination a year after toxic chemicals were spilled in the train accident, and that the Environmental Protection Agency should stop taking a “victory lap” over its efforts to control the spill.

McHugh showed a montage of his disturbing stream beds in various locations in East Palestine over a period of months, each time revealing chemicals apparently hidden in the soil beneath the water.

In September, he reported, the EPA ordered additional testing and cleanup efforts by Norfolk Southern, the freight railroad company whose train derailed on Feb. 3, 2023, causing the spill. Over four months later, the company has not provided any results to the agency.

Meanwhile, the state’s EPA denied there was a continuing problem.

“We don’t have any science that suggests there is contamination that would pose a human health risk,” Anne Vogel of the Ohio EPA told NewsNation. “We don’t have any sign of contamination in the air, in the water, in the soil.”
