Bill in cattle-rich state of Missouri would require full disclosure of mRNA injected meat but RINOs and Dems are trying to block it from seeing the light of day

Attorney Thomas Renz is on a mission to stop the further destruction of our food supply by subjecting livestock raised for meat to dangerous mRNA vaccinations.

In a post to his Substack, Renz says Missouri House Bill 1169 is our best bet of stopping this from happening. He writes:

“This is a nightmare scenario whereby people’s genetics are potentially altered with ‘factory foods’ without them even knowing.”

Renz says the idea of vaccinating people through the food they eat has been around for a long time and is definitely possible.

He cites an article from the year 2000 with a wonderful picture of exactly how this would be done in vegetables. Then another article published in the NIH in 2013 talks about foods “under application” to be genetically modified to become edible vaccines.

Renz includes a screenshot taken of a Google search for “food as a vaccine” taken on Sunday, April 2, 2023, which as of that date had returned 456 million results.

So it’s not a new idea. But it is gaining steam to the point where we should be concerned and start to mobilize against it.

Renz warns that certain “experts” claim that beef, pork and other livestock cannot transfer vaccination from meat to the consumer of the meat.

This is all Alvin Bragg has on Trump. He’s now counting on a jury of local communists to find Trump guilty.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday awarded Trump an additional $121,962.56 in attorney fees from porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford.

This is in addition to the $500,000 Stormy already owes Trump for her baseless defamation case against the former president.

The order came down from the federal appeals court just as Trump left court for his arraignment on charges stemming from so-called ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.

“Congratulations to President Trump on this final attorney fee victory in his favor this morning. Collectively, our firm obtained over $600,000 in attorney fee awards in his favor in the meritless litigation initiated by Stormy Daniels.” attorney Harmeet Dhillon said with the order attached to her tweet.

President Trump’s lawyers asked Judge Juan Merchan to deny a request by the media for cameras in the courtroom for Trump’s arraignment on Tuesday.

“We submit that the media request should be denied because it will create a circus-like atmosphere at the arraignment, raise unique security concerns, and is inconsistent with President Trump’s presumption of innocence,” Trump’s lawyers said in their letter to Judge Juan Merchan.

Five pool photographers will be allowed to take pictures for a few minutes before the arraignment starts, ABC News reported.

A New York City Police arrest report summarizing the charges against Trump will then be prepared and entered into the court system before he is led into a courtroom to be formally arraigned on the charges, none of which are misdemeanors.

But, the source said, Trump will not be put in handcuffs, placed in a jail cell or subjected to a mug shot — typical procedures even for white-collar defendants until a judge has weighed in on pretrial conditions. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office, which has been consulting with the Secret Service and New York City court officials, concluded that there was no reason to subject the former president to handcuffs or a mug shot.

The stated reason for handcuffing defendants is on the grounds that the suspect might be a flight risk or a threat to the district attorney or court personnel, neither of which were judged to be relevant to the handling of a former president protected at all times by a phalanx of Secret Service agents.

President Trump landed at New York’s LaGuardia Airport in Queens on Monday afternoon.

President Trump will spend the night at Trump Tower New York and will show up to court for his arraignment on Tuesday at 2:15 pm ET.

Sunday, April 02, 2023 – (Natural News) Any time the government promises to make you “safer,” beware of their intentions. The media-amplified hysteria over TikTok — a video social media platform built and run by communist China — has handed the power opportunists in Washington D.C. a cover story to try to control all online speech through the introduction of the S. 686 RESTRICT Act, sponsored by an anti-free speech zealot on the Left, Sen. Mark Warner.

The bill, introduced on March 7th, 2023, uses TikTok’s popularity as an excuse to criminalize American-run websites, platforms and blogs that merely disagree with the government regime on literally any topic: Vaccines, Russia, elections, bank runs, currency, transgenderism, climate change and so on.

The weaponization potential of the bill is unlimited, as it can be applied to anything merely deemed to be in the “national security interest” of the United States.

The bill text explicitly states that the government may enforce, “any mitigation measure” against “any person” or “any property” by merely deciding that an article, video, podcast, platform or other content item contains content they don’t like.

7 members of CDC team assessing chemical exposure in East Palestine, Ohio, fell ill  PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE

APR 1, 2023 2:54 PM – Members of a federal team tasked with assessing potential health impacts of the East Palestine, Ohio, train derailment experienced brief illnesses in early March, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention confirmed in a statement Friday.

Seven members of the 15-person Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry team in the Ohio town “reported symptoms, including sore throat, headache, coughing and nausea,” per the CDC. The team, dispatched to conduct an Assessment of Chemical Exposure following the Feb. 3 derailment of a Norfolk Southern train carrying hazardous chemicals, had arrived in mid-February.

The illnesses did not last long, with most of the seven feeling better “later that same afternoon, and everyone resumed work on survey data collection within 24 hours” the CDC said. “Impacted team members have not reported ongoing health effects.”

The symptoms are consistent with those experienced by some East Palestine residents, as well as first responders. In a survey conducted by the Ohio Department of Health beginning March 5, 207 first responders said the symptoms they most experienced included stuffy nose/sinus congestion (27.1%), runny nose (25.6%), increased congestion/phlegm (22.2%), burning nose or throat (20.8%) and hoarseness (15.5%).

• In the 2020 presidential election, under the pretext of Covid, election laws in many states were changed — illegally, some by not going through state legislatures, as required by the Constitution. There was also a series of maneuvers — including the federal government and 51 former intelligence officers knowingly suppressing media reporting on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop — that cast legitimate suspicion, regardless of what the almost unanimous mainstream media said, on the outcome.

• Moreover, despite the efforts of many politicians and journalists to protect Biden, the new Republican-dominated House of Representatives has uncovered bank records showing “payments made to President Joe Biden’s son from a Chinese Communist Party-linked company,” as well as “showing Biden family members received more than $1 million from a Chinese energy company after passing through the account of a family associate,” [including] “an unknown bank account identified as ‘Biden.'”
• Trump’s indictment, a humiliating “perp walk,” and the possible incarceration of a former president, serve as useful diversions to prevent the public from seeing evidence of a current commander-in-chief who has been questioned as being compromised.

Apr. 2, 2023 12:40 pm – As Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg tries to hang a felony charge on former President Donald Trump, leaks from the grand jury indictment against the former president could leave Bragg facing his own felony charge — if he was the source of the leak.

As noted by Newsweek, pieces of the indictment, but not the full document, have been leaked to the media, hence reports have been flying that there are 30 counts against Trump, at least one of which is a felony. Bragg is also dealing with calls from House Republicans to provide documents related to his investigation of Trump, NBC reported.
Leaking grand jury documents is a felony in New York. And that means Bragg could be in trouble, former Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz wrote in a commentary piece published Friday by the New York Sun.

“It is likely that a serious felony has been committed right under District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s nose, and he is not investigating it. Under New York law, it is a felony to leak confidential grand jury information, such as whether the jurors voted to indict. The protection of secrecy is as applicable to President Trump as it is to anyone else,” Dershowitz wrote.

“The most likely, though uncertain, scenario is that a person in Mr. Bragg’s office or a grand juror unlawfully leaked the sealed information,” he wrote.

Train derails 25 cars in Montana, spilling unconfirmed contents

First responders say no danger to public

At least 25 cars derailed from a train in Montana on Sunday, spilling their contents onto the ground and into a nearby body of water.

First responders say there is no threat to the public, but there has yet to be confirmation about what the affected containers were carrying. Montana Rail Link, which owns the railroad, is aware of the situation, but the company that owns the train has yet to be identified, according to NBC Montana.

The Sanders County Sheriff’s Office did not respond to multiple requests for comment from Fox News Digital.

There have not been any reported injuries from the crash.

• Congress is now considering the Restricting the Emergence of Security Threats That Risk Information and Communications Technology Act, sponsored by Senators Mark Warner (D-Va.) and John Thune (R-S.D.). The RESTRICT Act, as the proposed legislation is known, creates a framework for the secretary of commerce to review foreign-linked social media platforms and to take action if necessary.
• The legislation, intended to target TikTok, is controversial and being criticized as overbroad.
• Xi is swiftly erecting totalitarian controls inside China, which he undoubtedly will extend to America and the rest of the world if he gets the opportunity. In short, the threat to the U.S. is existential.
• The threat is also urgent because China’s ambitious ruler is making preparations for war. His regime in fact declared a “people’s war” on America, which is the Communist Party’s way of justifying a strike on the U.S.
• There are, consequently, critical factors that legitimize curbs that would otherwise infringe First Amendment protections.
• TikTok, after all, is one of Xi’s tools to take down the United States. Radio Free Asia reported in August 2020 that a People’s Liberation Army intelligence unit, working out of the now-closed Houston consulate, was using big data to identify Americans likely to participate in Black Lives Matter and Antifa protests and then created and sent them “tailor-made” videos on how to organize riots. Related reporting reveals the videos were distributed by TikTok.
• China’s app can access each keystroke of every user and even their location at any moment. “It is very much like giving them the keys to the kingdom,” said Evan Greer of Fight for the Future, a privacy group, to Fox Business.
• “Everything is seen in China,” a member of TikTok’s Trust and Safety Department said. A “Beijing-based engineer” known as “Master Admin” had “access to everything.”
• TikTok had said it never shared user data with the Chinese government and would not do so. The BuzzFeed reporting revealed this assurance and similar ones to the federal government were false.
• The Communist Party has used TikTok to, among other things, glorify drug use, push critical race theory, and amplify Russian disinformation about the war in Ukraine. The CCP does not allow the Chinese people to use the app. TikTok’s twin site in China, Douyin, promotes patriotic themes.
• China’s regime has a dagger, in the form of TikTok, pointed at the heart of the United States, and Americans have to figure out a way to make sure the Communist Party can no longer use it, First Amendment or no First Amendment. “The Constitution,” as is often said, “is not a suicide pact.”

Sure, over 30 countries around the world have already banned TikTok over security concerns, but how are those “concerns” any different than what’s been happening with security and privacy issues with every smart device used for the past 20 years? Big Government has been collecting private citizen data in every way, including every social media post, text, email, phone call, video conference, and comments made on the internet. So, you were saying? In America, of course, the Democrats want to keep TikTok… wait for it… “for the children.”

Young people in America are being brainwashed by the Democrat Party, and apps like TikTok are very important for the crooks in Washington DC to build that “base” of voters and upcoming voters (teens) who actually value social media, gender fluidity, Hollywood, Disney, and other communist platforms for their news and entertainment.

Meanwhile, public universities and state governments across the country are banning the TikTok app from official devices because the CCP owns it, so it just might happen to be part of their spy ware apparatus, like the balloon that floated over America while Biden watched, eating his ice cream cones.

For Democrats, votes are far more important than national security, so “activists” are saying that banning TikTok would be a “slap in the face” for the young voter base. Meanwhile, every camera at every road intersection, ATM, over highways, in downtown districts, and Google Earth, are recording every move every American makes. Want a slap in the face, just try out the vaccine passport app and take a guess WHO is spying on your medical records and tracking your vaccine “status.”

Plus, every purchase made without cash is recorded and the data collected, analyzed, and scrutinized for reverse marketing purposes. Every app on every smart device is also a data collection hub for collecting private information and using it against the consumers, to manipulate their buying habits and track their lifestyle habits, like tracking gun and ammunition purchases. Even smart TVs spy on kids in the living rooms of their homes.

Instead of banning ONE social media app, how about banning illegal voting, closing the borders of this country, preventing the CCP from buying massive swaths of US land, and ending the beginning of WWIII in Ukraine? Banning TikTok is just a head fake, and it’s gas-lighting the real communist infiltration and takeover of the Republic. Take a closer look at it all and it’s quite obvious.

 

RESTRICT Act is Orwellian censorship grab disguised as anti-TikTok legislation

Friday, March 31, 2023 – (Natural News) The RESTRICT Act, introduced by Sens. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Tom Thune (R-SD), is aimed at blocking or disrupting transactions and financial holdings linked to foreign adversaries that pose a risk to national security, however the language of the bill could be used to give the US government enormous power to punish free speech.

Warner, a longtime opponent of free speech who, as Michael Krieger pointed out in 2018 (and confirmed in the Twitter Files) pushed for the ‘weaponization’ of big tech, crafted the RESTRICT act to “take swift action against technology companies suspected of cavorting with foreign governments and spies, to effectively vanish their products from shelves and app stores when the threat they pose gets too big to ignore,” according to Wired.

Bad actors listed in the bill are; China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela.

In reality, the RESTRICT Act has very little to do with TikTok and everything to do with controlling online content.

In very specific terms a lot of U.S. websites would be impacted.  Why?  Because a lot of websites use third-party ‘plug-ins’ or ‘widgets’ or software created in foreign countries to support the content on their site.  The “Restrict Act” gives the DNI the ability to tell a website using any “foreign content” or software; that might be engaged in platform communication the U.S Government views as against their interests; to shut down or face a criminal charge.   In very direct terms, the passage of SB686 would give the Dept of Commerce, DNI and DHS the ability to shut down what you are reading right now. This is a big deal. –The Last Refuge

Friday, March 31, 2023 – (Natural News) A member of the European Parliament (MEP) has warned that the European Union (EU) is in danger of “criminalizing” the use of physical cash in favor of using digital currencies with its new anti-money laundering laws.

Politicians in the European Parliament, the EU’s main legislative body, have long been campaigning to impose an upper legal limit on the value of cash transactions within the bloc, claiming that such a move would help curtail criminality within the bloc.

The latest proposal the European Parliament has voted on prevents Europeans from spending over 7,000 euros ($7,617) in the physical tender as part of a single transaction and bans cryptocurrency transactions paying for goods and services that are valued over 1,000 euros ($1,088). The demonstration got the attention of a 25-year DOT veteran who came clean about the government’s lies and the “politically-motivated” attack on rural East Palestine, Ohio.

Department of Transportation allocates resources to BLUE states, prioritizes disasters for Dem-run cities

The DOT is responsible for securing and safely transporting hazardous chemicals that are derailed. In East Palestine, Ohio, the Department of Transportation allowed Norfolk Southern Railroad to release 1.1 million pounds of vinyl chloride into the environment. Instead of securing the hazardous chemical, the DOT allowed the tanker cars to be drilled out, so the chemical could be burned in pits, releasing carcinogenic plumes of dioxins into the environment. Government officials said the water there is safe to drink.

An unnamed source from the Department of Transportation (DOT) responded to Benny Johnson. He said the DOT did not take the 50-car train derailment seriously. “I’m in federal railroad,” the man said. “Nobody panicked. Nobody scrambled. And it’s, like, why? Why aren’t we taking this seriously?”

The source revealed that DOT Secretary Pete Buttigieg allocates resources based on a state’s political leanings. He said Buttigieg ignored East Palestine, Ohio because the region voted for Trump by a 70 percent margin.
