Feds Colluded With Big Banks to Spy on Americans’ Financial Transactions By Brenda Baletti, Ph.D.

The federal government conducted “broad,” “unjustified” surveillance of the private financial transactions of millions of Americans in the wake of events that took place on Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol, according to a report issued Wednesday by the U.S. House of Representatives Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

03/07/24 – The federal government conducted “broad” surveillance of the private financial transactions of millions of Americans “without legal process” in the wake of events that took place on Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol, according to a report issued Wednesday by the U.S. House of Representatives Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

The report details how government officials asked major banks to search financial transactions for key terms, like “Trump” and “MAGA.” It also suggested they identify transactions related to firearms or sporting goods stores, such as Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shop and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

“Americans doing nothing other than shopping or exercising their Second Amendment rights were being tracked by financial institutions and federal law enforcement,” according to the report.

The “financial surveillance was not predicated on any specific evidence of particularized criminal conduct and, even worse, it keyed on terms and specific transactions that concerned core political and religious expression protected by the Constitution,” the report said.

Michael Rectenwald, Ph.D., author of “Google Archipelago: The Digital Gulag and the Simulation of Freedom,” said the searches violated fundamental constitutional rights.

Rectenwald told The Defender:

“The willing cooperation of these financial institutions, without due legal process, demonstrates that these otherwise non-state actors are acting as what I have called ‘governmentalities,’ or apparatuses of the state. They are not merely private companies, per se. They are state assets colluding with the government in a system that can best be described as fascism.”

According to the report, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) and the FBI held backchannel discussions with some of the largest financial institutions in the U.S. They asked them to voluntarily share people’s private financial information, without a subpoena.

The institutions included Barclays, U.S. Bank, Charles Schwab, HSBC, Bank of America, PayPal, Wells Fargo, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase and others.

Woman Sues National Park Service After Being Told She Can’t Use Cash to Pay Entry Fee

In a lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Elizabeth Dasburg and two other plaintiffs allege the National Park Service is violating U.S. law by refusing to accept U.S. currency. Children’s Health Defense is financially backing the lawsuit.

March 7, 2024 – When Elizabeth Dasburg tried to use cash to pay the entry fee to the Fort Pulaski National Monument in Georgia, she was told that the site, part of the U.S. National Park Service, could accept cards only, no cash.

An employee suggested she go to the local grocery store or “big chains like Walmart” to purchase a gift card. “Since those are cards, we can accept them in leu [sic] of cash,” the site employee wrote.

Dasburg and two others who also were denied entrance to a national park unless they used a card to pay the entrance fee on Wednesday sued the National Park Service, challenging its cashless fee collection policy.

In a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the plaintiffs allege the federal agency is violating U.S. law by refusing to accept U.S. currency as entry payment.

Tren de Aragua has emerged as the fastest-growing transnational criminal organization globally. Originating in Aragua state, northern Venezuela, the group has expanded its reach as millions of Venezuelans migrated, initially to other Latin American nations, and the gang has seemingly followed in their wake.

FBI El Paso has reported Tren De Aragua exploits the opportunity to move undetected amongst the surge of thousands of Venezuelan migrants, especially since they abandoned gang tattoos, allowing them to avoid alerting the US Border Patrol at our southern border.

Between 2018 and 2023, Tren de Aragua orchestrated a transnational criminal network, establishing cells in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Brazil, and now the United States. Their extensive criminal portfolio includes contract killings, guerilla warfare, extortion, loan sharking, kidnapping, torture, human trafficking for sexual exploitation, robberies, migrant smuggling, contraband, illegal mining, retail drug trafficking, cybercrime, and theft. Countries such as Chile, Peru, and Colombia have conducted substantial operations against the gang since 2022, especially on their borders.

The FBI has found alarming indications that a potential alliance is forming with the notoriously violent MS-13. The gang’s expansion is attributed to its strategic alliances with other organized crime networks, involving non-aggression pacts and, in some cases, partnerships to share criminal proceeds.

In Georgia, Diego Ibarra, aged 29, was arrested for possession of a counterfeit green card, used to secure employment at the University of Georgia, the same institution where his 22-year-old brother, Jose Ibarra, stands accused of the heinous murder of Laken Riley. The arrest and the subsequent revelation underscore a troubling connection between the Ibarra brothers and illicit activities.

WTH: Republicans in Kodiak, Alaska Were Unable to Vote in Tuesday’s Primary Because Person Administering Polling Center Had to Cancel By Jordan Conradson

Mar. 7, 2024 11:20 am – Republicans in Kodiak, Alaska, were not able to vote in the state’s presidential preference election on Tuesday because no polling locations were available after a volunteer canceled, and the local GOP couldn’t “find anybody to step in.”

In 2021, the city of Kodiak had a population of 5.68k people.

One frustrated Kodiak voter who said they were looking forward to casting a vote for Donald Trump but was unable to vote told The Gateway Pundit, “This is the most consequential election of our lifetime.”

“Being denied your right to vote because someone had to ‘cancel’ is unacceptable and has left an entire community of GOP voters feeling disenfranchised,” they continued.

Despite this disenfranchisement of Trump voters, Trump carried Alaska with almost 90% of the vote and won nearly every election on Tuesday!

Elizabeth Bagley bemoaned ‘influence of the Jewish lobby’

March 6, 2024 – The U.S. ambassador to Brazil—who once bemoaned “the influence of the Jewish lobby” in politics—will not publicly comment on a series of anti-Semitic remarks by far-left Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, raising concerns on Capitol Hill about the Biden appointee’s stance on growing Jew-hatred across the globe.

Ambassador Elizabeth Bagley, whose 2022 nomination drew opposition from Republicans due to anti-Semitic statements in which she claimed the “Jewish lobby” exerts undue influence over the Democratic Party because of its “major money,” has spent the past few weeks avoiding comment on Lula’s accusations that Israel is behaving like the Nazis and waging a genocide on the Palestinian people.

March 7, 2024 – The Biden administration is not conducting federally mandated DNA tests on detained illegal aliens, according to new data obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) and shared with the Washington Free Beacon.

The data show that Customs and Border Protection only collected DNA samples from 30 to 40 percent of the approximately 3.2 million illegal aliens who entered the United States in fiscal year 2023. The Biden administration’s failure to comply with DNA gathering requirements set out in the 2005 DNA Fingerprint Act comes as the country grapples with a record surge of illegal migrants, many of whom commit high-profile crimes upon entering the country.

Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student at the University of Georgia, was murdered last month by an illegal alien while she was jogging around campus. The suspect, Jose Antonio Ibarra, was first arrested for illegally crossing the southern border in September 2022 and paroled into the country by President Joe Biden. Ibarra was also arrested in New York City after allegedly abusing a child less than 17 years old.

In Virginia, an illegal alien from El Salvador was also arrested last month for murdering a two-year-old during a shootout. The suspect in that case had pending deportation orders that stemmed from prior arrests.

“Given the record number of illegal crossings, CBP encounters, and ICE detainees with prior criminal records, CBP and DHS’s continued failure to collect DNA on illegal immigrants is deeply concerning,” Grassley said in a letter to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and acting Customs and Border Protection chief Troy Miller. “This failure weakens our justice system and empowers criminals to illegally cross our border, jeopardizing American lives.”

EXCLUSIVE: Public Schoolers Are Paid $1,400 a Pop to Become Social Justice Warriors By Francesca Block

A California activist group is using taxpayer money to reward teens for learning how to fight for ‘racial justice.’

March 7, 2024 – An activist group in California has paid nearly 100 public high schoolers $1,400 each to learn how to fight for racial and social justice, The Free Press has learned.

Contracts between Long Beach Unified School District and Californians for Justice from 2019 to 2023, exclusively obtained by The Free Press, show the school district used taxpayer funds to pay the group nearly $2 million to facilitate equity and leadership development training for students and teachers. In addition to the student stipends, the contracts also allocated a total of $20,200 to 13 parents for participating in the group’s programs.

Starting from December 2019 until now, the Long Beach Unified School District south of Los Angeles has paid at least 78 students a total of nearly $100,000 for participating in a club run by the organization, also known as CFJ. The most recent contract runs until June 2024.

CFJ boasts on its site to have “trained hundreds of youth of color in Long Beach to be community leaders and organizers.” In Long Beach, the group successfully advocated for implementing “restorative justice practices” across the district’s 84 schools, according to its site.

The money incentivizes students to participate in CFJ’s programs—which are led by CFJ staff, not the district. In a recent video posted to the group’s Instagram account, one student, who was asked “Why Should Students Join CFJ?” responded “You get paid good.” It’s unclear which students are eligible for the stipends, but the organization’s website states its “leadership development” programs operate “with a focus on low income youth, youth of color, LGBTQ youth, foster youth, and immigrant youth.”

March 05, 2024 – Clarence Square Park is the official name of a small patch of greenspace at the corner of Wellington Street West and Spadina Avenue in Toronto. But calling this putrid piece of real estate a “park” is truly a stretch these days. For several months it has existed as a filthy tent city. And as this no-go zone becomes increasingly dangerous, both police and politicians inexplicably turn a blind eye.

It’s not just the random assaults and verbal abuse and break-ins that law-abiding taxpayers who live in the surrounding condominium towers have to endure. The other day, a massive explosion occurred at the encampment. Some likened it to a bomb going off. Miraculously, nobody was seriously injured.

At first blush, one might think the explosion was due to a propane tank igniting. It is commonplace to find such fuel tanks here. The tanks are used to provide heating for the tents and for cooking food. But according to sources, a different sort of cooking was taking place when the explosion occurred: drug users were “cooking” crystal meth.

I no longer have access to classified information, but I can read the public statements of DOD and State Department officials as well as remarks by various members of Congress. At no time during the past two years — since the start of the Special Military Operation — have we heard a single discouraging word from anyone with access to CIA briefings on Ukraine’s military prospects suggesting the West embarked on a fool’s errand in trying to destroy Russia.

On the eve of the start of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the CIA should have provided answers to the following questions:

What is the capability and condition of the Russian armed forces?
What is Russia’s capability to withstand Western economic sanctions?
What are the conditions that must exist that will force President Putin from office?

Here is what we know for certain. Despite repeated entreaties from Vladimir Putin to President Joe Biden and other Western leaders to provide assurances that Ukraine would not be admitted to NATO, the West told Putin to screw off and continued building up Ukraine’s military. The U.S. and its NATO allies believed that Russia’s military was weak and ineffective. Western leaders also believed that Russia’s economy was vulnerable to Western economic sanctions and that an economic collapse in Russia would catapult Putin from power.

The Western plan was simple, audacious and delusional — i.e., using Ukraine as a military proxy, defeat Russia and humiliate Vladimir Putin; apply Western economic sanctions that would devastate the Russian economy and further erode support for Putin; break up the Russia Republic into 41 new countries. Sounds crazy, but take a look at what Angel Vohra wrote in Foreign Policy Magazine in April 2023:

05:28 EST, 6 March 2024 – Asylum seekers at a troubled immigration centre are being taken on shopping trips to keep them entertained following warnings ‘boredom’ could lead to serious violence.

Concerns have repeatedly been raised about conditions at Wethersfield airbase in Essex, which is home to hundreds of migrants – many of whom arrived in Britain after crossing the Channel.

Former border watchdog David Neal visited the isolated site near Braintree in December and February after insiders reported ‘almost nightly fighting’ between different nationalities.

He described a feeling of ‘hopelessness caused by boredom’ among residents, and warned this would ‘lead to increased criminality, including arson’. The Home Office has rejected his assessment.

Now, new photos have emerged showing migrants boarding a minibus after a trip into Braintree, which is 15 minutes away from the airbase.

It comes as the atmosphere at the centre, set to house 1,7000 migrants, is said to be ‘horrendous’.

Marion Parker, 44, who lives in the town said it was a ‘complete joke’ to see the men out shopping.

The administrator said: ‘What message does it send out to others who want to come here? You get free journeys into towns to shop. It’s a complete joke.

‘I’m not against immigration at all. But this is a reward for breaking immigration law. Why don’t homeless Brits get free trips to shopping centres?’

WINNING: Tennessee Deploys National Guard Soldiers to Help Texas as State Battles Biden Regime to Secure the Border – More Soldiers Volunteer than Expected By Cullen Linebarger

Mar. 5, 2024 4:00 pm – An unexpectedly high number of soldiers from the Tennessee National Guard will be deploying to Texas to assist the Lone Star State as they continue to battle the Biden regime in their efforts to secure the southern border.

As WKRN reported, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and his wife on Saturday flew from John C. Tune Airport to Millington-Memphis Airport, where they met with Maj. Gen. Warner Ross. They then visited soldiers before their deployment at the Millington Tennessee Army National Guard Armory outside Memphis.

Back in February, Lee promised to send two waves of Tennessee active-duty soldiers to support the Lone Star State’s efforts to save their state. The first deployment will reportedly consist of 50 members and last through March. A second wave will replace them later in the spring.

Such forces will help bring security to the Texas border with Mexico. But Maj. Gen. Ross had even more good news for Texas after arriving at the armory.

Ross revealed to several dozen troops who volunteered for a border deployment that he had asked for 100 soldiers to volunteer, but 400 offered to help. This is a four-fold increase over what was anticipated. [Emphasis added]

In a statement obtained by WKRN, Lee revealed the ways Tennessee’s seven million residents are directly impacted by what is happening in Texas, explicitly mentioning drug trafficking and human trafficking. He also thanked the patriotic guardsmen for answering the call.

Lee told the guardsmen during his speech, “It’s not lost on us that your family serves, as well.” He added that he and his wife will pray for the soldiers and their families as they battle to save America from this foreign invasion.

America continues to face an unprecedented border crisis, and people across the nation are experiencing the devastating consequences of rising crime, drug trafficking, and human trafficking. Governors are working together, taking immediate action to do what the federal government won’t do, and that is secure our border.

I commend Tennessee’s National Guard troops for answering this important call to service and providing critical support.

Thanks to the intentional border crisis created by Biden, crimes committed by illegal aliens against American citizens have skyrocketed. The recent murder of promising Georgia college student Laken Riley by an illegal alien is a particularly glaring example.

Moreover, terrorists have already slipped across the porous Southern border. One was even allowed to roam free for almost a year.

After the weekend, when almost 5K prisoners – many dangerous felons – were freed in massive gang attacks to the two biggest prisons in the country, the explosive unrest continued unabated with similar attacks on Haiti’s main international airport and police academy.

In both locations, armed gang members exchanged gunfire with police and soldiers.

CBS News reported:

“The Toussaint Louverture International Airport was closed when the attack occurred, with no planes operating and no passengers on site. Associated Press journalists saw an armored truck on the tarmac shooting at gangs to try and prevent them from entering airport grounds as scores of employees and other workers fled from whizzing bullets.

The attack on the police academy, where more than 800 cadets are training, was repelled Tuesday after the arrival of reinforcements, said Lionel Lazarre of the Haitian police union.”

These latest attacks occurred just hours after authorities in Haiti ordered a nighttime curfew and a 72-hour state of emergency.

The government vows to track down the escaped inmates, some accused of slayings, kidnappings and other crimes.

“‘The police were ordered to use all legal means at their disposal to enforce the curfew and apprehend all offenders’, said a statement from Finance Minister Patrick Boivert, the acting prime minister.”

Biden stopped to chat with reporters on the tarmac at Joint Base Andrews. He is suffering from obvious cognitive decline.

Reporters asked Biden about his abysmal poll numbers after a new New York Times/Siena College national poll spelled trouble for him.

According to the latest poll by The New York Times, Trump is leading Biden by five points nationally, the largest lead he has ever held in a Times poll since first running for office in 2015.

The New York Times-Sienna poll also found that 97% of Trump’s 2020 voters are ready to vote for him again in 2024.

The same poll found that only 83% of Joe Biden voters will vote for Old Joe this year and 10% of Biden voters will vote for President Trump.

According to the latest RealClearPolling average, Trump holds a two-point national lead over Joe Biden, while also holding significant leads in a number of key state such as Arizona, Georgia and Michigan.

Biden snapped at reporters after returning from an extended vacation.

“Five polls you guys don’t report! I’m winning — five! Five in a row!” Biden shouted.

“You guys only look at the New York Times!” Biden said slurring his words.

New Russian Offensive Is Rapidly Gaining Ground – Where Did All the Ukrainian Defensive Fortifications Go? By Paul Serran

Mar. 5, 2024 1:20 pm – After the heavily fortified key Donbas city of Avdeevka was captured by Russia, analysts and observers all over the world were presented with a much different outlook on the frontlines of Ukraine.

The Russian forces are engaged in a very successful offensive, something that the NYT has called ‘small but rapid gains,’ that Newsweek has termed ‘a high tempo of offensive operations,’ and even CNN could not help but describe it as ‘swift Russian advances.’

As we go through each of these reports below, we notice that the justification for the sudden Russian successes is manifold, but no one can overlook the fact that the proper defensive fortifications were NOT built as projected.

As the Russian army continues to expand westwards from Avdeevka, they have been met with poor Ukrainian defenses in the form of ‘sparse, rudimentary trench lines.’

The New York Times reported:

“Avdeevka became the site of a fierce standoff over the last nine months, emerging as one of the bloodiest battles of the war. When Russia captured the city on Feb. 17, its first major gain since last May, the Ukrainian Army claimed it had secured defensive lines outside the city.

But Russian troops have captured three villages to the west of Avdeevka in the span of a week, and they are contesting at least one other.”

It’s clear that Ukraine did not shore up its defensive lines early (or well) enough.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama will not be running for president, her office confirmed.

Mar. 5, 2024 11:20 am – Prominent political figures have recently predicted Michelle Obama will be the Democrat presidential nominee in 2024.

The majority of Democrat voters believe Joe Biden is too old to serve a second term so many are now speculating he will be replaced with California Governor Gavin Newsom… or perhaps Michelle Obama.

Ted Cruz previously said the Democrats are going to pull a surprise by drafting Michelle Obama to take Joe Biden’s place for the 2024 race.

“Here’s the scenario that I think is perhaps most likely, and most dangerous,” Senator Cruz said on his ‘Verdict with Ted Cruz’ podcast. “In August of 2024, the Democrat kingmakers jettison Joe Biden and parachute in Michelle Obama.”

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said Michelle Obama will be the Democrat Party’s 2024 nominee.

“Don’t be surprised,” Palin previously said. “But I still say it’ll be Michelle O’ #2024Election”

“Biden’s out,” she said.

Michelle Obama’s office confirmed to NBC News that she will not be running for president in 2024.

President Trump is not only correct in his comparison but he also hits the mark when it comes to his and others’ persecution and detainment under the Biden/Garland regime.

I do believe no one is above the law and I have stated multiple times I do not condone some of the things I saw happen on January 6th.

I believe that those who caused damage and assaulted others should be prosecuted equally under the law. But this is not what we have seen in ANY of these cases — from Trump’s four criminal trials to the hundreds of cases revolving around the events at the Capitol.

In EVERY SINGLE case, we have seen novel uses of the law — exculpatory evidence withheld, defense witnesses threatened by federal agents with indictment, FBI agents violating attorney-client privileges’ and judges with no regard for precedents.

I do believe President Trump has presidential immunity in every single one of these cases.

Even if he did not, most people would agree that when deciding to bring charges on a former president and the nominee for the opposing party, there must be absolute clarity when it comes to the charges. There can be no wiggle room and there cannot be a HINT of bias.

Not only has the Biden/Garland regime crap their judicial Depends they’ve also crapped on the ENTIRE judicial system.

The Supreme Court will hear multiple cases involving President Trump in the coming months.

Even barring their final rulings, this alone already proves how weak these cases are and does nothing for Americans’ faith in an unbiased and fair Justice system.

I have been accused of “Trying to wreck the faith in our institutions” per Politico which is an absolute farce. If that were the case both Biden and Garland have made me look like I brought a bicycle to an F1 race.

I want our institutions to work.

There is no peace without justice.

Those who truly respect and honor the rule of law should want no part in these show trials that we are witnessing.

There is nothing I want more than to see our country unite again to see it prosper again and to simply be able to disagree with my fellow Americans without the over-the-top theatrics we’ve seen since 2008.

We need to heal.

In order to do that we need to stop advocating for the weaponization of our institutions for political gain and fundraisers.

These trials on President Donald Trump and his supporters must be put to an end.

President Biden promised in late November 2020 to unite our country.

He has failed on that promise.

If President Trump is elected at the end of this year he should preemptively pardon Joe Biden and his son Hunter for their crimes. The ships alone were valued at $1.2B five years ago, but there were other activities of the Foremost Group that because it is privately held, are not fully known. Power, wealth, international connections, privately held business group, China, Taiwan, America; there are many branches and sequels to this story and now a criminal investigation is ongoing.

The more people counted, the more congressional seats a state receives. So if you are a state like California losing population, you lose seats in Congress. If you gain population, like Texas, you gain congressional seats. The number of congressional seats also directly relates to the number of electors each state can send to the Electoral College. More population equals more congressional seats. More congressional seats equal more votes in the Electoral College.

The US Supreme Court on Monday unanimously ruled Trump can stay on the Colorado primary 2024 ballot.

The Supreme Court said the states lack the power to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution against Presidential candidates.

“This case raises the question whether the States, in addition to Congress, may also enforce Section 3. We conclude that States may disqualify persons holding or attempting to hold state office. But States have no power under the Constitution to enforce Section 3 with respect to federal offices, especially the Presidency,” The Supreme Court said according to the ruling reviewed by The Gateway Pundit

“For the reasons given, responsibility for enforcing Section against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States. The judgment of the Colorado Supreme Court therefore cannot stand,” the high court’s ruling said.

The Supreme Court said in its ruling that only Congress has the power to block a candidate from a presidential ballot.

“The text of Section 3 reinforces these conclusions. Its final sentence empowers Congress to “remove” any Section 3 “disability” by a two-thirds vote of each house. The text imposes no limits on that power, and Congress may exercise it any time, as the respondents concede,” the ruling read.

“Instead, it is Congress that has long given effect to Section 3 with respect to would-be or existing federal officeholders. Shortly after ratification of the Amendment, Congress enacted the Enforcement Act of 1870. That Act authorized federal district attorneys to bring civil actions in federal court to remove anyone holding nonlegislative office—federal or state—in violation of Section 3, and made holding or attempting to hold office in violation of Section 3 a federal crime,” the high court’s ruling read.

Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin immediately ran to CNN to announce he is ‘working with a number of his colleagues’ including Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell to “revive legislation” to force Trump off the presidential ballot.

The legal theories are based on Section 3 of the US Constitution’s 14th Amendment which states public officials who have “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the US may be disqualified from public office.

Trump has not been charged with engaging in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

US District Judge David Ezra, a Reagan appointee last Thursday issued a temporary injunction that blocked a Texas law that gave local police power to arrest illegal aliens.

“The preliminary injunction granted by U.S. District Judge David Ezra pauses a law that was set to take effect March 5 and came as President Joe Biden and his likely Republican challenger in November, Donald Trump, were visiting Texas’ southern border to discuss immigration. The Supreme Court ruled that the “responsibility for enforcing” the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection” clause “against federal officeholders and candidates rests with Congress and not the States.”

If states were allowed to determine which candidates were eligible for the ballot, it could result in a candidate being “declared ineligible in some States, but not others, based on the same conduct,” the justices wrote.

“The disruption would be all the more acute” if a candidate were found ineligible after people had voted in the election, they also said. “Nothing in the Constitution requires that we endure such chaos.”

After a long and arduous 13-month sentencing, in which Perna pled guilty and received a threat from the federal judge presiding over his case of an “enhanced sentencing,” Perna tragically took his own life. The justice system waged all-out psychological and spiritual warfare against him, breaking him down into a shell of his former self. It was simply too much for anyone, let alone a man browbeaten into submission by his own government that he loved enough to take civic action, to bear.

For weeks, now throughout the day and many nights, there [are] sounds of construction going on,” the political prisoner, who is living on a pacemaker, told TGP after 14 days of the madness. “The supervisors say there is no construction at night, yet the noise continues.

U.S. Central Command said it and the Jordanian Air Force “conducted a combined humanitarian assistance airdrop into Gaza … to provide essential relief to civilians affected by the ongoing conflict.”

Nor was this going to be the last airdrop, with CENTCOM saying it was “part of a sustained effort to get more aid into Gaza, including by expanding the flow of aid through land corridors and routes.”

U.S. officials, speaking to the Times of Israel on condition of anonymity, stressed that they wanted Israel to open up land borders to Gaza in order to start a more sustained flow of aid.

“None of these — maritime corridors, airdrops — are an alternative to the fundamental need to move assistance through as many land crossings as possible. That’s the most efficient way to get aid in at scale,” the official said.

This came after an announcement by President Joe Biden on Friday that the United States would begin the airdrops after at least 115 Palestinians were killed in fighting, The Associated Press reported.

“I think I would just say that the fact that today’s airdrop was successful is an important test case to show that we can do this again in the coming days and weeks successfully,” a senior administration official said on a call with reporters, according to a White House transcript.

Killing Non-Combatants/Disbelievers

It is important to note that the distinction between non-combatants and combatants is not found in the doctrines of Islam. Instead, the fundamental distinction is between Muslims (believers) and non-Muslims (disbelievers).

This distinction has been in place since the early days of Islam. According to the commands of Allah in the Koran and teachings of Muhammad, as long as a Muslim remained a Believer and did not violate any of the doctrines of Islam, he was not to be harmed by another Muslim. However, there were three conditions that allowed a Muslim to intentionally kill another Muslim: adultery, apostasy from Islam, and killing another Muslim without legal authority.

With regard to non-Muslims, Muhammad taught that their “blood and property” were not protected from the Muslims unless they converted to Islam:

It has been narrated on the authority of ‘Abdullah b. ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah said: I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, they establish the prayer, and pay the Zakat. If they do it, their blood and property are guaranteed protection on my behalf except when justified by law, and their affairs rest with Allah.[1]

That non-Muslims were to be fought against and were not protected unless they converted to Islam is openly proclaimed by Allah in Chapter 9, Verse 5 of the Koran; this is the verse referred to by some Muslim scholars as the Verse of the Sword:

Then when the Sacred Months have passed, then kill the Mushrikun [non-Muslims] wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in every ambush. But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism] and perform As-Salat (the prayers), and give Zakat (obligatory charity), then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

This command of Allah to kill the Mushrikun was followed during the time of Muhammad as Muslim warriors attacked unsuspecting, non-Muslim communities late at night or early in the morning to the undiscriminating battle cries of Kill! Kill![2] and O victorious one, slay, slay!.[3]

Muhammad even stated that there was to be no penalty for a Muslim who killed a non-Muslim (disbeliever), with no distinction being made between a combatant and a non-combatant:

What does it really mean?

MAR 2, 2024 – The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is a huge executive division within the US government. It is subdivided into 15 agencies with oversight by 15 administrative offices. The USDA employs nearly 100,000 people, working at more than 4,500 locations nationwide and abroad. For 2024, the USDA was given an operating budget of $24.46 billion, an increase of 11.5% over the previous year. The bureaucratic behemoth has oversight regarding food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and issues related to public policy.

One agency is the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS). The AMS creates and administers domestic and international marketing opportunities for producers of “food, fiber, and specialty crops.” This includes commodity procurement and contract management for cotton, tobacco, livestock, poultry, specialty crops, and all types of food labeled organic.

As it turns out, the National Organic Program (NOP) is the federal regulatory program within the AMS that develops then enforces national standards for organically produced agricultural products sold within the United States. Run by only 34 employees and the Office of the Deputy Administrator, the NOP was allocated $24 million within the 2024 operating budget to oversee and regulate all elements of the organic food industry. For comparison, the budget for the Packers and Stockyards program, which regulates and monitors the activities of livestock, meat, and poultry, was allocated $35 million.

NOP oversees the work of 84 certifiers who perform audits, write audit report reviews, send out notices of noncompliance, issue corrective action reviews, and respond to consumers and producers seeking information and assistance regarding all food categories of organic food and labeling, including meat. The expanded availability of organic products in retail stores, supermarkets, and online platforms has made it easier for consumers to access organic meat and has contributed to its market’s growth. In 2021, just over 16,000 certified organic farms were in operation in the US, with California having the most certified farms by far (3,061) while nearly 7,000 farms were certified as organic pastureland and rangeland.

According to the New York Post Hunter was arraigned on second degree assault charges Thursday, at which Manhattan DA’s Office requested $15,000 cash bail because Hunter has failed to appear to three of her five court dates, all of which were in 2023.

However, New York Judge Marva Brown granted Amira “supervised” release, even though the charges are bail eligible under current law.

Now, in a letter to Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the Blanco County Sheriff’s Office wrote, “This incident was not a typical accident.”

He described what it’s like to live on the border under the Biden Regime which openly favors the illegal invaders and punishes American citizens.

Illegal aliens will get interest-free home mortgage loans under a new California bill.

Democrat assembly member Joaquin Arambula (Fresno) recently introduced Assembly Bill 1840 to extend a first-time homebuyer loan program to illegal aliens.

If the bill becomes law, illegal aliens will be eligible for a new program that offers a loan worth 20% of the purchase price of the residential property. There are no monthly payments and no interest accrues on the loan. Rather, the loan is paid back when the borrower refinances or sells the property. The borrower will have to pay back the original loan plus a 20% increase in the value of the property.

“It’s that ambiguity for undocumented individuals, despite the fact that they’ve qualified under existing criteria, such as having a qualified mortgage,” California Democrat Joaquin Arambula said in an interview. “Underscores the pressing need for us to introduce legislation.”

March 1, 2024 – For some reason quietly, X has started enforcing revised rules, detailed in its platform guidelines for users – among other things, adding a section to the “Abuse and Harassment” that concerns the use of pronouns, and speech referring to persons “transitioning” (in terms of transgenderism).

The “amended” rules came into force at some point between January 24 and 27 this year, and should an X user be found to “purposefully” address another using a pronoun different than what that user has chosen for themselves, they can expect to be (and they ostensibly already are) punished by having their posts’ visibility on the platform “reduced.”

The magnitude of the problem Sweden is facing is beginning to sink in.

MAR 1, 2024 – This is astoundingly shocking. A new report from the Swedish police has recently been published and it shows that something has gone terribly wrong in Sweden.

According to the new report, some 62.000 people in Sweden are connected to criminal gangs. To put this into perspective, consider that Sweden is a small country with only 10.4 million people.

“We are talking about system threatening crime with a large capacity for violence that silence witnesses, threaten social workers, infiltrate authorities and political parties…in the long run, the criminal networks threaten our free and open society” Justice Minister Gunnar Strömmer said at a press conference.

What makes things even more bleak is that a whopping 5.400 people under 18 years old are connected to criminal gangs.

In other words, we have thousands of children that are doing the work of the gangs. How could the situation get this bad?

And police chief Petra Lundh estimates that the real number of people connected to the gangs in Sweden is in fact likely to be higher.

“This is not only a police issue. This is significantly bigger than that. It is a common societal problem” she says.

The new right-wing government in Sweden has already begun to take measures against the criminal gangs, even going so far as to deploy the military to assist police in fighting the gangs.
