Joe Biden has deliberately compromised our national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure our border, allowed approximately 6 million illegals from over 160 countries to invade our country, deprived border patrol of the necessary resources and policies sufficient to protect our country, and his administration has willfully refused to maintain operational control as required by law.
Biden canceled border wall construction contracts which would have secured our nation’s border, and his Department of Justice then sued Arizona when the state constructed its own border wall using shipping containers. Under his reign, there have been approximately 1.4 million known “gotaways” who have evaded U.S. authorities and more than 193 people on the terrorist watchlist have been caught while attempting to cross the border at ports of entry. He has allowed fentanyl, the number one killer of Americans between the ages of 18 and 45, to overwhelmingly flood into our country and kill around 300 Americans per day. His administration has lost complete contact with approximately 85,000 unaccompanied illegal alien children and his policies have forced tens of thousands of illegal children into slave labor. He has even caused an approximate 1,700% increase in border encounters in just one sector of our Northern border.
Joe Biden has reinstated catastrophic and disastrous catch and release policies, which have allowed illegals to roam our streets and terrorize Americans. He terminated one of the most successful border policies, Remain in Mexico, which not only disincentivized illegals from coming to our country, but it also protected against asylum fraud.
Under Biden’s command, the Secretary of Homeland Security has illegally granted mass parole to aliens when U.S. federal law only permits parole to be granted on a specific case-by-case basis.
Biden endangered the lives of Americans by allowing illegal aliens who had tested positive for Covid-19 to enter the country and infect American citizens while requiring Americans be subject to testing before being permitted to return home from traveling abroad.
His policies, directives, and statements surrounding the Southern border have violated our laws and destroyed our country. Biden has blatantly violated his constitutional duty, and he is a direct threat to our national security. Therefore, Joseph Robinette Biden is unfit to serve as President of the United States and must be impeached.

Report Confirms Dozens of Senators Are Being Issued Taxpayer-Funded Satellite Phones in Preparation for a “Disruptive Event” By Cullen Linebarger
May 22, 2023 1:40 pm – A report confirms that United States Senators have been issued emergency satellite phones.
CBS News reported these devices are part of a series of new security measures being offered to senators by Karen Gibson, Senate Sergeant at Arms.
The official line of reasoning behind offering the satellite phones was “to ensure a redundant and secure means of communication during a disruptive event.”
CBS News also notes that the satellite phones were offered partially in response to the January 6, 2021 protests at the U.S. Capitol.
Sources confirmed to CBS News all 100 senators were offered the phones last month and more than 50 ( over four dozen) accepted Gibson’s offer. The senators who agreed to take the devices were urged to keep them close by during travel.
The report from CBS News does not say which lawmakers have possession of the phones. The phones are being fully paid with taxpayer dollars.
The Department of Homeland Security claims the phones are a security backstop in the case of an emergency that “takes out communications” in part of America.
A Department of Homeland Security advisory said satellite phones are a tool for responding to and coordinating government services in the case of a ‘man-made’ or natural disaster that wipes out communication.
Many conservatives including DC_Draino are expressing alarm that a cyber attack prior to the 2024 election would be used to justify changes in voting procedures that will benefit Joe Biden. He argues that senators are being issued the phones to prepare for this exact event.

The DOJ investigated the Clinton Foundation’s relationships with foreign donors while Hillary Clinton was the head of the Department of State during Obama’s presidency.

Hillary Clinton conducted official business on a non government server so she could hide her Clinton Foundation pay-to-play while she was head of the Department of State.
According to emails obtained by Judicial Watch, Hillary Clinton gave preferential treatment to Clinton Foundation donors while she was Secretary of State.
In fact Judge Royce Lamberth previously said Clinton’s use of a private emails was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
However, Joe Biden’s Justice Department formally shut down the Clinton Foundation investigation in August of 2021 after the FBI suddenly dropped their probes.
“In August 2021, the F.B.I. received what is known as a declination memo from prosecutors and as a result considered the matter closed.” the New York Times reported.

He was indicted after he was accused of pepper-spraying officers during the Jan. 6 protest. He was arrested on Feb. 2, 2021, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Pete was with his wife when 30 agents assaulted him with flashbang grenades, armored vehicles, and more than 10 assault rifles aimed at his chest.
“At no point did either my wife or I resist but we were both roughly handled and forced/dragged up the stairs after being shackled and handcuffed as we were shoved around,” Schwartz said.
Last year, the DC jury found Pete and his co-defendants guilty on every single charge. There were no victims to Pete’s alleged crimes. The prosecution presented no witnesses.

There were 11 counts against Pete and the two co-defendants that he had never seen in his life and never met before their trial together. GOP lawmakers raise concerns about WHO’s Pandemic Preparedness Treaty, US involvement in agency By John Mac Ghlionn
In calling for the U.S. to end its membership in and financing of the WHO, the Sovereignty Coalition has issued a Declaration of their concerns and a call for action.
May 22, 2023 – The World Health Organization, widely considered the most powerful health authority in the world, is pursuing a Pandemic Preparedness Treaty that critics say could make the organization even more powerful and jeopardize U.S. sovereignty.
The United Nations-affiliated WHO says the draft treaty – or “zero draft” – is designed to protect the world from future pandemics and last December announced that member states “agreed to develop the first draft of such as a legally binding agreement.”
However, the group says the agreement also “respects sovereignty.”
Among the critics’ concerns is the treaty, if agreed upon by member nations, would give the WHO more international influence, amid arguments the agency allowed China to conceal information about the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, though the WHO, in turn, has accused China of withholding the information.
They also say a ratified treaty would give the WHO authority over pandemic-related vaccines, lockdowns, school closures and more and could lead the agency to pursue the full adaptation of a so-called Digital Health Certificates, which could put medical records for people around the world into a central database.
Such concerns took center stage last week in Washington.
Sixteen members of Congress including GOP Reps. Andy Biggs, of Arizona; Ralph Norman, of South Carolina; and Chip Roy, of Texas, joined with the Sovereignty Coalition on Capitol Hill to urge the U.S. to withdraw from the World Health Organization.
Trump social media firm sues Washington Post for defamation, seeks $3.78 billion in damages by John Solomon

May 21, 2023 – Former President Donald Trump’s social media company has sued The Washington Post for defamation over an article it published earlier this month and is seeking $3.78 billion in damages.
The lawsuit by Trump Media and Technology Group, which owns the Truth Social platform, was filed Saturday night in Florida state court in Sarasota County and accuses one of America’s most storied newspapers of publishing a story of libel and slander that the suit claims poses an “existential threat” to the social media company.
A spokesperson for The Washington Post declined comment on Sunday. “We don’t have a comment on this,” Kathy Baird said.
The suit alleges the Post “published an egregious hit piece that falsely accused TMTG of securities fraud and other wrongdoing” and “has been on a years-long crusade against TMTG characterized by the concealment of relevant information in its possession.”
“WaPo’s false criminal charges exposed TMTG to public ridicule, contempt and distrust, and injured TMTG’s business and reputation,” the suit said.

Then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, the man who changed the course of the Trump presidency by appointing Mueller, had aide Steven Boyd draft a terse, short letter insisting the decision was lawful and necessary.
“The Special Counsel is carrying out his investigation in accordance with the Department’s Special Counsel regulations (see28 CFR §§ 600.4 through 600.10),” Boyd wrote Posey in December 2017, months after the lawmaker first posed questions.
“Under these circumstances and consistent with the Department’s longstanding policy regarding the confidentiality and sensitivity relating to pending matters, the Department is not in a position to respond further to your inquiry at this time,” the letter also stated.

“The attached ‘list-500’ also includes those in government and law enforcement agencies who are directly involved in the persecution of dissidents in the wake of the so-called Storming the Capitol,” the ministry states.
“It is high time for Washington to learn that not a single attack against Russia will go without a strong reaction. The principle of inevitable punishment will be consistently applied, whether we are talking about tougher sanctions of discriminatory steps to hinder the professional activities of our citizens.
The Russian government has repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of the Biden administration’s prosecution of Americans who protested at the US Capitol on January 6.
“They weren’t just a crowd of robbers and rioters,” Russian President Vladimir Putin told reporters after a 2021 meeting with Joe Biden in Geneva. “Those people came to the US Congress with political demands. Four hundred people, over 400 people had criminal charges placed on them…they’re being called domestic terrorists. They’re being accused of other crimes.”
Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has warned Capitol rioters are being “persecuted” by the US government.

The document in question is not classified.
Speaker Kevin McCarthy on Sunday said the FBI is poised to turn the damning document over to the Oversight Committee.
But later today the FBI told Republicans to pound sand – the agency penned a letter to Comer they will not be turning over the document.

During their discussion, Smith asked Kennedy about the John Durham Report that was released this week.
Last Monday, Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016. The story was first pushed by Hillary Clinton and her campaign and turned over to the FBI and DOJ who proceeded to push the narrative without a single fact to confirm their claims. Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and his administration were notified early in August 2016 that Hillary was behind this nonsense. Obama later pushed the conspiracy after Trump was elected in an attempt to hurt President Trump’s administration before he ever entered office. Barack Obama has never been held accountable for this criminal intent.
Robert Kennedy weighed in on the report.
Robert Kennedy Jr.: “That report is appalling…You have…fifty top level CIA agents who agree to collaborate in a project to fix an election.”
Dave Smith: “It’s pretty clear that this was a frame job. And what you have here is the intelligence agencies framing the sitting President of the United States for treason.”
It appears that Robert was conflating the Durham Report on Trump-Russia hoax with the Intel Communities Hunter Biden letter hoax. Both involved Trump. Both involved Russia. Both involved top intelligence officials. And, both were complete lies.

In a stunning allegation, McFarland said that the FBI, Justice Department, and CIA are planning to rig the upcoming 2024 U.S. presidential election.
According to McFarland, these intelligence agencies, having succeeded in rigging the 2016 and 2020 elections, aim to prevent Donald Trump from winning.
“We now have black-and-white evidence that the FBI interfered in the 2016 election. When they failed to elect Hillary Clinton, they set out to destroy the Trump administration,” said McFarland.
Back in 2016, ahead of the presidential elections, the FBI suddenly dropped FOUR investigations into Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, according to the Durham report.

If there is anyone in a leadership role in Russia or China who still believes that there is a path of negotiation with the United States, Kupchan’s delusional diatribes unleashed in this video should awake them to the futility of such an effort. There is no room for genuine negotiation with Moscow. The Washington establishment will not be satisfied until Putin is dead and Russia is carved up like a Thanksgiving Turkey — the bird not the country.
